In June 2019. I applied for a loan and found out that my CIBIL Score was very low. When I checked the report, this was due to a Rs. 2900/- outstanding credit card amoun t allegedly issued by ICICI Bank.

I approached the ICICI Bank customer service via phone and informed them that till date :

- No credit card had been issued to me by ICICI Bank
- I have till not date received any communication from ICICI bank regarding any outstanding credit card bills on my registered mobile number or email -id
- There is an urgency as my educational loan is pending due to a wrongful outstanding amount appearing in the CIBIL report

ICIC Bank asked me to send them CIBIL report, my account details on email which I promptly did on the same day.

For three days I received no response to my email. I called ICICI by phone again when the consumer representative was extremely rude and tried to convince me that I had actually taken a credit card as all my details were matching. When I said this could be fraud and that the bank had to prove that I had applied for one, the agent told me I could be lying. I told him that I have no communication regarding this card - no biils, no statements and infact, no card, the agent refused to understand this.

I wrote an email mentioning the above to the ICICI Bank customer care email id. Three days later they have once again asked for my CIBIL report which has already been sent to them. When I tried to escalate this matter to senior management, via ICICI's internet portal, it would not accept my application/reference number saying the same is not related to my account.

I am suffering due to this extremely unprofessional behaviour on part of ICICI Bank. I have time and again informed them that my education loan application is an urgent matter which is pending due to no fault of mine. There has been a grave deficiency on part of ICICI bank in handling this matter, despite several follow ups on my part.

It appears that ICICI bank is either completely careless with personal information of its consumers so that others can obtain fraudulent credit cards with such consumers' information or that they wish to harass people for petty amounts of INR 2900 so that tired of the shoddy consumer service, one would pay up.

    Hi I'm having salary account on icici bank. when i got the salary 1899 rupees was debited without my knowledge. will you please resolve this one. I want my money back to my account. when they call and they told about the benefit of the credit card but actually I Know that one but they didn't mention any amount I have to pay them and finally they redirect to another Person and he ask about only some details and verify is my account credentials like name, address and phone number. I told yes . Please resolve this issue and i want my money back.please consider my complaint.

      I have been charge many time with this statement notification (nach_ad_rtn_chrg_bajajfin) and really dont know that what is the issue, bajaj person says that they are not deducting any amount from my ac but still this is happening it shows the month of may in the statement

        A person by the name pradum ravindra mishra had approached my father regarding an ad posted in olx for the purchase of an old ac. He had requested my father to give his paytm details for the fund transfer of ₹5000. Since my father doesn’t have a paytm account, he gave my paytm details i. E mobile number for the money transfer. However, instead of crediting the amount, the said person debited ₹5000 from my bank account through fraudulent means. Therefore, i request you to kindly take the necessary action against the said person at the earliest. Thanking you.

It is unnecessary wasting our time and creating issues while calling for support. As a bank you must smooth-line the things. You must be easily accessible to your esteemed customer.               The executive who call me drop the phone in the middle of the call, when i told him i was on leave for last month in my company. Disgusting attitude and approach to customers.                 Have invested in tax saving bond-032002-tsb with bondholder no.[protected] and certificate no. 62899. The redemption date of these bonds is 23.04.2005. I would like to know whether redemption payment cheques have been sent by icici bank or not, as from my record, i am unable to trace out as to whether the redemption cheques have been received by me or not in respect of the above bonds. I shall be obliged if the confirmation in respect of the same is sent to me by e-mail.

                  There was a refund initiated by myntra on 11th june 2019 with bank reference no. [protected] of amount 1038 INR to my ICICI bank account ending with 2000. I still haven't got my refund and I tried to get in touch with the bank many times but was unable to. I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible. Myntra said bank initiates transaction in 7 working days. Myntra has initiated transaction from their side on 11th june. Its been more than 2 weeks. I am calling my bank but no ones picking up they have so many numbers for different queries. But none for customer complaints. I am getting really sick and tired of this bank. Once loved by all now just an unreliable bank. From their side I get calls to take the loan open demat account or get a credit card or insurance, they are literally harassing people. And when you really want to solve an issue they are not at all responding.

                    From past one month there has been a charge which is deducted from my account again and again
                    When we went to the bank they said that it is against my emi
                    However it is now happening again and again.
                    They have deducted ₹1000 without any reason .
                    For better understanding i have attached my account screen shot for the same purpose.
                    I am a teacher and it is my hard earned money and of bank arbitrary start to deduct money like this then it would be hard to keep the money in the bank.

                      My mutual fund sip instalment is due every 1st of the month, however due to no reminders emails/sms from icici i missed to maintain the minimum balance for the instalment. So when i open my bank statement today i. E. On 2nd july 2019, i find that rs 413 have been debited and remark says ecsrtnchg010719_sr[protected]. Without any notice on email/call/sms from the bank and without any explanation, the amount was debited. After lots of search on the internet i found the meaning of this remark. Then i tried to find the logical explanation for the rs 413 amount to be debited and i went to the website https://www.icicibank.com/service-charges/common-service-charges page where also there is no mention of any such penalty charges and amount. This is pure loot and complete lack of awareness and services being provided by icici and i demand immediate reimbursement of the rs 413 and compensation for the troubles i have faced.

                        My debit card has been blocked for security reasons. I tried unblocking my card through customer care number but i am getting the card is already active.                             I recharged my jio number today (19th june 2019 time 10.58 AM) by upi in jio app though [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 349 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done yet neither the amount was refunded.

                            Kindly please return the amount as soon as possible.

                              I am having a savings bank account bearing no.[protected] with main branch of icicibank at bhubaneswar. I got the following sms in my phone:
                              "hi customer, your walletassist plan will be renewed for another year. Membership fees of rs 1899 will be charged on your icici bank account as applicable - team oneassist".
                              I don't like this type of process of auto renewal which is being done without taking the proper consents of the customers. Plz dont resort this type of processes.

                                Hi,

                                I have 2 FD’s with account number[protected] and[protected] and I wish to liquidate or withdraw both of them. I went to ICICI Branch of Ramavilas road mysore for withdrawing my FD in Nov 2018 with all the FD documents (including latest renewal doc) but they mentioned that the FD has been Liened but they could not give us any reason for the same and they said they cannot find any reason. It was a big shock for me as I did not had any pending loans or debts from ICICI. Branch representative and Manager said me that they cannot find any reason for liening but they said they can get approval from higher officers to remove Lien. Then, from Nov 2018 I am following up with them almost daily but they just say that they need just 2 more days for final approval, they are keep on saying the same to me till today and I am fed up of following up with them. Hence I am raising this complaint with RBI against the bank. Hopefully RBI will look into this issue and help me ASAP. I am poor farmer from a village called Ambalare and this FD amount is very important and urgently required for me for many personal reasons. Please give us our money back. I beg you.

                                  I am ravindra singh. 1170.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as dmc/[protected] dp chgs till dec-18 and may-19 combined. I have never opened a demat account with icici. Did not receive any concrete solution for refund even after dropping mail to [protected]@icicidirect.com and have been asked to go to nearest branch manually to close the account.

                                  I have sent the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com on Thursday(4th July 2019). I have not received any response yet.
                                  We have paid a payment for rs 1000 through UPI for new account opening minimum balance on 23/06/2019 the amount has be deducted from the account o[censored]PI but transaction has been failed and did not reflect on my new account pls kindly process the refund for the same.

                                    Incident date : 01/07/2019

                                    Today i received a message that 'to renew oneassist for this year, the amount of rs.1899 will be debited from my account'. I have already raised a complaint last year, but there is no action taken based on my complaint.

                                    I don't receive any call or email about renewing this plan.
                                    Please deactivate this plan and let me know.

                                      I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
                                      I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
                                      Please help me get my money back.
