I have a demat account in icici bank for 1 years now when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is two debit transaction, first transaction on 26 sep-2019 'dp chgs till aug-14' — inr 51.43 & second transaction on 30 sep-2019 'dp chgs till aug-14' — inr 231. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged...

From my icici bank account amount debited without my knowledge, and im not receiving any message, i have checked my balance there was missing of rs.800/- and mentioned (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till aug-19), im not using icici demat account, while opening the account the bank executive provide the ready-made kit for demat account. Since there is no deduction from past 7yrs regarding this demat account. The bank doing this kind of cheating...

Also, i am not using demat account of icici. It was opened by default while opening saving account i guess. Please refund my amount. Or atleast help me in closing...

I want to unblock my account with icici. When i had given a call to the customer service they informed me that my account is active whereas when i am trying to access the icici bank application in my mobile it gives me an error saying that your account is been blocked. Kindly assist as i am unable to login in my application and perform any transactions through transfer amount or others.

I applied for amazon pay icici credit card the application is processed and the card was dispatched in blue dart.. But the delivery manager just called once and reported like the address is wrong. I decided to contact the customer card of icici.. But u guys want my account number...

Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges...

I am balaji seethapathy. 98.29 & 727.71 rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] dp chgs till aug-19) dp charges on 26/09/2019 & 30/09/2019.

I have never used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I was informed the demat account is free account & now they started deducting amount from my salary account.

I have not intimated by messages either by mail or mobile about deductionbr...

I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do...

Within 15 days about 1000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpsl~31aug19~8390efa~[protected]g without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

Correct icici bank a/c no :[protected]...

I am a customer of icicis/b a/c-[protected]).

On 30/09/2019 around 09:20 hrs i had used tamilnadu merchantile bank atm (Atm id-tmb23702 in melur for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

I didn't get the money but my icici account was debited.

Please investigate and get it credited back to my icici s/b account asap.

The feedback says that icici delays this kind...

My a/c no [protected] connect with credit card no last digit 8000 (4) amount refund but right not update amount detail-1760+499+89+3.68=2351.8 all ready i was pay due pay 1710 rs on 30/8/19 but he not update and send bill due payment 2044 rs why not take money through more amount when i will not payment i was taken 30 to 40% why i will that amount interest please solve it. Please solve this month due payment or not.

The bank has deducted all tax returns that got credited to my account with 12 transactions with 413 rupees. When tried to reach the customer care - they haven't provided me with an answer. Absolutely shocking and irresponsible behaviour from icici - i'm losing hopes on banking with both icici bank and hdfc where i faced another such case. I'm also wondering why is there no intimation on the same while debiting my account....

Dear sir,
I'm nazir hussain barbhuiya holding icici savings account for past 6 month. A/c#[protected]] in shivajinagar bangalore.
Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

My name is nidhi arya and i'm holding a saving account in icici bank for the past 4 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50 each on september 16th 2019 thrice and the description says:

I have an account in icici since last 5 years. My account was debited of rs. 588.82 on 27th september, 19 under the category dcardfee1005sep19-aug20+gst. What is this fee and how can it be deducted without my permission or any notice through an email or sms? This is quite an unethical behaviour from the bank, please inform about such charges before-hand. Usually the charges i know are not more than rs. 250+gst annually. I think it is high...

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I got a notification of the amount deducted and then checked my statement.
