Hello,
I'm Mansi Bhonde, my account has debuted with 826 rs in the name of dp chgs till 24 feb. I don't know why they deduct money. Please resolve this as soon as possible. This is huge amount please dont neglect it.

    ICICI Bank is intentionally not providing the customers the option to raise complaint at higher level by not providing the service request number, which is totally against the RBI Guidelines. (I have recorded 2 calls that I have made to customer care where they have denied the service request number).
    even the website where escalation to senior officer can be made is not working. (I can also share the screen recording that I have taken).

    Phone Banking senior officer Swetha have confirmed that it's a technical error from the bank in the call made on 4th April at around 5PM (Call record can be produced), But she said that even though it's a technical error from the bank customer will still be not reversed the charges.

    ICICI Bank is true daylight Fraudster. I am planning to take this to RBI and the Consumer forum.

      Hello,
      I was told that the demat account is free for lifetime while getting my salary account opened from icici bank representatives.

      Even though after repeated complaints to close my demat account no action was taken and hence my account was debited of Rs216 and further amounts as my account balance reached 0.00.

      Please help me get my demat account closed as soon as possible.

        Hello Sir,
        Myself Jyotiranjan Samal, I have been with icici bank since 2006. On 4th April, 2023, 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account, N[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far. Thanks

            I have paid all my 6 month EMI on my debit card till dec 22 but still I'm getting sms and call for penalty payment which is irrelevant and wrong as they are disturbing customer by marking lien on my savings account and have deducted Rs 351 on 30 March 23 and RTN charges of Rs 24 on 6 March 23. Also my mutual funds invested values are not showing correctly in my mobile app and I have complaint this lots of time and I have received an email from Ms Priyanka customer service manager that my penalty amount of 4817 has been reversed but still getting sms for the same please resolve it

              I am ravi, 757.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in dp chgs till feb-23) on 30-mar-2023 and 352.82 rupees has been deducted from my account as EBA/PUR_PRIME299 ON 07-Fen-2023. I have never used my demat account till now.

              They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

              When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                Just saw that the amount of INR 7, 540.48 has be debited on account of EBA*NSE N 202 through ICICI Direct. What is this and why any amount is being deducted without intimation to customer ???

                  Janmitra Card Online Recharge

                  I did online recharge of my Brts janmitra card of INR 400 as I do recharge my Brts card by using google pay regularly. The transaction showed successful but ICICI bank did not credited the top up balance in my card. I went to the nearest Brts station and asked for balance enquiry and they showed that no money was added to the card. So where did my INR 400 go? It’s not showing in my card balance at ICICI website and neither i got any sms...

                  Nach ad rtn charge of bnk bflf

                  From last couple of weeks I am observing that my money is being deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. Also, all my EMI is being auto debited on the due date and still the NACH rtn charges are being applied to my account

                            Today dated 30 March 2023, ICICI deducted 826 Rs as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-23
                            I have never used my Demat account. I have also requested to close my demat account 2 yrs back. Why it is still open? I didnt even wanted it in the first place it was forcefully opened by ICICI guy. They have been deducting this charge for last 3 years now. I want my money back otherwise I am going to complain in the court. And post this scam on all social medias.

                              Dear ICICI Bank,

                              If you are short of money go and beg RBI to provide you the money. Who gives you the right to deduct the money from the bank account. If you want to deduct provide a communication to the person in email and if he/she agrees do the debit.

                              What are these charges in the first case. Could you please elobrate more in details.
