Icici bank deducting charges for minimum average balance since feb 2018 without any intimation through sms or call
They have deducted almost 6000 rupees from my account, icici bank taking charges for sms but not sending messages for deduction from account
Kindly help to get back my money.

    lien marked on fd

    Lien has been marked on my fd account by icici bank without informing me and with no reason.

    I had a savings account with icici bank. Using the online banking, i created an fd few years back, which was auto-renewed every year. Now i want to break the fd. But when i am trying to do so from the icici net banking login, i am unable to do so as lien has been marked on my fd by the bank. I did not receive any communication for the...

    I have some outstanding payment of my credit card number, and been telling the recovery team that I will pay a part of the due amount by the 12th of March. And also have been writing to complain against the recovery team and their harassment.

    Today I got a call from a recovery guy and a girl from the numbers;

    The initial 2~3 mins we had sensible discussion and I told him the same thing that I will be making the payment by 8th or 12th March, upon which he started abusing me and my family by saying that "Tera khandan defaulter hain", "Tu paise le ke bhag gaya hain", "Teri aukaat nahi hain paise bharne ki", "Tere ghar pe jo rehti hain usko dekh ke card diya", "Tera baap defaulter hain" and other ### and they have started calling my colleges and have abused them also. They also have claimed that I have shifted from my residence address which is not correct.

    I understanding that I am a defaulter in the bank records, but this no where means that I will take the abuse from the recovery team members and I will not tolerate the same.

    I want the bank to take action against such recovery agents

      Today on 7th march from a corporation bank atm at balmatta, Mangalore around 7.45 p.m. i tried to withdraw cash using my icici atm card of account number[protected] for an amount of INR 10000.I didnt get any cash from machine more over on the monitor "transaction cancelled" message was shown.I tried once again for the same amount (INR 10000) and same thing repeated.Then the next time i tried for INR 5000 still i didnt get the money.I had given chance to next customer and he had withdraw three times successfully.Then i tried this time for INR 2000 and lucky this time the amount was dispensed and i collected the cash 2000 rupees immediately.But when i observe the sms from bank i noticed amount debited sms for first three transactions also(which is totally for INR 25000).Please suggest me what to do.I tried for customer care number [protected] but it doesnt get connected.

        I am holding a coral credit card of icici bank ending with 2006. My jan statement had total outstanding amount of inr 1, 14, 709 with dua date of 25 jan 2019. The minimum due amount on my card was paid by me before the dua date (Paid inr 23, 000 on 25th jan 2019). The balance amount was paid on 2nd feb 2019. Now my statement has interest charges of inr 10, 054 (Plus taxes). I request you to please waive off late interest charges on my credit card and reverse the same

          On 30th december 2018 someone fraudulently used my card on amazon uk website and rs. 29032 amount was debited. The same day i blocked everything and on the upcoming working day submitted all the documents to the bank branch. Till now i. E. 7th march 2019 nothing has happened.

          1. No bank details were shared
          2. No otp was generated or shared
          3. I didn't make any such transaction

          The problem has happened on their end. My details have been hacked or whatever but clearly from their end and still no respite.

            Sir regular threats, abuse and harresment by icici credit card recovery agents for the credit card payments. Today [protected] - he said he will come to my house and sell all my house hold items. Yesterday [protected]. Sir i have to pay and i will pay - no doubt. But i can only do that afer selling my property which i got from court. Maximum i am trying to sell. I have to survive - no other alternate for me. Local people are misusing this and they want this property for very less amount. Not even half they want to pay to me. Worth of 1.5 crores. As soon as i receive advance amount - next hour i will pay your amount. This word i am giving to icici bank. But recovery guys are pressurising and harrasing me. Please help me.

                Khymaze india private limited is a subsidiary of khymaze limited, london, uk.

                Khymaze india private limited received inward remittance of gbp 11500.00 (Rs 961, 569.40) on 09-oct-2017 from khymaze limited, uk

                The gbp 11500.00 transferred from hsbc uk to icici bank, india, with intermediator bank as hsbc, india, which converted the gbp to inr and deposited inr in icici, bank via rtgs

                After couple of requests to icici bank, branch manager, they are not aware of firc document and after speaking to icici customer care they not agreeing to give firc letter as the above amount is deposited in inrs via rtgs
                As per the hsbc, uk, they are not aware of firc document..

                As per the guidelines from rbi, we need to report these details to rbi within 30 days of funds received. Otherwise rbi will imposing heavy penalties for the delay. We have already delayed by 1 year due to icici bank not providing the firc letter

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding my home loan applied in jan’19 from icici bank ltd.

                    Details are as follows:

                    Applied loan amount: 3200000/-
                    Offer/approved letter received: 3100000/-
                    Chq received: 3100000/[protected] + 40000) in 2 breakup.
                    Post disbursement amount showing in icici app: 3143457/-
                    Application no. Lbmum[protected]
                    Circle: mumbai (Borivali e)

                    Now here my question to bank agent (Pradeep and vijay yadav) is how??

                    How come in bank app its showing excess amount of 43, 457/- in my loan account (3100000 + 43457 = 3143457) post releasing my chq of 31 lac??

                    Firstly (Pradeep and vijay) stopped picking up my calls as i had asked for bifurcation of excess amount and why i am not aware about it?? For what it’s for?? With whose permission they have added amount to my loan amount?? Who will pay interest of this extra amount???

                    They don’t having any answers and later post chasing badly, pradeep had answers my call and told me that vijay has told that you have been informed by him that we have to add home insurance in it and the processing fee will be charged to you 1.5% instead of 0.30% to get approve your home loan that’s why the amount is showing higher then the applied loan amount...

                    Here my questions to them was and still is?

                    1. How come bank has decided to charge me 1.5% processing fee instead of 0.30% post sending me approval/offer letter as per 0.30% processing fee?
                    2. Still if bank do post approval letter, then why you as an agent or bank haven’t intimate me about the increasing in processing fee that too it’s to high (From 0.30% to 1.5%)
                    3. Why this processing fee has made higher post releasing my chq of amount 31 lac and also chq got cleared to builder account???
                    4. Why the home insurance has been added without my permission/concern, where is my sign on it??? Why this happened post issuing chq??, what is the breakup of excess amount (43k) home insurance and processing fee??
                    5. Why this all has not been told to me priority and post chasing agents i am coming across it???

                    Still i haven’t got this above answers and yesterday (5th mar 2019) i got debited from my icici bank account 4779/- towards loan account, don’t know why and with who’s permission.
                    They (Agent) have used my chq which they have asked for. They had askd 6 chq in the beginning of loan to get it clear if i fails to pay any emi in my tenure of loan…

                    I will be going to file a case against this agents, bank manager and bank for doing fraud with me...

                    Hope you look on this issues on top most prioritiy and get a resolution from your end on or will have to applie this to high authorities to get justice economically and mental harassment...

                        I'm having a personal loan in icici bank and i'm paying the loan emi amount on time. The loan emi payment has been done through ecs (Auto debit) process from my previous company salary account. I faced check bounce problem due to lack of insufficient funds that too after several days of emi due date. So, to avoid this i spoke with icici bank phone banking officer and they suggested me to pay by visiting the nearest branch directly or through neft process. So, as i'm doing this process and all of a sudden without prior notice that ecs mandatory to pay the emi, they have been charged rs/-944 and it was affected my cibil score. Even though the cibil department of icici bank is answering very recklessly that you have an outstanding amount of rs/-944 that's the reason. We didn't update the cibil, this rs/-944 has been added in the month of feb 2019 emi, when i ask about the january month. They don't have answers and even on the website also i didn't find that the ecs process is mandatory for loan emi. Some phone banking officers said that ecs is not mandatory sir, it is just an optional to ensure that the loan emi amount is got debited on time from your account. Then why the bank is trying to rob the people with unnecessary charges.

                          want to change my loan emi date from 5th to 10th

                          I have taken an home loan from icici hyderabad location last month ; my loan emi as per standing instruction was on 5th of every month, on which i have requested them to change to 10th. As per the executive he told that i can opt to change only after the first payment. Yesterday 5th march 2019, my first emi got deducted... Post that i tried to reach the icici executives to help on this matter which they assured they will.....

                            This is to bring to your notice that i visited icici bank moosapet branch to deposit 4, 00, 000 to my savings bank account for the purpose of purchasing a land, cashier at cash counter asked me to deposit the cash through cdm and denied to accept the cash as a single transaction on 21/06/2018.

                            Since there is technical issue at cdm its not accepting the same amount as single transaction and it took 9 transactions to deposit the cash in to my account.

                            Without any prior intimation on 23/07/2018 amount 871.46/- and on 04/10/2018 amount 681.41/-deducted from my account as a transaction charges.

                            It was deposited based on cashier suggestions and at my home branch i am not supposed to be charged for the above transaction.

                            I raised a request on 5/10/2018 to refund the amount and bank executive accepted for that and she said that amount will be refunded to my account within 3 working days.

                            My account has been deducted with 413 Rs. without any reason. Why this money has been debited? and I don't even got a message of money deduction.
                            Why ICICI bank charged 413 Rs. without any prior notification.

                            Please explain what is ecsrtnchrg? Please return my charged amount.

                              I would like to register complain regarding my home loan account handled inappropriately by icici home loan department. I have taken a home loan from icici on 8th march 2014 for 20years under the clp plan on my flat with builder supertech? Project ecovillage 1. Since then my emi were scheduled to be debited from my bank account direct debit facility. Note: i have taken total 3 disbursements from the bank and last was on 19th july 2014? Amount inr 81, 034.00.

                              Last disbursement was made from your bank on 19th july 2014. It’s been over 5 year i am paying the regular emi’s for my loan of total 20 years tenure.

                              As a layman i understand that i have a home loan and i have to make emis. When we go for home loan it is my understanding that loan will be completed within the said loan tenure if i continue to make the emis timely. However, after 5 years i get a call from the bank asking to reach out to the branch and submit some paper work to avoid paying the interest rate. So, i visited the nearest branch and provide the required paper work along with the check of inr 118.

                              That is where i was informed that i still have 240 emi remaining and my loan amount is still the same which was 5 years back.

                              This is unreasonable on banks part and their officers why they have not informed me if i need to submit and document. I am paying emis for past 5 years and you are telling me my loan emi and amount is as it is. This needs to be corrected by your department. As i have not taken any disbursement since july 2014 and informed the loan office of that. Kindly adjust my home loan account with remaining emis and loan amount.

                              It is not my fault that my loan eligibility that was approved by the bank was more than the amount i have taken as a home loan. They should have contacted me when i was not taking any disbursements and should inform me of the rules of the rules.

                              You can’t expect a customer to be aware of you banking functionality. It’s your bank officer’s responsibility to inform their customers. Please get this corrected at your end

                                I have a saving account with icici bank. The bank automatically made 4 (Approx) deductions of 29 inr as posdec chg amounting a loss of rupees 118 (Approx) from my account. I want all the deductions made on 05th march as posdec chg to be refunded and also want the bank to alert me of failed transactions due to insufficient funds as i can avoid these annoying deductions.

                                  Dear sir/maam,
                                  I have been a credit card holder of icici banks, since 2007. Card no-: [protected]. I have not been able to settle the credit card bill for last three months.
                                  As a result of which i am getting regular ad recurrent phone calls from the bank asking me to settle the dues. I have already made so many request every time to the esteemed bank to waiver the excess charges that had been imposed against my card but to no avail. After this i had cancelled my and my family's icici lombard, health insurance both cards; and even icici potential life insurance's one term policy has been cancelled by me, which money i have been waiting to receive at the credit card account. Without my permission, from my icici bank account number :[protected], the bank has taken approximate : 8, 500 rupees.
                                  For some days i am getting a call from someone from this number: [protected], in the truecaller its showing, name:mithun sharkar; who claims himself to be the representative of bank. After talking to him for some settlements, he demanded for : 1, 70, 000 rupees. But when i am asking him for the information of my principle amount, he is not giving me the information. So am requesting the bank to give me the information about my loan's principle amount.
                                  Yesterday, 04/03/2018; someone from bank visited my house. Today, 05/03/2019; mithun sharkar (Ph. Number: [protected]) bringing 5-6 recovery agents with him, they visited my house my aged parents were present in that moment. Mithun sharkar and those recovery agents, had gone against the rbi recovery agent law.


                                  My mother had ruined her mental and physical health both because of terror of icici bank recovery agents. Today she is suffering from much health related tensions because of icici bank threats for the agony caused to her.
                                  1. Shouted at my mother and father, that gave them mental torture.
                                  2. Used foul and raw languages
                                  3. Gave threats and was very abusive.
                                  4. Taunted and tried to humiliate.
                                  5. Done some indecent act
                                  7. Was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting - even though she (My mother) said him that she is a heart patient.
                                  These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behaviour and language, which is legally and ethically against the human rights and indian penal code.
                                  Identity: you can ask the recover agents to show their identity cards issued by the bank or under the authority of the bank. But they don't show the identity card.
                                  Privacy: you have a right to privacy. The recovery agent cannot discuss the debt to another person. So don’t panic if he threatens to tell neighbours or co-workers about your debt. If he does so, you can file a complaint against him with the bank. But they
                                  Don't follow the rules.
                                  Calls: you can choose the place and time for receiving recovery calls. You can also request them to not call you at a particular place or time. For instance, if you don’t want to receive calls at work, specify the same to the agent or the bank. Keep in mind, they will respect your request only till they feel you are not avoiding them.
                                  But am getting regular ad recurrent phone calls

                                  Decency: the recovery agent has to talk to you in a decent and civilized manner. No abusive language should be used. Also, the written communication sent by the banks should be easy to understand. But gave threats and was very abusive. Used foul and raw languages.
                                  My father is going to case a file against the recovery agents and mithun sharkar to the police. If i see this happening again, i am going to strongly protest it.

                                    I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till jan-19' — inr 181.82'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]
