I have taken a loan of 460000 rs from icici bank and now done the prepayment of 119000 rs but now they have reduced my tenure of loan-lbjhn[protected] i want my monthly emi should be reduced bcoz i want able to pay such amount monthly. So i request you to please change my emi and resolve my concern.

Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 199rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. I had a personal loan in axis bank for which emi was deducting from icici bank account in june2017 to dec2017 there was around 10-12 thousand amount has been deducted from my icici bank account in name of the ecs charges.
Which i also deposited into axis bank also when i closed the loan.
But when i talked to icici bank executive they told sir it can be deducted any number of times, but as per rbi rules they cannot...

I am an Account holder in ICICI bank. Yesterday my bank has charged me more than 500 rupees stating it as POS DEC CHG. Upon calling the bank they said that my card has declined in the past. Really! I applied for credit card, provided all the require documents to the bank executive and received the credit card but with all wrong written name, icici bank employees will call only for collection or only for new services? And the employees are so busy in work that they are not matching (Name) or not cross checking with original document. If same mistake happen from customers to update the details you guys will say "fraud' so for this mistake...

I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and i get this mail today.
"your (New policy) new policy of cpp/oneassist for (Privilege single-rs.2799) wa privilege single rs. 1899 has been regd vide sr[protected] on 29-jun-18. It will be completed within 1 working days".
I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund...

I am paid my bill 27/04/2019 as per first bill date which is receive in[protected]
There a due date 27/01/2019 and i am paid bill in april 27/04/2019. Then charge late payment charge. 590 but all website i check "late payment charges 30% of minimum amount due (Subject to a minimum of `

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

I have processed the transaction on 14th May 2019 to sarathi account (TRANSPORT AUTHORITY) for license fees because i need to submit licencse fees. i am emailing icici bank and submitted complaint online but there are no action has been taken at yet. as i am suffering for this non professional behaviour of ICIC bank. nor my money refunded nor its credited to customer account....

Dear icici, how can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 826/- has been deducted from my account towards dp charges till feb2019 (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till feb-19). At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.
