The refund amount of $7.82was credited to my account on[protected] by AliExpress online shopping App . I have not yet received the money in my account. On complaining to AliExpress, they said that they have already credited and provided me the ARN no of the transaction and asked me to contact the bank, but the bank authorities didn't respond about the ARN...     The refund amount of $4.21 was credited to my account on[protected] by AliExpress online shopping App . I have not yet received the money in my account. On complaining to AliExpress, they said that they have already credited and provided me the ARN no of the transaction and asked me to contact the bank, but the bank authorities didn't respond about the ARN...       Rs 8000 has been transferred from my ICICI account to a unknown SBI account.
      Complaint No- SR[protected]
      Now SBI has refused to entertain this complaint and ICICI bank says SBI refused and not helping anymore.
      I dnot know whom I can complain now. I am loosing my Rs 8000. Its very unsupportive behaviour from both banks. I need my money back, I want to log a legal complaint.

          I got my salary account opened (about 5 months) ago in January and the bank opened a demat/trading account for me in May. On asking to close this account as this was not opened by my consent they are not responding to my request and saying that this is free for one year so it doesn't matter. They charge a hefty fees from the next year.
          Also to make this worse they have linked my salary account with this.
          I registered a complaint (complaint no:- SR[protected] with the customer care on 28th may 2019 and no further action has been taken instead I am getting calls to login into my demat account to start trading.
          ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have icici salat account opened 5.5 years back now Its changed to savings as I'm no longer working..today I received demat account statement to pay due..I never used any or consent to open demat..how to close and report this

            I am Ex Employee of ICICI. I am contacting the HR team for my reliving letter and PF withdrawal multiple times. It's almost 10 years back I worked with them so not able to connect through the old numbers. Written couple of mails to Payroll team and settlement team however mails got bounced.

              Dear customer, renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 15-june-19. It will be completed in 1 wkg day.

              I want to cancel it and get my damn refund now!!! How dare you take my money when im struggling to keep my balance in the account i already don’t have enough money

                    My icici bank account has been charged for low balance... First 326 + 126 rupees for last month ... And this month 384 rupees..

                    I am a student .. and that i have mentioned even when i opened the account.. I have no earnings.. All i had was my savings... I was out for around 8 months from my city.. and i have not deposited any money in my account.. Literally i was unaware about this low balance charges policy...This much amount that have been charged means a lot to me as i am unemployed.. Atleast any call or sms should have been sent to my number that I should deposit some money.. before deducting.., I dont know what to do .. I am really sad.. Any how if this amount can be reversed, it will help me a lot.. plzzz help

                      I have filed a complaint to icici bank customer care regarding my atm debit... it has been promised that it will be resolved within 7 days. But still I didn't get my money back. I am trying to contact customer care but there is no way to reach out to icici customer care .. I have tried multiple times. I have also mailed them about my query, but i didn't get any response from them. This is such a horrible experience.

                        I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 3 months.
                        I have been have charged worth 177 Rs.
                        The bank statement showed following entry on the same as DCARDFEE6349MAR19-FEB20+GST for 25th April.
                        I am not aware of what type of charges are these.
                        I was never been informed regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                        This is been very unprofessional behavior from the Bank.
                        I need reimbursement for the same.

                          I was an ex employee of ICICI BANK LTD My employee No was 187264 my Date of Joining is 3 Nov 2009 And my last working date was 31st Oct 2011. But due to password sharing I got termination letter so Living Date is 15/02/2012.
                          I have been received my FNF in Feb 2012.
                          In this FNF I Received Amount 40000 as notice pay.But not received PF amount.

                          And after living this job i left the city where I working but after that bank didn't contacted me for My PF Settlement..

                              I called in last month to ask about my statement and auto debit. I was told I do not have auto debit. Now I am charged for it. I had to call in 5-6 times to get the issue reported. First I was told I will get a callback in 2 days, now I am told I jave to wait 5 days. Starting from the begining I have been loed to and I feel the bank is not trustworthy at all.

                                  Hello sir/ma’am,

                                  Today I have done a UPI payment with UPI reference ID[protected] for my sister school fee ‘Shruti Kumari Shah’ who is studying in Hindustani Kendriya Vidyalay from the website(eazypay). The icici bank has debited the money from my account but in the website it is showing the fee is not paid. Can you please look at this matter as soon as possible as the due date is 14/06/19 and give me a reply.

                                    My Personal Loan application was approved for 20Lac. Then I got a confirmation message for disbursal of the amount balance after BT. And without my consent they disbursed the amount approx 1lac 130000 in my account. Then I emailed them for cancellation of the loan. But they did not act on that.
                                    Actually it was a BT[Balance Trasfer] Icici Bank issued two cheques with a validity of one month.
                                    Then I just approached my BT bank for ForeClosure letter. It was late and the cheque expired. Now I have requested the Bank to release the same amount in my account but they are denying and deducting the amount from my account.

                                    Please do needful. If bank will disburse the amount in my account I can do it on my ease.

                                      I have been blocked my Amazon pay credit card due to, lost my card. My card was permanently blocked by ICICI Bank Customer Care.

                                      I send the mail request also to the help.[protected]@icicibank.com at May 30 2019 (see the attached screenshot). No reply mail from customer care.

                                      I also contact the phone banking number[protected]. There is no phone banking persons available. Very poor services for Amazon Pay ICICI Customer Care. I m very disappointed to this problem.
