I did apply for icici bank credit card and received in time as well. However, i did not activate the card and hence, did not use as well.
After a year, i was charged an annual fee, wherein during the time of issue i was clearly informed that the card is lifetime free of cost.
My point is:-
Firstly, i did not activate the card. I did not use the card at all.
Secondly, i was informed that it is life time free of card card. How come i am charged now?
