I have been receiving messages on my phone that i have been issued credit card which i've not applied. Now another message that same be delivered today itself. I don't know who is doing this fraud and who will receive n use this card. Stop consignment and don't activate. Icici bank will be solely responsible for any loss to me due to this.

This is first msg

Dear customer, we are unable to approve your credit card application [protected]. Please re-apply after 6 months from the date of your current application.

Second message

Congratulations! Welcome to icici bank credit cards. Your application has been approved and your new card will be delivered in 7 working days.

Third message

Dear customer, you will receive your new icici bank credit card
Xx100x shortly. On receipt of card, you may change the pin at icici bank atm, imobile, net banking or phone banking. The pin for the card is xxxx. Never share it with anyone. For security reasons, please note your pin & delete this message.

    Cancel this plan 1899/- one assist plan
    Why did you debit 1, 899 rs money without asking me? What the hell is this and you people don't have any rule or sense for deducting money from account without any information like hackers and apart from this icici is a name of brand for trust but if... Etc... And let me know where is the trust on icici... Finally i do not want to take a plan anymore so requesting you people please refund my money back to my account immediately.

      Amount of 550.67 has been deducted from my account. With entry of "dmc/inxxxxxxxxxxx dp chgs till sep-18". I tried to contact customer care of icici bank and they told me to contact demat account customer care. I tried but not able to connect. I was told that it's a free account and i haven't used demat account even for once. Also, i haven't received any update regarding deduction.

      I want a proper explanation for this.

        Hi,
        I am having icici account and dmat account from past 7years.
        My account number is[protected],
        Yesterday night rs. 241 debited from account.
        When i contacted to customer care they simply said that is dmat account charges.
        Without giving any information to customer, how bank will debit the amounts from customer's bank.

        This is one type of cheating icici is doing.

            I just noticed our money getting looted in the name of posdec and sms charges in my wife's account. I felt very disappointed and frustrated. Being a customer for many icici products like bank accounts, insurance, etc all my high regards for this institution was demolished, after all an financial institution what can do more to customer other than making money by all possible means. While we expect india to go digital, bank encourages to use debit card, how can some one to be expected to have balance always in mind. We are pulling this society from using the technology, at least digital payments. Icici time to review penalty system. My current thought in mind, i should move my account to different institution.

            You treat every possible member equally. Most family has only one earning member and how they manage their family need is not even considered. I have my money in your account until i use it. If card displays the balance and if one can know the balance before they swipe, how come some one fool themselves by swiping the card with insufficient balance. Please think.

              My Card No XXXX 3002 ( New Card No 2009) Rs4308 due on 03Aug 2018 but actually paid Rs 4310 on 17 Aug 2018 . later No transaction for this card . Now 1250 is showing o/s due 14days delay of Rs 4308 .
              I am a regular and valid customer, for the past two years never delay in payment and always i am paying well in advance to due dates

              Please reversal all the charges sine i am a regular and valid customer .

              Please reversal and confirm immediately .

                I credited an amount of *rs.10, 000* to bank of india account holder *twice*. But money did not get credited to that account, but debited from my account.
                Instead i got a message *twice* as

                  Sir / madam myself jay malekar my account no 0418xxxx9675 debit card no 4143 xxxx xxxx 0759 on dated 5th march 2018 time 10 23pm i visited a atm in kotak mahindra bank atm at old nagardas road andheri i made a transaction of 500rs i withdraw from the atm & before i leave i press the cancel button on atm machine while i came out there were 2 guys waiting outside the atm i was way to my home but just after 2 minute i receive an sms saying i have withdraw 10000 from the same amt where i was 2 minute back i just wented to that atm there were no security guard and there was no security alarm installed i just called up the customer care and blocked my card the executive given me the instructed to visit me the nearest branch and submit the document & fill up the dispute form he gave me the sr no[protected] & then i wented to the andheri police station and i lodge a complaint there a constable visited the place were the fraud was happen even he noticed that there is no security arrangement he said he took the f. I. R and told me that they will look into the matter he said the next day i visited the borivali east branch at kavita bldg branch and given the document with the dispute form & its a very serious matter my hard earn money was stolen and just bcoz of the security reason i lost my money its totally a bank responsibilities to investigate and give me my hard earn money back & if in any case i dont get the money i will drag this matter to the consumer court i have done what ever was possible with me now its bank responsibility. The icici bank don't take resposibity my account. & bank say this is not fraud and retun my 1000 rs after 6 mounth mumbai police find out the atm fraudsters so bank take action & retun my mony please look into the matter i m in need of money and please close the matter as soon as possible regards jay malekar [protected]

                    I hold a credit card with ICICI bank. I don't even own an Bank account with them. I was forcefully sold this credit card by ICICI. I have been regular with my payments with no defaults until I lost my job a 5 months back. Inspite of loosing my job I've been trying to make at least the minimum payment. For last 2 months I've run out completely dry and unable to make any payments. I've got a new job offer and joining it in December. I just need time till then and I can pay the money due. I am getting harassing calls from collection agency who don't understand the situation I'm in. Now the collection agent has threatened that he'll come home tomorrow and create a scene. All I'm asking is 3 months time till I can settle everything. Please help.

                      I am from middle class family. Please everyone i suggest not to go icici bank for loans as they will tell something as 11% rate of interest at the time of submission of document and later it will be sanctioned for 18-19%.
                      Its shameful to these bankers by taking such huge rate of interest from middle class people. I have take it 3 years back. Initially those c. Care people said it will be reduced to 13% after a year but later when i called them they said they cant.
                      I have taken 2.5 lakh loan and so far i have paid more than 4 lakhs. Right now i lost my job and asked those people that i need a time of 6 month but they are now continuously increasing my interest rate. I am fed up with such bank. And 3-4 persons will call me daily scolding to pay the emi like gundas.

                      Here by i suggest you all not to go with icici.

                        I had made a transaction of 5000 inr to bank of india account via imps on 02 november, 18 at 12:15 pm and it got timed out at beneficiary bank with message "txn status will be updated by bene bank within 3 working days"

                          I wanted to apply for car loan in icici bank vadodara so one day i got executive number and i called him his name was nilesh ajmeri car loan department icici bank vadodara. One first call he told us he is busy and he will send someone within 1 hr to collect paper so we waited after 2 hr we called him again again same answer that he is busy and he will send some within 1 hr again we waited no one came so we called again this time he disconnected call i thought he will reply but no answer. So we called again to check weather he is coming or not because i had to wait for him so that i give him all documents needed by him and sign them it was so frustrating because i had to wait for whole day for him without and any reason. I thought let me try from other number last time he picked up and straight away he is saying i cant logging because i got lot of work and please do it from somewhere else. I asked him is this the way you treat customer he bluntly reply complaint anywhere you want my name is nilesh ajmeri. I don't think this is the way customer get treated by banks also i am there loyal customer have lot of relationship with banking in icici.
                          I would strongly take this case to senior of icici and take some action for such irresponsible behavior by there staff member.

                            I have tried to withdraw rs.1000 on 1.11.18 from sbi atm at hasthinapuram branch around 8pm but the transaction has been declined due to transaction timed out error. Later i have withdrawn the amount from axis bank atm at hasthinapuram branch. After half an hour i received a sms regarding that amount has been debited twice. I need my money back. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful asap.

                              I have a low cibil score right now. I got a call from icici bank saying they have a pre approved credit card for me. I told him that i do not want to apply as a rejection would further spoil my cibil. He promised that it will surely be approved and sent with in 7-8 working days. So i have applied for it. 2days later i got a msg saying my application is rejected. This is pathetic from icici bank. Outright exploitation of a customer's situation. Taking the customer for granted. I need an explanation from the bank in this regard

                                I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1 month,
                                Now they have charged 177under this category dcardfee6283aug17-july18.
                                I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want. This is totally wrong.

                                There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                                  Hi,

                                  I used icici debit card on petrol pump and icici is deducting surcharge silent without notifying me. At the petrol pump, i don't get any warning or notification that there will be surcharge deducted. If i get, i will go for cash why do i need to use card (And i thought government is promoting cashless economy).
                                  The point is, how can icici deduct surchrages silently without notifying and now, i see there are other charges been deducted silently.

                                    Visited bund garden branch for urgent cheque’s but no one seems to be interested to listen to my query. When i approached bank manager he was arrogant and likes to treat the customers as of the customers have no other work other then wasting their time. And the worst part was when i went to fill the request form they don’t even have one single pen and expect customers should carry with them.

                                    Definitely companies should stop forcing employees to open account in icici bank and open other banking options which provides much better service than them.

                                    I have send the email for the complaint but there is no response to it my email. Also the response here seems to be auto generated. As most of the email format is same.

                                      In 2016 Dec I was making a transaction from Paytm to my account in ICICI. Rather than credit in my account it got credited to other person's account who maintains the account in the same branch, same IFSC code. Inspite of following up many times and visiting branch, no actions has been taken. And the issue is not from Paytm side but still Bank people are not taking any action regarding the issue

                                        I had made a on-line transaction for the payment of west Bengal govt. Stamp duty & Registration, dated 31/10/2018, through government receipt portal system with ICICI net banking.

                                        Transaction details is as follows:

                                        online payment via govt. Receipt portal system

                                        Bank reference no: [protected]

                                        Govt. Reference no:[protected]

                                        transaction date and time: 31/10/2017 08:00:10

                                        chalan amount :Rs. 370259/-

                                        This amount was debited from my account, but I can't download the e-chalan (Govt. Receipt).
                                        the govt. Portal shows as below:

                                        "transaction pending. Payment not reported by the bank. Please contact the bank".
                                        Or
                                        "problem occurred during the transaction between bank site and grips.

                                        Can you please help urgently.
