My mother had taken an ICICI safety bond on MAR1911 for me(Dayal Kumar), SR NO: 2561 and Unique Identification no: G[protected], According to ICICI band after the maturity period they have sent the cheque on the address mentioned in the bond, but the same was not claimed NEFT in my account.
I visited ICICI (Hinjewadi Phase -2 Branch), to get the procedure to withdraw the same.
They asked to contact the customer care who manages the Bond section.
I do contact them, they asked me to send the following documents.
1) The original copy of the bond
2) An affidavit stating that the NEFT has not been claimed in my account.
3) The Bank Details as an address proof.
4) Application signed and verified by the Branch Manager for my current address
5) Aadhar and the Pan card with self-verified.
and send these documents on the address below,

I have posted the documents on 13th Aug 2018, Please help me on the same.
I have tried contacting the team on customer care but failed every time they said contact some other team.
Can I get the updated status on the same?
