    Hi team,

    This is regarding my loan account # :- lpdel[protected]

    I am writing this email to understand how can you deduct the loan insurance without my authorization and i know it is not mandatory. My total loan amount was 6, 18, 000.00 however the amount i have received in my account was 3, 01, 646.18 and a demand draft of 2, 91, 275.00.

    There is a difference of 25, 078.82.

    I understand there would be some processing fee & gst charges but not this much. I told the representative clearly that i do not want the insurance for my loan and i also said that if you give me insurance i will not take it. Even after this, the representative disburse the amount after deducting the loan insurance of somewhere around 17, 000.00

    Kindly take a look at it and get my money refund of loan insurance that you have deducted asap.

      Hi i m fed up with icici account. I do know what it is.. Amount debited for my money subscription... I have never subscribed for such service and they charged me rs.354 without any prior notice. I feel like icici bank is breaking my trust.. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money. Details: inr 354.00 on 24-apr-19. Info: bil*[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount back. Please contact me @[protected] for other details immediately. I’m really planning to close my account with icici for such issues. We customers have no time in raising complaint frequently.

        Icici bank charged me 354 rupees for a service i have never opted for, without any notification. The statement shows below with the charge of 354 rupees.

        Bil/[]/mm annual fee mar19-feb

        Please help getting the amount reimbursed to the respective amount. I have also made a complaint on their email customer. [protected]@icicibank.com and awaiting their response.

        ICICI bank replied saying they raised two complaints. 1. To refund the deducted amount. 2. To cancel the Mymoney subscription from my account, so that there won't be charges in future. They have already posted the refund in my account and for cancellation of the subscription, they gave a timeline of 9 days. Thanks.

          This is regards to credit card of axis bank:[protected], their was settlement done on 14th feb 2012. However, the collector promised that he would provide the noc document. Therefore till date, i have not received.
          Kindly suggest on this workaround and need the noc document as soon as possible.

              They taken the process fee for that.
              Now they are refusing the transfer my home loan &
              They are not refunding my processing fee.

                  Today, i got money debited message from icici bank. First deducted rs.1 then deducted rs.320 and again deducted rs.320. I check the transaction to online.
                  The amount got debited from vin* google without my knowledge. I didn't subscribe any google services. I want to know, what is vin* google and how amount is debited without my knowledge. And then i want refund for this deducted amount....

                  I got icici credit card on march 2018. After that, i have received many phone calls regarding one assist service and the person who called me told that this service is compulsory and i have to 1399 per year. This amount was auto debited from my credit card and i had to pay the bill for the same. Later i came to know that this service is optional and the customer care person who called me was giving wrong info.
                  Now on 23- april 2019 the same amount 1399 inr is debited from my credit card. I want to deactivate this service and i want the refund asap.

                  Kindly deactivate and refund the amount asap or i will file a case in the consumer court.

                    I had withdrawn 5000 rupees from sbi atm with an icici card but received only 4000. I had complained about the same with icici customer care, a complaint was lodged and went on and on for about 2 months. Later they closed the complaint saying transaction was successful. They didn't provide cc footage as well. Why should i lose hard earned money without my fault.

                      I’m using icici travel card and when I tried to reload it I entered the grid card details correctly and it still disabled my authentication. I’m out of India and it’s so difficult to contact the customer care and one of my family member in India tried to do it and they also denied that
                      It is so diffficult for me to contact them from here and also I can’t use my card anymore terrible service if this problem is not solved I would never think of getting icici cards!

                        My self reet w/o sanjeev khera. Icici bank provide me a ctedit card i have paid all tge installmrnts but due to some personal. Prob i m nt able this mbth payement on time.
                        Yesterday an executive (Miss babita nd muss kavita) call me using lots of abusing language even not only me they also got some numbers from fb snd akso xall to my relatives nd my relatives collegues. This is nt a right way. Even they both ladies using lots n lots og abusing lznguages many timr and call me with othet numbers also.
                        I registerd my complaint in police sration also against these ladies.
                        Plz its my request to bank that when they appoint any employees plz check their family backgrounf. They hurt me a lot n prestly i m in hospitluze due to these call they give me mentally harrasment.

                          I made a payment of RS 799 on 16th April online via BHIM UPI FROM INDAND GAS WEBSITE to book LPG CYLINDER.
                          MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL to [protected]@icici BUT INDANE GAS DID NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT, so booking was not done.
                          Now Indane gas is telling me to contact the ICICI Bank. ICICI is not reachable on its customer care number. [protected].

                          Please help.

                                I had recharged my jio number the amount had been deducted but the recharge was unsuccessful. The amount was ₹469. Its now more than 15 days i am trying but no response from the bank. I called up the customer care more than 20 times but yet they they are not responding. I visited the branch too but they too had asked me to call the cc.

                                I applied ICICI Bank HPCL Coral American Express Credit Card, But they issued ICICI VISA credit card.
                                I want that credit card which I have applied for! Although I didn't received this card now and I don't want to!

                                  I had asked for refund for three products to ajio.com of which the refund amount for two products is received.
                                  However the refund amount of 899.25/- for the third product is still pending.
                                  I had called customer care from ajio and they have told that the amount has been initiated from their end and that i must heck with the bank.
                                  Below is the reference number provided by the ajio team:

                                    Hello there,
                                    I was trying to do the railway ticket booking, and on the 3d secure authentication page.. I mistakenly attempted to input the wrong otp thrice as i got two otp messages, so i entered the expired otp.. The page rendered a message that due to multiple incorrect attempts your atm is blocked for online payment. Please contact customer care. I got the text message for same. How can i unblock the atm card for online transaction. Please help me asap. Thanks!

                                      Without any prior acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for it.

                                      They charged me on 21/03/2019 with the below mentioned details:
                                      Bil/[protected]/mm annual fee feb19-jan.
                                      354.00/- rupees has been deducted for my money service.

                                      Please reimburse the respective amount asap.
