Hi, Today, when I checked my bank account I was very upset to find this AMC PINS recovery charge of 2809 from my bank account. When I checked on ICICI website there is no mention of it but when I checked on internet, I found several complaints against ICICI in consumer court regarding this problem. Unable to make payments as I have moved to US and OTP is being sent to my deactivated India number

Dear concerned, I am an ICICI customer for the last 3.5 plus years and I moved to the US about 2 weeks ago, I cannot pay my bills because I cannot get the OTP number. My india mobile number is updated in ICICI and that number no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but I cannot do this online. DP Charges Fraud - ICICI

I tell the person that I will not do so as there is no way to verify if the person is indeed from ICICI and I ask for a call back number, so I can verify that indeed it's ICICI.
