Am very irritated from services which I am getting from your bankers.

Dear Sir, every month I am facing the same issue.

Last month I left sufficient amount in my account to get deducted against the credit card but I received a message that we due to insufficient we are unable to deduct the EMI and they levied penalty on me and I tried to get in touch with your customer care representatives from my registered contact number, your IVR system did not allow me to get in touch with them. I tried multiple times.

Now please suggest me where should I go?

Every month I have been paying more than my EMI but still the outstanding amount if reflecting as Rs. 26, 500 when the credit card limit is Rs. 25, 000.

Then again I made a mistake, I again made a purchase of Rs. 8787 through the credit card of ICICI bank and I tried 3 time to convert that amount into EMI’s but every time system accepts my request and after every 3-4 days I am getting message that we regret to convert that amount into EMI.

I want to know sir, am I joke a to your bank?

Till when your employees keep harassing me?

This time I am on a very serious note and very frustrated, I got this account opened to make my life easier but my relationship and my trust with your bank has become the biggest problem of my life.

I want a resolution with justice at earliest and I really want to close this account and to close this credit card.

When I joined my new organization they gave me an option to open salary account with Axis bank but I am a fool who trusted in your bank and gave account details of your bank.

I really don’t want to write to you but sir I am not even able to connect with your representatives.

Request you to do the needful.

    I had never asked for the one assist plan. Also a sum of rs 1899 has been debited from my account without my consent. Please disable this one assist plan as soon as possible and refund my total amount which has been deducted under this scheme. Otherwise i am going to close my account with and also complaint to consumer court.

      My icici account is charged with the following surcharges from icici bank for using the debit card at petrol bunks, i am really not sure why icici is charging for the digital transaction?? All charges happened on date 24/10/2019
      Surcharge dt:20/10/19 mcc 5541 — rs 118
      Surcharge dt:17/10/19 mcc 5541 — — rs 118
      Surcharge dt:22/10/19 mcc 5541 — rs 94
      Government is encouraging the digital payments, where as icici bank is charging for digital payments, i can not understand and i feel cheated by icici.

      I have called the customer care of ICICI multiple times and the response is not proper at all, and none of the executives knows the answers and they wont connect to their supervisors ... always the answer is same " we regret the inconvenience and we look in to it " but when will i get the resolution ??? its been 3 months now . and ICICI is literally cheating the people . and before even i got resolution in this case, i got charged one more time, for which i raised one more complaint .

        Hi All,

        I had a loan with ICici bank and recently closed the old one by taking a new loan.

        As loan officer said insurance amount of closed loan should be credited back to my account with 15 days. However, it did not happen. I called the customer care team they never resolved the issue after 2 hours on hold even.

        I want my insurance asap, otherwise gonna submit case again icici with consumer court.

          I haven't subscribed to my money service but still, an annual fee 354.00 rupees got deducted from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to the customer care didn't help, and i never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

          Its really annoying that there is no response from ICICI Customer care team till date, only automated messages are being sent without any resolution
          My icici bank account is debited with INR826.00 recently with description DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-1. I was informed there is no charges for dmat account. Still there is a debit in my account. This is unfair. Please help me.

            Respected sir,

            Sub. : unauthorized transaction made from my icici bank salary account.

            I am kapil krishna patil staying in akurdi, pune (Maharashtra). I have an salary account in icici bank with account no[protected]. Today morning my account is debited with total 50000 rupees’ amount with some unauthorized transaction. Someone from other location did 5 cash withdrawal of 10000 rs transaction on 29/10/2019. This is an fraud case, someone did clone of my debit card and did cash withdrawal.

            These 5 cash withdrawal transaction on rs 10000 each were made against merchant name (Nfs/00079054/cash wdl) on 29/10/2019 in gaya (Bihar)

            I did block my icici debit card ([protected]) and also filled the dispute form in icici bank chinchwad branch, pune. A complaint also register in icici bank for this unauthorised transaction. (Complaint no: sr[protected].

            I have also register an complaint in local police station and cyber cell pi in pimpri chinchwad office, pune.

            I seek your help and request you to kindly investigate this case and refund my money back.

            I tried to transfer funds and tried to do grid validation. Despite putting correct values, I was asked to put correct values and after 3 times I could not complete transactions. I am stuck for the last 10 days and my visit to nearest branch has not helped. Please help me to activate my debit card and oblige.

              I was took 47000/- from credit card and i forwarded request to bank i want pay credit amount in installment but the request rejected then i reached with customer care and on call the floor supervisor had promised me once i will paid minimum amount then she will convert it. After paid minimum amount she was not reveiving call and also not forward my call to her it means bank has fraud and cheat me because of after a month bank charged me approxe 8000/-rs. And i once again trying to connect with customer care they did not answer me.
              After i got lots of issues nad mentally torture then i decided i want to make a big complaint on this branch please i request you take a big action.

Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money. I am a long time customer and i certainly did not like this backdoor transaction.

                    Icici bank officials shared my personal and confidential details including bank statements to third party who had planned many times to attack on me and to harm me. Because of this my life and liberty got in danger. I had also asked cctv footage of concern icici bank branch including date and time but they refused to share with me. I had made many complaints to various officials but no one interested to take any kind of necessary action against the bank officials who are responsible for giving my personal and confidential information to harm me.
                    Still i request to the concern officers for taking necessary action without any bias and corruption.in hope if law and humanity still exists.

                    Please give me full mail id of concern person who can take necessary action against culprits officials who are responsible for disclosing my confidential details to third person.                         My name is manish gawand and i'm holding a savingsin icici bank for the past 1 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that 4 time i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50 each on december 1st november 2019and the description says:
                        Posdec chg/01-11-19
                        Dr inr 29.50
                        See my bank statement there is lots deductions in past 3yrs. I am ignoring but at this bank deducting 9time postdec charges.
                        So i am requesting please refund my whole postdec charges from last 1 yrs to till date.

                          On 31st october 2019, i received a notification that i was charged inr 354.00 against my savings account, with the following text as the details: "bil/00183536xxxx/mm annual fee sep19-aug". Upon further investigation on consumer forums, it has come to my attention that without my explicit action or without any form of communication, icici bank has subscribed me to a service called "my money service".

                          I tried calling the support number mentioned in the transaction and the number was no valid (Auto termination of call). This smells like an unethical practice and i strongly condemn it.

                          I request the customer service to *refund* my amount asap. Attached is the proof of the transaction. Please respond immediately.

                            This is regarding my credit card bill.
                            The initial bill was 35920/- for which the payment was made before the due date. I have proof of payment and all other necessary documents.

                            However i have been getting calls mentioning the bill has not been settled.
                            I have talked to multiple individuals and sent email but to no avail.

                            Now there has been a debit from my account for inr 3730 toward interest on the outstanding. Why are you charging for a bill already paid? Who authorized this transaction?

                            Can anybody let me know what legal options i can pursue?

                              Iam anand r having an account in icici bank (My account no[protected] there was a deduction of inr 29.5/- without any reason.. It was described in the statement as atmdec chg this happened 3 times within the last 2 months.

                              From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash in it but how come this charge can be levied to the customer. Whether rbi regulations allowed banks to collect such penalty from customers?
                              I need a reply.

                              ... Please do resolve it and refund my money back.

                                I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back 89 rs/- (29.50 rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although i was having enough balance at that time.
                                  Moreever, it is also legal as per rbi rule.
                                  I want a proper justification

                                      Someone by name kanul gupta responded to an olx ad i had put up for sale of an item priced at inr 17000.

                                      On pretext of paying me via phonepe / google pay, he sent me a qr code so i can accept and he can transfer the money.in the calls he mentioned that transactions were failing, whereas i got a confirmation from the bank, that, unfortunately, the amount was debited from account 3 times (Total inr 51000). As a scam to get this done, they are very clever in their talks. I have reached out to my bank, but they are unable to help as its an upi transfer. Please can you assist to have these transactions reversed. His phone number was not reachable later today. I have already reached out to the cyber crime team for help.
