Hi Sir,
I have transferred 75000 & 1000 respectively from ICICI bank to PatTm bank through IMPS and have received below messages. Have done through ICICI iMobile android application.
"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.75, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Aug-2018 09:32:33. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."
"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.1, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Aug-2018 09:34:59. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days."
Since this is a huge amount and i need this money to pay my kid's scholl fees. Please assist me to get my money back.
I didn't received any messages from PayTm and upon asking them they have said no entries in their system.
The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account (PayTm bank) and also not gets refunded to my ICICI bank as well.

I'm not interested in this plan. I did get a call they continuously spoke and ended up deducting money. They deducted Rs.1399 from my account without my consent. Please refund the amount back to my account.
