    My name is Ritik, I live in Hyderabad. I applied for Loan Against Property. then I received a call from customer care executive stating that I have been eligible for pre approved loan against property. please pay 6000/- INR for processing fees then they will release a sanction letter. I asked on what basis I got approved and what if my application gest cancelled or rejected if something doesn't go well. He said based on the requirements like CIBIL score, area and required documents it got approved. I paid the money then they gave a SANCTION LETTER. in the sanction letter they mentioned fee is non refundable, it is not stated to me in call with customer care.

    Yesterday I submitted documents, the so called executive started to point out none of the documents are in proper. he didn't verified physically. everything he checked was through WhatsApp. Is this so called bank process a loan?

    Now, the processing executive says that they cannot process the loan application because it doesn't meet the requirements and fee is non refundable

    1) My question is why they didn't mentioned it before paying. I asked twice and thrice that WHAT IF I DONT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. he said everything is good.

    2) Why bank process started after paying the amount, and a sanction letter is issue before document verification?

    As we are middle class people. even a rupee is precious . the hard earning of 6000/- evaporated like steam. the need of a destitute person for money for many important things, for banks it has become a hard core business.

    these banks bleed farmers, common man, but not bandicoots like businessmen who looted and having luxurious life.

                Approached ICIC Direct branch, Adyar, Chennai for converting my NRI to RI. First step my trading account was suspended. I converted my savings a/c to RI status.                   ICICI Bank nach_ad_rtn_chrg ingenot charges

                  Within 7 days about 590 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
                  From the date of[protected] to[protected] without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency it's pendamic situation and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                  I visited the nearby ICICI bank ie, in Dr. Shivarama Karanth Nagar on 24-11-21 as I wanted to close the paylater account. They asked to make the full payment. I did that and they said the paylater account is now closed. I asked about the email confirmation. They said, there is nothing as such, but I ensure that the account is closed now.

                  I had received a couple of emails over the past year with the subject line as Paylater and I visited the above bank again, but they are now saying that they don't handle paylater account. Tried calling the customer care several times but unable to talk to any executive because the options don't redirect me to it.

                  My brother received a message yesterday that there is pending payment of Rs. 4200 (approx). I don't understand! Why are you contacting my brother, rather than contacting me directly? Really disappointed with the entire service.

                  Also, I looked at my Cibil score, and it states there is a negative balance with ICICI...! This has affected my profile very much and I need a resolution.

                  I want to close all accounts with ICICI including Paylater account (XXXXXXXX2155) and any other account that is open. And do not ask me to visit nearby bank again. It is of no use because the employees there don't know to handle any request. I had asked to close this years back and now you are saying that there is pending payment! Ridiculous. This is not my mistake that there is an issue in the system, and I don't think I have to pay anything as I have not used the account in years (by assuming that it was closed).

                    I have done two purchase Emi with Bajaj finance and my Emi deduction is done on 2nd of the month. in March 2023 i received my salary by 9am in the morning and i was relived thinking my Emi will not be missed. but i received a message that my Emi payment was missed when i had enough and more amount in my account. yesterday when i was about to pay for a product i saw that my account is not having sufficient amount in it. When i check i noticed that twice Rs.590 was debited from my account on 14th MARCH in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ Of Bnk BFLf~02MAR23~40a and NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ Of Bnk BFLf~02MAR23~6a7

                    why was this amount deducted without any notice. i had saved it up incase any emergency comes. and you are deducting it without any prior notice or anu SMS after deduction.
                    I need my money back, when i had sufficient fund for the EMI why was this amount deducted without any notice

                        I received call from ICICI agent was told they are giving me a load at the Interest Rate rate 7:01 p.a, I agreed, later when I checked it 13 p.a they informed them about it they refused to cancel, I asked them loan number they didnt provide they stated you will receive email I raised ticket ticket no -details

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have purchased 2 bonds of Rs 4000/- each vide certificate no 10371 & 10372 on 05/10/1998 and the face
                        value is Rs 100000/- each (Total Rs 200000/-) in the name of Anuj Nigam & Mamta Nigam and the
                        Bondholder
                        No 4289-711. These bonds were due for maturity on 05/12/2022. I have visited ICICI bank in Connaught
                        Place (A Block) last month. They have directed me to to send the mail to ICICI bank
                        ([protected]@icicibank.com). I have already sent 6 reminders and is still not answered. I believe bank has
                        collected the money from people and will not pay us back now. It is our hard earned money which is
                        going
                        in to the drain. Hopefully RBI & SEBI will look into this and will instruct to them to pay the money
                        immediately to all bondholders.

                          As you know I am paying all my dues on time but in April - 2022 statement there is an addition of interest charges of Rs. 5060.85 & CGST - Rs. 455.48 & SGST - Rs. 455.48 which has been added by mistake and you have to refund back and spoke about the same to your customer representative and told that refund will be done.
                          I have been taking follow up since last one year but no response from your side.
                          Sir, its been 1 year and till now there is no resolution from your side and no support. I tried calling your representative and always they have told me that its processing and it will take 2-3 days but still haven't received any refund.
                          Everytime different person is picking up the phone and i have to narrate the story.
                          It's my genuine request to do so and clear all the interest charges and GST Levied on them.
                          How much time it will take to resolve this.

                            I applied for a credit card loan from ICICI card and application was submitted succesfully with ref no. SR[protected]. On 4 march 2023 I received the mail that loan is been aapoved by bank and for disbursal of loan amount I have to send the my bank details in prescribed SMS format.
                            I have send my account details with all required details and received the confirmation SMS from bank.
                            But the next day when I received the mail that loan amount is been disbursed to my Kotak credit card account.
                            Now I am unble to use this loan amount because Kotak have their own procedure to refund this amount and it is still pending to be processed.
                            Even after sending my saving account details ICICI porcessed the amount to credit card account.
                            I have taken the loan for some urgent personal need and now I am stuck with no where.
                            ICICI converted this amount in prescribed EMI on 03.03.2023, but they haven't shown the total amount Dr Cr entry in my statement.
                            I have registered a complaint with ICICI customer care but no solution is been made by them,
                            From last one week I am suffering by this issue because of my amount stucked and I can not use it for my urgent need.

                              My Multiwallet card showing invalid status when logging in via web browsers in self service portal and unable to use card ! There is no direct guidelines to reach your team via email or via call - everytime when I try to call it takes to some bot voice and totally not useful - can you please direct email when to i contact and please give me some email ID to directly reach customer support team ( please update that ASAP )
