A transaction of rs. 826 was conducted by icici bank with no information given to me. The same is listed under transaction dmc/in[protected]... There was no message given to me either through mail or sms. The date of said transaction was 26th june 2017 and made through the account of ramesh lakde. I have not authorized this transaction.

Same transaction has been done where rs 344.17 deducted in jan19 month which i was not aware.

I want bank to refund the amount or explain the reasons for deduction.

    We r senior citizen couple living in noida u. P. & fairly old customers. The location of branch (3452) in gaur city 1, grter noida u. P. Is in such a dangerous n disgusting place that one can't even enter the branch properly. Surrounded by eateries in basement, everyday, rodents chew up wires and nothing works, n also frequent short circuits n as result branch remains closed. This is absolutely unbecoming of your bank. If things don't improve we have to shift our accounts immdtly. It is like a punishment to have account in this branch. Pl act fast.

I have contacted the bank but received no reply. I have not authorized this transaction.

        Without my knowledge rs.406.87 is deducted. Without any deduction msg in email and in sms also. This is wrong practice. This is known as theft. Will this could be goes under cyber crime. On emergency purpose i unable to proceed. This worst process. Send back the money immediately. I regularly facing this issues from the beginning of the account resolve this issue. Send back the amount

          I don’t know any such thing... Today rs158.34/- has been debited from my account. And mine is a pockets account, which there is no min balance. They didn’t even inform me about such thing (Dcardfee).. They have debited directly from my account, they didn’t even send me a message or called me regarding that. Even after debited from my account they didn’t mentioned it. I just checked the balance and as the money has debited i went to the pockets app and checked there and there they mentioned degrading this.

                  I received wrong huge credit card bill from icici which is blocked from month.
                  On 22nov 2019 i got message from icici that my credit card bill is rs -23 (Negative)
                  On feb 22 2019 i got message from icici bank that rs 4793 is due - card was blocked during
                  On march 30 2919 i got a message from icici that 6855 is due
                  On may 28 2019 i got a message from icici that rs 42413 is due
                  And recently on 22 jun 2019 i got message from icici bank that 53035 is due

                  Kindly check and let me know on which basis they calculate.

                    I have made a UPI transaction by mobikwik app on 28th may'19 for rs. 1000/- through my ICICI bank account[protected] to pay my credit card bill.
                    Money has been debited from my account but payment was not credited to the beneficiary account.
                    I have checked with Mobikwik Care team regarding this transaction & they replied that (UPI transaction attempt with reference number[protected] could not be successful and amount has not been processed to beneficiary's bank account.)
                    I have already complaint to ICICI care (vide reference SR[protected] but they told that it was successfully credited to beneficiary account.
                    Now, I request to ICICI to back this transaction from beneficiary account as they are refusing to accept this payment & refund the same to my account.

                        From my account, there was an deduction of inr 29.50 without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. And how come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it

                          My name is arun. I have small startup business. My tid no : 33212651, firstdata team not releasing my money 200000/.. They are telling me that you used your own card. So fraudulent transaction. I myself sent all the required document including my card details before they ask me. If rules are like that then why did not inform me when edc machine was installed. If i aware of that why dont i do fraudulent transaction. That person who came for install the swipe machine, simply gave machine and taking signature and went. Nothing informed. After this incident i asked him, he is telling i forgot to tell you.
                          I did not get these kind of rules via sms. Remember not everyone knows good english to read plenty of pages of rules and regulations.
                          I did not do it with knowing the rules. You terminated my edc. I surrender to him who installed. I agree whatever the rules are. Please remember without information about using own card in edc is fraudulent this was happened. You held my money nearly a month. First time i am in these kind of situation. I have small business, 200000/ rs is very big amount for me. If you hold it 135 days then i should close my business. There is no other way. Taking cash from credit card is easy via e-wallets. I could have go for that if i knew this is fraudulent. Just think once. We had good opinion on icici bank. All our family and friends having current acs and saving acs with your bank. If i have bad and sad experience like this then how will i suggest to others. You are saying after 135 day there will be fine amount. Holding my money for 135 days long is worlds biggest fine after that extra fine amount. You should consider it because unknowingly it was happened. So many mails sent already there is no response.
                          First time without proper information from icici edc person i did this. Please release my money. Treating new startup proprietor as me as fraud is unfair. I agree this is mistake, but consider i did not aware of it because nobody informed me. Now i well know about rules, i never do it again.

                          After 3 days i got reply from icici bank care. They mailed me to write [protected]@icicims.com. I sent mail to Marchant care. I don't know how many days to get reply.
                          ICICI issued credit card saying no charge. But they charged 500 rupees and now ever month i am getting bills though i never used it. I lost the card and not able to surrender. Even my email id they have typed wrongly and i don't get any email

                                I have been debited with multiple ECS return charges which sums up to nearly 1710 rupees. It is happening everytime as I add some amount into my savings account. This is annoying me very much and planning to close this account with this bank. They aren't notifying anything about the reason for deduction. Please help me on this

                                  Hi team,

                                  Icici loan app no: lbmum[protected]

                                  I had transfer loan from dhfl to icici bank. While transferring loan icici executive was told me that if you didn't receive the benefit of pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy from dhfl bank then you will get the same from icici bank. And on this statement, i was agreed to transfer the loan to icici.

                                  The name of the executive is sunil yadav who is from bhayander west icici branch.

                                  After the loan has sanctioned and all procedure completed i asked that in how many days or months i would get the benefit of pmay subsidy. He said that he will check and let me know. The same i had communicated when i submitted all the original document to him. Even that time he replied the same.

                                  When i emailed their customer care, they replied to me saying you are not eligible as this is a balance transfer request. Then i asked sunil regarding the same and then he denied that this is balance transfer so you are not eligible.

                                  Then why did he provide wrong information to me? If he would have given correct information to me then i would have waited for a couple of months and would have taken benefit from dhfl for pmay subsidy.

                                  My question is why should i bear a loss of 2.67 lakh subsidy benefit because of sunil yadav's mistake?

                                  I have sent so many emails to icici customer case but they are sending just templated emails to me. This is the reason why i am posting my concern here.

                                  I hope you will take the appropriate action.

                                    What is happening...you have charged me Dcardfee two times...

                                    may last u charged me 410 rs and today u charged 295...

                                    why the hell you are taking our amount like this... no response from icici customer Care..

                                    i need my money back..else i will cancel my account from your bank

                                    Give me the correct reason..u guys havent said anything about this in prior.

                                    Whenever i get money..u r taking it from me by saying some charge names.

                                    I want the refund...else cancel my debit card and give me a normal card..

                                    You guys said me that i have applied for upgrade of card...but i havent and u gave me a new card amd charging in that by dcard fee...why are you doing like this..

                                    Refund me or i will have to cancel the account.

                                      I was applying for du llb entrance exam on 17.06.19 and had paid an amount of 750 to submit the form. Amount of 750 got deducted from my account but the application form couldn't be submitted. Later i repaid an amount of 750 to get it submitted on the next day as the last day to apply was approaching.in short, i made 2 payments for single cause and didn't got any refund even after 6 days of transaction failure.

                                        My bank balance had been deducted 7 times each 29.5 rupees total worth of 204 rupees mentioning that POSDEC charges in a same day that is 21 june 2019. I didn't even used my card when there is insufficient balance.All the deduction is done on same day on 21 st june mentioning POSDEC charges/30-05-19/0822+GST. bank is in ramakrishnapuram in guntur.
