On 01.08.2018 between 18:30hrs and 1900hrs i tried to open an icici savings bank account online (Application id[protected]. When i reached payment page i tried to pay 10000rs using my axis bank account internet banking. I tried 2 times and 2 times payment failed, but my axis account got debited by 20000rs and is not reversed.

    On 26th of july i am not able to do any transaction on my debit card or net banking. I called the corporate banking staff they said we have no idea kindly visit the branch i have visited the branch and the official at branch said we have no idea why it is being freezed. I have also send a mail to support at icici bank they have also said we have no idea. I just want to know what kind of service it is where no one knows the reason of my account get freezed.
    I needed immediate actions on my account.

      Sir, i have faced a problem regarding money transfer, i had transferred amt 630 to an icici bank account number, by i mistakenly typed the 1-2 digit wrong. So what should i do to recover my money.

      I have sent an email earlier too regarding this matter, but not able to find solution. Kindly help me out.

          Dear sir,
          My name is sachin shrikant kawde (Mumbai), had icici bank credit card number (I lost the card).
          It was between year 2007-10, bank called me several time to pay outstanding (9-10k). Which i have never used. I visited kalina branch twice that time bank excu. Told me to pay what ever outstanding.
          I asked them to show me my purchase. They denied n forcing to pay only.

          Unless my purchase, how could anyone pay. Hence my cbil got hampered coz of this.
          Request you to pls clear my name from list of outstanding payee.

            Hi Sir,

            I have transferred 75000 & 1000 respectively from ICICI bank to PatTm bank through IMPS and have received below messages. Have done through ICICI iMobile android application.

            "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.75, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Aug-2018 09:32:33. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."

            "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.1, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Aug-2018 09:34:59. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."

            Since this is a huge amount and i need this money to pay my kid's scholl fees. Please assist me to get my money back.

            I didn't received any messages from PayTm and upon asking them they have said no entries in their system.

            The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account (PayTm bank) and also not gets refunded to my ICICI bank as well.

              I am an account holder of icici bank. When i checked my balance 370.43 through net banking i saw a charge of rupees of rs. 515/- in the name of smab chgs feb 2017+stax81.53 date05/06/2018
              As icici net banking site in my profile they clearly mentioned "your monthly average balance (Mab) for account number *4303 from august 01, 2018
              To july 31, 2018 is rs 0.0
              Mab required to be maintained in your savings account is rs 0.00"

                I had called 4 times in cpp assistance service [protected] . they were telling me your company name ad address are incorrect but i were telling correct detials.so we can not cancel this service . worst and fake cpp assistance service provided by icici bank.

                i called 5 times in cpp assistance service they were telling me your name is matching with details whatever name you told .

                I want to cancel this credit card and cpp assistance . i will suggest to my friends not open account in ICICI bank and not to take cpp service .

                  This mail is to bring to your kind notice that I opened ICICI NRI account on May 25th fom Al Faran Exchange, Muweilah, Sharjah[protected]. They gave me the kit along with ATM card, Cheque book, passwords etc. They told that it will take 2 to 3 weeks for activation of account. Account opened on 21st June’18 but the account number mentioned was different. After several complaints to Exchange center and ICICI customer care, we have not received any update. Al Fardan Exchange is telling that this is ICICI Bank’s mistake. We have paid the deposit of Rs 10, 000 and no use of opening an account with ICICI Bank. This may be mistake of single or multiple persons, but I strongly believe that the concerned person should be punished for the big mistake done. Creating an NRI Account with ICICI Bank has wasted our time and created lots of mental pressure for which ICICI Bank should take responsibility. I urge you to take immediate action on this and I will make sure to send this mail and all the related documents to Gulf News to showcase your negligence, incase if I don’t get reply & action from your side. I had made several complaints and followed with customer care several times. No one is aware about the status nor telling where the card & cheque book is. My request no is SR[protected]. Moreover the ICICI representative (Mr. Alam) in Dubai threats us that he will not help us in our case and purposefully delaying our case. If action is not taken, then we will go for official police complaint.

                    On 30/7/2018 about 7:18 pm, i had used icici bank atm hr 60, 60 futa road pul prahlad pur near bikaner sweet delhi, 110044. For withdrawal of rs 1000/- first time transaction declined due to network error and i tried again in next time got money but after 40 minutes got sms money deducted from my allahabad bank account [protected] twice.
                    I would like to request you please investigate the issue of cash not dispanced but money got deducted on declined transaction and to get it back in my allahabad bank account as soon as possible.

                    I would like to know about role of my respective bank in this regard.
                    It is case of ATM withdrawal from ICICI Bank.
                    So investigation should be done by your part and you should reply on complaint.

                      I took a personal loan 2 days back and 10k has been deducted from my loan amount without taking any permission on the name of insurance policy.

                      Before that, I got a call from the insurance guy who was forcing me to take the insurance policy and I decline by saying I ll ask to loan officer then i will confirm about it.

                      The loan officer was not in the mood to tell me details of it and now he is telling me you need to raise a claim and it ll take 30 days to get your money back.

                          Dear icici, how can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 826/- has been deducted from my account and the transaction remark was dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jun-18. What is this demat dp? I have never activated and used my demat account till now.

                          Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                                Hi team,

                                My credit card limit is 60k and i have used 59980 with minimum bill pay interest, my card will not allow to do transaction if no limit but i used 59980 so i have 20 rs left in my limit, here the bank charged 90 rs gst so that my limit is over 70rs and again they charged over limit fee 500rs, if call customer care and asked for way off it’s not my mistake, bank charged gst and it’s crossed the limit. They saying it’s ur mistake, it’s not possible to way off, can you please suggest me and help on this, is it fraud by icici or not?

                                Dear ICICI,
                                Recently I changed my mobile from iPhone 6 to iPhone 6s, I have no problem with iMobile app in my iPhone 6 but I am unable to login to iMobile with my iPhone 6s. I called many times to your customer care but they are saying we have issue with iPhone 6S.

                                When i had done payment to The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) . then the transaction is failed (transaction number- IGADXJWZR1) . after one day i have done second transaction . but my first transaction is not refund. plese help .

                                  I was used my Federal bank ATM card for a transaction in Calicut on 13/07/18( Time 17:10:08), the amount immediately deducted from account, and due to some reason, the above transaction cancelled by the shop keeper (INR 27500), The Machine used was ICICI for swiping.
                                  The above amount is not yet credited back in my account.

                                  I have complaint in the Federal Bank, but they informed me that, It should come from ICICI.

                                  When I contacted the VNM gold Calicut ( Where I have used my Card), They are not giving any proper respond.

                                  Please help me to get it back the above amount of INR 27500/-

                                      Hi, i have purchased diesel for rs 4680 using icici debit card. Generally i used to get some money back for the surcharge but this time i was charged extra rs.55 surcharge with a code dt:07/23/18 mcc 5541. When i called the customer service, icici representative said, i should ensure i pay using the icici paying machine and the vendor used some other banks machine. So they are charging me for the same. But i have told them, howcome a customer notice this device and its bank and highlighted rbi's regulation on no surcharge for using cards. The representative did not accept. I want to raise a complaint on icici for this

                                      Further to my complaint, I have found out from the vendor and the receipt that only ICICI swiping device only was used. When I updated this to the ICICI customer service, they were telling me another explanation (different from earlier one) that I should purchase the fuel from only HPCL/IOCL for not paying the surcharge. But I have told them that there was no surcharge paid when I purchased fuel from other stations like Shell, etc. The representative tried to put me on call with their manager but I was put on hold indefinitely. Later I got an email response with the same input as the call center representative. I have responded with examples of fuel purchases done at non-HPCL/IOCL vendors and no surcharge taken. Till now no response from ICICI. This is very poor customer service from ICICI and every time they give some contradicting information which I am not able to accept. It raises a question to me that if ICICI is the right place my banking with the recent complaints and thier poor performance.

                                        I am matish kumar. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till jun-18) dp charges on 30/07/2018. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction
