The said transaction were the fraudulent transaction on internet on the basis of call made by a person from tel no. 91-[protected] representing himself as representative of credit card department.

These transactions were made by myself on false representation from the person representing himself as a bank personal.

Hi, Today, when I checked my bank account I was very upset to find this AMC PINS recovery charge of 2809 from my bank account. When I checked on ICICI website there is no mention of it but when I checked on internet, I found several complaints against ICICI in consumer court regarding this problem. I am totally frustrated because of the new ICICI application. I transferred 8000 rs to kandasamy(payee name), i already added and transferred many times before to kandasamy. But this time amount transferred to Kuppusamy(i dont know who is that), but still i am seeing payee name as kandamay-(12 digit of kuppusamy account number). How is this possible in ICICI. Dear concerned, I am an ICICI customer for the last 3.5 plus years and I moved to the US about 2 weeks ago, I cannot pay my bills because I cannot get the OTP number. My india mobile number is updated in ICICI and that number no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but I cannot do this online. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Please somebody help...

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '54188057 DP CHGS TILL MAY-14'---- INR 505.62'.
