I have not applied for any credit card with ICICI bank. i got a message today saying that there is a due amount on my card for the month of February.

    I have been using ICICI credit card since last 7 years and make manual payments at the end of each month before due date

    Similarly, I made a payment on 10th Feb and in my CC statement its mentioned auto debit return fee and service charges INR. 584.74 + 105.25. When I enquired about these charges bank said that I have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account.

    I clearly told bank:
    1. I never opted for Auto debit how come it was applied automatically. They don't have any proof to show.

    2. I told them, sufficient funds were parked in my account on 10th Feb itself and I paid the same on my due date i.e. on 17Feb
    bank is saying auto debit is executed 5 days before due date
    - As per the details, sufficient funds were there and payment was made on 17th Feb. Its bank issue why payments were not made or auto debit was not able to realize/check the balance in my account

    I made payments 0-4 days before my due date but no auto debit fee was levied. bank is unable to provide any clear answer.

    I have been pressurized to pay these charges without any fault of mine.

    Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges at any cost.

    Will switch to other bank as soon as possible.

      My account got debited with 17 transaction in a single day through auto-debit from ICICI Bank, for ECSRTNCHG charges.. Rs. 554, Rs. 580, Rs. 590/_
      Approx. 10000/_ rs. In a day has been debited without any intimation, neither sms nor any email notifications from the bank.

      I want to know why and for what these charges has been debited from my account in a single day. And get it resolved ASAP.

      Not any reply from your side after 48 hours
      What is the issue

        I came to know that icici bank has issued a credit card without my consent. And it's impacting my cibil. So I reached out them on their customer care service. Instead of listening my issue the have blocked my no from their customer care number. I spoke to them regarding the same. They are not providing any solution.

          Dear Sir,

          I Pratap Ghadge having an HomeLoan account with ICIC bank with a loan account number LBTNE[protected], would like to complaint about your bank. I have been trying to get the loan amount cleared for the latest demand letter send by the builder since October 2021 month. I have also submitted the hard copy of the disbursement request form, check submission form, demand letter from builder amounting to INR 5, 31, 133 and the previous check payment receipt was given to the bank. Whenever I approached your bank representatives, they would say it`s in process. My loan amount is still pending.

          Builder had given me intimation to pay the amount or the Home agreement would be cancelled. The bank as give me the loan approval and now while I am getting the home possession they are delaying the payment.

          Who will be responsible for cancellation of my Home (Bank assured me all support while taking the home loan and now delaying the payment)

          I would request you to please look into the same.

                  But no work is done on time in Shirur branch,
                  cheque or RTGS say any work will be done in 1 hour but they do it at 5, Many times the branch manager does not pick up the phone when asked, he has to go to the bank 4 to 5 times for one job.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My Savings Account Number[protected] at Vasant Vihar New Delhi.

                    We have find that 2 charges made by ICICI Bank for Bajaj Fin as follows :
                    1. 13- Feb-2023 Rs. 460.12
                    2. 13-Feb-2023 Rs. 589.99

                    While we have not registered e-mandate with my Bank ICICI Bank Savings Accounts[protected].

                    4-5 Month ago the same type of Bank Charges made by ICICI Bank. That time we have tried to cancel e-mandate by Net banking Login. But find that No any e-mandate is registered for Bajaj Fin.

                    But again on[protected] two time charges made by bank.

                    When we have call customer care, answer was contact to branch. If I contact branch we will waste our time 4-5 hour for 800-900 charges which costly for me.

                    Please revisers the charge in my Bank Accounts.

                          We have icici bajaj scooter bond in the name of Rajendra c shah which is due on June 2023. Now the thing is that we have shifted to new address and because of that we didnt get any confirmation for redemption. I have mailed on [protected]@icicibank.com but i didnt get any revert.

                                My name is Danish and I have ICICI card ending with 8001, from past 3, 4 month payment is irregular. My last payment was 11800 on 31st December 2022. I accept missed 2 payment cycle but assure to payment complete outstanding on 1st March but meanwhile I am getting repeated threatening call on behalf of ICICI bank to payback immediately or he/she will call random call to my relatives and colleague and unfortunately some of my office colleague received call saying from legal department.
                                These calls to my office and relatives are totally unlawful.
                                What kind of this business is this and why promoted by bank.

                                When I am saying will pay then why this kind behavior with customer. When bank has to do this kind o[censored]nlawful activity which banned by RBI too then why issue card and loan to customer.

                                I have mentioned numbers from where i am getting unlawful calls [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                Bank must take prompt and strict action against these people or I will complain in RBI too.

                                I already email to customer care (Ref id - 000Y5aHX972YHFG8) but customer care simply refused. Their reply is we are complying with laws. However actual fact is different. I need strict action from ICICI. Now days it is very common activities from bank side.

                                  I had taken icici money multiplier bond 25 years back with issue price rs4000. And face value 100000rs. Registrar mentioned in the bond is no more valid. Have been trying to get redemption process details since a month but in vain - what documents to be sent and to which address.

                                    My Phone Has Resetted and when I open my Pockets account it asked for verify the Phone number.After Verification it Asked for first Name, middle name, last name etc and pan card number after filling all the details when I click continue it is showing that "Sorry Unable to Process The Request at this time, try after a while (#119)" I have tried login more than 5 days.
                                    My pockets account having a balance of rupees 3046 please retrieve...
