My father is a holder of ICICI Money multiplier 0898-MMB-THREE with a issue price of 4000/- and face value of 100, 000/- . The bonds are matured on Dec 05, 2022. Could you please advise on procedure of redeeming the same. I am from Hyderabad, India. I have tried contacting 3i- infotech, but there is no customer care number and their land line numbers are not responding appropriately.

    I am Nitin Bhagwan Walke, an mount of 826 rupees has been deducted from my account, named as "DP CHGS TILL NOV-22" on 27th Dec'22 and 3rd Jan'23.

    I have never activated and used ICICI DEMAT account. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

    Kindly look into this and I want my money back.

    Please solve the problem at earliest convenience.

      I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction

      message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

        Hi,

        ICICI bank debited my account without even informing me. Original transaction performed on 03 Nov 2022 which was Void. (Receipts soft copy provided to bank).

        On 08 Nov 2022, I received a credit on the void transaction.

        On 18 Nov 2022, Bank directly debited my account stating merchant has initiated transaction. When asked to hospital, they said they have not received any credit.

        On 18 Nov 2022, I have raised complaint on ICICI bank customer care.

        I have been getting below updates from ICICI customer care from 18 Nov to 30th Dec 2022

        "Dear Mr.Kardekar

        With reference to your e-mail, regarding 01 transaction for total amount of Rs. 25000.00 dated November 18, 2022 .

        Your complaint through Service Request Number SR[protected] is under process.

        We have raised a charge back on November 24, 2022. It will be processed within 35 days from the date of charge back raised i.e. by December 29, 2022.

        Once the request is closed you will receive a revert on your registered mobile number.

        From 30 Dec 2022 I am getting below updates

        "Dear Mr. Kardekar,

        We have raised another charge back on December 21, 2022. It will be processed within 35 days from the date of charge back raised i.e. by January 25, 2023

        There has not been a proper update by when I will have my money reversed to my account. The debited amount has not been credited to the hospital. Customer care does not loop in there manager.

        I am in hopeless situation where bank is not giving my money back. They have no answer on why on the first place there was a debit on a void transaction. Why they have not asked customer permission before debiting the account. Why Bank have not credited my account even after providing all the proofs.

        There has not been any single proper udate. I have also made complaint at ombudsman ICICI bank. Still there has not been any resolvement.

          Hi, Its been almost 4 months gone and the query regarding my CASHBACK against card number ending with (8017) is still pending. I called multiple times and had a word with CSE and also with Manager. But till date no such resolution received. Below is the whole scenario; It's a very BAD EXPERIENCE AND AWFUL PATHETIC SUPPORT from the Credit Team. I was going through my multiple previous statements, wherein I found a discrepancy regarding my credit of REWARD POINTS into my Amazon Pay Balance. I called to customer care, SR[protected] raised on 23rd October, 2022. In return I got a reply from concerned team, stating that the balance of reward points will be adjusted in upcoming billing cycle, but it is not done. Even I have been informed that the concerned team will be looking to all my previous statements and will be crediting the reward points as per the eligibility. The next bill was generated on 11th November, 2022, but in this bill also the reward points are not adjusted neither I received the actual reward points as well, as per the bill amount. So I called again on 13th November, 2022. I connected to CSE Akansha, I told her to ask the details properly to the respected senior, instead of that, she transferred me back to IVR. Later, I connected to JC a CSE, she was arguing with me and not transferring the line to FLOOR MANAGER, then she transferred the line to VIJAY. I was talking to him, and the line got disconnected, but he didn't called me back. Again I called to Customer care and line got connected to CSE and then I got transferred to Hemant Kumar Das, I was sharing my issue, and again the line got disconnected, and again no call back received from him. So again, I called to Customer care, I landed to CSE and then to FLOOR MANAGER VIDHYA. I shared the whole senero, she raised the ticket (SR[protected], I have been informed that the needful will be done and also the call back will be initiated from a senior of a concerned team, but this TIME also it FAILED. THIS SHOWS HOW YOUR PEOPLE ARE COMMITTED TOWARDS WORK AND SUPPORT. SUCH AN AWFUL PATHETIC SUPPORT I HAVE EXPERIENCED FROM A WELL KNOWN BANK BRAND. Today again I called and it landed to CSE Gaurav, he was not listening to me properly and keeping me interrupted in between. Is this is how you Train your Team member's. Later as per my request he transferred me to his Floor Manager PRIYA, she listened to me and raised a ticket (SR[protected]. I WANT YOU TO GO THROUGH MY LAST "ONE YEAR" STATEMENTS AND HELP ME THE ACTUAL ADJUSTMENT OF MY REWARD POINTS THAT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED AS PER THE ELIGIBILITY. Before replying me, go through the previous talks, statements and mail in/out from me and you, then reply properly. Don't give me such indigestible answers and don't ask me to elaborate the same, again. IF IT IS NOT DONE in a 2DAYS, I AM HEADING TO RBI OMBUDSMAN, STATING ABOUT YOUR SUPPORT, SERVICE AND NOT DELIVERING THE SAME ON TIME. EVERYTIME I GET AN REPLY STATING THAT HE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST, with NEW DATE. You can call me after 4.30 pm, if you would like to connect to me. The registered & alternate numbers are shared below. ALWAYS GIVES FALSE PROMISE AND COMMITMENTS. KINDLY TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS BANK Regards, Vaibhav

          The amount is almost RS.5000. not credited back as per ELIGIBILITY by the ICICI BANK.

          THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, BIG LIARS, LAME PEOPLE, PATHETIC SUPPORT, AWFUL SERVICE AND EVEN NODAL OFFICIAL WORK TEAM IS SUCH A SHAMEFUL.

          No reply from concerned team, and the one who replies always give new excuses or and date/commitment. SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL ICICIBANK TEAM.

            My account number is[protected] saving account. I have been charged Rs 1899 for some policy renewal and I have not opted for any policies. Request to check and provide a refund for the same. And I have been charged by euronetgpay.pay monthly. Please check this also, as these transaction are not done by me.

                I have a grocery business and your swipe card machine has been installed but for the last more than a week after25 Dec. my settlement money Which is close to 60 thousand, it has not been credited in my account yet.                     An amount of 1000 rupees was deducted from my account on grounds of "Dr Tran For Funding".

                      Today (on 2nd Jan, 2023), I got deducted 1899Rs thrice in a row, without any prior notification to me, for some thing called PPL/WPP renewal policy. What even is this policy? How do I get out of this and get a refund for this? I don't remember using this service ever. Can ICICI atleast send an email before deducting 5697 Rs from my account?...

                      Bank is auto deducting amount from my account in the name of ECS. Their system is even deducting amount for future date too. Kindly look into into the issue and resolve it asap.

                          Subject: Fraud transaction of Rs 5, 40, 531/- from my saving account no.[protected] on dated 29.12.2022 between 14.00 Hrs to 14.30 Hrs. with the collusion/involvement of ICICI bank’s employees.

                          Dear Sir,

                          It is intimated that I am an employee in BSNL. My savings/salary account number[protected] is available in your branch for more than 15 years. At present I am posted at Mathura.
                          Yesterday, dated 29.12.2022, I surprisingly received a message at 14.05 hours that stated “ICICI Bank accXX345 debited with INR 49000/- on 29-dec-2022”. After that, I received the same message three more times due to which I immediately rushed to your branch at Holygate, Mathura. The transactions kept on taking place even during the mean time and 8 more transactions have already occurred till I was able to contact the branch manager. 3 more transactions occurred as the branch manager was freezing the account.
                          The branch manager was also shocked since I received neither any OTP regarding the same nor opened any anonymous link for transactions, and yet a total of Rs 5, 40, 531 were deducted from my saving account no.[protected] in a total of 11 transactions.
                          The Branch Manager ICICI bank Holygate, Mathura provided me 2 complaint numbers-:SR[protected];SR[protected]
                          I want to bring to your notice that these transactions are not possible without the involvement of the employees working in your bank. Please investigate the matter and punish the ones involved in it. You are also requested to take immediate actions and return my hard earned money since I need to submit my daughter’s college fees before the due date. I will be highly obliged to you.

                                Here is the list of problems I am facing:

                                1) I cant access my internet banking as the number attached to my account is Indian number [protected] and I am currently living in the USA and I want to change my number +[protected].

                                2) I have also applied for a branch change from Ajnara (Noida ) to Ratu Road (Ranchi )Branch.

                                3) I also had an auto debit for a mutual fund for HDFC but it stopped in November.

                                    ECS charges of Rs3600 were deducted without any prior intimation on 30th of the month, its been deducted due to disney subcription auto payment bouncing. which i have cancelled from disney end already . plz help or i will have to file legal action, its completely uncalled for an amount of 3600 to be deducted like this.                                       Today Rs3600 was deducted without any prior warning at the end of the month as ECS charges. it very shocking, the only auto payment on my account was for disney hotstar which i have already cancelled from disney site . why this huge deduction. I need an immediate return of these charges
