No steps have been taken by the icici bank and they are in the process of further harassment, unnecessary delaying the procedure even after more than 08 months of complaints in the consumer complaint forum icici bank has not deactivated my credit card and showing dues against me amounting rs. 5500/- for the credit card which was not even activated by me. I had requested the same number of time via mails and telephonic conversations but they keep on giving deadlines one after two by saying that issue has been raised to level 1, 2 etc. This sort of lethargic tendency regarding resolution of the grievance in which the nominated nodal officer i. E. Sh. Vinayak rao is also not helping much and that too for those issues where the customer is innocent and their cibil has got skewed because of this sort of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of icici bank.

I have to apply for loan and with this pathetic grading of cibil score no bank is now allowing me to get the loan. My plan for buying a property has been delayed for more than a month and icici bank personnels are not ready to resolve the issue on urgent basis even after passage of more than 08 months.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

    My atm has got blocked, i tried unblocking it on the mobile phone services, it got unblock only for swiping, but its not working for any online transaction. I am trying to reach to a customer care executive person, could not find a single way to reach to them,

    Being a private bank, did not expect this. Their customer care numbers are a piece of #, not even a single way to talk to a representative.

      I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan for one year. After that they continue this plan without my permission and deducted rs. 1899 from my account. I request you to deactivate my plan asap and refund my money otherwise i will complaint against you in consumer court.

        Dear sir/madam,

        My name is gajendra sharma. I took a "car loan" from your bank on 06 - september -2019, the loan is in the name of my mother and i am a "co-applicant". This is my loan no. (Lajai[protected]) & my car no. Rj-45-ch-7017, this car i have purchase jaipur akar tata motors showroom in vaishali nagar jaipur.

        The problem is that when i took a loan, that loan bank employee 'krishna rajawat' did not give information about "loan security". Then i was told that your loan was rs 5, 27, 000, then i had agreed the loan amount given by him.

        But when i got the letter of loan information from "icici bank", then the loan amount was found to be 5, 43, 000 rs,

        When later i talked about this to the loan tax worker "krishna rajawat", he said that he has insured you for "loan protection". Then i told him, why did not i inform him about this earlier, and why did not i tell him at the time of loan and after the loan has been processed. Then i told him that i should not give this "loan protection" then i told him that i should not give this "loan protection". Then that loan employee 'krishna rajawat' said that it will have to be taken. When he said this to me, i immediately told him that i did not loan this car but he cut my call and added this "loan security" to my loan account.

        Therefore, i request you that i should not get this "loan protection", because of this my loan installment amount has also gone up and i cannot provide the loan installment, i request you due to the fault of that loan employee, my loan amount increased and due to that my installment is coming very much, which i cannot pay,

        I must get rid of this. I am also sharing some details with you that this is… (Details of the loan, the loan do that came at the time of the car, and the details of the loan employee) which is the attachment.

That person using my account and withdraw my cash when i ask about that...             Today my account is debited with rs 199
            By vsi/amazon st. What does this mean?
            Albeit i didn't order anything the said amount is debited my icici account? How is this possible? Without the interference of the customer how a bank allows this kind of transactions?
            I read same complaint and found it is resolved. Hope even my problem is also resolved. Thanks.

              Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 19/09/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
              I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
              This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. I would request that my complaint be resolved quickly as i also sent a comlpaint on the website and didn't hear anything from the bank.

                Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on 02/09/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding i wish.
                I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                Give me money back otherwise i have to go pmo. And don't subscribe any kind of service in future without my concern.

                  The Cheque Book for your Account XX1946 has been delivered by Ace Courier Pvt Ltd. on 01-OCT-19 and received by SIGN. "
                  I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHECKBOOK.
                  I have contacted the customer care. I was told that as per their record it has been delivered.
                  The courier agency earlier also gave false statement.

                    The application is under process after 2 months of application and there is no status update from icici bank, the customer repersentatives are saying the card is delivered but i have not even received any intimation about the same and moreover it says the application is under process. They are asking me for an application number where as nothing was provided by their system.

                      I have been charged rs 29.50 three times and also without notifying me. At least the bank could send sms alert for the debit. There was no such alerts. Please look into it.

                      How many customers have faced this situation and also without knowing about it.

                      Date - 30th september 2019.
                      I request a refund of the same.

                        Received the new amazon credit card from icici.
                        Delivered to office address. So, mail notifications going to office email
                        Changed the mailer from imobile app 2-3 times. But still going to office email and not personal email id.

                        Tried calling up icici cust care from imobile app. Call doesn't get connected.
                        If trying via mobile banking (Call) call gets disconnected after stating my credit balance.

                              I was trying to recharge my jio phone number from jio app with upi payment method as on 05.09.2019. The transaction amount in 399.00.
                              But the transaction was timed out and the recharge did not happen. Still even before the transaction could complete icici bank debited the money from my account. Since then i am doing lot of follow up.
                              But the only response i am getting from icici is that the amount is credited to beneficiary bank (I. E. Jio's bank) & i should check with them. I have also checked with jio customer care & they have told me that they have not received the recharge request & hence if the money is debited from the bank account it should get credited in 10 days. But even after more than 20 days it is not credited back.

                              The basic question is that if the transaction is timed out or failed how can the bank debit the money from my account.

                              Request you to please help me with this issue.

                                I have a demat account in icici bank for 1 years now when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is two debit transaction, first transaction on 26 sep-2019 'dp chgs till aug-14' — inr 51.43 & second transaction on 30 sep-2019 'dp chgs till aug-14' — inr 231. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                                  From my icici bank account amount debited without my knowledge, and im not receiving any message, i have checked my balance there was missing of rs.800/- and mentioned (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till aug-19), im not using icici demat account, while opening the account the bank executive provide the ready-made kit for demat account. Since there is no deduction from past 7yrs regarding this demat account. The bank doing this kind of cheating to their customer. Based on this i'm going to close this account and decide to switch other bank. I want my money back

                                  I'm Vismay Jain holding ICICI savings account for past few years. A/C #[protected].
                                  Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                                  Please take some action against the bank, if it is not done according to the Rules

                                  Today Rs.354 was deducted from my savings account and when I checked the statement it read as MM annual fee. What Kind of charges is this? Could you please reimburse this amount.
                                  I was charged Rs 354 as MM Charges Fee from Aug 19 - Jul 20. However I did not register for any service. Money got deducted without consent and intimation

                                    Hello sir my name is robin kumar nayak. I hv taken home loan from icici bank in the name of my wife in vadodara. My loan account no is lbbrd[protected]. My emi date started from 5th of may 2018 and before that all procedure for ecs was done and for that icici home loan department notified me ragarding my emi which was to be deducted on 5th may but emi was not deducted n tht time i had sufficient balance in my saving account. After one day icici home loan collection person came to my home and he was telling yr emi amt is due for the month of may 18 and i told him all procedure tht was already done for ecs facility from my sbi act n i had to pay him the emi amt through check but the overdue amt kept on reflecting everymonth and in this month the overdue amt was deducted. So i request to you plz do the needful action so tht my hard earned money shud refund in my act. Thnx sir.

                                    I am banking with ICICI from last 12 years . Got travel card for my europe trip. I am trying to book my Europe train and it asks OTP sent to my india number. So weird. How would my india number will be active for a travel card. Please help . Its not even allowing to edit mobile number for my account through web.

                                      I have saving account at icici bank. My account has been charged inr 826 for something dmc * dp chgs till august 19. I just saw this in my statement while i was scrolling. I didn't received any message of this transaction.
                                      Also, i am not using demat account of icici. It was opened by default while opening saving account i guess. Please refund my amount. Or atleast help me in closing this demat account as i am not using the account. And i don't want to be charged unknowingly for the service i am not at all using.

                                      Icici bank deducted 413.00 from my account as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSL. I dint make any this kind of transaction nor I have any policy or insurance or EMI running on this account. why they deduct this amount from my account, I want this amount refunded. what is the procedure? kindly help me out.

                                      I have ordered a jumpsuit and a top from this website on Aug 29 and till date i have not received the order. There is no contact information given. The email if that js given, they don't reply on that. The phone number that is provided while placing the order is always switched off.

                                        unblock my icici mobile application

                                        Hi all,

                                        I want to unblock my account with icici. When i had given a call to the customer service they informed me that my account is active whereas when i am trying to access the icici bank application in my mobile it gives me an error saying that your account is been blocked. Kindly assist as i am unable to login in my application and perform any transactions through transfer amount or others.
