Hello sir..
I placed a prepaid order for inr 9999 with shop9x.com on 29th july through phonepe from my sbi account. (Utr no[protected] to [protected]@icici. And then cancel the order on 2nd agust. When i canceling my order they told me that within 48hrs my refund will credit to my account. But after 48 hrs the amount wasnt credited, then i try to contact their via mail, toll free number, website but i cant contact them. I think im cheated by them. Sir please helm me to solve this issue urgently. Sir please help me to findout them and get back my money.

    I have paid my college academics fee through eazypay. But i couldnot get the receipt of the payment done by me. The payment has been successful then also i couldnot generate my fee payment receipt.
    I am requesting for the receipt on the contact us email id but there is no reply from your side.
    I need the receipt for submitting in the college as the proof.
    The college is harcourt butler technical university kanpur and payment done is through eazypay icici.
    The fee payment is done on 25th july 2018
    The amount of fee payment is ₹51730
    It has been done from net banking of pnb bank.
    Please look over it and get the receipt generate as soon as possible and send it on my email id

    I am srinivasa rao I have done the recharge with 399 to my jio number but the recharge was not successful. I done the recharge through phonepay the amount was deducted so please can u refund my money
    My jio recharge not successful but 349 rs deducted please recharge or refund my Money today itself. Other wise please give me reply regarding this complaint. Iam waiting for ur reply. Recharge on 1-8-2018. Please recharge oru refund. I cant wait because my offer is finished. So no net balance in my number.

      Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 5/08/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c XX0462
      I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

      I am Rahul Rakholiya 331.79 Rupees has been deducted from my account as([protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-18) DP changes on 31/07/2018.

      I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.
      My Name is Anupama Goyal, without my consent, rs. 5000 has been deducted from my account on 6/07/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]
      I have never subscribed to any policy, however, this deduction has been done by ICICI. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

          Please note and i want to know the reason or revert my cash anw-chrgs deducted back xxxxxxx6420 a/c

          My wife a/c was deposited rs 3500/- on 30 july 2018. From other service by some one else. Where as icici bank deducted rs 150 plus 27 (Gst)=177 as service charge in my account for first cash deposit. Why it is so is not understood. This is some type of cheating i thing

            Dear sir
            On 7 july i was trying for icici policy on the website and rs2247 has been wrongly debited, even after one month the amount has not been reversed though icici pr has agreed to certify that amount has been recieved by them.
            Request to kinndly credit the amount. I am raising. A issue on debit when policy has not been given.

            I do got call the next day from icici pru that you have wrongly done the transanction and it was demo one. I mailed the icici pru for cancallation of my policy but they have been very unlistening to my problem. Even i have got call for photo uload after 2-3 days and 2-3 times but even after informing them i do not got my problem resolved.
            I am sure with this issue raising my problem will be resolved and maount will be credited in my card.

            I am complaining about one of your account holder that account holder is frauder the account holder name is MANISH VIJAY and ifsc is ICICI0006757 AND THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS[protected] THE ACCOUNT HOLDER IS A FRAUDER I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE TAKE A ACTION ABOUT THIS ACCOUNT HOLDER AND PLEASE GAVE MY MONEY BACK
            ICICI bank looting customers in he name of SMAB charges.

            Please make them refund all the money.

            Afer some time i got to connect with my account and what i am seeing thy have started to cut down from my bank account as smab charges without tellng me.

            very much disappointed with the such behaviour by such named companies.

              I have applied a credit card under the below application no
              Dear customer, your icici bank credit card application [protected]is under process. The final status will be communicated to you within 15 days.
              After few days i recieved a message that my application got rejected as below message:

              Dear customer, we are unable to approve your credit card application [protected]. Please re-apply after 6 months from the date of your current application.

              Two days back i recieved a message that my card have been approved and today i got a message:

              Dear customer, you will receive your new icici bank credit card xx600x shortly. On receipt of card, you may change the pin at icici bank atm, imobile, net banking or phone banking. The pin for the card is *. Never share it with anyone. For security reasons, please note your pin & delete this message.

              I am confused about this, i think someone doing a fraud application on my name

              Please take action and block whatever card is approved on my name

                Dear sir,

                Executive of icici bank came in my and taken two time complete documents before 6 month from than till now i got aprox 50 call for verification
                I told them to cancel my credit card request so many time because of so many calls still they could not verified my details its ridiculous i didnt went for credit card they forcefully told me to create that and now it become a headache for me even executive of icici came to me for verification and so many calls as well still its under process i still not interested at all in this bank credit card at all because of this unexpected process even my account is in same bank than its took so many different clauses different executive used to call me they ask me adders parents name and other details and again same as usual kindly my credit card request cancel from your side because of you i never went to other bank who were offering me great deal so kindly cancel my request because you are not able to do it

                  As per subject i open an account in icici bank branch beawar (Rajasthan). At the time of account opening i provide my all document to bank. But this bank unable to my account number to npci server. Due to this i'm not get my lpg id from last 7 months. I contact for this to concern bank branch many time.                     I have been using ICICI credit card since 4 years, as I was traveling this month, I could not make payment on time. I requested CS team to provide waiver on late payment charges as I did not have internet access during my travel and this is first time I missed the deadline. But I am not receiving any positive response from your team.

                    I have contacted via phone multiple times, reported via ICICI complaint form, tried via Facebook but still no action from ICICI.

                        Hi,

                        Writing this to report the unauthorized transaction happened with my bank account on date[protected].25pm and the same was reported to icici bank with request number sr[protected]. The time on which fraud happened, i was at my office location accenture, magarpatta, pune. The kind of transaction showing is cash-withdrawal. I reported the same to bank and they want proof of presence to start investigation which i cannot provide with-in short span of time because my company accenture cannot produce the same because of company policies. Please help with this conflict.

                        Details of the transaction and screenshots are written/attached below:

                        Fraud transaction amount : rs.55500
                        Note : i never given nor shared my bank/card details with anyone.

                        Please help with the fraud as the amount incurred is very big and matter is about survival of me and my family.

                          Unauthorized cash withdrawal from my ICICI account today rs 10000 and rs 4000. A total of 14000, while my debit card is with me in person and I am out of India. I tried contacting My bank branch but in vain. Also I tried customer care. All in vain. I have sent mail at [protected]@icicibank.com with my account number... And screenshots of sms and Email of those unauthorized transactions. Please kindly reply what should be my next step for claiming my money back.
                          P. S in the email that I sent to bank I requested to block my account to prevent further such event from happening... Please advise as soon as possible..

                            When i opened up my account i was told that the sms service is free but your provider may charge you for the sms that you receive. Turns out they were again lying to me. I was charge rs 17 for one quarter for sms services. I believe they will charge all customer every quarter and make corores like that.

                            Please teach these crooks some lesson. And enforce that they don't train their employees to lie to get business. This has to stop.

                            When i opened my account i was told that if i take and keep the no name debit card that comes with the kit i will not be charged otherwise i will be charged around rs200. I accepted to use the card in the kit to avoid charges but some days later i see that rs 177 has been deducted from my account twice as debit card charges. And i never ever applied for one nor did i receive a debit card with my name on it. I contacted icici bank multiple times via the icici bank phone app but no response.
                            I guess the only policy for icici bank it cheating and fraud with its customers.

                              however my last month of bill 5894Rs.there was no pending due from my side .I requested card for cancellation .customer care denied to for cancellation of card.
                              they asking to pay extra amount.but there were no pending due in current and next billing cycle.I told them, already paid amount.no dues from my side.
                              again they sent one bill statement 1400rs.I registered compaint for cancellation of card 25 times but they denied to cancellation of cards.I request you to take appropriate

                                I am regularly using credit card, but this time charges had been levied on account of late payment of rs 2374.42 with gst of rs 427.39. I had made a payment on due date. My card no is [protected]. I had made a payment of rs 8068.54, but de to 2 days bank holidays, the payment got reflected in their bank on 17th july. Pls reverse the charges on priority

                                As per my discussion with Mr. Shahid (ICICI Bank Customer care executive) who gave me your mail-id I am writing this mail to you.

                                In relation to my Credit card no. 4375-XXXX-XXXX-1000, with reference to July’18 statement where the o/s balance is Rs 15730.69 and due date is 13th July’18. I had made a payment of Rs 7700 on 13th July’18 from ICICI Bank and a payment of Rs 8068.54 on 13th July’18 from Kotak bank (even reflecting in your August’18 statement) totaling to Rs 15768.54. I had made full payment on due date i.e. 13th July’18 (can be checked in attachment), still my credit card account is debited for Interest charges of Rs 2374.41 along with GST of Rs 427.39 totaling to Rs 2801.80

                                Highly appreciated if these charges are reversed, as even as per your statement full amount was paid on time. Pls. reverse the interest. I spoke to Mr. Atish (customer care executive), Mr. Atish told that my Manager Ms. Tulsi Joshi will give me a call, but still call not recd from her. Service request No. SR, SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected] & SR[protected] was raised but still unresolved. Pls. close the same on priority for reversal of charges as full amt was paid on time i.e. on 13th July’18 by me.

                                  I transferd 9000 amount via net banking but amount not received beneficiariary account and amount got detected from my account i got below meassage

                                    Am an icici bank customer. Today 02-08-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg. They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.
