Refund of Rs. 349 of recharge.
I had made a recharge of rs 349 on my JIO no. [protected] through MYJIO app of Rs. 349 payment is made through bhim UPI to [protected]@icici with transaction id ############ Amount of rs 349 from my bank account is deducted but recharge is not completed so i request you to pls refund Rs. 349/- to my bank account at the earliest.

    Hi I am a user of imobile app and I entered wrong password so I blocked my app andd on reactivating it doesn't reactivate and I have been charged 30rs in this process as on activation it applies sms charges but nothing happened. I request to resolve this issue.

    As this issue is persistent for past 2 days and I am not able to make out why this is happening so please help me out in this as your customer care numbers also don't have any information regarding this issue and I am still on with different numbers to find out the reason but no one bothers. I would like you to fic it asap.

      I had taken a Home Loan in Aug 2017 from ICICI Bank (Home Loan A/c - LBDEL[protected]). For this, I had submitted all my documents for my loan eligibility and also required properties documents to Bank executives Mr Ritesh who was working under Md Haider / Ankita Mahajan.

      Finally loan was approved and Property registration has been completed. At the time of registry Legal executive Mr Gaurav had verified all the properties documents. After then property registration had completed. He had taken 2500 extra as self-expense to provide me the Bank Cheque.

      I had done a complaint regarding this on ICICI Bank, Mr Haider and Ankita Mahajan on Sep 08, 2017. Complaint no - SR[protected]

      I had completed all the EMIs with in time and without any fault. I made few part-payments regularly and tried to close this loan before time as a common man wants.

      So, finally I had done a foreclosure of Home Loan in Feb 2019. I have submitted all the due amounts and also the charges & interest which was suggested by ICICI in Pitampura Branch (Delhi).

      Now, I was waiting for Properties documents which were in Security Locker of ICICI Bank. After few days, I had got a SMS that documents are at Pitampura Branch. I had visited that branch and found that most of the properties documents were missed or uncomplete. In branch only Sale Deed and NOC were completely available. Layout Plan/Sanctioned Map, Proposed Sale deed etc were unavailable.
      I had tried to know where all the documents are with Mrs Priyanka who is operating the Home Loan at the branch. She was also confused why documents were uncomplete. Meanwhile she tried to convince me to collect those half available documents and rise a complaint to other pending documents. But, I refused to do the same. I want all the properties documents in a same time.
      So, I had done a written complaint at branch first. I have a receiving of that too.

      I had got few calls from customer care and they just tried to convince me that only these property documents were submitted to ICICI.
      When my question was, will you finance a Home Loan on behalf of same property documents?
      They said "NO, we need all the properties documents which you mentioned."
      Now, what is this? They want all the properties documents for Loan but they denied these to provide back.

      After that, I had done several online email / complaints till June, 2019. But all goes in vein. I had also register a Grievance but no result. No one from ICICI bank is trying to resolve this issue. It's more than 3 months passed when I had closed the Loan. But, still my properties documents are not provided to me and pending with ICICI Bank.

      I had forwarded the complaint to RBI Banking Ombudsman and want to share you below details. According to Banking Ombudsman my complaint was forwarded to Ms Aparna Mukherjee. (Maintainable Complaint NO. is [protected], Home Loan account - LBDEL[protected] )

      I had also written an email to her which is mentioned below -

      Date - Aug 25, 2019
      I am waiting for my verified documents from Feb 2019. As I have deposited all the amounts and closed the Home Loan. But, after visiting the branch I had found either my documents were missed or half filled. Some of papers were teared. I had asked about this to branch executive "Ms Priyanka" but, she was not able to answer my question. She just want me to collect those half papers. But, I had done a written complaint and get the acknowledgment. I had also lodge several complaints by emails but didn't get any positive response.

      I have also done a complaint in Banking Ombudsman. After following up with " [protected]@icicibank.com " I found a reply that I am asking for documents which are not submitted by me. In the reply it's clearly mentioned that - I am also refusing to take the documents which are listed in LOD (List of Documents).

      Let me clear that, I want all documents submitted by me those are mentioned in LOD But, need to verify. Because, the documents which were shown to me are mostly half filled. I have doubt that I haven't submitted any half filled documents. One of the paper were teared.
      I am just asking to provide me those documents after verification. Because as all know, ICICI Bank Legal executive is collecting property documents from Registrar Office. Other documents are also submitted by Loan department after verification. Then how it's possible that I had submitted those half filled or teared documents to ICICI Bank legal / Loan executive?

      I have attached and shared two call records to " [protected]@icicibank.com ". One is of "Ms Priyanka" (Loan branch executive, Pitampura) on June 26, 2019.
      In which your Branch executive "Ms Priyanka" is clearly mentioned that "Still documents are not verified from Backed team Noida".
      Mrs Priyanka is saying that on 24th June she called me by mistake. There were some confusion with loan numbers. There is no any update about my documents. It was just a complain related call."
      In recorded call she is discussing about - Receipt of a paper was found attached between documents as teared in half piece.
      In recorded call she is discussing about - Documents were half filled.
      I am interested to collect all documents but they are not available in branch.
      Another call is from ICICI Bank backed team, who was not aware about my problem. He is saying that I have only your mobile number / email that's it. This call was of July 07, 2019.

      I had approached " [protected]@icicibank.com " but still getting automated reply emails with new dates. One of them is queued with this email also.

      I was not expected this type of service from ICICI Bank. I have few more accounts (saving+credit) with ICICI and now afraid to continue those with this Bank. I was also not expected this type of reply. It's more than 6 months when I had deposited my all dues but still I am waiting for my own property documents which were verified and submitted by ICICI Bank "Loan / Legal team". I am a middle class salaried person who has cleared his home-loan and want his own property documents legally verified. Currently, most documents are half filled or missed which I had found on Branch.

      Please find the attached replies from ICICI bank. I am also forwarding you both call recordings which were sent to "[protected]@icicibank.com" previously.

They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.             i have take a loan which i am paying 4600rs every month. i have three EMI pending, but every month i am paying One EMI without missing.

            today dated[protected]. One person Prakash his number is : [protected]
            he came to home and used abusive language at my family. He scolded my mother, my aunt, my Brother when i am not at home.

            1.Shouted at my mother and gave her mental torture.
            2.Used foul and raw languages
            3.Gave threats and was very abusive.
            4.Taunted and tried to humiliate.
            5.Done some indecent act –snatched my mother's mobile to talk to me.
            6.He was adamant and said that he will come in the night time to disturb till the time we do not pay him.

            Please take an action towords him. i want to give police complaint on him.

              Firstly they blocked my card without any prior information and consent. This placed me in a sudden financial crunch as i have kept all my money in this bank only. And now when i call them they keep in putting calls on hold for long duration and that too is chargeable as they cannot afford a toll free number.
              Now not only i am facing financial issues due to the card block but also now i have to recharge me phone too in order to call them

                I have my SIP instalment on 10th of every month. My salary got credited in evening of 6th june. Till that time my account was nill. So I don't know why Rs 413 as ECS charges are debited from my account on 7th June 2019. I am still wondering what has happened. So please try to explain me the reason to debit this amount. Also request you to please return the amount in my account.

                    When I checked transaction details today, I could see an amount of 29.50 has been deducted 4 times from my account under a term POSDEC CHG which I had to Google to know what that means. It says POS decline charges. I got my salary credited on may 31st 2019, and the amounts has been Deducted on 03/06 twice and 04/06 twice and I don't see a reason why. For every transaction I get message notification. However for this amount alone I haven't received a notification. Why is purely a fraudster play by ICICI bank. Please look into the issue as soon as possible and refund the amounts which has been deducted.

                      I was called for an interview at ICICI bank Hiranandani estate branch, Patlipada, Thane West.

                      On 04th June 2019 me and one of my friend went for an interview at the above mentioned branch. First they call you during morning time around 11. After reaching the place they will ask you to wait for hours which is still fine because the bigger the company the bigger the wait.

                      The entire day the interview process happened, first round was taken by Shailaja some outsource recruiter, the 2nd round was taken by ICICI hr Momita, the final round was taken by Pinki she is holding some manager post. By the end of the day they ask us to come the next day for submitting the documents as selections is been done.

                      The next day was Eid hence we went on 06 June 2019 again the same thing happened they made us wait. To our surprise around 5pm on 6th June one of the HR Ekta Jaiswal says that they have some age criteria hence once job application is getting rejected.

                      We just had one question that the people who conducted where blind and missed on such important thing to inform during the first day itself that the age doesn't fit requirement.

                      Explaining this a senior manager Siddharth Parab gave diplomat explanation, no one trying to understand the mistake happened from their end and we were penalised for without having a job. I understand that rejections happens but in a proper manner not after calling the candidate for documentation.

                      They wasted our time and money in travelling all the way to hiranandani estate and were trying to just hiding the mistake without giving any apology.

                        On 2nd June 2019, i made a payment for Tanishq Gold Harvest which is monthly payment of Rs. 3000/-, after the amount was deducted i got a message of payment failed from Tanishq and on 3rd June i had to make the payment again as it dint reflect on tanishq monthly statement.

                        On 4th June Credit Card statement shows two deductions of Rs. 3000/- each on 2nd & 3rd June inspite of the payment being failed.

                        This payment related issues have become very often with ICICI Credit Card, every 2 months there is a new issue that arises.

                        Being a loyal customer from 2014, there is a serious deductions in the name of MAB charges. This is totally ridiculous. Kindly refund my amount deducted so that my relationship with ICICI BANK will be forwarded towards family members.

                          My name is Himanshu,

                          Icici bank had cut money from my account against failure of transation without informing me by sms or email.
                          I am old cusomer of icici bank and used salary account, credit care, debit card, and net banking from year 2013, i am very surprise after seeing the deduction against the fail transation.
                          Money was cut without informing me.
                          If the deduct amount is not credit to my bank account the i will deactivate all my icici sevices and will share my experience on social media.
                          How you can just take my money without informing me?

                                  I went to bank for depositing cash amounting 1340 rs.in which they said repeatedly that the cashier is not with the bank went to state bank with all the cash of bank. I went at 12.30pm then after 1pm and then at 4pm but they didn't take my deposit.
                                  Again next day i went for the same and there was the manager and another staff who misbehaved with me with gutkha in his mouth filled the manager didn't misbehaved with me but was talking with mouth full of gutkhas and stuffs which was making a barrier for me ti understand.

                                  Then i went to main branch and the same 3.30pm next day they said it was lunch time didn't take the payment, also i couldn't deposit my cash through machine as new currency is not know by the machine.

                                  I am ex employee ICICI Bank and its more than 5 months I left the bank but still my PF and EPF is still not transferred please check and do the needful on priority

                                    I have a/c[protected] with icici bank i have transfered rs 15000/- using imps on 31 May 2019 to Syndicate Bank. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to beneficiary account. I got message that it timed out transaction status will be updated by beneficiary bank Its been 3 working days but still amt not refunded not credited yet please do look about it

                                    Could not login into icici portal or else the card is not also not working...worst ever icici food card service

                                      Hi I have been a legitimate customer from August 2016 for ICICI . I have an existing personal loan. I never visited the ICICI branch so far . During the loan sanction also the representative came and got sign from me and money got credited. When I took the loan I clearly mentioned to make the ECS date on 5th of every month or after 5th. But without my knowledge the default date was kept as 1st. Now because if this every month. Almost every month additional charges, cheque bounce charges all these are added. I have intimated n number of times to change the ECS date. But no response from the bank side. Added to that when I call customer care they simply say visit the account holding branch which I don't even know where it is. My line of work is always around client places and I couldn't travel for this reason. My question is if the ICICI Bank is able to sanction money without even seeing me in person why not change the ECS date the same way. What's stopping them from doing this. I say they don't want to help me they want to keep me penalties all the time which is too bad. Now my EMI also is about to get end in 3 months. I am looking for justice on what the bank did to me all these days. I have paid more money added to the internet. I need a waiver of the additional charges given for me .I hope the consumer complaint takes this seriously and get me the right justice.

                                        I have never opted for this service but still I have been charged for it.
                                        Please refund my charges. Why there is unofficial charges for the service.
                                        I even didn't know what kind of charges/service was this.
                                        I recently observed less amount in my account and when I went through the account statement then I found that 596 rupees deducted without any prior information.
