In brief :-

I initiated the transaction to pay my college fees through UPI mode. After scanning the QR code, the money was successfully transferred to eazypay but the portal did not show me a success message in 5 minutes. Rather it showed a message " Transaction is not successful. Payment process not completed." My money is deducted from the bank account, who are telling that the transaction was a success. I want a refund to my account as soon ass possible.

    I've been using icici savings account and i don't know why i've been charged an amount of 28₹ and it says atmdec chg.
    I want a refund of that amount as it's not my fault.

        On 21st Jan 2023, through my debit card bank deducted 499rs from my account with my interaction, i didn't share my otp or cvv with anyone and its not the amazon prime deduction also but still its showing the below message:

        So I don't know how it was happend and i didn't get any otp from icici today

          My name is Manoj Kumar.I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 06/22 .

          I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old email id and phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

          Every month during salary credit 2000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 14000 rupees so plese help.

            ICICI bank sent me the credit card saying that it's a life time free card and no charges what so ever is applicable. Immediately after few days i received a notice that around Rs. 2500 is due on my card. Upon this on 10/04/2022 i registered a complaint with bank asking for cancelling the credit account and reversing the amount. I got a reply from bank on 06/04/2022 that the service request for the cancellation has been processed and the joining fees shall also be reversed in 4 working days. Post this i have sent multiple mails but still no action being taken and every month i get a due amount statement with penalty.

            Request to look inti the matter and do the needful

              I have no idea why ICICI has charged me with 590rs, and they have debited the amount with informing on mail or WhatsApp. If want to check the details of deduction, there are no information available about it. I do not have any merchant account either for electronic payments. The amount was deducted with code "ECSRTNCHGS100123_SR[protected]" on[protected].

              I have attached a screenshot from my I-mobile app regarding deduction of amount.

              None of the customer care numbers are working and I am unable to report this issue.

The NOC’s issued by the bank are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure A1-A26.

                While going through the CIBIL report, we found that credit report pertaining to the said loan accounts have not been properly reported by your bank showing as “Doubtful”. The CIBIL pages of the same is enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure B1-B10. The report has not been updated since 30th May, 2012.

                  Seller back out from the deal hence i had visited bank and informed agent to cancel the loan dated 28th sept as the action was not taken i had visited again bank on 30th sept and informed the branch manger to cancel the loan. On oct 1 st i had emailed to the bank marking the bank agent and branch manager in the loop about the cancellation. Even after several reminders there was no action and i had pay all the interest. Now the mail reply has come from agent that loan is closed but is still reflecting open in the mobile banking app. I have very bad experience with icici now even after several months the amount charged to me has not refunded to me neither the loan is closed. I really dont understand why the customer has pay for it for something icic emp negligence.

                    I paid my credit card bill for the month of Dec' 22 amounting to Rs.3222 through my HDFC a/c Via Gpay UPI on 23.12.22 But shockingly ICICI Bank says that the amount is not received and they have added late fees charges along with carrying forward the previous balance amount. Please find attached the Gpay invoice, my HDFC account statement for the period Dec' 22- Jan' 22, ICICI credit card statement for the month of Dec' 22 and Jan' 23.

                    I have raised complaints regarding this matter with HDFC Bank and Google pay. But they are unable to find the traces of this payment and they have urged me to investigate with ICICI bank now. Kindly initiate this matter on a priority level. In any case, I will not pay Dec' 22 bill once again and ICICI bank will have to reverse back the amount of the previous balance plus late fees charges. Looking forward for a prompt solution here.

                    No help so far. Have done everything what you have written. But no resolution.
                    And now I get a call from a number [protected] addressing himself as ICICI Consumer complaint officer and said he will give my money back in the form of a voucher. He gives me a voucher code and asks me to open my imobile app and steps to redeem the voucher. He asked me to feed Rs.20000 in the amount section with some pin number. Luckily I didnt have that much cash available in my account so the transaction declined. He asks me to put 20000 Rs. for a short period, I sensed here something fishy. I said here you are sounding like a scam. He gave phone to someone else and that person cut my call. Now this number is switched off. I feel I am saved from a big fraud/ scam now. ICICI people are fraud. I will file a police complaint now.
                    I received an email also from an email id which I suspect is wrong. Email id is:

                    Please be aware scammers are all around. ICICI Bank is a big fraud and scam.

                        I recently received a ICICI Corp Gift card from my friend. I tried to use it at a merchant and the card declined. I tried calling the Customer Care for help but it hung up on me several times. Any immediate help will be appreciated. Very Disappointed with ICICI Customer Service.

                          Yesterday I added 400/- through icicidirect app via gpay. Transactions was successful and received confirmation message from my bank.
                          But it is not added in my ICICI direct account. I called customer care ( which is not toll free ) number of icicidirect and they confirmed the acceptance of amount and told me that it would be reflected in 4 hours. Today i checked the account but it is still not credited.
                          I added the to run a good deal of stock purchase and due to this cheating i lost a good deal as well as my money.
                          Please look into this matter and take strong action.

                            I had called icici customer care for some credit card requests and connect to an agent for it. I called from my bank account registered phone number. The ivr system immediately recognized me and started blabbing me about my account balance and other details.

                            While connecting my call to customer representative, the system first asked me for my 12 digit card no. And later on asked for my pin; which i totally am not comfortable to share and did not either. So the system did not connect to the representative.

                            On icici website, it is clearly mentioned, never ever share you pin anywhere. Then how come telephone ivr ask me my pin? This was not there earlier. Asking for pin is totally unethical in my opinion; if not illegal. I know they will say it is totally safe, it goes to some machine and no human interaction; still asking for pin is not justifiable. They can spell out my bank balance just by recognizing my registered no. But not connect to agent without asking for atm pin.

                                    PFA one of the 9 bond certificates
                                    There has been no communication with regards to the redemption payment against the said bond

                                      Today I noticed that my bank account has 79 rupees only but when I checked it 2 days before the incident it had 600+ rupees in my bank account. When I checked the transaction history it showed that 563 rupees has been deducted from my account on 16/1/23 without any information and when I checked the details it showed MABchgs-Dec22+GST.
                                      So, please solve this query and give the deducted money back to my bank account as soon as possible
