I am Shekar. my brother name is beenamoina srinivas yadav. He has taken a swiping machine on june, 2018.we taken swiping machine for business purpose in the name of yadav foods. first data agent name is k.raju he given us machine and he explained per annum charges 2000/- and he also told us that if we use machine then charges will be debited from account, if we don't use mahcine charges will not be applicable and he didn't explained about monthly charges, and cancellation charges. The machine was worst not much expected its facing battery issues. we complained about machine to k.raju many times but he said use and swipe the cards frequently then we will provide new machine. we are so dissapointed such a worst response from executive. due to machine battery issue we didn't used machine we had cancelled machine on 20th November, 2018. we handed over to first data office at ammerpet. They given us a slip for cancellation and they told us it will be get cancelled you will get a message to your mobile number but i didn't got any cancellation message form ICICI. I called regarding cancellation to mr.k.raju he told me that machine was cancelled.Even i have a slip am attaching it too, please find attachment. but on 31st March, 2018. 6, 246/-(six thousand and two hundred forty six rupees only). debited from account.it's so rediculous. we called k.raju about money deduction the response was bad he told me us that he sent a mail to icici about deduction will soon get a reply mail. i called plenty times he said there is no reply from icici go to first data office and check for solution. i went to first data office yesterday there is also response is worst. we don't know whom to contact.i didn't expect such a worst service form icici and so dissapointed. although i don't know information about monthly and cancellation charges. before cancellation no one told us about charges.it's not my fault. but you deducted money from account without information. please refund my money back and please cancel NACH from my account. Make sure that from next time onwards it wont repeat. I called many times to ICICI merchant service customer care but call was not connected to customer care executive.at the first data office i asked Uma bhupathi(manager) contact no. but they refused to given the no. is this the right way to treat the client. such a cheap and disgusting experience.
Please accept my request. try to refund money back ASAP,
