Bank is started deducting auto debit return fee from last 2 months and I don't know how as I don't give any bank for auto debit and not opted for this anytime and after deduction they deactivated my auto debit automatically on 15 March...they are now providing worst service in this segment

    It is unethical on part of ICICI Bank to charge me around 550 rs in the name of auto debit return fee..
    I had made payment of 21000(for online card booking) using credit card and was due to pay 21000 on 22 march 2022 and when I cancelled my booking i was refunded 18900 rs and remaining 2100 rs amount was there in my account and i paid that from my savings account ..
    But ICICI bank charged me 550rs as auto debit return fee when i had already cleared my dues
    IT IS VERY VERY VERY UNETHICAL ON PART OF ICICI BANK TO FOOL ITS CUSTOMERS AND DUPE THEM

      Hi,

      I have downloaded the IMobilePay Application. Just tried to explore the App and clicked on Cibil Score. Without any popup or anything given it directly debited my amount from the account. That's not the right thing. They need to atleast give some popup to explain that is a payable service. They need to intimate the customer about that. I have contacted the customer service and while they kept me on hold, I tried to view it and the pdf got downloaded once I again not said anything about charges and now the support team is saying for viewing the service is free but for downloading they'll charge. But the amount got debited before downloading itself and even it is true they need to intimate that downloading will cost something. They have given nothing about it. This is a strict warning given. If you not revert my money back to me, I'll give a consumer complaint and I'll raise the social media complaint regarding this worst experience of application given by you. Never thought bank like urs do such worst experience to me.

            I had ordered a Reebok shoes on myntra but I had cancelled, so Myntra initiated a refund on 9th march and I got an sms from them on 14th March that refund was successfully, but I have not received that amount in my account and have been given a reference number to contact bank

                    My recharge status is still incomplete and when I tried to call my airtel customer service for my incomplete recharge, they said there is no Transaction of 719 rupees on there side.
                    Please resolve this complaint, I have issues regarding samsung wallet and there recharge process.

                    There is not any step taken by company. There is 4 days of my transaction so my transaction amount is refunded. Service of icici bank is bad There hasn't a single email or contact done by them.

                            Hi,

                            I'm a salary account holder of icici for couple of years, they have debited a sum of Rs.588 from my bank account for dcardfee without my consent. The thing here is they themself silently debiting the amount in the backend without even giving a notice by email or text message, if i wasn't looking at my bank statement i would've never noticed this. This is not a right way to charge your customers without even informing them, just because they have their money deposited in your bank doesn't mean you can withdraw money as you wish without any prior notice.
                            I ask you to look into this complaint and I need my money credited back in my account ending with 9864.

                              Hi Concerned Team,

                              I did some shopping for my relatives during last Holi sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives.Now in the same context my all reward points are on hold for being a loyal customer of icici Bank and using their card throughout. I could have used other bank credit card that i hold but i sticked to ICICI. Maybe that was my biggest mistake to utilise the card during sale.The customer service executive told me that if reward points go over 9000 it will be on hold for investigation. That shouldn't be the case since the card has been given us for shopping purpose only and if we shop more it's good for the bank ultimately. The bank charge such high ROI in delay of payments but when it comes to releasing the reward points it's been on hold without any warning that I am overspending. I've never been late in paying my credit card dues, i always did it well before time still I have to face such inconvenience that I could never expect with such a enormous pvt sector bank.The bank should not deny the reward points and I request the concerned team to pls acknowledge my request and process my reward points at the earliest, i would be thankful to them and will take care of the situation and usage from next time onwards.

                              By blocking or keep the reward points on hold, the bank will only losing a trust worthy and loyal customer.

                              Hope my problem gets resolved at the earliest.

                                      My name is Ritik, I live in Hyderabad. I applied for Loan Against Property. then I received a call from customer care executive stating that I have been eligible for pre approved loan against property. please pay 6000/- INR for processing fees then they will release a sanction letter. I asked on what basis I got approved and what if my application gest cancelled or rejected if something doesn't go well. He said based on the requirements like CIBIL score, area and required documents it got approved. I paid the money then they gave a SANCTION LETTER. in the sanction letter they mentioned fee is non refundable, it is not stated to me in call with customer care.

                                      Yesterday I submitted documents, the so called executive started to point out none of the documents are in proper. he didn't verified physically. everything he checked was through WhatsApp. Is this so called bank process a loan?

                                      Now, the processing executive says that they cannot process the loan application because it doesn't meet the requirements and fee is non refundable

                                      1) My question is why they didn't mentioned it before paying. I asked twice and thrice that WHAT IF I DONT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. he said everything is good.

                                      2) Why bank process started after paying the amount, and a sanction letter is issue before document verification?

                                      As we are middle class people. even a rupee is precious . the hard earning of 6000/- evaporated like steam. the need of a destitute person for money for many important things, for banks it has become a hard core business.

                                      these banks bleed farmers, common man, but not bandicoots like businessmen who looted and having luxurious life.
