My account got debit without any information while cheking statment i found thay 590 rs charged to me under this title
ECSRTNCHGS150323_SR[protected] why did I don’t get any message regarding this charge i want full refund otherwise i will be taking legal action

I have been charged with some rwd fee of Rs 29.50 four times. I have not used any such services of ICICI Bank but still they have charged.
Pathetic service.
Return my money asap

My account was debited 4 times for ₹590 and the reason is not clear.
Account was debited on 27, 28 and 29th of March.

Hello ICICI Bank,

I have raised a dispute for money transferred to fraudster/Scamster account the same day 25/03/2023. Also raised cyber crime complaint acknowledgement number [protected]. Request you to freeze the merchant account and convert the temporary credit provided in my account to permanent credit as soon as possible.

Th Authorization is skipped from ICICI bank end to identify the fraudster/Scamster account and looks like also KYC problem. This account[protected] Mahakali textile should be freezed and caught as soon as possible as they are doing countrywide scam using platform www.amblinboxoffice.com. This is kind of refund and recovery scam ongoing which is targeting innocent people in the the name of work from home opportunity and looting people's hard earned money.

I had called your ICICI bank customer care immediately to recover the money but they said money is deposited to merchants account and cannot be reversed.

Total disputed Amount -1309000

My 2 EMI was due and Bank charged me 590 for the 17 times that is total of 10, 030

ICICI Bank has debited 826 rs with description DMC/IN********** DP C HGS TILL FEB-23 without prior information and also not sure why they have debited this amount. So can you please provide me the info why this amount got deducted for me

I’m using amazon pay credit card since 1 year. My all due clear on time. My whole cash back hold as demanding commercial use. But I’m using it only for personal. It’s right it’s highly use this month.
But bank don’t have any terms & conditions on this matter.
If terms & conditions available on website.
Then I follow this.
It’s very harassment. Bad behaviour.
After resolve this matter. I cancel my all ICICI bank credit card.
Also close the savings bank account.

I get loan from cred app. I paid my emi on 7th March. Auto debit failed due to paid already..but ICICI Bank debited 590 as ecsrtnchgs

I have been charged with surcharge of 29.21 Rs for fuel transaction done on 25th Mrach, is this the way for promoting digital economy. If requored will raise a complain further.

I have an account in icici and also a credit card [protected].Sir, my credit card limit is 35000 ...sir i have paid the minimum amount monthly but they are taken only fine Minimum amount is not calculated in card . I face this problem repeatedly. I've not been paid for the last few months because I have some financial issues and also I lost my job in the last 6 months.they are called to my phone contacts same situations repeated please take the action sir[protected] this is bank employee number they are called to my relatives. my son is suffering with TB disses in this situation i don't have pay the money to the bank i want some time (3 months) .. please don't calls to my relatives i will committed to suicide ... no body and no one can never pay the credit card bill... plz sir take the any action.promise on my son i don't have a money...

This is regarding late payment charges levied to me on my credit card.

I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that I was occupied with a medical emergency in the family and hence couldn't settle this on time. All my past payments have always been done before due date. I have been an ICICI bank customer for more than 14 years and have never defaulted/ delayed any payment till date and this was the one off exceptional instance due to an unavoidable personal emergency.
Despite all this, I wasn't given any consideration. This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response.

So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1 year,
Now they have charged 588.82 under this category DCARDFEE8302MAR23-FEB24 +GST on[protected].
I am not aware what type of charges are these.

They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.

Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things.

I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

Hi there one KCC account linked with my pan number CEYPG1113G. I never applied for any KCC in any bank. Someone else using KCC on my PAN Card. Even registered number doesn’t belong to me. I went to bank but they didn’t help on this. Someone is misusing my information. I want immediate action on this. Please also help me remove this account from my cibil report because the user using money but not paying on time so my cibil is impacted because of this account.

I am Saravana, i have taken LIC to policy and my monthly premium gets deduct 15th this month i have not maintained minimum balance on time. icici have charged me ECSRNT charges in this month. Without any information 590rs is detected from my account.

I could see that Rs.590 has been debited with the transaction code as ECSRTNCHGS070323_SR[protected] on March 25th 2023.

Could someone please tell me why it got detected from my account.

My account has been deducted 3 times with Rs 36, 433 and 310 in the name of nach ad rtn charge, total Rs 779 has been deducted from my account without any information, I want my money back...

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 2 bonds of Rs 4000/- each vide certificate no 10371 & 10372 on 05/10/1998 and the face value is Rs 100000/- each (Total Rs 200000/-) in the name of Anuj Nigam & Mamta Nigam and the Bondholder No 4289-711. These bonds were due for maturity on 05/12/2022. I have visited ICICI bank in Connaught Place (A Block) last month. They have directed me to to send the mail to ICICI bank
([protected]@icicibank.com). I have already sent 6 reminders and is still not answered. I believe bank has collected the money from people and will not pay us back now. It is our hard earned money which is going
in to the drain. Hopefully RBI & SEBI will look into this and will instruct to them to pay the money
immediately to all bondholders.
