      I am vijaya prakash V. 796 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN 23) on 25-FEB-2023. Which I did not ask when I was opening account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) but the icici representative stated that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and he convinced me that I can use it in feature. But he isn't told me that it will be charged which I don't want(I have not used till now).

      If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and with out any prior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. Today when I check my account I found it and this is the second time, last year also the money was debited but I don't understand on that time. This is completely unacceptable.
      Please refund my total amount and close that service or Demat Account. My icici account number is :[protected]

            Today as in 25th Feb 2023. ICICI Bank deducted Rs.826 From my account without any information via SMS or Email. Its been 7 years using the ICICI Bank for SA/CC. Till date I haven't used any DMC. But they got deducted Rs.826 as a DMC/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/DP CHGS TILL JAN-23. Bank is looting public hard earn money silent. Kindly Do needful.

              Its been 7 years, I'm maintaining ICICI Bank account. Today as of Feb 25th 2023. Rs.826 Got deducted from my account as a charges of DMC/16O1XXXXXXXX3879 DP CHGS TILL JAN-23. Till date I didn't even use any other account other SA/CC Accounts in this bank. I not even got any message from bank. They directly deducted from my account silently. This is directly looting customers hard earn money silently without knowing. Kindly please do needful.

                      I have been deducted with 826 rs on 24th feb under the name of DMC dp charges till jan 21

                      I am using icici since about 5 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name. No prior information or notification was given on this. This is really annoying to follow up on such unknown deductions

                          Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. (Date- 24/02/2023, time- 04:29 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university STUDENT_EXAM_FEE_2022_JANUARY, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College of ₹1210 through eazypay- icici gateway.

                          In brief :-

                          Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all
                          credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from PhonePe. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that " Transaction is not successful. Payment process not completed." Also, in my college dashboard there is an option for pay fees but i have already paid. and i checked eazypay website by filling in my mobile number, but no information is showing.

                          I contacted the biller i.E.T.I.M.E. But they don't have much information regarding this. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance
                          that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this poblem.

                            My amazon rewards of ₹8919 for the transactions done from Jan to Feb 2023 on my amazon pay ICICI credit card xxxx 7008 is put on hold without prior notice. I have a limit of 5lakhs, why should they give me such a limit in the first place, if they wanted me to not use my card to its limits?
                            They advertised that I will get unlimited 5% cashback on my amazon spendings and 1% on all other spendings, that's why I bought the card, otherwise, why would I even bother to get this card? Now after spending, withholding the cashback without any prior intimation is ridiculous. I have been an ICICI customer for more than 10yrs now, Now I am considering moving all my accounts to other banks. they could have got much more than thas out of me had they calculated my CLV .

                                Company has issued loan against my credit card.
                                I rejected the loan in written.
                                Company asking for GST, Processing Fee and other charges, which I feel unethical.
                                LOAN amount of rs three lakhs only, has been credited in my SAVING ACCOUNT -ICICI[protected], against my AMAZON icici Credit card on interest rate I am not aware about.
                                There was no request or call from customer end.
                                No loan paper send to me to know about loan terms and conditions.
                                There are not taking back loan amount and asking for extra processing charges.kindly intervene in matter.

                                After taking with customer care team in detail and, registering the issue with them the matter is still to be solved.
                                In fact my service requested nos are not being taken seriously and being closed premature.
                                Even I am not able to proceed for nest stage of grevance as SR no is being closed, without my information and satisfactory solution.
                                My complaint is pending with RBI and they have forwarded to ICICI Bank, but the bank now taken direct action against me and my saving cum trading (3 in one) acoount has benn marked as lean acoount.
                                This is highly objectionable .They have but a negative balance in my account which asking more than Rs 30, 000/- as per their calculation, which is not acceptable to me.
                                No senior authorised person/manager comes on call to resolve the issue.
                                This is very negative approach of ICICI bank to resolve the customer grievances.
                                Let us hope good REOLUTION AND COMMUNICATION FROM BANK END.

                                    I am a credit card with the bank and for one month, I missed paying the statement amount on time for which the bank has charged me late fee payment and also interest charges. I have a relationship with the bank since past three years. In spite of that the bank feels that because I have defaulted in one payment they should charge me instead of checking the reason as to why I delayed. I had requested and reached out to the customer care executive told that you know because of family emergency, I was not able to pay on time, Request you to reverse and considering that you know my background has been very nice and I have paid all my statements on time. The customer executive told me since you are there with us for the past three years. You should have known that the time to pay is on so-and-so date and you have not paid which is why you need to now pay the penalty what kind of a rude behaviour and services, The bank providing is my question

                                        Hi, i request you to please change my two wheeler emi date to 7th of every month as my salary gets credited on 6th or 7th. Now my current due date is 5rd and it will create problem. So i request you to please change the date in which case all the emi will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as i am still waiting for my salaty to credit.
