My name is ravisabbavarapu and i'm holding a salary in icici bank for the past 2 years. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that twice i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 29.50 each on february 25th 2019 and the description says:

    I have transfer money through my imobile 7000 to my father account sbi on yesterday but beneficiary not received and not credit to back my account icici can you please take as complaint request pls do quick action kindly help me... I am really feel sad i have checked with branch and customer care they. Simply say i will back pls wait but not received yet

      After checking my bank statement and found 826 has been deducted as dp chgs till jan-19 from my account on 26/02/2019.

      I have never opted or activated for demat account services and never used my demat account. There was no prior notice. I was not informed at all by the icici bank regarding this. There was no sms to my registered mobile number for this deduction.

      Please refund rs 826 back immediately with the charges which has been deducted in past also and close this demat service.

      I received mail where they have mentioned "With reference to your e-mail, An amount of Rs. 826 is debited for Demat account Annual maintenance charges. If you wish to close your Demat account, you can close the account, amount will be refund on pro-rata basis after the post closure of account within 15 working days."

      Till now the bank has not justified on how the account was opened. And not closed the demat account. Please close the demat account and refund my money.

      I have the same situation. This is not a right behaviour. They didn't charge me for last 5 years but they charge me this year without informing.

        Dear concern,

        Myself neha singhal, and i am 10 years customer of icici bank. Last year i had opened a current account with 10000rs (As 10000 rs was the minimum amount) my register phone number is - [protected]

        Now, 2-3 day before the first time i got a message that my current balance is
        0.01rs. And i am not managing my monthly average balance.

        I was shocked and surprised after seeing your message. From past one year, i had not received any communication from icici bank and suddenly you had deducted 10000 rs from my account, its 10000rs. It's completely illegal and unethical.

        I was not operating this account due to my pregnancy. And what today i came to know that i lost 10000rs.

        So, request you kindly take it on priority and refund my money as asap.

          I made a transaction on 1-mar-2019 to boi through icici i mobile app this is the first time when i get trouble to send money by this app after submitting the detail i have got a message from icici that

          "dear customer, imps txn reg[protected] for rs. 5, 509.89 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-mar-2019 11:24:08. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

            My self rajesh i am customer of icici bank from last 3 years. Its working well and i am satisfied with the service. Then for some time i left this bank and use sbi.. Left in the since i didn't have enough money to put in this bank. So there was. Some money in my sbi account.. After 4.5 month i start use icic then. After some days my money got deducted 574 rupees without any reason. And then 51 and 51 again.. Then i checked. It's smab charge. I don't no what is that. And how any why money got deducted.. If there is any term and condition in icici should have told me. Why did u.. Kindly refund my money and tell me the terms and conditions. Plz it's request.

              I was checking my bank statement and today i found there is a deduction of 826 rupees on 26/02/2019 from my account for "dmc dp chgs icici" and there was no sms to my registered mobile number for this deduction.

              Then i searched my mail and found there is deduction for "account maintenance charge" from jan 2019 to dec 2019 for my demat account.

              On further searching i could find...
              1. On 30/06/2018 they deducted 58 rupees for jan2018 to dec2018 and also the repeated
              2. On 30/11/2018 they again deducted 118 rupees for the same period jan2018 to dec2018

              I don't understand any logic here.

              When i opened the account in 2015 there was no such charges told to me and now all of a sudden this charges started deducting it without proper information.
              If you would have informed this earlier then i should have stopped using it and closed it. Now it is not fare to impose whatever amount you plan to deduct without prior information.

              I need my money back. This is not acceptable.

                I have been charged with 2100 rs by icici bank just because i failed to make payment in time for cc. Though it got delayed by only 2 days if you take in to consideration of rbi rule. Where it states customer has 3 days grace period to pay cc outstanding.

                Finance charges includes gst as well where i have done nothing.
                And also it was my first bill generated. I requested for reversal but they denied
                I talked 4 times over call and dropped and email also but no use.

                I accept it is delayed but charging 2100 for this is not at all acceptable. And i made payment even minimum amount was also cleared before last date only for 4000 outstanding they charged along with gst.

                Bill period is 9th december 2018 to 8th jan 2019.

                First statement of my new credit card issued by icici.

                I want the reversal of charges at least 75% of amount should be reversed

                  Amount deduction, employees of icici bank are
                  Yesterday my account got deducted with rs:- 500.19, and even i did not get any e-mail or sms notification for this cheat transaction, though i'm registered with sms and e-mail notification and i didn't get any alert for this transaction, later when i viewed the account balance then i came to know that i have a deduction and later i got to know its because i have demat account with icici bank and i was not informed at all by the icici employee regarding annual fee, while opening up the demat account and the transaction details is (Dp chg till jan-19), i will not use word request, but sincerely refund my money back.

                    I haven't subscribed to my money service but still anual fee for jan-19 to dec-19 354 rupees got deducted. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console.                         icici bank - amount deduction dp charges till jan-19

                        I am deepak i m. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-19) on 26-feb-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

                        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                        I need justice and...

                        rtnchg deduction

                        What is rtnchg in icici bank? I got deducted of more than 2000 rs.in different transactions without any prior notice.
                        According to google search it is deducted for declined charges on atm transactions but i did not use the card and it declined prior to the amount being deducted.

                        No one at the customer care is answering my questions.

                        Please share all details about different charges that icici bank takes...

                        I dont wish to apply for expression debit card. So how can i apply for basic simple debit card.
                        I have opened a zero saving account in past month and balance in it is zero.
                        I operate the account only for my salary.
                        When salary comes i withdraw all amount at same time.
                        I am afraid of the charges of expression debit card and moreover i am not in need of services of that card.
                        So please help me to get simple debit card

                          Hello sir/mada, icici bank agents have come to the office o[censored]ndersigned for asking us to apply for icici credit card. I have filled the form and have received the card within 2-3 days. But, as soon as i have received my card i had decomposed the same without any activation of the same which is required for any further transaction using the instant card. But, your bank agents have called me for this and i had reaffirmed the same to him also that i no longer want to use that card. But, still from you bank a number of emails, communication letter to my present address and even to my office address have been send by you. Even your recovery agent were keep calling me to deposit the amount rs.6000/ (Approx.) and ready to bargain to rs. 1000/- only. This is clear intimation by your agents to me. This is clearly lapse on your part that you had not stopped service for me since i have communicated number of times the same to your agent to stop my service abut all in vain. This is clear violation of my rights and harassment done by you by calling, sending mails, letters etc. That too for that particluar card which till now has not been activated by me. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible since this is clearly a spot on your service delivery and redressal system.

                          No steps have been taken by the ICICI Bank and they are in the process of further harassment, unnecessary delaying the procedure even after more than 08 months of complaints in the consumer complaint forum ICICI bank has not deactivated my credit card and showing dues against me amounting Rs. 5500/- for the credit card which was not even activated by me. I had requested the same number of time via mails and telephonic conversations but they keep on giving deadlines one after two by saying that issue has been raised to level 1, 2 etc. This sort of lethargic tendency regarding resolution of the grievance in which the nominated nodal officer i.e. Sh. Vinayak Rao is also not helping much and that too for those issues where the customer is innocent and their cibil has got skewed because of this sort of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of ICICI bank. I have to apply for loan and with this pathetic grading of cibil score no bank is now allowing me to get the loan. My plan for buying a property has been delayed for more than a month and ICICI bank personnels are not ready to resolve the issue on urgent basis even after passage of more than 08 months. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

I want to close my account in the ICICI bank and wants that these undue balance showing against my name should gets removed or cancelled by the ICICI bank.                               I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                I am Raghavendra Tare. Rupees 826 were deducted from my bank account today saying DP CHGS till jan 19. I have never activated any demat account and never used it either.

                                This is such a fraud from ICICI bank.
                                Please resolve this as soon as possible or i will close my account with the bank tomorrow.

                                I was planning to take car loan from the bank but now i am thinking again.
                                ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Tried ICICI customer care to report loss of multi wallet prepaid card. ICICI prepaid card portal is non functional and Chatbot is of no use even their customer care lines are useless.. it doesn't even give option for multi wallet card.
