Hi, more than a month ago i created a salary account. On 20th september 2019 i received two calls ([protected], [protected]) from two different banking officer's of icici bank regarding educating me about features and benefits of my account and for verifying my registered mobile number. On the first call the agent was explaining to me about safeguarding my debit card details and also how to block the card using their service called one assist. After explaining every thing the agent asked if i understood everything, for which i said yes. But i never said the agent that i am interested in the service and i am ready to opt for it.. They deducted rs.1899/- from my account without my knowledge on 23rd september 2019. When i checked my mini statement the transaction remark is shown as iin/i-debit/si oneast /[protected]/929.

They deducted it for a policy called as "one assist". But they never informed me or asked me regarding this. They just called me and said that they just need to educate me about the service and use of debit card in a safe way. The person who called me never told or asked me that he is asking all the details for any kind of policy. This is completely a fraudulent activity by icici which cannot be ignored. You cannot trick or manipulate customer's in order to purchase your service. I want my money back at any cost. I chose you for keeping my money safe not to steal it without my consent.

Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

Thank you for your prompt response. I request you to refund my amount as soon as possible which you people have deducted without my permission, else this issue would be taken to higher level, social media and also I don't want to continue services with you people who steal money instead of keeping it as a trust.

I don't see any steps taken to resolve this issue. It's been more than 2 days since my amount got deducted from the account. Is this the way you treat your customers ? After taking your service you people don't offer any support or assistance to your customers. You just let them wander here and there in search of help. You people have no respect for the hard earned money of your customers. You will be back o[censored]s until we become your customers and disregard us afterwards. You people are so selfish.

    Date of incident : 23rd oct 2019

    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan

    Last month 2000 rs two time debited from my bank accaunt for prudential mutual fund on 25 September. But second time 2000 rs debited this transaction not doing me. Bank not suggest me proper way to return my money. As well as icici customer care.

      With reference to sb account number[protected] with icici kharagpur branch. I had submitted a level 1 complaint from the website. This account was opened with false promises of ffd interest and nothing of that sort has been provided. Further, i already have an existing account[protected] with the same bank branch, despite that this account was opened.
      When i said to decrease mab of my existing accounts, they said that downgrading of accounts is not possible.in no other banks, this sort of things are done.
      During opening of accounts, they agree to everything, we had requested them for family banking, but, they did not do the same either.

      The bank executives are more interested in increasing mab of account balances which carry more balances, do fds (These fds are put to auto renew mode without asking permission of the customers), make sips (When customers ask for 12 month sip, they do it for unlimited) and push demat accounts to those customers who do not require the same.

      The cash deposit machine installed does not work most of the time as it is full, there is no one to see and correct the same on time. Even when the bank is closed, the machine is in same position. There is only one cash counter in the bank branch, where all types of deposits are accepted including insurance and large deposits, here also some preferred and big customers are given preference. On 17.10.2019 i had to stand in line for half an hour from 2.15 to 2.45 to deposit cash. Even govt. Banks dont take that much of time. Peons are doing entries in insta banking and bank staffs responsible to help customers are sitting and passing time.

      The customers do not get any benefit, their funds are blocked by unnecessary increase of mab. Despite being a 10 year old customer of the bank, this sort of fraud is done with us, wonder what they would do with common people.

      I want to close the account[protected] immediately and transfer the funds to the existing account. Further, i also want the mab of all my accounts to reduce at the earliest, otherwise i would close all my accounts with immediate effect because i dont wish to continue with the bank which is not able to provide quality service, despite keeping all my funds here.

      Account opened on 11.10.2019 but still waiting for internet kit to arrive at the specified address so that I can operate my account and transfer money from icici bank account to elsewhere, highly frustrating experience from this bank and related branch employees of icici bank rajajipuram lucknow .

        My dad who holds the account numbered at sbi bank had recently done a neft transaction through branch at mankada, kerala on 16th october, 2019. The intended recipient was me who holds the account at icici bank, mount road branch (Icic0006038).

        Unfortunately, there was a human error involved and the amount went to a wrong beneficiary

        The amount that was transferred was 1, 90, 000 rs. Since the amount being involved is huge, we request icici to process the reversal trying their best means to my dad's account to reduce his agony.

          1. From last one week atm shop glass door broken. Cctv camera on place. On time currency load with cash van daily, but no body take responsibility for this broken glass door.
          So many people come for cash withdrawal, broken glass put in side of shop, any body injured with glass who is responsible?
          2. Emergency hotter run 5-6 time in a day. But how can it's work and who can repair this?

            Am an icici bank customer. Yesterday and today 21-10-19 ecsrtnchg charged 382 & 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               Hi,

              This is in reference to the credit card bill.

              I am getting numerous calls from icici bank executive asking me to make the payment of 6000approax at the earliest as i have missed the due date.

              However, i have not missed any due date and there is no dues is which needs to be settle in the current statement month.

              I called on 5th oct'19 in the icici customer support to cross check if there is any dues is pending which needs to be settle and the icici bank customer care excuitive clearly informed me that there is no dues as such and you don’t have to make any payment.

              Moreover, he also mentioned there is some amount which is yet to be settle as we have received the excess payment in place of last month statement.

              And after the phone call i even gave the feedback to the executive, please refer the trail email for the same.

              Moreover, i called in icici customer support last week to lodge the complain about the same and the executive said give us 2 days time to check we will give you call back within two days with the status. Hitherto, there is no update.

              My bank account number is[protected]

              Please help me with this as i have never faced any issue with icici bank and i always give first priority to this bank but now it seems i have made a big mistake by taking credit card from icici bank as you guys do fraud and don’t even bother to listen the customers.

              Anticipating your prompt and positive response on the same as i have been taking continuously follow-up over the phone call from last more then a month.

              Further to add your executive ask me not to send any email when i called last week.

              Why he said so, is it because you are fooling the customers by doing fraud???

                I am facing problems with loan payment, i have applied for ecs mandate for 3 to 4 times and each time my ecs and nach mismatch. Icici provided me a upi id for payment, but it also became invalid after a month. Also, your recovery agent told me i would be fined for 900rs as my ecs is not mandated. Also imposed 11rs fine for late payment, whether the reason for delay.

                I visited icic bank branch nearby and told them to open my saving account and enable auto-debit with my loan account. But they told me ecs cant be enabled for 2 to 3 months for a new account. Wtf is this??

                I am stuck in nonsense of icici bank, and it seems taking a loan of merely 50k from you guys is my life's biggest headache. If you cant resolve my issue, plz close my loan account, and i will never take off let anybody take any service form, you guys.

                I am paying my installments, plus interest, and so-called fines, which are not my fault. Please don't let me force much that i move to consumer court, i have lots of work to accomplish rather than involving in this stupidity.

                  I had mistakenly transferred money from my account to unknown person acc (Wanted to transfer it to my friends account but mistakenly transferred to unknown person). On the same day i called icici cc (Customer care) and they asked me to go to my home branch and complain about it. On the next day i have submitted application in home brach with all details. The manager replied to me that he will send this request to the bank where the unknown person holds the account. On further query my bank says that there is no response from icici bank. It has been almost been three month but i have not received my money. Kindly help me.

                  I dont understand why ICICI bank is failing to reply?
                  There is an unknown transaction on my icici account named vsi*amazon/prime that is equal to 1000 since 4th month of 2019. I've contacted amazon they said like this issue is from amazon united states. I've complained to amazon united states they never replied me. can you please help me with that.

                    Hi all,

                    My registered mobile no is : +91 [protected] with my icici bank account. Before 2 days ago my debit card has been blocked. I don't know what is the issue behind that. But now i can not make any transaction even i am unable to use internet banking or add money to paytm, because all have required grid card information. I am really shocked about it. When i call customer care for the same, he says that your card is permanently blocked, and you will have to issue new card that will take 5 working days. It means i can not use my money for 5 days. That is festival time and i can not access my money. Its really frustrating. I am using icici banking service last 5 year. If there is any issue so clear me i can close account and move on other bank. There are so many best banks are available in market those services are too good. I want my card before 5 days otherwise i will close this account definitely.
                    Worst service of icici bank.

                    There is amount 129 deducted from my account without any OTP for vsi/Amazon stan. I don't know what it is for. If it's for prime membership then I can confirm that I have already paid 999 for the yearly membership.

                      What the hell Is ICICI Bank doing and HOW The HELL are mobile number getting changed without customer intervention.
                      I have faced the same issue of number change but I called the bank immediately and blocked all my accounts.

                      I thought of converting my account to NRI but looking at this negligence I cannot risk that now.

                        I have lost my credit card before 2 days of the due date of payment, as my card having evm feature so i blocked my credit card immediately. After this, i realized how poor services this bank providing, the credit de-linked from my account and there was no option of payment was showing, neither i could download the credit card statements. I called up to the customer care where they also don't know how to do the payment, dozens of email i dropped but no satisfactory replied came from their side, and when i got frustrated i let the amount being outstanding.

                        After 5 days i got a call from their customer care executive and then they requested me to pay the outstanding amount, and i asked through which way i can pay the amount and it takes 1 hour as he was also doing r&d on the subject and finally, i paid the amount.

                        Now my next month statement has generated and the same issue is going on, again i dropped emails but my query didn't get resolved and finally today i went to the bank and they show me the credit card statement on desktop, where i found they has charged apxx rs. 1600 against late fee, interest and auto-debit return fee.

                        I didn't ask any question instead of one "how can i pay this amount" and i paid through my debit card.

                        However, i have paid the total amount due but the charges they levied are totally useless, and i need refund of the same.

                          Hi,
                          Icici bank has wrongly charged me amount on 14th, 15th and 20th oct 2019. I have attached screenshots of the amounts charged. This seems invalid. I don't even have any auto debit setup on this account. So, icici bank must look into this issue and respond with valid explanation and also credit the amount back to my account.
                          I have seen similar complaints posted by other people on this forum.

                            I have recently been your customer in icici bank. They had given me credit card facilities, wherein few issues are really annoying,. I am getting n number of calls from your people asking me for authorization, plans etc., that is really disturbing my career.

                            2. Today they have debited rs. 1399 without any concern, i have never asked them for any plans.

                            Please credit back the amount, else please cancel my credit card facility.

                                I've requested for disbursement of 4th installment of my loan (Loan application number - [protected]) in icici mobile app. Due date for payment to builder is 27 oct 19.

                                Request for disbursement has been placed on imobile app (Reference number - # 148519).
                                I'd put intended disbursement date on imobile app as 19 oct. However, disbursement has not been done yet.

                                I’d experienced huge discomfort while disbursement of 1st 2nd and 3rd installment (Please refer to complaint sr - sr[protected]. It was finally disbursed post due date each time after numerous calls to team involved – shalabh, prabhat agarwal, mohit.

                                Nobody is responding over mails or compaints submitted in icici website.

                                  I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
