I am very disappointed to mention that i had to face ill treatment of your bank employees:
Manish gupta - operations manager and
Nidhi rakesh
At vibhuti khand, gomti nagar lucknow branch.
I have to bring to your attention that i was at your branch today to do a neft transfer and i had to face alot of struggle to do that because your employees were least bothered to entertain their customers and they misbehaved with me.
Now,
1. There was no one at the entry counter to make my entries so the person asked me to do the entry myself. Is this how you work? You don't even have the manpower to manage and help your customers. Why would your customer make a entry himself?
2. As i was unable to do the entries myself, so a person there asked the guard to make those entries for me. Now inspite of having people at counters to make entries, you people allow guards/peon to do that work, he is not even qualified to do that work. He was trying to find someone else to help me. That's how i wasted my time at your bank just to make my entries done.
3. Like that was not enough when the guard/peon was unable to help me out i asked the operations manager mr. Manish gupta to help me out, inspite of asking his employees to get my work done, he began to tell me to get entries done and then talk to him. I don't really understand that is there anything called as building a customer relationship in your bank?
4. After an hour of struggle when i was'nt able to get my entries done and noticed that none of your employees were ready to help so i told mr manish gupta that if this is the way you deal with your customers then i will have to withdraw my accounts from your banks and astonishingly he replies, "ok do it i am least bothered".
5. Not only him but then a lady nidhi rakesh also comes in and joins mukesh and they both started misbehaving with me.
I am currently holding 4 trade accounts as well as savings account in your bank, also i have been a privileged customer of you since 10 years but m really sorry to say that after todays incident i am forced to close all my bank accounts and end all the customer relationship that i have with your bank.
I can see your bank employees are least bothered about their customers, so if you people dont value your customer who give you business then why should i be bothered to be a loyal customer of yours.
Not only misbehaviour but your employees wasted my time and my efforts. I would be happy to end all relationships with your bank rather than continuing because this is intolerable from my side.

Is this even legal to debit any amount the bank wants..? ...also tell me is it a monthly thing or an annual way to loot us.? ...ICICI bank didn't expect this from you..i need all information in detail about all this sent and conveyed to me As soon as possible...!
