We had protested peacefully againgst t hr executives behaviour at icici bank regional office gachibawli on 5th january 2019 when abhishek singh was refused to be interviewed by concerned hr executive although it was an open interview conducted vide newspapers advertisements. My son abhishek singh is an mba from ibs hyderabad and taken an education loan from icici bank which he has to re-pay in time. He was deprived of his right to be interviewed facing unprofessional rude behaviour from concerned hr executive. Complaints/representations had been sent to mr. Ramkumar and mr. Srirang vide mails but no any reply received since last 3 months from icici bank management.

    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

    Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court.

I had paid the first emi of prudntl life insurnce policy afterthat some circumstnces i m not able to paid the remaining emi of life insunce policy.           I have made a payment for my credit card number through upi from my icici salaried account, but the credit card number was typed wrongly and it has been confirmed by icici that the credit card typed by me isn't a valid credit card, so the amount must be refunded automatically. But it has been 10 days, i haven't got the money back and every time i get in touch with customer care, they raise a new request and promise the same to be resolved in 2 working days, but the same hasn't been happening.

              I'm unable to use the convert to emi option in the app or the internet banking section of your website. The app shows a blank screen and the website returns an error. I do not have to be calling the customer care every time i need to convert a transaction to emi. This is poor service at your end. It is annoying having to go through the lengthy ivr for something that can be done in a matter of few clicks online. Even the callback option is trash, i never got a callback.
              Please fix this, or i may consider surrendering my credit card and look for better customer-centered options out there.

                    Am an icici bank customer. Today 16-04-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                       I used the word respected which you people do not deserve. My fathers name is mr. Ratan gupta... Everytime your bank agent comes to our house he harrased my mother. He has taken pictures of my mother. He shouted at my mother. Now that man has gone to my fathers shop and he harrssed my father also. Remember i am from a media background. I am his daughter. This is the final warning i am giving you, if this happens again then i will send my camera team and give you and your agent a big thrash. One more thing i will inform the police also. I have sent a mail to the rbi ombudsman i hope u know about that who is he? What he can do to you? Its better to stay out from my father and mother. Otherwise your agent will be in trouble including you. Just wait and watch.

                        I transferred rs 3000 through imps on 17th April 2019 from icici a/c to the Punjab national bank a/c.

                        Transaction ref xxx.

                        The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account.

                        But i got a message that said

                        "dear customer, imps txn ref xxx for rs.3000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 17-apr-2019 11:49:58. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                            I am Commandat (JG) M Venkaiah, Serving in defence services. i have a salaried account from icici bank more than 20 years...several times icici representatives called me saying that ur our esteemed customer so we r offering credit card...i not willing to take but from 2-3 years... bank is calling several times so finally i taken credit card 3 months back...this is my first credit card...i made a mistake of enabling auto debit facility which was linked to pay later account which was also mistakenly opened by me last month...icici charged very heavily 3 penalities for one my mistake...around 2900/- charged on credit card...due to the penality amount it crossed the credit limit for that they penalised me about 750/- and i came to know one more shocking news after talking to customer care official Mr salman and higher manager that there is one more deduction of around 3000/- will be deducted intrest and GST, it is coming around 5 to 6 thousand rupees for one mistake...they denied crediting back my amount on that when i requested for taking complaint they denied taking the complaint saying that u send e mail...after that from my number i am not able to call customer care...please help me out for taking back my amount...they is no reason a person can be charged for 4 penalties for 01 mistake in india. request help me out on this regard.

                              I have taken personal loan from ICICI bank and I make sure that EMI reaches the bank on due date. I paid the last 2 EMIs using Google Pay, since the Due Date fell on Sunday and I was scared that the bank might charge me late fees in case the EMI doesn't get deducted on Weekend. Now they are asking me to pay Rs.1575 extra even when the payment was not late. I informed the bank about this and shared the screenshots of payment but instead of waiving off the charges they assigned the case to one of their very rude staff, who mishandled the issue and became aggressive as if it is a case of loan recovery.

                                    My kyc has been rejected by icici on the basis that photo mismatch.
                                    I am a customer in icici bank for the past 16 years. I am holding many credit-cards from icici bank, and four loans running on it. Wondering why is it rejected if i am a customer for so long years, with such a history.

                                    Due to this, my employer cannot contribute part of my salary to my nps account which was frozen due to this.

                                      I was holding icici mmb 0799, folio no. 6115307 certificate no. 761-762. The certificate was submitted to m/s 3i infotech ltd., international infotech park, vashi, mumbai. I have received the redemption value on 25/07/2018 after deduction of income tax. But the form 16 regarding income tax deduction has not been received. Please send either at email or postal address.

                                      Every month I am being deducted of an amount stating against MM Monthly fee. I have reached out to the bank and they confirmed of no additional subscriptions made to my account.
                                      I want all the amount deducted so far to be refunded to my account asap and let me know the reason for deduction.

                                        I tried to book 3 irctc tickets from bangalore to hyderabad (Sbc to kcg) on 4th april 2019, but the transcations failed. I tried two times once in premium tatkal (Amount 2910 rs/-) and the other in tatkal (Amount 1410 rs/-) but both transactions got failed. Irctc refunded on 5th april itself. But i still i didnt receive anything in my account. I have contacted the irctc people and they said they already refunded, its pending from bank end. Icici people are not responding properly and asking me to wait till i get. Very irresponsible. Please help me
