On 15th June 2019, I have approached bank and applied for personal loan due to some emergency. I have brought them into notice that how urgent I might required a loan and they promised that they will get disburse amount by Monday which is 17th June. But when I tried reaching them on Monday they said it will be done max by Tuesday, and again when I called them on Tuesday they said again with 100 % grantee that I will get loan by Wednesday. When I called again on Wednesday than I got some fake call from some representative on Wednesday that he is calling for the loan department and explained me all the emi rate, processing fee with GST fee and insurance fee but when I said him that I don't need insurance for my loan than he lied me that it is compulsory, then after the call disconnection I have browsed about it and cam to know that insurance is not compulsory. So I have informed same to relationship manage Karishma and she than agreed that it is not compulsory. But the main thing I got to know that the person who called me earlier was not from loan department after getting the call from the concerned loan department on Thursday and he also said me that he got the approval request for 8lac but actually I had requested for 3 lac. Then I realized that there is something fraudulent happening at the backend. During all these days I suffered a mental torture and the reason for which I had requested a loan got worst. I was thinking to sue icici but before that I want to try posting everywhere I can so that they can understand how the customer feel when things doesn't happens on time. If we delay in paying emi or loan then they put heavy interest on us and daily torture customer to get personal loans by calling them or posting the false adds about instance loans.

They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or SMS or any phone call. please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.

      I had applied for personal loan of 2 lakhs only due to some urgent need, , waited for 4-5 day however no response, , after calling the customer care again and again finally i got a call from my nearest branch and told me that she will come and pick up the document, , , waited for 2 days but still didnt came so went drop my documents.
      Again i had called up customer care and complained, SRSR[protected], the following day i got acall that my documents are incomplete, , later i arrange all documents and handover the document, , again had called up me and told that bank statement xerox copies are not clear and asked some other documents which i had never given to any of the bank for any loans, , after waiting for for than 2 weeks they had rejected my loan, , this is because none of the icici team have proper communication.they are not organised properly, some will ask something and othere will ask something, , , when i took a personal loan of 10 lanks only one person came took my documents and within 2-3 days the loan was sanctioned.here after verification i was told by one manager that the money will be transfered to my slary account and just after sometime a message came that the laon is rejected and to contact a executive who never respond and pick up the call..its horrible and should never go with ICICi, , please go with hdfc if private and if public bank than BOB or SBI

        My ICICI credit card account is being charged incorrect late fees and interest on late fees inspite of numerous follow ups and all details provided to ICICI customer support.
        Cheque payment done on time and issue was internal ICICI bank issue as they processed cheque to an incorrect customer account.
        The payment cleared from my bank details was also provided to ICICI team however I continue to see the incorrect charges to my statement for past 2 months with additional interest on late fees. COmpletely unacceptable process from ICICI

          Complaint against ICICI Bank

          I refer to the remittance of dollars to USA made through ICICI Bank, Bidhannagar Branch, Kolkata ( Base Br. 6950) on 20th May 2019, I observed conversion rate of dollar is changed after committed to me during ultimate transaction. To be more precise, while I signed the paper, I was communicated the exchange rate as $ 1 = Rs 70.70 and I allowed the ICICI bank to debit my account accordingly.
          Later, I found that it was debited at exchange rate at ₹ 71.03 instead of ₹ 70.70 (i.e. 0.33 p more for a dollar). When I asked the reason of such arbitrary application of exchange rate of dollar, their Bidhannagar Branch passed the buck to Mumbai Branch, who are the final authority for such transaction, although it was not revealed to me earlier.
          I told Bidhannagar Branch that such unilateral decision by Mumbai is uncalled for as I didn’t give liberty to debit any extra amount without intimating me. It’s absolutely unethical, as well.
          I didn’t receive any satisfactory feedback from Bidhannagar Branch during last two week despite my repeated request.
          Although Bidhannagar converse with Mumbai and came to know that it was the rate Mumbai did find when they processed. My feelings is, this case should not be processed then as Mumbai can’t alter the deal finalised at Kolkata without any intimation. Moreover, this transaction couldn’t have happened in case I didn’t allow freedom to debit my account.

          This additional amount need be reversed by ICICI.

          A fortnight has passed but didn’t get any response from ICICI Bank authorities, which shows their way of working as lackadaisical as a Nationalised Bank. If I’m not wrong, I presume that the authorities don’t want to resolve the issue and intend the case to be fizzled out in due course.
          I would say this is absolutely unprofessional and the Bank should address my grievance. It’s of no use to keep such case pending.
          Although it is recorded on July 21, 1979 as ‘Complaint marked as Resolved’, in reality nothing is happened. It’s a disparaging statement.
          The additional amount debited from my account due to ICICI internal transaction as pointed out in complaint was not mitigated.
          I request the ICICI authorities to resolve in true term at the earliest.

            Dear Team(this is the complaint mail i sent in Bank),

            My name is Kunal Kumar. Today(13th June) morning my Debit card([protected]) was lost somewhere i was calling customer care to inform the same but I started getting message of Transactions. I immediately called Customer care and Blocked my Debit and Credit Card.

            After blocking my card and freezing my Account what CC executive told me two more transaction were made. I dont know how. Even i visited branch they were also surprised how this be done. Ankit from Meerut Icici Bank Taken hard copy of the Documents and helped me to Take remaining all money from my A/C just in case no other fraud happen.

            I have been two complaints no for my two transaction before card block and two transaction after card block. If you will closely observe my A/C statement i have never used any such services. you will find person kept on doing transactions.

            I got only two messages of transaction whose copy i have given with customer dispute form in bank and same i attaching with mail.

            I requested bank Dispute team and asked to take action immediately.

            With the telephonic conversation i had with you on Saturday 15th June. I am attaching FIR Copy of the same with the receiving from Nauchandi Police Station. My Complaint had been registered on 15th-June in SSP Office Meerut.

            I have attached the copy of Receiving from Nauchandi Police Station Meerut along with this mail Same hard original copy i have deposited in Branch Office Garh Road, Meerut to MR.ARPIT and same has been uploaded in System.

            The Fir No OBR-3/939 CYBER CELL CRIME BRANCH MEERUT. The Registered Fir copy could be received from SSP Office Meerut from ROOM NO-2 and In crime branch Office on First Floor.

            I had informed the bank for lost of my Debit card on the same day i lost my card on 13th June and after blocking also amount kept on deducting. I have not received any mail for the transaction, I had received only two messages for Deduction of Amount -24999 and 10000.
            Rest i did not received any sms/Mail/OTP/4 Digit Code on my registered no.

            Pls take care of your bank security system .

            Icici bank is an fraud bank.

            Despite blocking card informing bank on time doing FIR that my debit card had been misplaced. They are now saying this is customer responsibility to keep debit card safe.

            Bank cannot do any thing in ur fraud case because this is an UPI transfer.

            Anyone ask bank when customer calling and saying he has not done these transactions and informing about card loss. Even after blocking card amount kept on deducting. Who is responsible if amount is getting deducted even after card block...

            Customer care saying ask your police station for money.

            what i am suppose to do...

              I made a payment by phonepe for recharging my JIO no. on MY Jio app on date 18/06/2019 at 08:40 am. But money get deducted from my bank account while the recharge is not done.

                I Recharged My jio mobile number recently for Rs 399

                And I've applied a 50 rs coupon code and paid rest 349 using upi, now the money is gone, but recharge hasint been done. Pls refund my money back

                I used the app named google pay and used my upi code to confirm my transfer after that i was redirected to google pay where i clicked pay to [protected]@icici, and my money was gone, i even got a message saying money was deducted, but recharge was not done

                  During the period 10th June to 15th June 2019, ICICI Bank has wrongly debited
                  Bank Charges to my SB A/c 8 times i.e. Rs.885 4 times and Rs.413 4 times
                  towards cheque return charges. I have already submitted premium discontinuance letter in respect of my two policies : 1) Pol.No.21799668 and
                  Policy No.21917244 on 18.2.2019.
                  There was auto debit option in my a/c and that is already cancelled after
                  submission of these two letters.
                  I have not issued any cheque towards payment of premium in case of above
                  two policies.
                  You are requested to please look into the matter and kindly reverse the bank
                  charges wrongly debited to my a/c

                      I have done the Recharge for Jio number through my Jio upi Amazon pay money has been deducted from my bank account but Recharge is not been yet.
                      Refund my money.

                        I have one ICICI unsecured redeemable bonds in the nature of promissory notes issued on 01.07.1999 (ICICI ONLY VIMAL VASTRALYA BONDS, a money multiplier bond-private placement series R/BPN/99/1) which was to be redeemed on 01.01.2018. But do not know how to redeem it and where to redeem and on which formate and how discharge and supporting documents for redemption in my bank accounts. Also i do not find any relevant information or instruction how to redeem the bonds. Can some help be available in this regard from the company or its successors or associates or any fellow bond-holder?

                          Hi, while shopping on myntra i paid using my ICICI debit card but transaction failed of RS 3, 924 on 15th June 2019 that time amount was debited from my account but myntra don't receive it. I once again tried but even for 2nd time transaction failed and RS 2, 504 was again debited from my account. Please help me as this amount is still not credited back to my account.

                            mab charge deducted in spite of maintaining more than 10k in my bank account

                            MAB charge deducted every month in spite of maintaining more than 10K in my ICICI bank account at Bangur Nagar goregaon West branch. Only for 6 days in last 6 months my account balance is below 10K otherwise it is mostly in range of 25K -40K every day. In spite of this every motnth MAB charges are deducted from my account since JANUARY 2019.in spite of maintianing much more amount...

                            This is Balakrishna K. Using the ICIC bank credit card (Card Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). On Nov 23rd, 2018 I made an online transaction to purchase a weighing scale for home purpose which is worth Rs. 1399/-. The transaction was successful and i didn't see any error or warning. All went very smooth. But in January 2019 when I checked my old credit card statements, I found that there was a deduction of Rs.1399/- two times at the same time of the purchase which I did. Immediately I called-up the Bank customer care and they suggested me to send the customer dispute form along with my identity proof details. I have done that. The Service Request Number was: SR[protected]. I thought bank will resolve my problem. When I called the bank again for the status of my complaint in Feb first week, I got to know that my request was closed without any intimation to me. SO, again i raised 1 more complaint for the same. Service Request Number was: SR[protected] and I sent the customer dispute from again along my identity proof. I stated following-up with the bank and they are saying it is in process. Again, I called them got the same reply as, your request estimated resolution will be in June 2019. So, I called them again in the month of May 2019. I got the response that my new complaint also has closed and no intimation to me. I asked the customer care agent why there is no intimation to me when my request is closed. As I am the customer of the bank that is your responsibility to at least inform me. He told me that the bank sent SMS and email to your registered mobile number and email ID. I asked them when it happened. He was not able to answer, and he said you will get it now.

                            Again, I called them the next day and this time my call was transferred to some next level person. He stated talking to me in a harsh way and when I asked him to explain me the reasons why my complaint is closed and no intimation. He said, "why we need to inform you"... and he asked me to log a police complaint against the vendor (Flipkart) which I purchased the weighing scale through online. I already checked with the vendor (Flipkart) and they confirmed me that they received the amount only once.
                            I am very much disappointed, and I lost my mental peace because of the bank officers’ harsh words and the way he given the response. I am raising this complaint not for any compensation but at least bank should take the responsibility of my concerns.

                              I have paid my Credit card bill settlement amount. Still ECSRTNCHGS 413 /- deducted twice from my account. After so much commitments from bank, still unknown charges deduction is happening on which I am not getting any message. Difficult now a days to ignore such issues as this is hard working money saving in bank. I am regreting to accept credit card from ICICI Bank

                                Something is SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH ICICI.
                                First - they change their helpline numbers to only 1800 numbers - and those numbers are practically non-reachable from outside of India.
                                Then someone gives me a +91 number (+91-[protected]) which seems like a right number but when I tried calling the same - the automated response disconnected my call saying "This number is accessible only if you are calling from an international number". Well the system is pretty retarded if it doesn't consider an international number international. I have been frantically trying to reach ICICI Bank for the past 2 weeks from Dubai but no respite.

                                Can someone help?

                                  I have just recharged with rupees 149 to my jio number by using UPI I'd.
                                  Payment was successfully done, but I didn't have yet get my phone number recharged.
                                  Please stop bothering us with such issues.
                                  Kindly! Either make my recharge successful or refund my money as soon as possible.
                                  And for your kind information, everyone is not interested in wasting their money in such companies.
                                  Please never try to use such strategies for the sake of money.

                                    Sir jab hamne lone lia to hame phle information ni di gyi thi ki lone clear karate time 4% extra lgega... Hme lone lete time hi 2 saal me clear ki baat ki thi but ab hmse 4% prepayment liya jara hai...
                                    And ham ni de skte...so please solve our problems...i can pay only taken money with intrest ..but 4% prepayment i can't .
