This is inform youbi had credit card of icici due to some issues i was nt able to pay my outstanding amt rs52000 since last 2 year nd frm last 3 month i paid 45000 and officer nd his team (laxman [protected])giving thretning nd call to my relatives nd office frnd and told them i m fraud nd cheater this is nkt right .i m paying my debt amt nd he is blackmailing me.

    As per telephonic discussion with you on dated 16.07.2018 regarding FDR of Rs. 11 Crore in favour of Rajiv Memorial Academic Welfare Society, you have committed for interest rate of FDR for Rs. 11 Crore @ 7.10% for three months. But you made FDR of Rs. 11 Crore @ 7.00% instead of Interest rate 7.10%. You are cheating with us after confirmation the rate of interest @ 7.10%, why you make FDR @ 7.00%.       I recieved a call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan but i not even accept the plan.But after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap .

        I approached ICICI Hitech city Hyderabad branch to open Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana account for my one year old baby girl. ICICI branch personnel were asking me to open a savings account for my baby girl in order to open a sukanya samriddhi yojana account for her. As per Government of INDIA notification, account is not required for the baby girl to open a Sukanya samriddhi yojana account and ICICI is forcing its customers to open the account to increase their customer base illegally and it is hightly unethical and illegal on their part to do that. I have a salary account with ICICI bank. Please help in resolving the issue amicably

                I had submitted duly-filled-in NPS application on 1st June at Infosys ICICI Bank branch.

                There is no communication whatsoever from ICICI on this to me inspite of giving cell number and mail id.

                I have done multiple follow-ups and today I got to know that my application is not yet processed.

                I am escalating this to NSDL for delay / denial of service from ICICI bank in this regard.

                Need your help and intervention to resolve this month long dead lock with ICICI Bank.

                      I use an expense tracker on my phone to tracker purchases and today I realized that the balance in the SMS was different from my tracker's spending account balance. I checked the SMS history and it matched with my tracker. When I logged into the iMobile app it showed my almost 20 new transactions of small volume i.e. ~1 rupee and ~2 rupee which totally upto 55.96 and the transaction name was a petrol pump where I usually fill petrol. I thought it was a hacking attempt and called customer care and they told me it's surcharge on fuel which the station was claiming. Why would I be charged after I have already paid for the money. I understand that the government has power to take money out of a personal's account in case of some violation but this preposterous that a petrol pump can take money out of my account without my knowledge. Even the bank didn't notify me and allowed this to happen. The petrol pump never told me there would be a automatic surcharge when I paid at the pump. This is very wrong that a private entity like a pump can take money out of my personal account without my authorization!

                        I had been using ICICI Credit Card from last 18 months and I never missed the payments. Unfortunately, I missed payments on May and June and I cleared the complete amount on July on the due date itself. Since my another savings account was blocked I wasn't able to make the payment.                           I fueled my car on 15th June 2018 with Rs 2200/- fuel. I used my ICICI debit card for this transaction. On 20th June Rs 64.90/- is deducted from my account. Instead of getting amount back for cashless transaction why you are putting penalty. Government is telling they are motivating the cashless transaction. Let me know what is the policy?

                              On 17/07/2018 at 17:02 Pm I made a transaction at your ATM in RK Nagar, malkajgiri Hyderabad-47 I was using ATM card of Mahabank to withdraw Rs10000/-
                              Due tp power failure, The machine went blank during transaction in progress.
                              I couldnot get money disbursed. I waited till power is on but unfortunately, i didnot receive any money.But in the statement
                              it is shown Rs10000 withdrawn. I have attached the details as pictures. pls credit
                              back Rs 10000 in my account.

                                Goo day sir,

                                I was issued a Instant credit card no [protected] on around 14th June 2018 against a FD of rupees 50000 and promised by the bank that it will be activated within 48 hours. After that i have made several visits to RR nagar Branch in Bangalore, raised many complaints online. but still the card is not activated. it has been more than a month today hence i am fedup with the service. when i visit the branch they give me 2 phone numbers of some credit card guy and those guys never pick their calls. i am really fed up with this pathetic service. if the issue is not resolved withing 2 days then i will quit all my services with ICICI and close my FD as well as my NRE accounts.

                                  On 12 july2018, I paid the bill amount of Rs. 12570/- on ICICI Bank eazypay gateway towards Rukmani Birla Modren High school. The transaction was unsuccessfully but amount has been debited from my ICICI saving account. Still I did not received refund of this amount in my account while 5 days has been passed. I am not finding any customer care number of eazypay where i may could contact.

                                    I have booked my indigo flight ticket on 10th of July and my account got debited but my ticket didn't proceeded.so I called indigo and they told me that I will get my refund within 3 to 4 working days.they kept my reservation ticket under hold for limited period.now it's been 6 days.whole I call them they told me that they already refunded to icici band and they gave me one reference number also.so how can I claim my refund by that reference number.please help me.

                                      With due respect i am old customer of esteem ICICI bank from last six year and i have also a ICICI bank credit card number-[protected] due to some of my unavoidable condition i settle this credit card with the amount of 81000/- in six installment, Sir only in three installment i paid 68700/- to the bank balance amount is only 12600/- which is due in April 18, Sir from march 18 to may 18 i am out of India due to my official work and i forget to give last payment of credit card
                                      Sir in the month of June 18 i credit my salary in ICICI bank behalf of SBI bank, sir without my knowledge ICICI bank put my account on hold till date my salary was on hold, sir how i run my home requirement without money this is totally harassment of my and my family.

                                      Sir i visit several time to Jaipur branch and talk to credit manger Mr. Jitendra Sharma and Mr.anil Munja i ask them that i paid 12600/- immediately kindly open my account but they tell that your whole salary was debited to bank.Sir yes i expect my mistake but you understand my problem if i am not present here how i am able to make payment meanwhile nobody from bank person visit my home also, sir kindly released another letter of settlement so i pay the rest amount of 12600/- and open my bank account for banking.

                                      Bank hold my salary account with out my notice, I visited several times to branch regarding this I tell them I pay rest amount of credit card which is 12600/- only so kindly generate new settlement letter but they denie and taking no interest in this They told me that your whole salary was debited, if I am agree to pay rest amount
