I would like to state that in the month of nov 2018 i had a word to the customer to pay the full and final amount and they stated my that the total outstanding amount was rs.115455/- which i had paid in one go on the same day. After a month you guys start calling me for the extra 20000 ruppes. From that onwards i am regularly in touch with customer care but none of you is giving me proper response in solving this dispute. Please also let me know where is my fault as i am getting the threating letters from you.
The icici loan department has marked a lien balance in my account and by which they have already deduct 23000/- in the month of feburary and now today 16 feburary i again got a letter for the lien marked in my saving account.
Fault is from their side and penalty is on myside what the hell is going on. Pls help

January 2018 :-asking for full and final amount for loan foreclosure
In the current year and in the month of jan 2015 i called the customer care to provide me the information of my full and final payment in case if i want to close my loan account amounting to rs.3, 91, 000/-. The then customer care executive give me the wrong information and more to surprise raised the foreclosure request. Now please guide where i asked him to close my loan account and the amount he told in jan was 1, 98, 000/- which again gets increased to rs2, 12, 000/- somewhere when i get the calls he/she stated to pay the amount as the loan has been foreclosed.
After a much verbal spat with icici unprofessional customer care my loan amount was restructured (Rs.1, 91, 000/-) and now the loan started and i was happy in making the timely payment.
Loan fore closure :-
In the month of september 2018 i make a few calls to confirm my loan full amount when i was convinced then i asked the customer care person to raised the foreclosure request and paid the full amount what he stated me over phone. The payment has been made via neft directly in my loan account no. I was very happy that atlast i have closed one loan sucessfully, but after a gap of 25 days the recovery calls started to me to make the full and final payment as the outstanding amount is till there amounting to rs.23000/-
Now please guide me what does full and final amount means to you guys,
I know very well how hard it is to make money and its next to impossible to save money as their is no money left after making all the expenditure.
Further to add i have made the full payment and have no money left to make the payment if any balance comes to my surprise. Please also take the strong action against all the unprofessional and under qualified employees who dont know how to share the information.
Please also asked the concerned recovery agents to stop calling me their no are[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] /[protected] / [protected] /[protected]/ [protected]/[protected]/[protected]
I will highly appreciate if you guys can give me a mental relief as after paying a huge amount am still not a peace. Please also note i can no more handle your torture. Will be waiting for your fast, speedy action.
