Hi,

I had taken an sip from icici and within a week gave request to cancel the sip in october. No debit was done in november but in december and january they charged me ecsrtn charges.

When enquired, earlier the icici bank said that the issue is from icici prudential amc and later icici prudential amc said the issue is from icici bank. Both of them agreed that the charges are incorrect but no one is ready to take the responsibility and refund my amount.

    My icici account got debited with 413.0 for ecsrtnchgs (Protected) what is this charges and why it deducted from my account. Please tell me the reason.
    I have sufficient amount in my account
    But still icici bank stolen my money
    Please recheck your logs and refund my money back

      I had paid 1474 to vishalmagamart .this amount was debated from my account but they are refused that the can not received.
      I had made a call to Customer care .they also confirmed that the payment succesful to Marchant account. But Marchant refused to accept the payment.

        Hi,
        I tried to buy icici gift card worth rs. 5000. The first time i tried the transaction failed and i didn't get any notification. I tried the second time and it failed again. And when i check my balance, both transactions were debited from my account but i didnt receive any gift card. Please cancel both the transactions. Total of 10000₹ has been debited from my account. Please reverse the transaction

          But its not activated still,
          Even i'm trying to contact there customer service number, but use because after giving the gift card number for further conversation the call is directly disconnting.
          There no proper information given about gift card, how to use, where to use, and how to check balance etc,,,,

          No use very pathetic service of this corporate bank.

            I have reached ATM on 2nd March 2019 for cash withdrawal and tried to draw 4000 near Afzal Gunj Bus station. But when I try to collect cash. There was no cash received out of ATM machine(TATA Indi cash) and amount got deducted from my account. then I reached out to ICICI bank and logged Complaint regarding the Discrepancy with ATM. They informed me that it will take 7 working days.

            I waited for 7 days still money is not added to my account. I reached customer care for the same. they say it has reached second level of claim towards ATM and it will be transfer to your account in 21 days.

            Now say me why should I wait till 21 days ????. I need money very badly. whom shall I ask.

            I Kindly request to get my money back with Penalty as per RBI guidelines

            Whom shall we reach out to get our money back. ICICI Bank does not respond ATM machine (TATA indi cash ) does not respond.

                The card - atm / debit chip upgrade for your account xx8488 has returned undelivered and is with us since 10 days.

                This new debit card didn't deliver to my communication address.

                Dear icici team,
                As you are aware there was a dispute from icici bank side for my debit card emi for which you have already received refund from flipkart in last aug'18 and confirmed as you will release this wrongly blocked amount rs.5560.00 in march'19 first week itself. The complaint ref: sr[protected].

                But still we are chasing with icici customer care team and they are not able to resolve and not able to update on the same. We have gone through the detailed statement to check this reversal amount but couldn't found.

                We request you to kindly check and send details if you'd have already processed to our sb account as it was supposed to credit back on or before 12th march 19.

                      I am the a/c holder of icici bank from more than 5 years,
                      Now they have charged 177 rs under this category dcardfee8806feb19-jan20+gst. And 169 rs under this category mabchgs-jan19+gst
                      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                      They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                      Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                      Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                      There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                        I have placed FD with DHFL and DHFL is regularly send amount to credit my a/c by ECS. You are looking their ECS work . now my FD no. 404090 matured on 29/04/2018. DHFL has already paid interest upto 31/03/2018 and as deposit is maturing they paid interest from 01/04/2018 to 28/04/2018 rs.402.The said amount they have given to you frfor ECS what their advise says which is attached herewith..
                        Being March I have Called for Interest statement from DHFL and they forward me it. In the said statement they shows Rs. 402/ paid to me however such entry is not in my passbook so contacted them and send copy of passbook which they verified and send me copy of advise send to you for ECS. and told me to contact ICICI BANK SO i AM LODGING COMPLAINT TO YOU TO ARRANGE FOR rS. 402/ BE CREITED IN MY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.I am retired person aged 75years so look my position.                             Payment of credit card no. Xxxx1002 in name of k madhumal was due on 01 mar. As i was out of the country payment date slipped and i made payment on 06 mar. I contacted customercare on 06 mar and i was told that regarding waival of late fee supervisor will call within 48hours but i did not receive any call.
                            I have received statement dated 12 mar in which against card payment of rs 19447/, late payment fee of rs 750/ + gst rs 135/+ interestrs 1148.24+ gst rs 206.68=total rs 2239.92 have been levied for a delay of 5 days. I. E. Whopping 11.51% or 69% per month.
                            I am a defence officer retired in 2014 and my salary a/c stayed in icici bank and levy of exorbidant charges is apalling.
                            I again contacted customercare yesterday and got same response, : wait for 48 hours. Please look into the matter

                              While doing transaction in ICICI, at first attempt i entered wrong grid value with one number at the time itself it's got disabled. I contacted customer care but no use, Kindly rectify my issue. Treat this is very emergency.

                                Dear sir
                                I request you to pay my amount as soon as possible. My self jyoti from bhubaneswar i waspaying my loan amount but it was cut by [protected]@icici the amount was rs 5085. Sir it was really urgent for me. My loan date is march 19. Please clear me this before my loan date. Its an request you please refund it to me. I am belongs from a poor family and the amount was to big for me to earn. Its my hard earning money i beg you sir please refund the amount as soon as possible sir.

                                  I am jyoti from bhubaneswar. I was paying my loan amount but its was debited by [protected]@icici. On march 12 2019. I was sending you the attachement of payment that you can also check it. Please refund my money as soon as possible because it is my loan amount loan i have to pay at march 19 2019.. I beg you all to pay my money urgently. Once again i requsted youto pay my money it was rs 5085. It was an a huge amount so please refund me back.
                                  I have recharged ₹349 in my jio app using upi id..The money is debited from my account and it is shows as payment successful. But the mobile number didn't get recharged. Transaction id is[protected].i want immediate refund..plz consider this.

                                    I have been using my Internet bank account for long and now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care about a month ago and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activated. Also i am seeing an option to generate password using registered email but when i go to step 2 i dont see an option to give email address.

                                    This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

                                    How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated?
