Dear sir,
I have got the personal loan indusind bank. I am paying the loan due on 5th of every month. My ecs usually debits on 5th of every month post 12pm. But on 5th sept 2018, at 9 am i have sufficient balance for ecs. But 413/- were deducted against bounce charges (Ecsrtnchgs040918_sr[protected]. When i contacted customer care, they confirmed that the ecs was raised at 4 am. Is this possible? Can u please clarify this. If you have any idea about this please mail me.     I was renewing my policy through adityabirlainsurancebrokers using upi. The amount got deducted, phone pe shows transaction successful but money never reached aditya birla insurance brokers. Policy didn’t renew. I called insurance company and they said that they didn’t receive the amount. Please find the attached screen shot from phone pe and refund the amount.

      I want to know why it is?
      Is it necessary?
      Actually i changed home, if any courier is coming the address is not same. So i want to know about this and please say how to change the address.

        I took a car loan from icici from a dsa who promised no foreclosure or preclosure fees after 18 months.Now due to kerala floods when my car loan is being closed a huge amount of rs 38000 is being asked. Please note there was offer even while i took loan for no preclosure and no foreclosure charges by icici the dsa cheated me and logged my loan in normal format without offer. I wrote to senior management desk a mad lady called kajal took over my case and she harshly said cant waive off full amount but can try to process preclosure fees with minimum charges only when she is confirmed of the car loan insurance amount i am going to get. She accepted the car loan was missold to me whoever she going by signatures of mine in so called few papers deems me to pay this charges. Icici gave me 7-8 calls for loan verification but not even a miscall from icici as to why i opted for normal loan when offers were there already benefiting me.Note even gift vochures were handed over to me for this car laon post esclating things to senior management team even while i was taking loan. I feel cheated and never ever take car loans from icici. They wont ever do anything benefiting customer and if you esclate un educated half minded people from icici bank would make your life even miserable. End of the day I am suffering due to sheer arrogance of icici bank. Icici people are rutheless and arrogant people even due to damages from kerala floods they are showing this type of attitude as if customers are beggers.Note all emi was paid on time .           WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY AND DON'T OPEN FD with ICICI here is my experience. I opened few FD online it was quick and easy but the real harassment started when you try to close your FD prematurely (earlier than time frame) they will ask you form to be filled signed and uploaded and yes they now need your passport details to be uploaded and again that needs to be attested even though the passport has a signature they still want you to print the passport and sign it and once you submit they will take 2-3 business days god knows for what? There is upload size limit and I don't know about other even though I am an IT Professional it took me 30 minutes to create one SR and even when SBI is offering online FD closure I don't why ICICI is still following manual paper process? This is just total harassment as even after submitting SR more than 4 days have passed and writing 10 email followups and 15 escalation calls the FD is not yet closed! They all talk about conservation and inviting people to invest in India and if this is the service they are offering then I am sorry no one has this much time and patience. I am going to close my account soon and moving to other bank as this is not acceptable to me. I just thought to share my experience here so others can learn and make informed decision. BTW I have not been paid by competitors as I had been banking with ICICI for over a decade now! But just the FD Customer Service and Investment Customer Service is pathetic to stay away from this bank!

          Even after 4 days of sleepless night and escalation emails, phone calls finally the FD Closure team closed few of FD but still they have not completed all of it. Secondly, there are errors in the interest rate calculation.

          Anyway, I am very unhappy with your FD customer support and department forget about call back but they have failed on all instances and I am very sorry to say but I had high reputation of ICICI bank from Mr K V Kamath time but that reputation is going down south!

          I would not recommend my investors, friends or family to ICICI as this kind of service is pathetic and un-acceptable.

          Anyway, I don’t have choice as I am on another end of the globe otherwise I would have personally submitted my complaints, grievances and met some of my friends in board of directors.

          Very unsatisfied with your bank!

          As usual what can I expect from you guys same old answer, “WE ARE LOOKING INTO YOUR ISSUE AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU”

          This is what you call service?

          You are from head of quality of service have you done anytime errors and checks?

          Do you have a process to verify and escalation process?

          What did you do from October 29th till November 1st 2018. Please answer my question and you calling me today to let me know that you are looking into my SR is this fair?

          How much time you need to calculate an interest on a FD which even a 5th grader can solve in 5 minutes you took 3 days and still need more time?

          SHAME ON YOU GUYS!

          You are not meant to be an ISO bank but nobody would give you any ratings!

            I am mukesh bansal from jaipur. My credit card not received till and payment bill has been sent to my mail id. I called many times to customer care number and finally he replied me to solve the problem. But problem has not been solved. I need home loan from one bank and bank emplyee saying that your credit card dpd is due by 74 days that why your home loan will not be cleared.
            Please tell me how can i pay.

              I transferred rs 20000 through imps on 25th october 2018 at 9.34 pm from icici a/c to boi bank a/c.

              The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

              But i got a message that said

              "dear customer, imps txn ref 8298*69 for rs.20, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 25-oct-2018 21:34:08. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                I have ordered for new cheque book in nearby icici bank branch (Pune) but i was informed within a week i would receive the same to the branch as i did not want it to my permanent address as i work in pune but i received the message that request is failed i called customer care they suggested like we are not able to resolve even after typing sr number... What service are u providing every time coming to bank is not good option for customer...

                  How can icici charge dmat account charges when i do not have one. I have never asked a dmat account to be opened. Why would icici bank automatically charge its customers without consent?

The bank has found a new way of making money from its customers by not informing its customers about the cheque presented to the bank for clearing and giving them some time to deposit the shortfall amount in the bank account thereby making a killing by earning a cheque dishonour charges from its loyal customers. Resultant a bad reputation to the customer though he could have / was able to avoid such instance, resulting a bad credit rating to the customer and thus making it difficult for the customer for future banking support.                           Dear sir/mam,

                          Is there any systematic/practical logic to raise interests for no pending dues/balance in my credit card of rs.959.54 inr? This is so cheating!

                          Based on your communication over the phone by your customer care representative's and others from icici local banker's team, i have paid total outstanding amount of rs 13, 593.00 inr on 22.10.2018 itself and its been credited to my credit card account on the same day at 7.03 pm. So, there is no amount to be paid as per the records as on 22.10.2018.

                          I also, received confirmation through this same on icici toll free ivr's and its been interacted and said as 0.00 inr on 22.10.2018 date itself.
                          The statement generated date was on 23.10.2018 as per the billing cycle.

                          Before the billing cycle date, i have made a total outstanding amount as on dated 22.10.2018. So, there should not be any interests or gst to be charged while no pending dues in my credit card account.

                          Kindly make a correction as on 22.10.2018 and generate the proper statement as per the payments made without any interests and gst and forward me the noc without any further issues.

                          Please don't give any other false reasons to charge more money from the public since we have already suffered a lot by using this credit card services and without purchasing, i have made lot of payments for many months and still we are been targeted as a free fund raisers to the wealthy banks.

                            I was given to understand that the policy was only a 1 time payment when i stared it in 2017. Now i have retired and am need of funds to carry out my monthly expenses and found to my dissatisfaction that an amount of 1 lac would be deducted from my account every year for the next 5 years. This is far beyond my capacity as a senior citizen (A retired teacher). And unfortunately this amount was deducted from my account on a auto debit system in the month of july 2018.
                            So, i approached the bank manager mr. Amit saha to help me reclaim the amount which i would need for my expenses. He did comply to write a complain and said that the letter would be forwarded to the concerned authorities who would then respond. I have been waiting for three months for their reply and the bank here in seawoods gives me a vague reply saying it will take its own time. I have had to borrow funds from my relatives which is getting too embarrassing for me.
                            So i request you to kindly cancel all my policies with icici bank and refund all my money with interest at the earliest. Awaiting your reply.

                              Sir, i make a payment to nios through icici payment gateway rs. 1000 on 15.10.2018 and. But the transaction was successful. One times amount deducted from my account but the the amount was not credited on nios.

                              On last date i successfully make this payments again to confirm admission. Till bow i did not get the refund of my previous transactions.

                              I made this payments through debit card (Allahabad bank) and i contact to allahabad bank for this issue and they says "as confirmed with merchant, transaction 0000087011148201436900000 has been successful and settled. For more details kindly contact your merchant."

The amount deducted but the bills electricity for was not confirmed by MSEDCL team. The transaction ID is[protected]. So please refund my Rs 3570/- on Bank Account or Paid Bill to MSEDCL.

                                  Fast tag idea is good but badly implemented. Fast tag system was bad in most places when i drove from bangalore to kanyakumari via madurai -21 october 2018. The fast tag sensors don't pick up the signals well, there were long q's in most of the toll gates sometimes more than 1 km, toll attendents are ignorant of the rules & understaffed. Nowhere to complain about our in road misery, the fast tag website is badly designed, unable to even make a complaint online in their website www.fastag.org. see for yourself.
                                  Dear sir, my fastag[protected], vechile registration no: TN48 AJ2696 has been blocked, black listed. I have balance amount more than Rs500/-. Kindly reactivate my fastag.

                                    INR 1, 399.00 were deducted from my icici credit card XX2006 done by OneAssist on 10-OCT-18. I never authorized the re-subcription. Kindly have my money reverted to my account. Also, kindly make sure that such deductions do not happen in future without my authorization.

                                      For the month of month of sep 2018 for my icici credit card dues of (Rs.2771.75) i paid of rs.2000 (Above the minimum amount of due of 200/-) and rs.1000 on 05th october 2018 (Against actual outstanding amount of rs.771.75). I made transactions for an amount of rs.6, 482.50 up to 05th october 2018, so the total outstanding including un billed transactions of rs.6, 482.50 +771.75 = rs.7, 254.25
                                      And i made online transaction of rs.79, 999 on 06th october 2018 (After full payment of my sep 2018 bill). On 12th october 2018 i received credit card bill with an amount of interest of rs.955+gst.
                                      After so many calls made i received interest calculation sheet on 23rd oct 2018 surprised to see that even after making the payment they charged interest on the amount of rs.79, 999 from 06th oct to 12th oct 2018 (Next bill generated date) and also the calculation sheet is of errors (They manually added some amount to arrive the interest of rs.955 +gst 18%)
                                      I had never and ever seen such a worst practices adopted by icici bank
                                      They never and ever told such things upfront. Which is ruthless

                                      I request to please correct the interest calculation i agree to make interest on the due amount from 01st to oct 2018 and reverse the excess charges
