Dear Sir,
I Pratap Ghadge having an HomeLoan account with ICIC bank with a loan account number LBTNE[protected], would like to complaint about your bank. I have been trying to get the loan amount cleared for the latest demand letter send by the builder since October 2021 month. I have also submitted the hard copy of the disbursement request form, check submission form, demand letter from builder amounting to INR 5, 31, 133 and the previous check payment receipt was given to the bank. Whenever I approached your bank representatives, they would say it`s in process. My loan amount is still pending.
Builder had given me intimation to pay the amount or the Home agreement would be cancelled. The bank as give me the loan approval and now while I am getting the home possession they are delaying the payment.
Who will be responsible for cancellation of my Home (Bank assured me all support while taking the home loan and now delaying the payment)
I would request you to please look into the same.
