Customer Name in CIBIL Defaulter List in spite of having settled all dues.

Myself had applied for a home loan Balance Transfer recently.

I was shocked to hear from the Banks (Deutch Bank, Barclays Bank , HDFC Bank& CitiFinancial) that my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.
I have paid and settled all our dues till date and have the settlement letters from the concerned Financial Institutions...

I took a home loan of Rs. 7.34 lakhs from ICICI Bank in June 2004. My account number was LBDEL[protected]. I paid whole loan amount in May 2009. In July 2009, I requested the bank to return my original property documents, but when I visited the branch to collect the papers, they have only photocopies of documents.

Hi All,

I simply want to say that ICICI Customer care is the worst customer support I have experienced across the world.

If you try to call ICICI customer care, you reach an executive in atleast 30 minutes after many times call drops. 99% chances will be that executive will transfer you to the right department but you will never find the right one. Nobody will listen to your problem, they will always advise you...

i am receiving lots of sms daily from AD ICICI Bank and TM ICICI Bank, while i dont have ICICI Bank account. This is happening from last 2 years.
the massges are routed bi mistakly to my cell no. [protected] regarding the Account Info for the Account xxxxxx519264. This bank account is not belong to me.

Sir/Madam,

This is to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter).

Due to this I have cheque bounces on my account. When I enquired about this they talked very arrongantly and said that they have authority to do whatever...
