I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 months,
Now they have charged 172.5 under this category dcardfee2374oct16-sep17st22.5 c
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can...

I accidentally saw this transaction remarks in my account statement
BIL/[protected]/NchgRs2.50STRs0.38 and BIL/[protected]/T Chg Rs10 ST Rs1.
50/[protected] and realized it was not supposed to be there. i have verified my transactions.

Can some one clarify why the bank deducted this amount, is this some kind of fraud or the bank deducts them for some reason....

My name is hemalatha shekaran (Joint account with my husband) from bangalore.

Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, power may comeback after 1 hour or half an hour, that's what the security told me. My Tax saving bond (2 nos of Rs.5000/- each, option II) matured on 19.6.2005. Certificate No. 6884. Till date I have not received the maturity amount of Rs.6660/- per bond. I got the gift card from my organization as a part of annual gift but there is no pin mentioned in a gift pack.
I tried to contact customer care but they are asking for birthdate, and its not accepting my actual birthdate. I don't know the birthdate which my employer has used.

Now there is no way to check balance also i am not able to use it for online transactions since pin is not set. Please help me here.

I have been an icici account holder since last 11 years and have been using it as a salary account since then. Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Today being a bank holiday, nothing can be done and i am left with no option but to wait for tomorrow and visit the nearest branch...

I tried several times to get otp while by ordering on amazon and it requires to enter my otp password but i am not not getting any otp from icici bank, very bad, then i jumped to another bank to complete my transaction. On 11th aug i found my account has been deducted of 400 rupees for) dp chgs till jun-16) i checked in gogogle and found its for my demat a/c.
But when i created that account, i checked with the icici operator and they said it will be a one time deduction of 250 rupees and after a year i found it got deducted of 400 rupees. it can never be appreciable. i want it to be refunded asap. my account number is[protected]akshay kumar dash)...

I am constantly getting threatning calls from one of the icici bank representative from monday. Agent "krishna" is calling me from the unknown landline numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. He is harassing my family members by calling them again and again when i am unable to pick up the calls. He is using filthy language over the calls and threatening me of dire consequences.
