Account opened at infosys mysore along with the rest of the trainees at infosys campus. All the accounts opened there were compromised. All the trainees received fraudulent calls from fraudsters. Even without sharing sensitive information, amount has been debited from my account and all other trainees' accounts. I need this money back, as it is my hard earned money.

Note - i had immediately blocked my debit card and disabled internet banking when i received the call. I had even called up customer care and had confirmed that my balance was the same and that no amount had been deducted. I called up again after 3 hours to confirm that there has been no change in my account balance. Then in midnight, the fraudster has made payments to airtel for subscription plans using my card details. I want to know how is this possible when the debit card and the internet banking are not functional. How can you allow transactions without my permission, at the middle of the night, when both debit card and internet banking is disabled/blocked. Upon checking with customer care, i am being told that those transactions were initiated before the card was blocked. Only the sms confirming the transaction was delayed due to "network problem" by the phone carrier. This is all lies as i had confirmed more than a couple of times the previous day, that my account balance was intact, after blocking my debit card and disabling internet banking.

I feel this is an inside job, wherein some of your executives have shared all the infosys trainees' details with the fraudsters, and all of them got a call at the same time. Please resolve this on priority, or we will all be forced to collectively approach the court.

    I have a corporate gift card of icici bank recieved from my employer. There was no pin issued with it, and the information i have is it does not need any pin for use. However, when i tried to purchase something at an outlet, the card asked for a pin. I dont have any pin to be entered.
    I tried to contact customer care of icici in this regard but there is no option to be selected from ivrs and when i select any option, it simply gives no response. I am really disappointed as i am not able to use the card and its almost impossible to reach icici bank for pin information.

      I have applied for a personal loan for icici through ref no r[protected]l which is approved and received a mail regarding the same that my loan has been approved also said it will be disbursed by 6pm 31st march 2019. But now there is no reply for the mail i have received also contacted customer care support they are asking for different ref no which i dint receive or have.

      I am also enclosing the photocopy of the mail received.
      An early action is solicited please as already a lot of time has expired.

        I did a transaction on 01st apr 2019 of inr 50k from my icici to a beneficiary with city union bank via imps. I got a message "dear customer, imps txn ref xxxxxxfor rs.50, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-apr-2019 13:37:01. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.". Please help. I need the amount to be settled asap. I do not see the transaction conformation details under my list of completed transactions too. This is very disappointing. If you cant successfully credit the amount to the target bank, then why to deduct and hold the money. This does not make sense..

          aa i have not exceeded ATM usage limit why ICICI has deducted 23.60 for each transactions i made??

            From oct 2018 on wards bwssb water bills paid online on their website using my icici bank credit card. Alerts received for cc payment shows actual bill amount only.in credit card statements rs 11.80 is found added to actual amount paid. Icici bank in reply to query stated it is merchant establishments prerogative. As i find no merchant estb involved, being govt utility and not happening in electricity/telephone bills payments, matter needs to be resolved.

              There has been a debit of 413/- from my account with the description as RTN CHG-INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.

              Want to know the reason why ? As I was not intimated on the same earlier.
              My salary account is in ICICI.

              I have taken a car loan from SBI, which is dated on 10th of every month. This debit has been done on 11th March.

              Not sure on what this is?

                  Icici debited 1399rs from my credit card without my permission. I was getting continuous call from icici for 2 weeks. Since it was marked as spam from many users i didn't want to receive the call. They called day and night without break. So i received the call and they told something to repeat what they tell so that they can record the call and i thought it's from icici bank, and i thought they called to confirm about my new credit card, so i repeated what they asked for. But after 2 days 1399rs got debited from my account. Please deactivate the service and refund the amount.

                    I don't have any demat account in ICICI bank but still there is an amount of 826 got deducted from my account on 26th of March 2019. This is the second time same thing happend with my account. I don't know why there is such deduction even if we not availing the services. There are already many charges that are deducted like ATM charges, transaction charges etc, then why these charges even I am not using anything. Please refund the amount so that trust remains with the bank.

                      I hold a credit card of icici bank as well as debit and forex card also, I mean i am prime user of ICICI bank.On 20th march i did a transaction of 28000 JPY(17536.21 rs) but in my statement it is showing 18378.16 rs that is 842 rs more than exact transaction.Please update the statement asap to remain a good relationship with ICICI bank.

                        On[protected] made a online transaction (Rs. 2000 amount transferred ) to bank of maharashtra account no. [protected]. Rs. 2000 is debited from my ICICI bank account but its not credited in beneficiary account .in this case amount 2000 is again credited to my account but till date there is no credit in my account / or credit in beneficiary account .
                        Find attached beneficiary account statement photos.

                        pl. credit the amount in my account asap.

                          I had about 11 SIP registered with mfuonline.com On 29th Jan I had canceled all my SIPs with mfuonline and received acceptance confirmation email from mfuonline.

                          Even after canceling, this was presented multiple times to ICICI Bank in FEB, due to no funds I had been charged over Rs 4000 deduction by ICICI Bank. Image attached from bank statement.

                          ICICI Bank has also kept debiting these ECS Return charges silently without even sending any SMS, I was shocked to see over two months whenever any balance amount was present it kept on deducting the ECS Return charges of February.

                          I had visited ICICI Bank (Koramangla & MG Road Branch Banagalore ) asking them to stop any further deduction and revert back the funds as I have already canceled the SIP in January. They are not willing to help or revert back the funds for which I had already canceled the SIP.

                          With every passing day I am unable to use the bank account as it keeps deducting the money. I had asked them to check if there is any ECS debit instructions registered on ICIICI Bank - but they are not willing to confirm or help.

                          This is a fraud to cheat customers by both www.mfuonline.com and ICICIBank after accepting cancellation the SIP & ECS Return charges keeps getting deducted without even sending any SMS or message for any deduction of ECS Return charges.

                          I am very helpless that there is no proper system in place by both these companies and no one to help. Choosing the SIP option with ECS was the biggest mistake.

                          One should never fall in the trap for registering auto debit or ECS for SIPs as there is no proper system in place for cancellation.

                          I want my refund back for ECS Return charges and stop any further charges to by Bank Account.

                            My account was debited for inr 2199.00 on 06th march with transaction remarks-iin/i-debit/si cppast /[protected]/906..

                            I have learnt the dr is related to cpp. Card protection.
                            I have not received the card and i requested the reversal of the same to icici customer complaint and i have not received any response regarding reversal.

                            I also requested for proof of delivery but in vain.
                            The best part is icici customer complaint numbers are not working which was tried with their branch executives also.

                                  Today morning there was a transaction happened from my credit card and rs 3538.82 rs was transferred to some digital river ireland.                                     Dear sir,
                                    I was offered a free credit cards amex (Amex card not even activated) and visa but made to pay the annual fees as a result i got the card cancelled alter on.
                                    Also got enrolled for cpp plan with out my consent and they deducted minimum amount of rs 100 every month from my account (Auto debit for more than 3 years) and later they refund after numerous follow up on rs 2598 to my icici acct xx1804 vide utr no. Kkbk[protected].
                                    Still as a settlement they sent the credit card bill of amount 3k plus and this month has gone up to 4k plus.
                                    Request you to waive off all these charges or i have to close the account with icici bank because of these mental trouble.

                                    Dear ICICI Team
                                    My issue is still no solved, They do not want to cancel the credit card niether they are willing to show the transaction for that they have billed it.
                                    I have returned the packed unit of American express Card with opening(card was mot even activated )
                                    why should i pay for something which i haven't used or else i will close the saving account

                                    CPP [protected] as required by you to cancel the credit card.
                                    Kindly show me the transactions details for the amount due.
                                    I Repeat i have not even activated the card and neither i have spent the money through the card .otherise show the transaction details
                                    The issue is still unresolve.even after sending third reminder through consumer complaint

                                      I have applied icici credit card.
                                      Very poor customer service
                                      They never reply to your query
                                      They never call the customer and take survey about there issues
                                      They will charge annual fee
                                      They will charge chip charge
                                      They will charge interests after paying outstaneding for the month b4 due date also.
                                      If you raise any query thru online they will close the query as customer not reachable and contact customer but no and proper response will be there in customer care.
                                      Worst customer care number to reach the agent to tell our probs.
