I have been using my Internet bank account for long anf now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care about a month ago and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activiated.

This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

How do I get the internet...

I went to open a saving account in ICICI Bank, Sector - 7, Faridabad, Haryana and the account opening section offered me a plan of zero balance with a fixed deposit of Rs.125,000,00 so I signed all the forms and did all the formalities she told me, but it was shocking to know exactly at the time of maturity of the Fixed Deposit that there was no FD with my account. My name is Sayak and I'm holding a salary in ICICI bank for the past 8 years. I just saw today when I checked my account online, that twice I have been charged POSDEC CHG of Rs. 28.09 each on July 20th 2012 and the description says:
POSDEC CHG/04-06-12/3345/25ST3

I need an explanation as to what this charge means and why (if at all is valid) charged after 1 and half months.

Hello there
Two months back I got the icici debit card with my salary account from my employer.
It is icici debit card (master card).

Now it was given me at same time of opening account.So there is no name on the card.
When I used this card for online transaction first time process asked me to enter Card Number, Name on the card expiry date.
I filled it properly with my name.

I am having my salary accout in ICICI bank . But few days back 84 Rs/-(28.09 Rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. Hi,

I had bought the ICICI Safety Bonds , 4 numbers, each cost of Rs. 5000, in Year 2001, whose Maturity Date was after 3 yrs i.e 2004.
I want to close these ICICI Safety Bonds.
I went to the ICICI branch, Kopar Khairane, they said these are the very old bonds, and they do not serve these requests.
Hence would like to know the process to redeem these bonds.
