I had submitted an online payment to the Director of Sol(DU) on the13 of April 2018. The said amount was 3, 572.46 (three thousand five hundred and seventy two rupees and forty six paisa. The said amount did not reach the Director and I stood a great loss. I had contacted my bank and got all the relevant details and a complaint was registered by my bank(United bank of India, SDArea, New Delhi), after a few days my complaint was rejected as it said my account was debited and had reached the said party. I then contacted the director of SOL( school of open learning) it was investigated by him and no such transfer was shown in their account. My said amount is surely held up on Eazypay's side. I request you to please help me out as it has been 3 months and my money has not been reverted back to me. Thank you

    Am a icici bank customer. Day before yesterday 06-07-18 ecsrtnchg charged 800 rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or SMS or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type of direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you

    Its 8 days still after multiple follow-ups I have received any reply. This is not good, please resolve this issue ASAP.
    WE have received no telephone no. or address for redemption of two nos of bonds. Kindly Help.No.3862 and 3863. D/o issue 01.07.1999 and d/o maturity 1.1.2018. I would like to get contact details as early as possible since I am suffering monetary losses and amount is urgently required for medical purposes.

        This particular bank without any explanations of deduction mentioned in the title, has started deducting money from my account. This seems so uncanny that a customer is not informed about the charges and deducted more than Rs1600. Would request you to take immediate action! I want an immediate refund from the bank of the entire amount deducted and also I have attached the transaction history for reference.

          There were two transactions done on my ICICI account and when I called the ICICI customer support they blocked my card. I asked the executive about why these two transactions doesn't need the OTP for that the executive replied we don't send OTP for international transactions. And said there is no one available from Fraud/Dispute department to take the complaint about the dispute and give proper details about this issue. I don't understand how there could be no one to take complaint about this and I have call back next day. Why a customer be at troublesome when your systems are so easy to do fraud transaction. Why a customer be wasting time and energy on these kind of happenings as its bank's responsibility to identify do needful to customers.

              I have a savings account in noida branch, this account i opened in year 2008 and till 6th july 2018 everything was going well but tomorrow my accountant was freezed claiming by Rohini sector 8 icici branch that due to some personal loan and its payment not been paid its freezed. They called me in office and showed me some loan papers which was not mine all documents was fake there, only my name and my parents name was mentioned by there, i have already senr email to them that all documents showed to me arw fake and doea not belong to me.some one have mentioned mh pan card number on that loan paper rest all documents added in that loan papers noes not match with my details. Kindly help to solve this issue.

                I have been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 07 jul 2018 with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected] new policy. From my icici bank account

                I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

                Utter crap of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.
                Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

                  I have a saving account with ICICI bank. I got deposited Rs 2500 with the bank on 7/05/2018. On the same day 7/05/2018 seven ( 7 ) withdrawals were made. It is unheard of in any bank that they can go on making withdrawals without my consent. I even di not get any message or intimation regarding the same. I was just seeing money go off from my account without anything to do. My monthly average balance is also being shown low.

                  Previously many ECSRTNCHGS were deducted. I thought it was some kind of bank charge but this time after 7 withdrawals without intimation, I had to complain. Please return back the entire amount that you have deducted under this remark or else explain to me why ICICI has deducted the amount.

                  On 16/05/2018 and 17/05/2018 one deduction was done each day. On 15/06/2018, the ECSRTNCGHS charges were deducted five times without intimation. Please explain what is going on. I am calculating my loss because of these charges and it is coming upto some 8000 Rs.

                        I have made payment for nios 2nd year registeration via your bank using central bank debit card but the payment was not successful though the amount is deducted. Tommorow is the last date so please fix the prob. Asap. Otherwise i will not be able to pay the fees. It is a very important issue and revert back my money to the same account from which it was paid

                              Last two months there is overlimit fee reduced i can agree that time there is no money and this month i have added money, now also they reduced amount with overlimit fee. they were looting money like this and tells silly reasons.

                                I Availed Personal Loan From Icici Bank- A/C No. Lppdy[protected] For Rs.10 Lakhs, For 48 Instalments, I Paid 25 Instalments And I Received An Sms From Icici Bank Stating That " There Is No Preclosing Charges If The Loan Is Foreclosed Amd Paid Out Of Own Resources". So I Paid My Loan Outstanding. Now They Demanding The Preclosure Charges Of Rs.30000. How Does The Bank demand The Charges? I Don't Know The Reason. This Issue Puts Me In Mental Stress And Financial Problems. I Plan To Go Consumer Court For This Issue. And Also I Take This Issue To Banking Ombudsman to resolve the problem.

                                  I availed personal loan from icici bank- a/c no. Lppdy[protected] for rs.10 lakhs, for 48 instalments, i paid 25 instalments and i received an sms from icici bank stating that " there is no preclosing charges if the loan is closed and paid out of own resources". So i paid my loan outstanding. Now they demanding the preclosure charges of rs.30000. How the bank demands the charges? i do not know the reason. This issue puts me in mental stress and financial problems. I plan to go consumer court for this issue. And also i take this issue to banking ombudsman.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have taken home loan from ICICI bank with loan account no LBGUR[protected]. I gave mandate 2 times for ECS but they have not get it approved from bank. I gave cheques for the payment of interest but they misplaced the cheques. They don't even inform me until i ask these things.

                                    I sent so many emails to Mini Sharma(mini.[protected]@icicibank.com) and called here but she never reply back to email and pick up the call. She is point of contact for my home loan from icici bank. I am frustrated with icici bank. They are charging late payment charges as well with me.

                                      My father having a saving account no. *3680 in saharanpur.
                                      I would like to bring to your notice that icici bank branch in saharanpur court road, saharanpur is providing the ridiculous and pathetic service ever from the date of opening account till now.

                                      Facing problems:
                                      1. Commitment on fds and also i do not know if the staff is not trained properly or if they are just trying to achieve targets but this is almost like cheating
                                      2. Each and every time they want an application.
                                      3. Branch manager was not in the bank.
                                      4. Wrongly account maintance charges from 2010 to 2015.
                                      5. Deputy branch manager don’t know how to talk with customer and argued.
                                      6. Wrongly atm maintance charges.
                                      7. Even they raise a complaint request in december 2017 till now no solution was provided to me.
                                      8. I submitted a kyc documents 2 times in branch they don’t give any receiving.
                                      9. Many more issues are having with me.
                                      They should understand the need of their customer. There is no backup person as well and the way they respond shows their irresponsibility. I am completely fed up with the service of icici bank and decided to close the savings account and debit card
                                      I do not know if the staff is not trained properly or if they are just trying to achieve targets but this is almost like cheating.
                                      I requested to you, kindly take it seriously, and escalated this case to higher management.

                                      Yes I have experienced same problem with ICICI Bank. It was a joint account and they asked for KYC of second holder. Upon submitting the form and documents, they did not give any acknowledgement and after a few months blocked the account stating that KYC is not done.

                                      You are not alone. This is ICICI Bank's habitual behavior.

                                      In which branch and where it is?
                                      @rahulyahoo's - I had submitted the KYC documents at Pune Aundh Branch of ICICI way back in 2016. The officer who collected the docs from me was Mr. Kapil Dhotre. He confidently said that no acknowledgement will be given and rest assured it will get processed. A few months later you blocked the account stating that the KYC is not done.

                                      Your KYC process & the electronic system that tracks the KYC is faulty. As even other customers seem to have raised a concern on this forum, I thought of sharing my previous similar experience.
