Hi

My name is srikanth modugu. With out my permission money was deducted from my account by icici bank for the plan one assist wa privilege of amount rs 1899. Before this i got four times call from icici team or one assist team and i told i don't want this plan and i am not interested. After saying also they have activated the plan and deducted money which is not fare. Now when i am connecting the icici or one assist team i am not getting proper reply. Please deactivate the plan and refund my money.

    Last month i got a call from ICICI bank about New policy.I listened to them what they have said but they didnt tell me to go for the policy neither I applied.Today my account has been debited with 1899 rupees.I dont want this policy.I need full amount back to my account.I have credit card of ICICI too which was sent by them to my address.I denied many times that i dont want to go for though i got without applying.

      Hi all,

      I have got an account in icici bank[protected] this account is exists from 2008 and ecs was give for lic for premium and it was on 7th which falls on sunday and there is an ecs bounce charges of 413 in my account with the sms alert of amount debet. Reference: ecsrtnchg080419_sr[protected] number.

      I called up customer care and get careless response from the manager called vidhya on this concern.

      Hence decided to close this account as a result of this call response.

      Before that i need to speak with the concern icici bank people.

        I made a transaction of rs 6000/- via paytm upi on 29 mar 2019 to an incorrect mobile number ([protected]). I raised a request for reversal of the payment immidiately to paytm as well as icici bank. Paytm reverted with a response to connect with the bank with the reversal formalities. However, the bank is not ready to support for same, even after providing all the required details. The transaction reference no. Is[protected].

        Request you to please help me get the refund asap.

        The lackadaisical approach of icici will cause me a loss.

            On 8th april my credit card bill didnt get auto debited. I called the customer service they said pay bill online as its some problem on their end. I did the payment online. Later evening same day amount got auto debited too. So i paid bill twice. Then i tried calling their customer service, call got dropped 7 times. I have all recorded calls. Then i tried to contact through email on website and app. But no reply. I wish to simply close my account with this bank. So frustrated. Worst service ever.
            By the way call to customer care is 1 rs per minute. You cant use yoiur volte for this calls.. So i topeed up for 50 but still couldnt reach them. And they never call you back.

                  It is very irresistible behaviour of icici bank to me that i have submitted my savings account closure application along with demat account closure application in your bank on 29.12.2018 but till now bank is sending account statement without closing my without refunding my existing balance of my account.
                  I would request all regulatory authorities to look into the matter with your kind attention and take steps to resolve the issue on urgent note.

                      I am Shekar. my brother name is beenamoina srinivas yadav. He has taken a swiping machine on june, 2018.we taken swiping machine for business purpose in the name of yadav foods. first data agent name is k.raju he given us machine and he explained per annum charges 2000/- and he also told us that if we use machine then charges will be debited from account, if we don't use mahcine charges will not be applicable and he didn't explained about monthly charges, and cancellation charges. The machine was worst not much expected its facing battery issues. we complained about machine to k.raju many times but he said use and swipe the cards frequently then we will provide new machine. we are so dissapointed such a worst response from executive. due to machine battery issue we didn't used machine we had cancelled machine on 20th November, 2018. we handed over to first data office at ammerpet. They given us a slip for cancellation and they told us it will be get cancelled you will get a message to your mobile number but i didn't got any cancellation message form ICICI. I called regarding cancellation to mr.k.raju he told me that machine was cancelled.Even i have a slip am attaching it too, please find attachment. but on 31st March, 2018. 6, 246/-(six thousand and two hundred forty six rupees only). debited from account.it's so rediculous. we called k.raju about money deduction the response was bad he told me us that he sent a mail to icici about deduction will soon get a reply mail. i called plenty times he said there is no reply from icici go to first data office and check for solution. i went to first data office yesterday there is also response is worst. we don't know whom to contact.i didn't expect such a worst service form icici and so dissapointed. although i don't know information about monthly and cancellation charges. before cancellation no one told us about charges.it's not my fault. but you deducted money from account without information. please refund my money back and please cancel NACH from my account. Make sure that from next time onwards it wont repeat. I called many times to ICICI merchant service customer care but call was not connected to customer care executive.at the first data office i asked Uma bhupathi(manager) contact no. but they refused to given the no. is this the right way to treat the client. such a cheap and disgusting experience.

                          Hi there

                          I had applied for icici platinum chip credit card on 19th march 2019. Everything was done seamlessly. The verification officer came and collected all the necessary documents. I got mail on 5th april stating that my card application has been approved but on today 8th april 2019, i received icici coral credit card with annual fee & yearly fee of 500+gst. This is not the card i had applied for. I am not able to get any support from their cc number[protected].
                          Please help me canceling this coral credit card.

                            On the 5th of april, 2019 an unauthorized debit transaction titled "rev of txn 7603 dt 01/04/19 resulted in deduction of rs. 2500 from my account. I called icici but they blamed the issue on a website that i support with 1$ per month. I checked the billing history of that website's backend support and did not find this transaction. I want this amount credited back to my account asap.

                              The name mentioned in my cheque book is different than actual name mentioned in the bank. Due to the same i faced severe inconvenience and lost my valuable time. My a/c :[protected].

                              How come the bank does mistake especially in cheque book. I faced severe inconvenience and lost time. Hence i am demanding compensation from the bank for the inconvenience caused and mistakes.

                                I am trying to login into the imobile app. When activating for logging in, the otp is coming too late for it to be validated. By the time otp comes it shows "activation failed".

                                I have tried may times today and the same thing is happening again and again. Please send the otp quickly so that i can atleast login.

                                It is designed so that no one can login in the application!!

                                    I went icici atm id - S1CNP362 on 02Apr19 Txn#[protected] for withdrawal 6000.. My money deducted from my sbi saving account but not came from atm... Kindly solve my problem and refund my ammount to my bank account

                                      My grid card values were blocked 24-mar-2019. Therefore, i called customer care on 25-mar-2019 to fix the issue. To my surprise, customer care executive told me that a request to block the card was submitted on 2-mar-2019. I questioned, why i didn't receive any sms? Nor an email regarding this. Actually she was misguiding me just to convince me to take new card. Then i asked her would i be charged with new card? She said obsoletely no charges will be done. But later i realized that she didn't raise a complaint and instead she raised a service request (Sr[protected] on behalf of me to issue new card. Now i realize that i was charged rs.588 for the new card. I didn't asked for new card. I asked to unblock my card. But customer care executive has done this nonsense just for her personal benefit kpi targets /goals during the fy end. Why do you people cheat and loot money from your customers? I want my money back as it was not my fault and i never asked to issue a new card. All false promises from customer care lead to the charges applied for issuing new card.

                                      I tried wring a compliant via the portal but it says"thanks for comments and will get back to you in 48hrs". Its been more than 5 working days and till now, i never received an acknowledgement either. If i try to call customer care, it says my debit card details are wrong. Finally i dropped an email to customer care. I am really confused what is happening with my account and cards? I am completely dissatisfied and frustrated due to the poor service provided by your bank.

Debojothi hazra (Manager – business cards) mobile no-[protected] – icici bank, chennai. Since our application was rejected we have made several request to return back our documents viz:gst return documents and three years income tax return documents. Kindly arrange to return our documents immediately further delay.
