I am very upset with icici bank services regarding unfair charges deducted from my direct account directly. It was a corporate account with bsda facility but still unfair charges rs 788 deducted without any information, prior notification or message to me. It is a bsda facility account but charges deducted for special facility which was not applicable.

    Customer complaints service is very bad
    I have debit 500 rupees from my account but statements show 500 and 20000 rupees time period of both transactions only 9 sec. Bank also agree this is not fraud or cyber crime.
    I have complaint registered to icici customer care on same day 24.04.2019. But he said the transaction was successful completed.
    Two transaction show from my account interval of only 9 second. How is the possible two transaction in 9 second from same account?
    Please refund my money.
    (1) first transaction time 11:58:18
    (2) 2nd transaction time 11:58:27 (Interval 9 second)

      Deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-19) on 26-feb-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

      I need justice and return my money back immediately.

      When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        On March 21st 2019 around 5.30 AM unauthorized transactions happend on my icici debit card.Since 3 to 4 transactions of higher amount are declined due to low balance, I have received automated call from icici customer care to confirm the transactions. Then I have check my account in which amount of Rs.4017.55 has been debited without any OTP or debit message to my registered mobile No.
        Immediately I have filed complaint against it to the bank and today my complaint request is closed stating am liable to pay the amount as they didn't receive response from merchant.
        I have received investigation document from the customer care which has details that the transaction is made in one website in UK by some person and my card and my name is mentioned in the online transaction. So the ICICI bank investigation team has closed complaint stating its the authorized transaction. I asked for the proof to say that its authorized and to provide the reference number for the otp which bank send for every transaction. But they dont have answer for that and asked me to contact merchant for further details or raise complaint to cyber crime.
        I didn't do any online transaction and i want my money credited back.

          I have a Saving account and a Demat account in icici.
          on 26th April 2019 my account got deducted with rs.422.04 —with description dp chgs till mar-19 without any intimation. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. Please help to refund the same amount in my amount ASAP.
          Also i am not using Demat account, so wanted to close my account.

          Attached screen shot show the deduction of rs. 422.04 from my account.

            My account number is[protected] icici bank and using internet banking. I was busy in other things so i could not check balance regularly.. After some time i checked my account and to my surprise smdb charges were deducted from dec 2018 to mar 2019 including cost and sgst. That costed me more than 2000rupees.. I haven't received single notification about deducting this amount. I want an explanation about this..

              I am having my saving account in icici bank. But few days back 11.11 rs/- were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money. So is it legal to charge customer for this reason

                  From last month from my account charges are applying illegally without any notification for me.in the one of emergency case i was having about rs 100. But it was deducted without knowing to me. I was in big trouble. It was very panic moment for me. Bank have illegally applying charges every month. I want my money back. This is absolutely frustrating. I have lost trust on icici bank.

                        In this month of decemeber 2019, ICICI bank has deducted POSTDEC Charges +GST for more than 9 times from my savings account[protected]. One time charge is understandable but deducting the same charge from my bank account for more than 8 times is too much. Maybe the time has come for all o[censored]s to switch to some other bank who would not steal our hard earned money in the name of charges. I ve already submitted a complaint to the ICICI bank like two times regarding the same but still, no response has been received from their side.

                        ICICI bnak has refunded more than half of my charged money into my bank account. I am thankful for that. However, I still have not received my money for 4 POS charges that had occurred on April 30, 2019 and May 1st, 2019. I would like to request the bank to look into this matter and refund this amount to me as well.

                            I open a savings account online account a savings account online account savings account online account online with icici bank i complete all the procedure to open open to open open to open online account last page icici request to me to add some account in my account to get instant account no. Then i add rs 2000 in my account to get instant account no.

                            After sometime i receive an email in which bank says to provide some document to verify me and a checque of rs 10000 to open saving account.
                            But i an not able to fulfill these requirements then i decide to cancel my request to open saving account. I chat with customer support support with customer support support to refund my money but they said that said that that your money is not refunded
                            I submit this request to refund my money.

                              I am a privilege customer of icici bank since 2004. I have newly enrolled for icici rubyx credit card which i received on 27th march 2019.
                              While enrolling for the same i was told by customer care that your card will be lifetime free and you will also be getting welcome shopping vouchers being a privilege customer. Till date it has not berlin received.
                              Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                  My loan kreeditbee amount 5085 via my kotak upi id [protected]@kotak I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 5085 rupees but no pay my emi was not done. When I tried to call [protected]@icici cutomer care they are telling it has been declined, but my bank is saying that it has been successfully paid to the UPI address. Please help on this .

                                      Why customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my salary a/c. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                        icici home loan wrong tenure sanctioned

                                        Address: 710/I RAMJANKIPURAM COLONY, SARANDHRA NAGAR HANSARI JHANSI, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, 284135

                                        I have taken a home loan from icici bank and i have asked them for the tenure of 20 years but they have sanctioned only 15 years and i can't afford the higher emi so i have requested them to pls change my tenure and the manager narendra layal have mail to head office but no response and their sales advisor asked me to pay the 1 emi and then the tenure will be changed but nothing happened and i have paid 4 emi till now but nobody is listening...
