Hi team,

I have updated multiple time to remove lien on my account. The wrong transfer done by other bank account holder have already received the money and even other bank operations head have informed multiple time recalling the earlier reversal request. I dont understand why icicibank has marked lien with taking my consent first and even after 10days i have informed them it is already paid they are not removing lien.

I have facing so many issue as i have to pay my bills and my own money is blocked due to some other person mistake. Now i want bank to take action immediately and remove lien

I am not receiving otp on my registered mobile number whenever I try to purchase anything on flipkart. I don't get any otp. I called customer care of ICICI Bank but they got rid of me by saying to try again after some time.

    I have demat account with icici bank and they have deducted 826 dp charges on 26-march 2019. It was never informed to me by phone or mail or message and silently deducted it from my account. This is completely a fraud of illegal charging to customers. Please resolve this issue.

    My current address is gandhinagar (Gujarat)

      Hey,
      I wished to transfer money on 1st march to a icici account holder in bangalore and it by mistakenly got sent to a different account holder. At first i thought the amount stuck somewhere due to server issues but now after confirming with google pay i was told it has been sent to wrong account holder. Please help as it has already been too long since the actual account holder took time to send his bank statement to verify i'd it was surely not credited to his account.

        I payment against was pending. I was in touch with the collections department. We made a promise that i'll make a full amount settlement on a given date, while the team agreed. After making the full payment my card was blocked and after contacting the customer care they said to reapply for new card since the account has been closed. Very unprofessional behavior

          Icici did recruit very poor service provider xpressbees to delivery icici checkbook.

          Xpressbees never attempted even to deliver the product. They did not call me.
          I called customer rep on first day and informed that xpressbees did not reached me. But same behaviour happened on second day saying, xpressbees tried to delivery and we are not there at home. It's so funny, we all are home and no one had come to delivery the product.

          It's complete shameless delivery from xpresbees.

          Icici bank do you fix it or we need to get out of icici bank?.

            Someone hacked my gpay account on mobile which linked with my saving account and he was calling from some maszid and said pls check balance of your g-pay i have transferred some amt and when i opened it was running automatically and he debited rs. 5000 for which i have blocked my card and deleted g pay account also went to police station for complaint but still not received my refund of rs. 5000

              Dear team

              This comes to me as a surprise as i am yet to receive noc letters for my closed car loan - ladel[protected] & personal loan - lpdel[protected].

              I have availed these loans during the year 2006, however due to some family emergencies and medical reasons i was unable to pay in time and hence cleared all the required dues through discussions with bank later.
              Surprisingly still i haven't received my noc letter, it been more than 3 years now.

              The same was promised while closure, however i have got no call/mail regarding the closure & noc.

              Need urgent help.

                These guys are not hiring a proper developer for their banking app called as imobile. The same happened with me 2 times before where my transaction had failed and amount was debited. This time even after 24 hours they are telling me that they have processed it and the beneficiary bank has held the amount. Paytm payments bank is telling they have not received any amount for the transaction id[protected].

                Now i am not getting my money in either of the banks and both are playing safe games. Is this what we use upi for? Tension and stress for no reason. Make upi in beta stage unless it is a full proof service.

                  During current financial year apri - march 2019 i had multiple debit transaction of rs 413-/, rs 472/- etc total rs 8210/- for ecsrtnchgs /ecsrtnchgs gst

                  What are this charges?
                  Why are they charged to me?
                  Why there is no prior intimation before charged?
                  How i can get this amount refund?

                  If i dont get the satisfactory answer for above questions then i have to think to close my account in icici bank.

                    I had lost my credit card in 2004. I filed a police complaint and all the copies were sent directly to the head office in delhi and they confirmed the issue is resolved in 2004-05. These people fail to update their database and still continue to call us and irritate. More over the staff is soo rude in addressing she calls me a cheater. We kindly request to take strict action on such people

                      This is about icici bank collection third party team there this contact person whose number is [protected] has been harassing me since 3days continues i have already done my payment of credit card last month and this guy is telling me that i haven't paid infact he had the audacity to send some random collection guy to my residential address. As per rule of indian debt association "if any individual has not paid their debts for more than 6months then a banking person can call or visit the person" but icici harasses people like anything infact these third party collection member who claim to be their employee don't even have id card and they say that they are representing from the bank when u ask for their id card they don't provide. I would request the forum to please take strict action against these guys. "the guy also stated that he is not scared of anything and i can complain where ever i want" i being a female he tried to scare me stating al this i really don't where they even get courage to even speak of all this.

                        personal loan emi date to be changed from 5th to 15th

                        Have availed a personal loan in icici bank, my emi was scheduled on 5th of every month. I have been kept on asking for change in emi date as it wouldn't be possible to pay my emi on 5th of every month. Its been more than 25 days i was requesting, but no response.
                        My loan number is lpmum[protected]. I was not all at happy with this. And after repeated calls, they are not even answering my call. Is this the way you guys treat customers?br...

                            icici bank unauthorised deduction of rs 4000 for dr. tran for funding a/c[protected]

                            Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account on 24/03/2019
                            But icici app is showing 25/03/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                            I have never subscribed to any policy, however, this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                            Date of incident : 14th feb 2019

                            I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan. After that they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. I want my full money back.

                            Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court and end all relationship with icici bank.

                              I got a call from icici bank representative for credit card and i have given all the documents and the information and i have specifically told to update my personal email i’d not the official id inspire of that they have updated my official id and later i have written n number of e-mails and i have n number or calls and nobody is bothered about it.
                              It’s the worst service i have ever gone through and now i dnt want any icici credit card or any relation with the bank.

                                My grid authentication has been disabled on, in-spite of having entered the correct values. I need to re-enable it, as this is my primary account and depend on it for making all utilities and bill payments. Your “24-hour customer care” is of no use in this regard as there isn’t an option to register this complain/request service. Can you please help me in re-activating the grid authentication

                                  unable to close my fd

                                  Sir,
                                  I am completely surprised while doing online premature closure of my fd[protected]. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience to me as i was unable to close fd.
                                  When i try to premature closure of this fd through my online bank account, i am not able to close it as i am continuously getting an error 'lein marked on fd/rd'. I am very frustrated with this experience. How am i supposed to close this account now as i need this...
