I have a savings account in icici bank. One year back i have applied and got an international card in jan 2018. They have deducted issuance fee of 588 rs and 177 rs for dcard fee for 2018. For this year 2019, they have deducted a sum of 590 rs from my account as dcard fee. This looks like day time robbery where our hard earned money are debited from our accounts in the name of dcard fee. The dcard fee was only 177 rs from the time i opened...

Icici bank has disbursed the money to icici lombard for term insurance against my home loan. Icici bank employees has themselves selected the insurance product and without any intimation/approval to me they have disbursed the money. It has been more than a month no policy is issued yet. Bank has started the emi for the policy premium amount 68000 rupees disbursed as loan. But no policy is issued.

This complaint is regarding the telemarketing calls that i have been recieving from icici and other banks representatives despite having an active dnd block as per trai guideliness. My mobile number is from mahrashtra circle. Dnd is active for my number since 16/07/2017 and my registrations number is [protected].

I have purchased a TV remote in January 2019 on Amazon . We returned it back the next day. I have paid it through ICICI bank savings account. When I contacted Amazon.com for the refund of the amount, they wanted me to talk to ICICI bank. They gave this reference number

Why there is two time charges for not maintaining balance on loan payment date. Yes, due to some personal problem i am unable to pay my capital first loan payment, for this icici bank has charged (Deducted) 413rs on 05th may it seems but now again they deducted 413 on may 8th. I have applied for pre-closure of my vehicle account in erode branch (Loan account no. Luero[protected]), (Name : n. Prabhakaran), but the response and behaviour of staffs and executives are irresponsible for providing no objection certificate. My bank account of dbs bank has been frozen for no reason and money has been stuck and icici bank has taken 3000 rupees from my dbs bank
