    Hello sir/ma’am,

    Today I have done a UPI payment with UPI reference ID[protected] for my sister school fee ‘Shruti Kumari Shah’ who is studying in Hindustani Kendriya Vidyalay from the website(eazypay). The icici bank has debited the money from my account but in the website it is showing the fee is not paid. Can you please look at this matter as soon as possible as the due date is 14/06/19 and give me a reply.

      My Personal Loan application was approved for 20Lac. Then I got a confirmation message for disbursal of the amount balance after BT. And without my consent they disbursed the amount approx 1lac 130000 in my account. Then I emailed them for cancellation of the loan. But they did not act on that.
      Actually it was a BT[Balance Trasfer] Icici Bank issued two cheques with a validity of one month.
      Then I just approached my BT bank for ForeClosure letter. It was late and the cheque expired. Now I have requested the Bank to release the same amount in my account but they are denying and deducting the amount from my account.

      Please do needful. If bank will disburse the amount in my account I can do it on my ease.

        I have been blocked my Amazon pay credit card due to, lost my card. My card was permanently blocked by ICICI Bank Customer Care.

        I send the mail request also to the help.[protected]@icicibank.com at May 30 2019 (see the attached screenshot). No reply mail from customer care.

        I also contact the phone banking number[protected]. There is no phone banking persons available. Very poor services for Amazon Pay ICICI Customer Care. I m very disappointed to this problem.

        Please check and do the needful.

          I booked Indigo flight tickets as on 10th June 2019 and did the payment through internet banking channel. Transaction was successful but ticket was not booked. Amount was deducted from my account. INR 22798 was debited without the booked ticket. upon inquiry from Indigo airlines, they told transaction will be reversed through your bank as ticket is not booked.
          Request to please revert back the transaction and refund the same amount.

            My sister-in-law has been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on June 4- 2019 with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected]new policy. From my icici bank account

            I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

            Utter crap of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.
            Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

            icici bank A case charge has been filed on March 20, 2020 without my knowledge from my account. Also on 23rd March 2020, another charge of Rs. 1899 has been levied. I have not participated in any scheme anywhere but ICIC Bank has given money to my account without my knowledge which if I do not get it back I will complain to RBI and also to PM's office. I will complain. I should get my rupee within two days. If I do not get this rupee and the rupee which is my interest, I will not get it. You can also see that I have taken a lot of action against your bank before

              I am reaching out to you with a grave concern.
              I was credited with 9, 21112.00 Rs on 3rd June under Insta Personal Loan. I have not applied in any portal or through banking app. I have not received any OTP at all and I have no knowledge about who authorized this.
              I have reached out to your customer service through phone immediately and visit bank on same day as well. I was advised to come to you. I need your urgent help to close this loan request. Also please investigate why and how this got activated without my consent or authority.This is extremely disappointing for a loyal customer(almost for 5 years now) as it is a fraud.

              Please note my details below. Do take necessary step to prevent such action in future.

              I will not be accepting this type of charges or activities in my salary account without my permission. Please revert this loan amount without any extra charges and I need a proper justification as to why and how this happened and that too without my consent.

                Respected sir, Every month my savings account is debited with around 1500 unnecessary. Neither do I get a notification nor They seek permission before doing that. I just checked my statement and they cut 708, 706, 700, 800 every month, twice which is around[protected] every month. Without any prior notice or notification. I’d like you to look into this issue as soon as possible. This is highly unprofessional and illegal and violation of RBI guidelines.

                I want this issue to be sorted as soon as possible.

                I still hadn't activated my new Life Time free credit card but still ICICI bank credit Card department sending me mail stating a Rs 1699.00 + late payment fees etc. [censored]s.

                    My salary credit every both 1st, Indian overseas bank given me option to pay due on every month 5 but every month end 23 Got the mail, insufficient Balance in your account, and regularly charging ecs, Indian overseas this month 3 times initiated for emi, but icici bank 6 times did the deduction of ECS

                    other lone I have to pay on everymonth 5 for that reason I am keeping my balance again and again deducted ECS and not able to paying my second lone got a irritated with ECS deductions

                    All the customer care number seems like only used for promote ADs not to help any customs since from 2 weeks continuously calling to ‭[protected]‬ number not workings very bad customer side support🙏🙏🙏🙏 pleas am sincerely requesting to you kindly please give not responding on this things could you proved us at least proper number which we can able to reach you without any unnecessary ads promotional 🙏🙏
                    I cancelled ordered in amazon and they refunded my amount rs.1700 but till now i dint get refundback for my icici account .bank is getting delayed . please call me for further details:[protected] i tried calling the bank but unable to contact . i waited for 15 business days still i dint get my amount

                      Myself kishor sharnagat . I use ICICI bank credit card. I paid full bill amount online on 6th . The due date was on 8th. They shown credit of amount in statement on 6th in next month. Still they charged overdue interest as well as late payment penalty in next month bill. I made several representations in their customer care, but all in vein. They only keep on telling that it is system generated and are helpless to reverse the charges.

                        I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through NEFT and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter GRID values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried calling 24hour Customer Care Center which is totally useless in this regard as no real person picks but a stupid automated system. It's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my ICICI a/c no[protected] and post a gloomy review on how lame ICICI online services can be. Pathetic support ICICI.

                          I am divyang shah from dahod. I have Over Draft account in icici bank from last two years. My case santioc in Rate of interest 9%. Nd now my ROI is 9.60%. Also misguide from branch RBC department from Jigar Patel he told false rate of interest to customer and customer continously asking from last 1 week for sanction letter but he is not giving perfect answer for this. Now I am also not interested in Your icici bank i will shift my over draft account now in HDFC bank. India’s first largest and trustfull bank it is but not yours beacuse of this type of persons. From this pic he is showing like he is helpfull but now all are educated not we are fools.. now all customers understand all things. He is doing reuqest to branch manager for solve this issue if you giving fake promises to your customer than how many days you are working nicely with customers support. I want sanction letter for my overdraft account and i[censored]’ll fail to provide me this in this month i will shift my account in HDFC bank. Its hard to move but for better future i will shift my account

                            I am a saving account holder with ICICI bank.
                            My account was debited with a Reward Redemption Fee of Rs (25 + 2.25 + 2.25) = Rs 29.5 on 29th of Nov 2018 for charges on 17th of Oct 2018.
                            I didn't redeem any reward points from any of my card and I am not sure why was this charge deducted from my account.
                            Can you please let me know the reason behind this debit?
                            I don't think its ethical to charge someone with unknown charges without the person's consent.
                            Why is ICICI Bank charging these amount without any reason?
                            Isn't this cheating?
                            Attached are the screen shot from my account as a proof of those charges.

                            Kindly let me know about these charges and please refund/credit my money back to my account.

                                Did a flight booking on 10th June 2019 had to do 4 transaction to do a flight booking, 3 of them showed failed status with error as " you may have pressed back button or refresh the page due to which transaction could not be completed, Try again" no notification received from bank as in such case you dont get any notification from bank. This made me go for a 4th transaction at 10:41PM which worked as it should, received a notification via sms and email about transaction details. post checking card statement realize one of the failed transaction at 10:30 was completed in back end. However i was never notified for the same, no sms or email notification from bank as that should be the first notification one should receive. Now its well over 24hrs and i have still not receive any notification for the so called 3rd transaction which was shown as failed on the screen but was completed in backend.

                                Upon checking the card statement realized that there are two transaction are done for the same flight. when called customer care spoken to somya Adigoppula cust manager escalation from Hyderabad very unprofessional, Mean, rude and first of all she should never be in customer service business. She never own the issue caused by there system I ask to own the system fault and give refund. without any investigation she came to a point no refund. Ask me to follow up with merchant and get the transaction details. Because Icici's system never sent proper notification.

                                Now i have been charge twice, there are two flight booking for the same flight by same name airline would not change the name as its against aviation rule.

                                I need a refund for the transaction which never showed or notified me on time . i have i had that, i wouldnt have done 4th transaction.

                                I NEED A REFUND.

                                  I had received a call from ICICI for personal loan, they had said that the processing fee will be given back in the form of cashback and because I was taking this loan to repay existing loan which was on hight rate of interest, I went ahead with them. Till the day of disbursement, even till now, they have not shared the loan agreement. Also, they have charged me a huge amount for insurance which was not discussed. Moreover, they are sending a DD for existing loan repayment which I was not told. If I pay using this DD, I will be charged foreclosure and if I had paid from my account, there would have been no foreclosure charge. I wrote to them within 4 hours of disbursement about the issues and now after 18 hours also, they are not sharing any information about the process of cancellation of the loan. I have not used any money that they have disbursed. Pls help.

                                    I am unable to login to my ICIC mobile App (Imboile). During activation there was an error and I tried 3 times and app was locked saying try after 24 hours.

                                    I have called customer care and they sent me a link to install the app newly by deleting old app. But when I tried to activate using new Imobile app, it says "blocked for multiple grid card validation attempts. try after 24 hours".

                                    I tried after 2 days and again the same error. I am not even able to activate the app. kindly look into the issue.

                                      I entered wrong 3D pin three times and my online transactions are blocked since then. I called customer care and entered the card number but it says it's an invalid entry. I am unable to solve this problem since a long time. I went to the bank foe the same problem and was told that the card is unblocked already but i still can't do tje online transactions. Please help me in unblocking the online transaction of my card.

                                        Hi guys. I ordered one product from Myntra through UPI payment method worth Rs:312 and I returned that product. Myntra refunded the amount but the amount is not reflected in my account it's been 30 days. Myntra given refund reference no: 74332749136913502062000. Please help me.
