Hi team,

I have cleared all the debts by a settlement in the year of 2009.
I want to apply for a home loan however the credit history still showing the same report. Due to which i am unable to obtain home loan.
The cibil report was last updated in the year of 2010 after that no record has been updated or removed from my cibil.

Help required to clear off my cibil report as my cibil score is 808 even than just because of this report i am unable to get home loan.
As i have checked this report should be removed after 7 years.

I have done lot of effort to get the house of my own and due to this my one and only dream is being lost.

Please help me resolve this issue as earliest.

    This is shawood buksh and i am holding icici credit card having limit of rs. 20, 000/-. However, due to family emergency i had use all the credit limit and dues exceeded to rs. 23, 900/-
    I have been paying credit card bills on time but now i am financially broke.
    Hence, i requested customer care associate icici bank to help me settle the card at the lowest possible settlement amount at the earliest; however, nobody from customer care associate from icici bank helping me out on this.
    I want to make a settlement and clear this at the earliest.

      I have attempted to transfer fund to my account number holding account with icici bank. I have selected an incorrect account number as the number 8 and 0 are side by side, the fund of rs.4001/-have been credited to that account. The account details of fund transferred are given below for your reference. The amount was transferred on
      12 april 2019. I request you to review and reverse the erroneous made transfer. Please let me know if any other information is needed.
      I have made a transaction of rs.4001 in my corporate account as[protected] with the ifsc code as icic0001819 but by mistake the amount is credited to a wrong account number as[protected]. The transaction is made through paytm with the utr no. As[protected]. Kindly solve my problem asap.

      Respected sir/mam,

      The Wrong Beneficiary has also agreed to repay my amount and he has written an official application
      to the concerned branch manager, but the problem is that he has some lien in his account and the
      bank has deducted all my money in that lien and refused to repay back my amount.

        Hi,
        I applied for account name change request on account of marriage on 30/03/2019 to icici nanded city branch pune and i was told that my request will be processed within 5 days, but nothing is done after 12 days. I followup again, then i was told, the request will be processed within 1 day.
        As told they processed the request but instead of changing account name, my account address was updated which was not requested.
        I was trying to call customer care, but that number is always busy so could not contact yet. Please can anybody help me?

          Last 2 weeks before i blocked my icici bank debit card and even they also block imobile and internet banking also and once i received my new icici bank debit card. I open my internet banking but i cant open my imobile and i call customer care [protected] in this number how can i connect with particular mobile department it was in confuse. Even i try to connect and speak with customer but still i try to login "you are blocked for multiple invalid grid card validation attempts". Pls kindly help

            Yesterday i get call from icici customer care for explain about one assist plan
            But they did't tell about any charges for that.
            But today i checked my account they charge rs.1899 /- for one assist.
            So, i don't want the one assist so cancel that and refund that amount to my account quickly.
            I didn't able to deactivate the one assist plan from online web site page so deactivate the one assist plan and refund my amount rs.1899/-
            If you did't not refund it i will cancel my account from your bank and i tell my my company members also and complain to consumer court also.
            Because you people are not tell anyone about the charge for the one assist plan

              I tried to book ticket via mmt, rs.7126 has been debited from account but booking was not confirmed.. Mmt confirmed that they refunded the amount on 8th apr 2019.. I have not received anything in account still.. Icici people are telling they are not responsible and and asking me to wait till i get... Very irresponsible response.. Please help me in getting this issue resolved

                I am pravallika, holding account with icici since 6 years. I made one wrong transaction on 4 april'19 13000 inr from bank of baroda to[protected] instead[protected]This is my icici account number). Please help to credit back this amount on priority basis. Already bank of baroda raised indemnity and shared to icici. But no one is responding on that.

                Contacted many time icici gachibowli branch but no one responding to my query, asked to raise ticket from bank of baroda. I made it from bank of baroda. Even after that i am not receiving update.

                Till now, i didnt get any response from team. i visited branch and i submitted all necessary documents. i am following up personally with DBM of ICICI Gachibowli branch Manohar - he stopped lifting calls since 4/may'19.

                I didnt understand why these much of delay. please respond soon.

                  Dear icici, i am mitra hajra from west bengal.
                  During account opening, i was told that there is no monthly and yearly charges for my demat account but year after year, i could see that rs 700-850 is being deducted on dmc dp chgs.

                  Dmc dp chgs till sep-18 = rs 826
                  Dmc dp chgs till sep-18 = rs 767

                  Also there is no sms intimation, but it was discovered when cross checked the bank statement.

                  This is completely "unethical / unjustified/ forceful loot"

                  When i tried to talk to icici bank customer care, they refused to give any clarification.

                    I would like to bring to your notice that my 1st statement
                    Dated 08.01.2019 credit amount is 15782.84 and debit amount is 14415.99 the difference of 1366.85. You billed me this amount and i paid although instead paying it should be adjust in my bill. Now in next transaction you have adjusted received amount from my side so do let me know where is the access amount.?

                    2nd issue is dated 20.02.2019 4824.51 converted in emi.

                    But i have returned the product and refunded the amount patially back to you one one, 2966 + 836 = 3802. So balance amount should be 1022.51 have been charged with full amount of emi
                    Although i dont have to pay any emi for that.
                    Then why am i being charged the full amount?
                    They charged me approx 2000 for intrest also.

                    Please help me as customer support not responding. Am trying to resolve this matter from 15 days

                      One of my friend works in icici grant road opera house branch (Mumbai).
                      During the interview the working works which were mentioned were 8:30am -5:30.
                      But every day the bm and dbm of grant road branch make their employees work for 13hrs. They are not offering them any over time salary. Also there are other issues as;
                      1. If they send for kyc at consumer's house, the employees are not given any travelling expenses and are told to go after 8 at consumer's house.
                      2. The bm & dbm are mentally abusing the employees working over there.
                      3. They are not given proper lunch break of 30min.
                      4. Personal comments are been passed in front of other employees and also infront of consumers.

                      I request you to take this matter in hand and set up and enquiry against grant road branch bm nd dbm. Fire them if possible... Nd reduce the working hours from 13hrs to 9hrs.

                      If you cant handle this. We can meet at court.

But when i register with imobile app (which is of bank) & it create upi address & all done. but why its not hapening in other app while process are same is there any hidden technical issue by bank to not use other app by customer

                          grid card values

                          I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through NEFT and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter GRID values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried...

                          This is regarding complaint filed on mar 29, 2019 with no response from icici bank customer service team yet.

                          I have a demat account in icici bank in icici direct. On 27-mar-2019, my account no. * got deducted with rs.118 dmc/* dp chgs till feb-19.

                          When i created the demat account, i was not told about dp charges. Instead was told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged to my account. Pls refund my money.

                          I have already mailed details to [protected]@icicibank.com from [protected]@gmail.com. Pls resolve immediately.

                              I have done transaction of rs.665/- on 31st march via bhim upi through imobile app. The amount got debited, but the beneficiary didn't receive the money. When i wrote to icici customer care and then called, they said it's been credited to beneficiary. Then they asked for written confirmation from beneficiary to send the money hasn't received. I got the confirmation from beneficiary and forwarded the same to icici customer care on 9th april. I haven't received any reply from them yet. It's been 11 days after my transaction. From 31st till 2nd even imobile wasn't working. Am sure it's due to network issues during those days the transaction wasn't done. Kindly look into it on priority. I need the refund.

                                I am icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3004 without my concern on date: 10/04/2019 time: 08:26 pm. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership anymore. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount rs.1399/-.

                                  I have seen many transactions & money got deducted from my account in the name of 'POSDEC CHG' since many years & i never noticed it. recently i have checked my statement & have seen this transactions with the name 'POSDEC CHG'. I have seen no bank charging this & i have recently made a purchase of 599 (not through my debt/credit card, in fact in the last 4/5 months i have never used my icici credit/debt card at all) & i have 2000+ amount in my account and there was 2 'POSDEC CHG' charges were applied on my account for this transaction how come this is happening.

                                  I never get proper answer from anyone in the icici bank. no proper answer from customer care & no proper answer from twitter.

                                  1. why should any bank charge this ?
                                  2. why did icici has deducted amount even when i have sufficient balance in my account ?
                                  3. what is the extra effort icici is putting in when there is no sufficient balance and user did try to do a transaction ? No other bank has this charges.
                                  4. How come POSDEC charges applied when i have not used my card at all?

                                    Icici bank has opened demat account without my notice in 2013 (I have not been informed at all & there was no mail or message from the bank which at least tells me demat account has been opened on my name) & charging me dp charges all the time. There was no single message or call or mail which notifies me that i have demat account and money has been deducted in the name of dp charges. When i contact customer care they have told that all the money will be refunded once i close the demat account so i have closed my demat account by paying rs.546 (Icici told this also will be refunded once account is closed). But once i close my account there was no amount refunded into my account (I only see rs.234 refund in the name of access amount refund & i am not sure what it is) & there was no proper response from icici when i contact the from different sources

                                    Customer care : movement i launched a complaint i am not able to contact the customer care, they say my debt/credit card number is invalid & my date of birth is invalid to contact the customer care. I was using same details to contact the customer care previously and they all are fine till i launch the complaint and after my complaint all are become invalid and i am not able to contact the customer care now to get the status of my complaint or to launch the new complaint.

                                    Twitter : there was no proper answer from the twitter all the time i see our representative will call you.

                                    Local support : i got local contact number to resolve my issue from the customer one of the call i got from icici (Aijaz : [protected]), he lift my call once and after that he never receive my call and gave any answer.

                                    Below are the few sample dp charges i see in my account, they should be refunded & i don't know how come any bank or any one charge 'dp chgs' silently from their customer account with customer knowing that they have demat account & without sending an email or messages & with out even customer doing any trading (I never sell/buy single share using this demat account). Please refund all the amount which is deducted un-ethically against my demat account.

                                    Icici bank is biggest cheater bank in india i have ever seen & always try to loot the money from their customers like this, stupid bank.

                                      Hi,

                                      I'm teja, 787.21 rupees reducted from my account as dp chgs till feb-1 9.

                                      I have a salaried account in icici bank & the representatives that it is free of cost for a demat account. And it will never be charged/deduct money. Even never spoke about dp charges.

                                      Also, i didn't get any deduction amount alert message on my mobile which is registered with the icici for the same. This is not acceptable.

                                      Please do the needful and return the amount.
