I have done two purchase Emi with Bajaj finance and my Emi deduction is done on 2nd of the month. in March 2023 i received my salary by 9am in the morning and i was relived thinking my Emi will not be missed. but i received a message that my Emi payment was missed when i had enough and more amount in my account. yesterday when i was about to pay for a product i saw that my account is not having sufficient amount in it. When i check i noticed that twice Rs.590 was debited from my account on 14th MARCH in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ Of Bnk BFLf~02MAR23~40a and NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ Of Bnk BFLf~02MAR23~6a7

why was this amount deducted without any notice. i had saved it up incase any emergency comes. and you are deducting it without any prior notice or anu SMS after deduction.
I need my money back, when i had sufficient fund for the EMI why was this amount deducted without any notice

      I received call from ICICI agent was told they are giving me a load at the Interest Rate rate 7:01 p.a, I agreed, later when I checked it 13 p.a they informed them about it they refused to cancel, I asked them loan number they didnt provide they stated you will receive email I raised ticket ticket no -details

      Complaint/Feedback: I hold ICICI credit card I got call from *+[protected], Was told I have pre approved loan they told they are offering me loan p.a 7.1 after my call was transferred to verification they told me the the EMI would be 9200 when I calculated it 13 p.a interest I got call from agent again I told him then he told it's 13 p.m cancel the loan I don't want this is deceiving I have the recording if do not cancel the loan I will complaint in RBI and consumer forum
      but didnt receive now I see that got the bill the 1 installment of the Loan

      no action were taken, they simply closed the ticket already told them I do not have loan application number because they didnt provide me Now I have received first installment bill even though I received the loan amount DD was returned to the back this is ridiculous

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased 2 bonds of Rs 4000/- each vide certificate no 10371 & 10372 on 05/10/1998 and the face
      value is Rs 100000/- each (Total Rs 200000/-) in the name of Anuj Nigam & Mamta Nigam and the
      Bondholder
      No 4289-711. These bonds were due for maturity on 05/12/2022. I have visited ICICI bank in Connaught
      Place (A Block) last month. They have directed me to to send the mail to ICICI bank
      ([protected]@icicibank.com). I have already sent 6 reminders and is still not answered. I believe bank has
      collected the money from people and will not pay us back now. It is our hard earned money which is
      going
      in to the drain. Hopefully RBI & SEBI will look into this and will instruct to them to pay the money
      immediately to all bondholders.

        As you know I am paying all my dues on time but in April - 2022 statement there is an addition of interest charges of Rs. 5060.85 & CGST - Rs. 455.48 & SGST - Rs. 455.48 which has been added by mistake and you have to refund back and spoke about the same to your customer representative and told that refund will be done.
        I have been taking follow up since last one year but no response from your side.
        Sir, its been 1 year and till now there is no resolution from your side and no support. I tried calling your representative and always they have told me that its processing and it will take 2-3 days but still haven't received any refund.
        Everytime different person is picking up the phone and i have to narrate the story.
        It's my genuine request to do so and clear all the interest charges and GST Levied on them.
        How much time it will take to resolve this.

          I applied for a credit card loan from ICICI card and application was submitted succesfully with ref no. SR[protected]. On 4 march 2023 I received the mail that loan is been aapoved by bank and for disbursal of loan amount I have to send the my bank details in prescribed SMS format.
          I have send my account details with all required details and received the confirmation SMS from bank.
          But the next day when I received the mail that loan amount is been disbursed to my Kotak credit card account.
          Now I am unble to use this loan amount because Kotak have their own procedure to refund this amount and it is still pending to be processed.
          Even after sending my saving account details ICICI porcessed the amount to credit card account.
          I have taken the loan for some urgent personal need and now I am stuck with no where.
          ICICI converted this amount in prescribed EMI on 03.03.2023, but they haven't shown the total amount Dr Cr entry in my statement.
          I have registered a complaint with ICICI customer care but no solution is been made by them,
          From last one week I am suffering by this issue because of my amount stucked and I can not use it for my urgent need.
          Please look in to this matter.

            Hi Team,
            My Multiwallet card showing invalid status when logging in via web browsers in self service portal and unable to use card ! There is no direct guidelines to reach your team via email or via call - everytime when I try to call it takes to some bot voice and totally not useful - can you please direct email when to i contact and please give me some email ID to directly reach customer support team ( please update that ASAP )

                I have 4 ICICI ASHIRWAD DEEP DISCOUNT BONDS. They have matured in 2021. But I have had no news about this from ICICI. Would like to know how to redeem the bonds at maturity and how to collect the payout.

                      Posdec charge - 29.50
                      i have a salary account in icici bank . I have been charged 3 times posdec charge of 29.50/- on march 9th and March 10th without any intimation and any fault of my own. I want the reversal of this payment. Its a wrong practice to deduct money from account without letting the user know of his fault.

                        Hi, I Aditya .K here have observed that ICICI is deducting 826 every year under DMC ..DP charges (as understood is of Demat account charges) since inception of my account i.e. from 2018 onwards till 2023.
                        I am not using ICICI demat account nor I have activated or confirmed to anyone. Even it is strange that ICICI is not even informing me over SMS while deducting it.
                        I have written a complaint mail to ICICI attaching every proof but no response in last 2 months. Hence have to reach out on this platform. This is totally an unacceptable behaviour from icici.
                        I expect you refund my money with surcharge till date.

                        Attached every details & proof, pls let me know if anything else.

                          I was withdrawing money from nearest ICICI Bank ATM to my home though careless cash withdrawal. After all the usual process, ATM asked to write exact amount, so wrote it. Then a Norma cash withdrawal sound was there clearly geared, but no cash were at the exit of machine. And ATM was showing that it is temporarily unable to dispense cash...but that money was deducted from my account in the next moment. And I am so tense, so please help me in this regard. I tried to call on 1800 1080, but number is showing to be invalid. I don't expect this type of blunders from a reputed bank like ICICI. Please help me @icici customer care!

                            My UPI access was blocked today while transferring funds. I'm unable to use UPI with my ICICI bank account. Their customer support team don't seem to be taking this issue seriously.

                              Terribly upset with ICICI Bank. My salary account has been frozen without any prior intimation or clarification. (Account number ending ****4311

                              Coming to the resolution, utterly poor service. ICICI Bank is just making me call customer care number, visit nearest/main branch with no resolution. Just playing around customers with no help/support when the customer itself is confirming the transactions.

                              It's been three days with no attempt to resolve the issue. Utter negligence from the team.

                              If you guys can address this, please have it resolved at the earliest instead of redirecting me again to any other channel.

                              I am done with the services and i am all positive that I won't be an ICICI customer in future

                                I did payment in Sub-Register portal of Rs.22.038/- and it got debited in my ICICI account (BIL/ONL/[protected]/SBI MOPS T/RDGOTN_Y) but when i check in the Sub-Register portal, it indicated as "Pending from bank approval".
                                When i check with Bank, it is Gateway problem and need to check with BillDesk.

                                Since i have registration today by noon, please support and clear the amount before 10.30AM today, otherwise it would be difficult for me to re-arrange the registration and it would be very challenging.

                                  Mob alert charges/invoice charges

                                  Why icici bank is charging 29₹ every month or whenever i use atm card at ICICI ATM machines labelling it as mobile alert charges ?? and if it's the gst invoice charges then why are they charging if am filing nil gst returns every month on time as it reflects in my bank account that am having nil business for the moment?? how to deactivate both of them cause of the account is kept unattended these charges will cause further more penalties...

                                  I initiated transaction of Rs.4910 for paying ADITI MAHAVIDYALAYA college fees. Amount got debited from my account but fees can't be paid as it shows error to me on the screen.
                                  I even didn't get my money refund till yet from 9th feb.
                                  I raised a complaint to my bank (HDFC), they provide me email confirmation that amount has been successfully settled at merchant account.
                                  I attached below some snips for your reference to process this transaction at earliest.
                                  Its my humble request to please process this transaction at one end.

                                    Last 2 years i am in contact with Lower Parel Branch only to say that Locker is available and will get in touch with me by evening, this has happened more that 6 times.
                                    Surprised being customer from past 25 years their behaviour, and the best part is when you visit next they are not aware and new person takes details to contact back.
