I am an icici bank customer. Today 19/03/2019 ecsrtnchg charged 349 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Icici bank has deducted the following even though i have not subscribed for it.

Bil/[protected]/mm annual fee jan19-dec dr. 354.00

This is ttally not acceptable without prior notice and deducting the amount from individual account.

This is a system scam and imagine if it happens for avg of 100000 customer and it will leads to 35, 40, 000 deducted at one shot.

I have applied home loan with icici mulund branch. I am facing an issue while making payment.
I am not getting an otp from the bank, be it a net banking transaction or debit card transaction.
I would like to highlight that it's not an connectivity issue. As if i do the payment from the other bank, with same mobile number i am getting the otp on time.
This is very painful, as most of the transaction gets cancelled. The same problem has occurred so many time.

And i received a wrong item on 20th feb 2019,

I have not received any statements of my personal loan. I took loan for 5yrs on 2016. But till now i have not even received a sms about balance pending or how much i have cleared as of now. I tried to reach customer care but for this issue there is no option in ivr.
I tried in online too but no use. Dont know how to reach them.

I had taken an sip from icici and within a week gave request to cancel the sip in october. No debit was done in november but in december and january they charged me ecsrtn charges.
