I was working with ICICI bank on Contract basis thro Team 4 u from 25 Oct 2004 to o7 July 2007 with different Post -- i had forwarded the form For withdrawal for PF 2009 --but still i had not receive the same

The employment period was Approx 33 Months.

My Employee Code was 34557

So, Therefore I request you to please look at the matter .and help me to get my PF money transfer to my account from ICICI bank. Provident fund Department.

    ECSRTNCHG Rs. 412 deducted from my account, I need to know the reason for deduction and also ATMDEC Rs. 29 for 8 times. What is happening and why continuesly it is done. And when they will stop deducting, will the money be deducted till the account balance becomes Rs. 0. Kindly I need the reason as soon as possible. And I need to know whether their is possibility of regunding the amount

        Hello,

        We, elite broadband pvt ltd, had opened a current account with "icici bank, IT Tower-3, Infocity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat", IFSC Code: ICIC0001183 ; account number:[protected] on 30/03/2018.

        The bank manager ankit mehta and his collegue ravi vadher personally came to our office for opening the new account. he explained some schemes for the same in which we decided to open a "wealth account" in which we had to deposit a Rs. 5 lac. cheque only once while opening the new acoount.

        By doing so, we were told that we will not be charged for atm card fees, online transaction fees, mobile alert charges, non maintenance of minimum balance charges etc. in short, no charges at all will be applied to our current account. also we will not have to maintain any monthly minimum balance in current account. also they promised for cash and cheque pick-ups on daily basis free of charges.

        we gave him the 5 lac. cheque the next day for opening the account and told him not to deposit the cheque until we say so. even after repeatedly informing him to not deposit the cheque, he went on doing the same twice without informing us. both the cheques were bounced.(on dates 03/04/2018 & 11/04/2018). On 24/04/2018, after getting both of our bounced cheque back to us, we gave him a new Rs.5 Lac cheque in order to open "wealth account", as promised.
        the charges for bounced cheque 118 rs. both the times, which were deducted after some times.

        After a week, online banking id password and atm card for one director were delivered to our office. and the other director's atm card and online banking id password kit were not delivered even till now. we have received mail that the atm card is returned to icici bank due to it could not be delivered. to till date, they are not yet delivered at our location, we have complained about this matter to both ankit mehta and ravi vadher, but always got back no responses at all. they said it will be delivered in some days. but till now no atm card or online access kit is received.

        the charges for atm card usage and online id password kit were deducted already, even if only one director is having access to them and other don't.
        now every month the monthly non maintenance are also being deducted from our account even after we have the "wealth account" with icici bank.

        we also gave 2 cheques to ravi vadher, to deposit them in our account. the cheques are not deposited to till date and after inquiring about this matter, ankit mehta told that they don't have any cheque with them from us.
        (the date for first cheques given to ravi is not remembered correctly, the second cheque was given to him on 09/07/2018).

        After talking to ankit on why we are being charged for monthly non maintenance, he told us that he opened our account with rs. 10000 minimum balance monthly plan, and not the "wealth account", as we were promised and told.
        Also the way he replied to us were very rude and unprofessional as a branch manager.(We also have the phone recording of the same conversation with ankit mehta) in my opinion, he is not even morally suited to fit the role of the branch manager.

        Till date we are charged in total rs. 2490 approximately, by stating many service charges, for which were told to be exempted from under "wealth account". I can send the account statement for your reference if and when needed.

        It is a total fraud by ankit mehta & ravi vadher and breach of customer's faith in icici banking system, by promising something and delivering quite the opposite of what were promised.

        As a matter of fact, we took pleasure in choosing ICICI bank over any other privately owned banks for opening our current account. But at the end, the services and promised offered by you are neither delivered nor propely addressed.

        I also urge the authority to look into this matter and take appropriate actions against the responsible employees.

        Also infrom us what steps could be taken to resolve above mentioned issues, and refunding the inappropriately deducted charge.

          I made an IMPS transaction which was mistakenly done to wrong account so I contacted my branch and ICICI branch, they told me to ask my bank to send a mail regarding this.
          So I gave them the application and asked them to mail ICICI branch so they process my return.
          After 3-4 days the branch manager of ICICI branch says he cannot credit back as the account is dormant and the owner KYC is pending for last 5 years. We cannot process until customer consent.
          I tried to find the owner but his contact number is not working and he changed his home and does not live at the same address.

          Please help, Bank manager is not cooperating and I am unable to get my money back.

            This is regarding "ECSRTNCHGS" charges, where my account as been debited with 413 rupees without my knowledge. May I know the reason for this transaction as clearly I don't have any idea of this. If this is false transaction then refund my kindly refund my money. And this is not the first time that my account as been debited with these charges.Kindly look into this issue .

              I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and today i got a message to deduct rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and make sure you do not debit my money .

                Hi,

                Recently ICICI bank levied 500/- (as late payment fee) + 90/- ([protected]@18%) + 86.81/- (Interest Charges ) + 15.63/- ([protected]@18%) = 692.44/-

                This amount was levied on my June months Credit card statement.

                Actually I need pay 1, 427.55 for the statement date 25/05/2018 and the due date was 12/06/2018. But unfortunately I was missed that date and paid total amount on 18/06/2018 and before the next statement date of 25/06/2018. For the first time I was missed the payment due date!!

                But still ICICI bank levied all the above mentioned charges. Please let me know whether these charges are authentic as per latest RBI guidelines (RBI/2015-16/126, DBR.No.BP.BC.30/21.04.048/2015-16) on Credit card usage and payments ?

                  ICICI payment gateway failure but funds got debited from my icici credit card account i didnt get my money back still While purchasing product on flipkart. But flipkart said that they didnt receive the money from icici and icici people said that money reached to flipkart ask them only as they said.                     I have opened my current account named SRAJ ENTERPRISES with icici bank lok vihar delhi branch. Manish one of icici lok vihar delhi branch sales executive have opened my account. at the time of opening the account i clearly mentioned that i dont required a debit card with my account. but i got charged of debit card. i called manish many of time first he responed my cal but now he is not giving any response of my call. i am fedup with this icici branch service. kindly help me out from this situation and reverse my all unwanted charges done by this bank.

                      I have got a Homeloan acct# LBMUM[protected]. I just wanted to convert from PreEMI to EMI as I cleared the rest amount to builder. I have got the possession/ no due letter from builder. So i don't require any disbursement. I visited the J B nagar mumbai brance couple of times and was told to talk to my relationship mgr who has left the company. I have been told to go to virar Branch. Ask a contact no and they did not have one. Plus they did not provide me a New relationship mgr no. I stay at central line and its difficult to travel so far. Non of ICICI reps are ready to help me. Is Icici not centralized. After talking and visiting the branch I have not been told about the amount on which I need to pay franking charges. I was just given an empty form and no guidance. I had uploaded the no due letter and possession letter on Icici App but no resolution was given. Please help as I have been Robbed by them. I am losing my interest money paid to icicibank. I am feeling most of the staff just want their salary and r not concern about the customers issue.

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        I had switched my my Home Loan from Indiabulls to ICICI recenly. My home Loan number with you is LBDEL[protected].
                        I had given a cheque for Rs. 5900/- as was advised as processing fee at the time of documentation which was presented and cleared on May 29th, 2018. I was told that this is the net amount I am supposed to pay. My sanction letter also mentioned the same which was signed by the ICICI signing authorities (Attached).

                        I was asked to give five security cheques, one of them cancelled and rest blank.

                        One of my security cheque was presented in my account on 03rd July 2018 of amount of rupees 6136/- vide cheque Number 603? On inquiring I was advised it was the processing fee. But my processing fee cheque for Rs 5900 was taken at the time of documentation and the same was cleared on May 29th 2018. But still Mr Jitendra Pandey from Green Park Delhi Branch went ahead and presented the same without any intimation with an intent of fraud. My sanction letter which I received and signed clearly mentioned processing fee of Rs 5900. Please look into the matter as this is criminal intent of cheating and I will file an FIR if the Rs 6136 that was extorted out of my account by unfair means against this criminal Jitendra Pandey and ICICI Bank. Its not the matter of money but intent. He doesn't even reply to any of my mails nor answers his phone. Also, just with the intent of completing his monthly target, he disbursed the Loan on 29th June when I had asked him to disburse the same after July 6th 2018 to which he said that he will get the 6-7 days EMI waived which still has not taken place. I had to pay an extra EMI for Rs. 5677/- other than Rs. 6136/- just because of his criminal intent.

                        Please look into the matter and refund my Rs. 6136 and please take strict action against criminal employee of yours, Mr. Jitendra Pande.

                          I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on[protected]. It was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app wnen i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs.399 which was my recharge amount. It was [protected]@icici, when i transfered 399 rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any recharge massage from jio care and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount immediately to my account.

                                Hello,
                                on 7nth july 2018 at 11.40am i sent 349 Rs to [protected]@icici through my upi for recharging my jio sim -[protected].But i didn't get any plan.
                                i did this process by my jio app and again payment was done through bhim app from my upi id.
                                because of not activating plan i couldn't make call now by my mobile.
                                plz resolve this problem as soon as.OR
                                take the action to refund my money.

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'm,

                                  I would like to inform you that I had done the Payment at NIOS Deled (Secretary NIOS New Delhi) for Enrollment number-[protected] on 04/07/2018
                                  Amount-Rs 6010 (Transaction ID-[protected]) but it showed transaction error but the amount was debited from my Account.
                                  Due to this I again did payment on 06/07/2018 of same Rs 6010 Transaction ID-[protected]) for the same enrollment Number.This is showing on the NIOS portal as it was successful & the amount was deducted from my Account.
                                  Both the payments was made through my SBI Net Banking.
                                  So, Please refund my Rs 6010 which showed error for Transaction ID-[protected] as soon as possible
                                  ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Today I have received email from ICICI saying, "if my payback account is inactive for 24 months, then they will charge me a penalty".

                                    First, they created payback account without asking me. Provided payback reward points. But I'm do have other important work, so did not get time to look into it.

                                    How can ICICI charge for payback account if it is inactive? I take this as a threat to forcefully use their service for shopping. This I think not right.

                                      Cyber fraud of Rs. 76000/- has been done on my ICICI bank account the details are as follows, on 07/05/2018 in the morning I receive a call from phone number i.e [protected] saying that my Aadhar card is not linked with Airtel i.e [protected] so u have to reply the receive message on 121 customer care of Airtel, I have send the message to 121 Airtel customer care after some time my mobile network has gone. In the afternoon I have called the same number and told him that still my mobile is not having network so he reply me that it will take 24hrs to activate. On 08/05/2018 I was not having any mobile network service on my phone from Airtel . On 09/05/2018 when I visited the Airtel gallery in Kalyan they told me it was fraud call and my number was activated in other sim card and the fraud Sim card use no. is[protected] which was activated on 07/05/2018. immediately I have terminated the service of that number and taken a new sim card from the Kalyan Airtel Gallery, when I checked all by banking account I found my ICICI bank account was not working then I visited the ICICI bank ATM, their I found my card is blocked and I was not able to do any kind of transaction, immediately I have call the ICICI bank customer care their I found my Rs.76000/- has been withdrawal on 08/05/2018 through 2 mode of transaction one of Rs. 55000/- and second Rs. 21000/- by using internet banking and using the OTP from my Airtel number which has been hacked on 07/05/2018.
                                      ON 15/5/2018 ICICI bank has deposited Rs. 76000/- in my account but it was just a leger balance i cannot withdraw that amount, then ICICI bank took 1 month time to investigate the entire process and on 14/06/2018 they withdraw the Rs. 76000/- from my account and said it was a legal transition.
                                      But as per the RBI guideline any fraud transition happen and we inform the bank with 3 days time the bank is liable for the fraud transition
                                      Need you help to solve the fraud happen to me.
