I transferred rs.90, 968 ti iit jammu towards fees of my son yesterday thru eazypay. Icici.com.

The money was promptly debited to my savings a/c but the eazypay portal returned a transaction failed message. I searched for ways to reach eazypay and there was just an email id [protected]@icicibank.com.

I sent a mail to them, till now no response, there is no phone number to speak on. So i called my icici personal banking number, they tell me that from their side the transaction was successful but it failed at eazypay portal and it will take 7 days to get the refund.

Is there someway our financial institutions are barred from providing such imperfect solutions to common public? How and who approves them to provide such inefficient service with out any quality check and no sla's on such situations, no one to speak with, no customer support, no response to emails.

I have to now raise this money in the next two days to pay the fees. This is sick of icici to do this.

    Sir,
    I had purchased bond of icici bank for my grand daughter with the hope to give to her as gift but it become a curse to me and my family as 3itch who manages payment is harassing and not making payment. The case was also referred to customer care icic bank but no results. Since we had met all the requirements of 3i tech as intimated by them the draft was sent on our home address after about 3 months by the time we had left and probably was returned to 3itech. Now we are with our other children/grand children and has requested to icici bank and 3itech to transfer the amount directly to my grand daughter's account with punjab national bank b r s nagar ludhiana 141012 viz gurmehar kaur u/g kulbinder kaur a/c [protected] ifsc pun0400500 for which we were asked to provide the approval of bank which was sent immediately. Even then the amount has not been remitted.
    2 i am senior veteran and served the nation for more than 3 decades but still me and my family is being harassed to get back our own money on one or the other pretext even though my daughter had talked to 3itech on phone. You are requested to instruct the icici bank/ 3itech to transfer the amount to grand daughter's account as requested above for which myself and my family will be highly obliged. Thanks.

      My Saving Account of ICICI bank got debited with the amount of rs 29.50, 3 times consecutively total of rs 88.50,
      for the date 7th, 8th and 9th July 2018,
      I do not understand why this amount was got deducted from my account without my concern or authorization.

      It was happened in past also but i ignored that time,
      now i am really very disappointed from ICIC Bank,
      I am using ICICI Bank Account from past 4+ years.

      But this kind of incidents are not expected from ICICI Bank.

        I am a new joinee of icici bank. I have joined the organisation on april 16.
        From the second day only i have been tortured everyday by my reporting authority and branch manager too. They shouted me everyday in front of the customer and there is no support at all as if i asked something they told that call your friends and ask.in every little mistake they shouted me like that what the blunder i had done. And if the same mistake done by him then it is okay.
        There are many such incidences which i can't explain because i don't know how to explain. I have also said my hr manager about this but no action is taken yet.
        My life become worst because of only 2 people as every day i think to sucide which i can't. I don't know what should i do.
        Please help me out from this. As i have also asked for the transfer in anywhere in india except this branch but no body is there to help me the human resource department said there is no transfer for new joinee.
        The family condition is also not good of mine as my father is suffering from cardiovascular diseases and there is no one to look after him. Only my mother is there but she can't handle this situation as she is also not well.
        That's why i have not even discuss this matter with my parents as they will get tentionised. I don't know who will help me to overcome from this situation.

            I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5year,
            Now they have charged 588 under this category dcardfee2681jun18-may19+gst
            I am not aware this type of charges are these.
            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email
            Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
            Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same if this deduction doesnt stop in future i will lodge the official complaint and please solve this issue asap.

                A employer was frad to me... He say plz take a mediclaim... It is my carrer meter... If you take a mediclaim them my job was safe... But i dont agrre with him... But he force me... An he not give my pass book.. He says you take a mediclaim 3485 ruppes. After i refund your amount 3 month later... But now he says bank have no any trems and condiation to refund your amount... So i am sorry... An he also harassmant me all time... Any he call me an say, plz deposit 50000 rs your account... Otherwise your account was closed... Ect...

                  From '6th july im behind icici bank and pine labs to take action against issuing credit card swipe machine to mr. Sasi kumar in my shop name without my knowledge where i’m the proprietor for this shop” sri ram oils & lubricants. The terminal was applied by mr. Sasi kumar but in my shops name you have given the mid 75905002 tid 88264100, please check the slip it is in the name of sri ram oils and lubricants where i'm the proprietor of this shop and i'm running is shop for past 14yrs where i'm paying tax to the government and i have all the proof i'm the owner and proprietor of sri ram oils & lubricants. He has applied using my shop name address and my proprietor seal without my knowledge doing forgery and the staff of pine lab mr. Ramkumar is the another fraud who has given the machine. Please note the credit card machine was with mr. Ram kumar (Staff of pine labs)& mr. Sasi kumar. How can a bank like you'll can do this without verifying who is the proprietor of the shop. I have given the details that i'm the proprietor of 'sri ram oils & lubricants to

Karthick was so rude and harsh asking whether we were the proprietor, when we asked him with what proof they have provided the swipe machine, when they can ask this question to me why did they failed to verify before providing the swipe machine who is not the proprietor. So it is understood both icici bank and pine labs will provide credit card swipe machine to any one without verifying any document, so any one can get credit card swipe machine if they provide others business name, business address & proprietor seal??? It is ridiculous. Is this not an ill legal offence. I'm totally harassed and depressed by the way icici & pine labs handling this issue. Every day i’m getting calls from icici & pine labs just to hear the story what has happened but till now no one has taken action against this fraud people. I request you’ll to give me justice and take action against those people who has done the ill legal offence.

                  This is to refer to you that i own a shop “ sri ram oils & lubricants” with its registered office at no.353, gst road, chromepet, chennai-600044. I employed a person mr. Sasi kumar, it has come to my notice that this person in convictant with the pine labs employee mr. Ram kumar have allotted himself a credit card swipe machine for reason which has not come to my knowledge. It appears they have taken the swipe machine from you with their bank a/c, but it carries my shop name – sri ram oils & lubricants. I kindly request you to investigate this issue and inform me how you have issued this machine carrying my shop name without any knowledge to me. I repeat, inform you that i have no connections to this machine and bringing it to your notice as soon as i suspected that this could be some kind of fraud.

                  How can you close the request number 33658754, i have made the complain and the person who spoke to me is asking me to call the toll free number and register the problem. It is icici and pine labs have issued the credit card machine without any verification putting me into the problem. When i ask the pine labs they are point hands to icici. I really don't no what to do please look into this issue and let me know what action has been taken.

                  The terminal was applied by mr. Sasi kumar but in my shops name you have given the mid 75905002 tid 88264100.

                      I don't know from where to start about my experience with ICICI.

                      In last one month, you have broken my account privacy by giving details to third party about my loan and credit card. You have miscommunicated about my foreclosure charges for personal loan (I paid 5.9% instead of 2.5 due to your error). And icing on cake is you are not issuing NOC for a car loan I have already paid for.

                      I am not sure how you make customer efforts minimal and how is it "khayaal apka".

                            On 22nd july night 11pm when i checked my cell phone, i saw several messages abt cr card payments. I checked them and to my utter shock someone had used 16217.30 rupees in two minutes time..!

                            I immediately called the helpline number and informed them about the fraud under the name fcbk ads payments. The person speaking to me informed me that the card is blocked and it will take 8 to 20 working days to investigate & untill then the disputed amount will not reflect in my statement. He told me to go to any nearest branch and submit a dispute form filliing in details abt this transaction. He said it can be done within next two days.

                            Very next day monday23rd july i went to ac mkt br and submitted dispute form.

                            Now today wednesday, 25th july i got cr card statement on email which is showing total disputed amount to be payable..!

                            This fraud was due web security lapse or phishing or hacking.. Banks are responsible to protect the web security against all these threats.

                            I am well educated i never ever share my bank details to anyone. I dont even write them down for memory. Even i use incognito page for all my net transactions thru secured sites. I think this fraud was carried out when the systems of the bank were down. As i[censored] check the sms screenshots, the last transaction of 4000rs got declined.. I think thats when the systems came back..

                            This bank has put this amount stolen via fraud on my account. And now if i dont pay then they will put abusive threatening collection agents on me.

                            I have recorded the call on 22nd night when i called them to inform the fraud. The guy is telling me to "rest asure and the disputed amount will not be added to my account untill the investigation is carried out"

                            Just within 48hours they have falsified their words and put this amount on me to pay..

                            Despite constant follow up and reminder they have registered my credit card fraud amount as 100 rupees and not 16100 rupees

                            just now i got sms from there systems that dispute is initiated for Rs100..!!!

                            i think they are taking advantage of me. And they r pushing me towards litigation n hassles.

                            This bank seems a con. First they told me it will be resolved withing 8 to 20 working days. So i waited. I word to word followed their instructions and went to bank right next day and completed documentation & all.

                            After a 2weeks i enquired they told me it will take 40days. and the days are not counted from the day of theft but from the date when The Lazy banker processed my Dispute for i.e. 1st august.

                            on 28th August i inquired via email for which I got an email answer that by January2019 they will inform me the outcome. for which I complained why they require six months to check their computers and determine the case??

                            on 29th i got a call from some hyderabad call center & the man on the phone told me They will take siz months to determine if this transaction was contentual or non consent or was it vai phishing..

                            So indirectly he was telling me that it cud be that I had put a false claim abt the money stolen from my credit card.

                            I am forced to file a theft complaint with the cyber cell now and which I will have to do bcos ICICI people are sounding like white colar thieves who are trying to put this transaction on me.

                            This man told me u have carried on international translocation so we have to check! This guy was lying thru his teeth bcos i typed FB ADS ICICI Credit card fraud and trizillion cases opened..! so why it cud not be a possibility that ICICI has cell in their outsourced call center in tamil nadu or srilanka from where they steal our money.! under the name of FB..?

                            When I gave him example of Cosmos bank same modus operadi theft of 94cr
                            he straight away shrugged it off saying it s not relating to them..! Why? are u not banks? If cosmos bank can give complete accountability so can u.!??? bcos ur servers did not protect our account encryptes the phishing happened!
                            Bcos ur server fire wall was not upto the mark this theft happened and u need SIX months????

                            are there any specific lawers and financial crime cell for such frauds..? my service request number for this fraud transaction that happened on my credit card on 22nd July @ 10:58pm is Service Request number SR[protected]

                            But seriously dont use ICICI Credit card i[censored] have account with the same dicey bank! they are not trustworthy nor they trust their customers

                              I am having my salary account in icici bank. But few days back 88.50 rs/- (29.50 rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. Moreover, it is completely not acceptable charges it has happened earlier also but usually people is busy they don't usually notice such things for which an unethical bank like icici takes benefit.
                              I want explanation & my money back in my account.

                                I am using a credit card of icici bank and i have been charged with 116 rupees without my knowledge. I have called customer care and spoke to an executive and the senior manager named ishwar. What i came to know that these charges are levied by icici for using my rewards points.
                                Firstly, if these are reward points, it is there because i have used this card and they have provided me these as to honor their customer. Secondly, i was not the one who asked for these reward points and if you people are providing it to me then only i have used it.
                                Back in time, one of icici bank executive came to my office saying that this card is totally free and insisted me to make a card for myself. I obliged and gave a go ahead (To mention that he has not cleared anything that reward points has hidden charges).
                                I requested them to put a mail regarding this and they denied saying that everything is on our official website.
                                Now question here is that why cant they provide all this information before making a card. Clearly because this would affect their sales of credit card.

                                I am deeply angered and hurt over the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of icici people as they are making a fool of people by showing only the benefits of credit card and hiding the cons just for the sake o[censored]pscaling their sales.

                                I am not writing this thing for just 116 rupees but for all the other people who are being the victim of this fraud play by icici.

                                  Hi, my mother's icici bank account number[protected] has been deducted with some dcard fee on 29 jun 18 which was not told before opening the account. Hence the same should be reversed back asap. Icici bank is looting senior citizens with nonsense charges. Hence a strict action should be taken against icici bank.

                                  This is not the first time icici has devised this tacts of looting indian citizens. The fraud starts from opening a bank account. A representative comes to your home and leeches you until you open a bank account. He fills entire form on its own and tick marks many options which is illegal charges they can deduct afterwards. For example, the famous scam of metro debit card charges. They first send you unwanted and unrequested metro debit card which starts debiting the bank balance. On many requests to the branch manager the sales rep sends the amount back!!

                                  Now comes another fraud - debit card charges! Hell with icici bank, are you providing leeching services in 2018?

                                  The charges of 352.82 should be reversed immediately as we dont want your special debit card instead block the existing any special debit card with gems and diamonds and send a simple card with no charge!

                                    trying to activate inactive accounts for 7 days

                                    I got an e-mail from icici bank that my accounts are active and i need to inactivate them, i tried to reply to that email and it says delivery failed, email id is [protected]@icicibank.com.
                                    Reached to out online chat where someone dumb pasted the standard response that through net banking do this, through phone banking do this etc. Tried internet banking and it asks for that stupid grid numbers and obviously no one outside india...
