I've done two transactions with icici credit card on
22/3/2023 of Rs 55000, and on 24/3/2023 of Rs 53335.92,
Both transactions showed Void sale but amount deducted and still refund not deposited to my credit card account, plz help me out

      ICICI Direct is very very pathetic service.I am from Pune and visited Bibewadi office in person 3 weeks ago.Resubmitted KYC offline from also did KYC online .But till date no response.
      This is very frustrating.My service is - SR[protected]

        I would like to inform you that Rs.9195 got deducted from my account at one shot on 21-mar-2023, i not even have any ECS mandate since last year 2022 in my account everything i have deactivated and paid the dues i donno from where this got accumulated, kindly reverse my charges, i have been a customer to ICICI more than 9 years now, since i lost my job during COVID i might missed couple of nach ECS for which amount got debited last year multiple no of times and i even paid that loan amounts, i believe ICICI will work on this issue and clear it asap. if banks deducted amount like this without prior information unneccessarly it will be huge issue.

          ammount is being deducted every month against my Demat account, whereas i have traded from that account, it was deducted in february month as well, and this month deduction is 2529.

              Dear Sir,

              I am writing this email to bring to your attention an issue that I am facing with my ICICI credit card account. I have noticed that the interest charges have been levied on the whole amount instead of the outstanding balance on my card.

              I have been a loyal customer of ICICI for many years, and I have always made timely payments on my credit card account. I have never defaulted on any of my payments, and I always pay more than the minimum amount due every month.

              However, I was surprised to see that the interest charges on my credit card account for the past month have been charged on the entire amount, including the paid amount, instead of the outstanding balance. This has resulted in a higher interest charge, which is not fair and accurate.

              I request you to kindly look into this matter and rectify the incorrect interest charges on my account as soon as possible.
              Amount Due on 12th March : 1, 55, 525.45
              Paid Amount on 12th March : 1, 50, 000.00

              Remaining outstanding Amount : 5, 525.45

              But the interest has been charged on whole amount : 7, 894.57 + GST (1421.02)

                10 days ago 1899 rs has been deducted from ICICI Bank account mentioning it's for one assist plan renewal. I don't remember when I opted for this plan or why the money has been deducted without prior indication. Please reply to this complaint ASAP and I would like a complete refund from this charge .

                Will submit the remaining details in mail once I get a reply.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have made many complaints with icici direct customer care but my issue is not resolved, hence posting in the consumer complaints.
                    Issue:
                    I have converted MTF shares to delivery of Adani transmission on the 2nd of March total of 80 shares and only 30 are reflected in the account and 50 are missing.
                    I have contacted customer service and logged a couple of sr[protected], sr[protected], SR[protected] but still, the issue is not resolved.
                    This is really frustrating and it has been more than 20 days, but the issue is still unresolved.

                      Hi, generally I pay all my bills on time, but ICICI credit card applied late fee for delay in my payment because of my illness. I requested many times to waive off the fee, now every month they apply new late fee and taxes on my card. Please resolve my issues.

                        Bank is started deducting auto debit return fee from last 2 months and I don't know how as I don't give any bank for auto debit and not opted for this anytime and after deduction they deactivated my auto debit automatically on 15 March...they are now providing worst service in this segment

                          It is unethical on part of ICICI Bank to charge me around 550 rs in the name of auto debit return fee..
                          I had made payment of 21000(for online card booking) using credit card and was due to pay 21000 on 22 march 2022 and when I cancelled my booking i was refunded 18900 rs and remaining 2100 rs amount was there in my account and i paid that from my savings account ..
                          But ICICI bank charged me 550rs as auto debit return fee when i had already cleared my dues
                          IT IS VERY VERY VERY UNETHICAL ON PART OF ICICI BANK TO FOOL ITS CUSTOMERS AND DUPE THEM

                            I have downloaded the IMobilePay Application. Just tried to explore the App and clicked on Cibil Score. Without any popup or anything given it directly debited my amount from the account. That's not the right thing. They need to atleast give some popup to explain that is a payable service. They need to intimate the customer about that. I have contacted the customer service and while they kept me on hold, I tried to view it and the pdf got downloaded once I again not said anything about charges and now the support team is saying for viewing the service is free but for downloading they'll charge. But the amount got debited before downloading itself and even it is true they need to intimate that downloading will cost something. They have given nothing about it. This is a strict warning given. If you not revert my money back to me, I'll give a consumer complaint and I'll raise the social media complaint regarding this worst experience of application given by you. Never thought bank like urs do such worst experience to me.
