    This is to bring into notice that i was doing payment through eazypay and while making the payment of 510 rs

    Hence i initiated the payment the 2nd time and the payment went through successfully.

    However when i check my statement it shows that payment has been deducted twice.

    Below is the screenshot of the same and attached are the transaction statements confirming the same.

    Hence i would request you to please reverse one of the transactions deducted back to my account asap.

    I have not authorized any such transaction. Please give me my money back.

      I was doing payment through eazypay and while making the payment of 510 rs rs. It was deducted twice however one transaction was unsuccessful. I have attached screenshots of everything still no resolution as of now. This is completely not at all acceptable. Kindly reverse one of the transaction amount which was deducted twice from my account. Attaching all the required screenshots.

        I have lost my credit card,
        So i have blocked it instantly (27th july 2018) from net banking of icici,
        But after blocking it, my credit card account got vanished from internet banking,
        It is asking me to link my credit card with credit card number (But i do not have it as i have already lost it)

        I have tried calling customer care but there also they asking for credit card number to have talk with executive.

        Not able to understand how do i re-issue the credit card.

        Hope to get responce early,

        What is deduction? The account is a salary account and MAB is maintained. Why such deductions? Resolve it or else I will change my Bank.
        It has been for several months. If you have undisclosed charges. I have to go to consumer court. Moreover your customer service sucks

            I have given a cheque vide no. 397246 dated. 21.06.18 for rs. 46256.00 i favour of asian paints ltd, guwahati which was deposited in your bank for clearance,
            But your bank retrun the same with reason alterations on instrument, while the same was not presented to clearing branch. From our point of view there was no any alteration in the instruments.
            So, you are requested to look into the matter and take necessarry action against the the same and send your reply within 7 days.

              I have observed an alien deduction on my ICICI savings bank account called POSDEC. The amount deducted is Rs. 29.50 twice for the same card and transaction. Transaction date is 5th July, 2018. I am completely aware there was sufficient balance in my account and on that day the card transaction got declined twice and on the third attempt, was successful. I request an explanation and reversal of the charges. If required I have the details on balance.

                Am having my accout in ICICI bank . But few days back 58.60 Rs/-(29.30 Rs * 2) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into ICICI App, it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.Although i was having enough balance at that time.

                  I am having my accout in icici bank.                   My statement says Rs. 2000 was deducted from my account and transferred to Dr Tran(Dr Tran For Funding A/c[protected] on 16 Jul '18 which was not authorized by me. This is so inconvenient, because this is a brand new account. Please help me solve this issue.

                    Two days before i can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan. Last year when they deducted the money for the same plan i called one assist team and said to cancel the policy as i never used it. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.

                      amount balance difference

                      I have an icici demat saving account at kankarbagh branch patna. Today when i logged into icicibank.com it shows available balance is rs 8300.35 and total balance is rs 4758.35. I don't know why this strange thing happened with me. I have never get such types of shocked. I never ever owned or used any type of credit card in my entire life. I have also checked thrice the detailed statement of my account from january to july 2018 and everything...

                      Today I am going to ICICI Bank at 4pm to deposit the cash in account due to high rain. I keep the cash properly in a polypack than l reach the cash counter 4.15pm.
                      So the bank employee clearly call cash counter are close so go outside because this branch deposit the cash 5pm. This is misbehaving with me and call them you have any problem than fill the closer foam and close the account. This is the attitude of that employee.

                          Once I received a bill saying that charges taken for your Demat acoount. I was just confused, because
                          I don’t know what is demat account at all. So it was nearly 1000 rs taken as harge where I don’t know what it is.

                          So I decided to stop this demat account, so I just reached the nearest branch. First that
                          Lady Representative looked in to the details of my account and said she can not do anything. Ok if I asked why it cannot be deactivated, she said blah blah things, but did not tell anything useful, may be because we are a normal customer with 3000rs as account balance are not considered as humans in our country.
                          Following are hectic steps I followed,
                          1. No use of reaching branch(close your branches if they cannot do these activities)
                          2. Called CUSTOMER CARE, got the details that we have to deactivate the trading account(seriously, what is this account, I don’t have any idea)
                          3. So CUSTOMER CARE executive took request to close the trading account
                          4. After 1 week got the confirmation that, trading account is closed
                          5. After the 3 and 4 steps, take demat account closing form from net and fill it
                          6. Reach branch for personal verification
                          7. Send it to Mumbai ICI Demat service
                          Now I have sent it to Mumbai and waiting, but I am pretty sure that these #### will reject it and they will not close the account. Better than cheating a customer, you guys can go for begging

                          We are fed up of hearing this….nonsense
                          We common people in india are cheated always, but there is no law to help the common people

                            Hi,
                            My money Rs. 130 has been debited by ICICI stating RTN CHG1 - 481/02-06-18. I have not received any notification related to this. I was embarrassed in a petrol bunk where my card was declined. What is this charge and why you have debited that amount and why there were any notifications.
                            Now I feel insecure about my money in ICICI, I know it's a less money, but as of now that is what I got and you people took it from me. I doubt even if my friend transfers money, I don't know how much you will take it.

                              This is inform youbi had credit card of icici due to some issues i was nt able to pay my outstanding amt rs52000 since last 2 year nd frm last 3 month i paid 45000 and officer nd his team (laxman [protected])giving thretning nd call to my relatives nd office frnd and told them i m fraud nd cheater this is nkt right .i m paying my debt amt nd he is blackmailing me.

                                Dear Sir,

                                As per telephonic discussion with you on dated 16.07.2018 regarding FDR of Rs. 11 Crore in favour of Rajiv Memorial Academic Welfare Society, you have committed for interest rate of FDR for Rs. 11 Crore @ 7.10% for three months. But you made FDR of Rs. 11 Crore @ 7.00% instead of Interest rate 7.10%. You are cheating with us after confirmation the rate of interest @ 7.10%, why you make FDR @ 7.00%. So we could not accept the FDR of Rs. 11 Crore @ 7.00%. Now immediately cancel the above FDR and transfer the total fund value in our HDFC Bank Account. Detail of Bank Account is as follows:

                                  I recieved a call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan but i not even accept the plan.But after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap .

                                    I approached ICICI Hitech city Hyderabad branch to open Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana account for my one year old baby girl. ICICI branch personnel were asking me to open a savings account for my baby girl in order to open a sukanya samriddhi yojana account for her. As per Government of INDIA notification, account is not required for the baby girl to open a Sukanya samriddhi yojana account and ICICI is forcing its customers to open the account to increase their customer base illegally and it is hightly unethical and illegal on their part to do that. I have a salary account with ICICI bank. Please help in resolving the issue amicably
