imobile app is not activating

I have downloaded icici bank I mobile app for my banking but app does not activate, when i click on Activate now, first it show sending message and then show sent sms failed. Everytime I get a mail from icici bank to download imobile app. When app is not ready to serve its purpose then why its being advertised so much. Either fix the app technical error or remove it....

No direct way to talk to a customer care representative.

They call the numbers on their website as customer care but no option is available on call to talk to one. This is so misleading and I end up going to the branch everytime. My father had purchased TWO no:s of ICICI Tax Saving Bond 0199 TSB on 03.03.1999 whose redemption date was 03.03.2002. However, he passed away in 2003 after a bout of prolonged illness.
