Recently icici has launched amazon pay icici credit card. I tried to inquire about it. And when being contacted to opt for the credit card, i denied it completely. But without my concent bank has sent the credit card to my address, which i declined to accept. When i checked my bank account, credit card was already added and had a bill amount of rs 960 odd. Turns out card was added in my account amazon account as well without my concent. Some serious issue in india where can access all your infomritons without your concent. I am thinking of closing my icci account after this cheat.

what is this email id([protected]@icicibank.com), that is not reachable. what ever is your concern ask here. will update you.
Mistakenly entered wrong grid entries and the grid/ debit card was locked though able to log in. Today being 4th Sat, unable to get in touch with any Customer Care / even from the toll free num. How to self resolve the issue via Insta iBizz.??? Trying to reach Customer Care thru toll free from morning in vain.

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 961/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon prim. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking it to be an auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th oct, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

      I would like to raise two issues.

      Issue (1) ICICI Bank has been deducting nmmab chg without prior notice or information for the reason for deduction.

      Issue (2) nmmab chg (1, 180+gst) has been deducted even after maintaining the minimum balance.

      Explanation:

      Dear Sir, This is Allabaksh D working in financial organisation.I already availed Credit Cards from other banks.On 18/07/2019 ICICI bank credti card Executive B Rajendra apporched me says that they are giving free Credit card, but after Receving credit card my card debit for Rs.600+gst at that time made a call to executive but he didnt lifted my call.i contacted customer care to cancel the card and reverse the fee, they taken the request and confirmed me.last month back i checked my cibil to know the any credit card dues that time no cibil overdue was not there.today i cheked the cibikl i have overdue of 1200 and am receiving messages of overdue 1860 which inckudes late payment fee.i made so many time customer care but it is not connecting.This overdue messages and amount me unnnessary tensions and headaq.i had very worest customer experiacne through customer care.please help me regard to reverse my all my charges and cancel the card as early as possible.

      From past few months my money got deducted through smab charge and some other thing.atleast you should inform me about this, icici customer support is so arrogant, unapprochable, no one gives a solution, Gachibowli branch, Hyderabad, india
      I was deducted with 413 charges stating ECSRTNCHG. There was no intimation from the bank nor any further detail. I was under the impression that it was due to the bank I took loan from but they said its not credited into their account. I have not received any clarity on this from the support as well

        ICICI deducted Rs. 1899 from my account in the name of an ONEAST without my approval. After checking the complaints here I found that ICICI has been doing this for quite long for several people in the name of ONE ASSIST Insurance.
        I have tried contacting ICICI Bank multiple times for deactivating my credit card but there is no response from there and about this. I even tried visiting bank they are not supportive.

          I am Anvesh Tunuguntla. On 25 OCt 2019, an amount of Rs.481 has been deducted from my savings account with the remarks DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-19 without any prior notice and while opening demat account they haven't mentioned any thing about these charges. They said no hidden charges but this DMC suddenly come up with out any prior notice. This deduction was happened so many times. but they deducting again and again. Plz return back my money.

            Rs 29.5 has being deducted multiple times from my salary account in icici bank towards posdec chg 30.09.2019
            What are these charges? I have not used my card to withdraw cash & my transaction has not been rejected anywhere.
            This is really disappointing because more than rs 350 is deducted already.
            I have approached the customer care a couple of times & their answer is not satisfying.
            When i have not used my card anywhere where is the question of card decline. This is purely a fraud from the bank side. Kindly resolve this & refund the amount deducted & ensure this does not repeat anymore.

              mortgage loan mod done but icici bank not released the loan amount

              I have given my 1.5 croes worth property to icici bank and asked for 37 lakhs loan. They have collected admin fees, processing fees, mod registration fee at sro office.. All done one week before.. But still not given my loan amount.

              So shall i ask for " interest for 7 days? For my property which they have registered under the icici bank ltd name?...

              My name is Kiran Shettiyar and i have charged ₹344.17 for demat account i didn't have the single use of that i have told the customer service lots of time but they didn't stop the service. I want my money full refund immediately and i have the request to shut down my demat account.

                I hold saving account with icici bank since last 4 to 5 years, i am wondering why they are charging for cards.
                They have charged ₹480.88 under dcardfee1928sep19-aug20+gst
                No idea why they are charges these amount, they never informed me these charges either my email, sms or letter. It is really frustrating that icici has deducted money without informing us. Expecting my money to be credited to my a/c asap.

                  I received a registered post stating some loan account in my name and an amortization schedule for the same. The total loan amount being 89, 000. When i called the customer care i was told that the loan is disbursed to my icici bank savings bank account. I don't have any saving's account with icici bank. When enquiring about the mobile or email associated with the account i found out that these also don't belong to me.
                  The loan account number is : lpsul[protected] and the associated savings account is :[protected].
                  I have not opened any account with icici bank or have never requested for any loan.
                  I would like this to be nullified and the person/organization responsible be punished. I am also in process of filling a fir against the bank as i consider this fraud from your end. I am ready to support in any enquiry that can be initiated and can help punish the culprit.

                    Hello sir
                    I have applied the loan against the property. Mortgage loan on oct 1st week. After several followups.. It's was approved with multiple as payment deed. Which i have paid.
                    3 days before there told me to do mod on srio office. Pammal chennai. I have given my 1.5 c worth property original sale deed property docs on 10 days back. After several followups.. They fixed the registration token and asked me to come on two days back... I went and mod reg office and done the formalities..

                    But still the payment was not credited.. No one sharing the truth.. So i wanted to know what's is going and who will pay the interest rate

                          The issue that i have experienced was: i cancelled order for lg washing machine in july 2019 from flipkart. My amount is refunded by flipkart but still 4 emi are deducted from my credit card up till now. I need my refund back. Alot of time i call to customer service but there is no satisfactory solution is given to me. When i called first time they raised request for callelation of emi and the same day suddenly 9967 rupees deducted from my credit card means the total loss of almost 15000 including 4 emi.
                          How can you deduct amount with no reason. Whenever i called to your customer service there is discrepancies in the solution. And no proper information given. Such a pathetic excuses i am listening from your service guys.

                              This is prasad b, 25/10/2019 in my icici sb account 826 rs debited automatically without any notifications, this is not good manners to take a money from customers account without notification, trans i’d is dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till sep -19, i called customer care they are telling this is demat ac charges but when executive came to my home for collecting docs for demat ac he told this demat ac is life time free, now suddenly they took 826 rs from my ac this is not good. This bank i s cheating the customer.

                                  Respected sir /ma'am,

                                  I am account holder of icici bank from last 4 years approx and my account number is 66xxxxxx3162

                                  No they have charged me 588.82 rs under the category dcardfee2156oct19-sep20+gst and transaction id is sb498800.

                                  I don't know what type of charges are these.

                                  They never informed me regarding this charges through email voice call or text message.

                                  Who was given the rights to icici bank to deduct this kind of charges without informing us.

                                  Because we kept money in bank that gives the authority or rights to bank that they can do whatever they want to do with our money.

                                  There should be a formal process for doing all this things. I want my money to be credited in my account which they have deducted from my account without informing me.

                                    I have checked icici account statement today that rs 826 is deducted from my account for demat charges. This was told to be free then why there is deduction.

                                    25/10/2019 dmc/ dp chgs till s 826.00

                                    I could not have seen this then could be unnoticed. This is not right way to deduct money. Pls check and return back the amount in my account.
