We have invested in ONE number ICICI Money Multiplier Bonds with a face value of Rs 1, 00, 000/- issued at a discount for Rs 4, 000/- in 1998. The redemption date is 5th December 2022. We do not know where to submit the bonds for redemption as it was issued by ICICI Ltd and the ICICI Bank is not accepting the original bonds for collection and redemption. Kindly help...

Yesterday i.e 13th Dec 2022 there was an undetected deduction done in my account. The transaction shows named as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRUMO~06DEC22~0a2
d2c0~46796538 an amount of 590 was deducted without any intimation on my number.

Kindly look into it as soon as possible. Hope the amount will be refunded back to me.

ICICI Credit card put one offer with melorra around 20th October for 4000 Rs Cashback . I got it confirmed from Icici customer care too.
