I have made a payment for my credit card number through upi from my icici salaried account, but the credit card number was typed wrongly and it has been confirmed by icici that the credit card typed by me isn't a valid credit card, so the amount must be refunded automatically. But it has been 10 days, i haven't got the money back and every time i get in touch with customer care, they raise a new request and promise the same to be resolved in 2 working days, but the same hasn't been happening.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
