I have purchased a mobile from Flipkart under 'No Cost EMI Program Discount' for a tenure of 6 months as the longer tenures were having interest charges. But after having completed the transaction using ICICI Credit Card, I found out that the ICICI Bank is now imposing charges in the name of Processing fees and various Interest Charges.
I have previously done multiple similar transactions with HDFC Bank but never faced such an issue. If ICICI Bank cannot afford No Cost EMI transactions, then it should inform before hand instead o[censored]sing such dirty tricks to extort money from its Customers. ICICI Bank should be penalized for using such Unfair Trade Practices.

    Myself Dilip Kumar S G, I have been with icici bank since 2014. This year 2023 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 27 January 2023. DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL D EC-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited from the account. Do the needful. Thank You.

      Myself Pradeep kumar M, i have been with icici bank since 2014. Each year 481.83/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using and apply demat account. But charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till dec-2022 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

            I am Pooja Manorani, 757.17 Rupees has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account[protected] as DP CHGS TILL Dec'22. DP charges on[protected].

            I have never activated this type of service & there was no prior notice. I haven't received any such deduction or not noticed (If deducted).

            I need justice and my money back immediately.

                My name is Amit Sudheer Joshi. I have a personal banking account with ICICI Bank at Mayur Colony Branch, Pune.
                An amount of INR 826 was deducted from my account on 24th January 2023 towards DMC charges. However I do not have a Demat account with ICICI. This amount was wrongly deducted without cross checking whether I have a demat account or not. This amount was deducted without my approval.
                This is unacceptable.

                  I have been associated with ICICI BANK from 2016 and today i saw the message the that an amount of 826 has been debited from my savings account in lieu of DMC DP CHGS TILL DEC-22. This amount been debited regularly from 2016 till date.. I want the refund of all the amount that has been debited under DMC DP CHGS. I was not even informed that a deduction will be made.
                  Please refund the total amount as soon as possible.

                    For my travel I was checking out few forex card, to learn more about card I click next, 3538.82 Rs got debited from my saving account, Still my application status says it is unsuccessful. Since my travel was in few days I visited another bank I issued forex card from them, I no longer needed forex card from ICICI. I immediately rise a complain and reported issue with customer care officer 3 times, once visited branch in person and they just gave hand by saying "since it is online application we will not be able to help, you need to deal with customer care by phone or emal" I rise complain / requested cancellation card and refund 3 times all the time executive says "I took your request and our back end team will do the needful and you will receive refund soon" however no action / response from ICICI. sharing one of the SR# SR[protected] I must say ICICI bank behaving irresponsibly. request you officer to take it on priority and help to cancel card request and refund my money.

                      In brief :-

                      I initiated the transaction to pay my college fees through UPI mode. After scanning the QR code, the money was successfully transferred to eazypay but the portal did not show me a success message in 5 minutes. Rather it showed a message " Transaction is not successful. Payment process not completed." My money is deducted from the bank account, who are telling that the transaction was a success. I want a refund to my account as soon ass possible.

                            On 21st Jan 2023, through my debit card bank deducted 499rs from my account with my interaction, i didn't share my otp or cvv with anyone and its not the amazon prime deduction also but still its showing the below message:

                              My name is Manoj Kumar.I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 06/22 .

                              I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old email id and phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

                              Every month during salary credit 2000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 14000 rupees so plese help.

                                ICICI bank sent me the credit card saying that it's a life time free card and no charges what so ever is applicable. Immediately after few days i received a notice that around Rs. 2500 is due on my card. Upon this on 10/04/2022 i registered a complaint with bank asking for cancelling the credit account and reversing the amount. I got a reply from bank on 06/04/2022 that the service request for the cancellation has been processed and the joining fees shall also be reversed in 4 working days. Post this i have sent multiple mails but still no action being taken and every month i get a due amount statement with penalty.

                                  I have no idea why ICICI has charged me with 590rs, and they have debited the amount with informing on mail or WhatsApp. If want to check the details of deduction, there are no information available about it. I do not have any merchant account either for electronic payments. The amount was deducted with code "ECSRTNCHGS100123_SR[protected]" on[protected].

                                  I have attached a screenshot from my I-mobile app regarding deduction of amount.

                                  None of the customer care numbers are working and I am unable to report this issue.

                                    While going through the CIBIL report, we found that credit report pertaining to the said loan accounts have not been properly reported by your bank showing as “Doubtful”. The CIBIL pages of the same is enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure B1-B10. The report has not been updated since 30th May, 2012.

                                      Seller back out from the deal hence i had visited bank and informed agent to cancel the loan dated 28th sept as the action was not taken i had visited again bank on 30th sept and informed the branch manger to cancel the loan. On oct 1 st i had emailed to the bank marking the bank agent and branch manager in the loop about the cancellation. Even after several reminders there was no action and i had pay all the interest. Now the mail reply has come from agent that loan is closed but is still reflecting open in the mobile banking app. I have very bad experience with icici now even after several months the amount charged to me has not refunded to me neither the loan is closed. I really dont understand why the customer has pay for it for something icic emp negligence.

                                        ICICI Credit card bill paid before time but the next month's statement still shows previous month's balance with the late fees.

                                        I paid my credit card bill for the month of Dec' 22 amounting to Rs.3222 through my HDFC a/c Via Gpay UPI on 23.12.22 But shockingly ICICI Bank says that the amount is not received and they have added late fees charges along with carrying forward the previous balance amount.
