I am the a/c holder in icici bank from last 1 year.
They have charged 515.81 rupees for dcardfee0355nov18-oct19+gst. They never informed me regarding this type of charges via mail or letter or call.
This is against the law, at least they should inform us. I want my money to be credited in my account.

    I have applied in icici bank for balance transfer in icici bank.
    They taken the process fee for that.
    Now they are refusing the transfer my home loan &
    They are not refunding my processing fee.
    Processing fee is 6136.00
    Icici bank cheated to customers and take the processing fees from the customer.
    I want refund my processing fees.
    So please suggest us.

      I had registered my us phone number and associated it to my account in india. Till dec 2018, i was receiving otp sms messages from icici bank on my us phone. I am trying to add a payee to my account and not reciving the otp messages.
      I have tried calling the customer care number[protected] with no luck. I have sent multiple emails to the customercare email address with some random responses.
      The problem is not addressed. I need someone to please assist me in getting this issue resolved.

        I've received a Gift card and there is no provision to know the balance of the card. I tried to login to the Virtual Gift card portal and after entering all the details including the OTP they don't display the balance and also to top that now they don't allow online purchasing.

          Fraud debit card transaction through vin/innovative

          Date 10-apr-2019 fraudulent transaction happened on my icici debit card for the amount of rs.2, 220 in single transactions.

          The most surprising fact was that i didn't lose my debit card or given my card details or internet banking information or 3d secure pin and debit card was with me right when all these transactions was happening.

            I had recently applied for a credit card of icici bank. The icici bank executive said that it is free of any annual charges for first year. However the very first month i got the credit card i was asked to pay rs 590. I tried calling their customer care but they said please enter the 16 digit credit card number, but the credit card which i have has only 15 digits. there is another 16 digit number given in very small digits in front. When i entered both the numbers separately, they say please enter a valid credit card number. Now the payment is overdue by a few days. Now another rs 590 has been added to it, the transaction which i have not done.

              Hi team, i am not able to receive otp while doing online transactions via icici bank. I own icici debit n credit card both n i m facing this issue only with icici bank while i receive otp. This issue started since yesterday. Earlier i used to receive otp from icici bank. I receive otp while doing transactions from other banks without any issues. I have confirmed that my service provider is not blocking any messages. Icici representative have taken complaint on this but we don't have resolution yet.

                  I had received the advance payment for my export proceeds in April 2019 routed through ICICI Bank Thane branch having IFSC Code ICIC0000035 directly into my SBI Bank Account Jamnagar, Gujarat.

                  Please advise me the procedure for getting an FIRC Certificate from ICICI Bank Thane, so that I can further submit it to my SBI Branch, Jamnagar, Gujarat along with Shipment Documents for issue of eBRC.

                  Icici has been deducting money whenever they want the description says posdec charges, well i don't use my card i'd use phonepay or tez to carry most of the transfers, i've called customer service multiple times and they say that i tried to pay higher amount than what's in my account, that's not true i'm totally aware of the transactions i initiate. The funny part is that the date of transaction is 15th april and today is 14th april. Lol icici shame on you, may be this is what they mean by ready for you, ready for tomorrow!!!

                    I have never used demat account in icici bank. Rs.826 has been deducted from my account surprisingly on 26 feb 2019.
                    I was shocked when i was checking my statement today.
                    Please return my money as soon as possible.

                      Hi team,

                      I have cleared all the debts by a settlement in the year of 2009.
                      I want to apply for a home loan however the credit history still showing the same report. Due to which i am unable to obtain home loan.
                      The cibil report was last updated in the year of 2010 after that no record has been updated or removed from my cibil.

                      Help required to clear off my cibil report as my cibil score is 808 even than just because of this report i am unable to get home loan.
                      As i have checked this report should be removed after 7 years.

                      I have done lot of effort to get the house of my own and due to this my one and only dream is being lost.

                      Please help me resolve this issue as earliest.

                        This is shawood buksh and i am holding icici credit card having limit of rs. 20, 000/-. However, due to family emergency i had use all the credit limit and dues exceeded to rs. 23, 900/-
                        I have been paying credit card bills on time but now i am financially broke.
                        Hence, i requested customer care associate icici bank to help me settle the card at the lowest possible settlement amount at the earliest; however, nobody from customer care associate from icici bank helping me out on this.
                        I want to make a settlement and clear this at the earliest.

                          The Wrong Beneficiary has also agreed to repay my amount and he has written an official application

                            I applied for account name change request on account of marriage on 30/03/2019 to icici nanded city branch pune and i was told that my request will be processed within 5 days, but nothing is done after 12 days. I followup again, then i was told, the request will be processed within 1 day.
                            As told they processed the request but instead of changing account name, my account address was updated which was not requested.
                            I was trying to call customer care, but that number is always busy so could not contact yet. Please can anybody help me?

                              Last 2 weeks before i blocked my icici bank debit card and even they also block imobile and internet banking also and once i received my new icici bank debit card. I open my internet banking but i cant open my imobile and i call customer care [protected] in this number how can i connect with particular mobile department it was in confuse. Even i try to connect and speak with customer but still i try to login "you are blocked for multiple invalid grid card validation attempts". Pls kindly help

                                Yesterday i get call from icici customer care for explain about one assist plan
                                But they did't tell about any charges for that.
                                But today i checked my account they charge rs.1899 /- for one assist.
                                So, i don't want the one assist so cancel that and refund that amount to my account quickly.
                                I didn't able to deactivate the one assist plan from online web site page so deactivate the one assist plan and refund my amount rs.1899/-
                                If you did't not refund it i will cancel my account from your bank and i tell my my company members also and complain to consumer court also.
                                Because you people are not tell anyone about the charge for the one assist plan

                                  I tried to book ticket via mmt, rs.7126 has been debited from account but booking was not confirmed.. Mmt confirmed that they refunded the amount on 8th apr 2019.. I have not received anything in account still.. Icici people are telling they are not responsible and and asking me to wait till i get... Very irresponsible response.. Please help me in getting this issue resolved

                                    I am pravallika, holding account with icici since 6 years. I made one wrong transaction on 4 april'19 13000 inr from bank of baroda to[protected] instead[protected]This is my icici account number). Please help to credit back this amount on priority basis. Already bank of baroda raised indemnity and shared to icici. But no one is responding on that.

                                    Contacted many time icici gachibowli branch but no one responding to my query, asked to raise ticket from bank of baroda. I made it from bank of baroda. Even after that i am not receiving update.

                                    Till now, i didnt get any response from team. i visited branch and i submitted all necessary documents. i am following up personally with DBM of ICICI Gachibowli branch Manohar - he stopped lifting calls since 4/may'19.

                                    I didnt understand why these much of delay. please respond soon.

                                    Why you are closing complaint, who said to close complaint. it is very hectic. no one from bank is responding on my refund. first clear my Refund amount and close complaint.
