I got a call from sameer khurana who was giving credit card with lifetime free charges.
He offered a titan watch and a travel gift voucher and asked for photographs of important documents such as aadhaar and pan card through whatsapp.

      Dear sir,
      I pay gst on behalf of my clients from my savings account. When i pay the same, i write transaction remarks (Client name and month) in the relevant field for reference. When i checked the account statement, the remarks were not visible in the statement. I contacted icici representative, but they too couldnt find the same. Please guide me as to how should i get the details of the same.

        Why icici bank wipe out rs 826 in name of dp charges. I'm not using the demat account why they deduct the amount.
        At least the bank intimate or call me about the deduction the amount.

        I have a serious question to bank. Bank easily open the demat account online but there is no procedure the close the demat account online.
        Why???
        Why the customer need to visit the bank. Our prime minister narender modiji supporting digital india.
        I request to all banks and other firm to close all type of account in any domain for close the account online.

            I am very disappointed to mention that i had to face ill treatment of your bank employees:

            Manish gupta - operations manager and
            Nidhi rakesh

            At vibhuti khand, gomti nagar lucknow branch.

            I have to bring to your attention that i was at your branch today to do a neft transfer and i had to face alot of struggle to do that because your employees were least bothered to entertain their customers and they misbehaved with me.
            Now,

            1. There was no one at the entry counter to make my entries so the person asked me to do the entry myself. Is this how you work? You don't even have the manpower to manage and help your customers. Why would your customer make a entry himself?

            2. As i was unable to do the entries myself, so a person there asked the guard to make those entries for me. Now inspite of having people at counters to make entries, you people allow guards/peon to do that work, he is not even qualified to do that work. He was trying to find someone else to help me. That's how i wasted my time at your bank just to make my entries done.

            3. Like that was not enough when the guard/peon was unable to help me out i asked the operations manager mr. Manish gupta to help me out, inspite of asking his employees to get my work done, he began to tell me to get entries done and then talk to him. I don't really understand that is there anything called as building a customer relationship in your bank?

            4. After an hour of struggle when i was'nt able to get my entries done and noticed that none of your employees were ready to help so i told mr manish gupta that if this is the way you deal with your customers then i will have to withdraw my accounts from your banks and astonishingly he replies, "ok do it i am least bothered".

            5. Not only him but then a lady nidhi rakesh also comes in and joins mukesh and they both started misbehaving with me.

            I am currently holding 4 trade accounts as well as savings account in your bank, also i have been a privileged customer of you since 10 years but m really sorry to say that after todays incident i am forced to close all my bank accounts and end all the customer relationship that i have with your bank.

            I can see your bank employees are least bothered about their customers, so if you people dont value your customer who give you business then why should i be bothered to be a loyal customer of yours.

            Not only misbehaviour but your employees wasted my time and my efforts. I would be happy to end all relationships with your bank rather than continuing because this is intolerable from my side.

The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                 I had tried to book a ticket from icici bank irctc site but unfortunately the transaction was failed on 5th august 2018. When I had tried to contact the icici customer care their representative told me to contact eazypay as they told me that the payment through icici internet banking is done through payment gateway eazypay. As Rupees 560 was deducted from my account . I tried to contact there toll free number was unable to contact them .

                Please help me in getting my rupees 560 back.

                  Hello There,

                  ICICI has made two fraud transactions from my credit card and after that I recive a call from their customer care that the card was not secure and to opt for new secured card by paying some money.

                  1st was on February 18, 2018, of INR 167.91/- (at ICVBP AIRTEL DELHI \ (March 18, 2018; 06:50:03 hrs.)

                  2nd was of INR 35.17 at ICVBP AIRTEL DELHI \ (March 18, 2018; 06:50:03 hrs.).

                  while I have not done these transactions.

                  I raised complaint regarding that, customer care executive told me to send the email to [protected]@icicibank.com, then I receive the call saying that "merchant has declined the transaction" so you have to pay it. And they are adding the penalty fee on disputed amount. Now this has reached to RS.446/-.
                  So I asked the transaction detail of merchant so that I can go to police to raise complain for the merchant, they are not providing the detail, saying that they don't have so much detail.

                  Please help me.

They are in touch since 4-5 months and just transferring the call from one department to other saying that they don't have sufficient information regarding the transaction, please let me know the concern person who can solve the problem.

                  If you can help, please provide me the copy of proof (confirmation mail from merchant for the transaction).

                  And please let me know why did I not receive the OTP no. on my mobile.

                  And please stop these type of fraud work (I know bank is doing these type of fraud transactions themselves) because people earn money by doing their hard work.]

                  And kindly let me know why company grants the card from branch office but doesn't provide any kind of support for credit card. They just say to contact customer care while there is no physical office of customer care and customer care officers just transfer the call, where should be go then?

                      Last month in july 2018 i got a call from icici bank credit card department his name was syed and telemarketing number was +91-[protected]. No response on the status of my application one month has passed even not able to track my application online. Very unprofessional behavior this guy now even blocked my number i am currently holding other bank credit cards as well as good credit score my concern is if they misuse it i request icici bank to take an strict action.

                          I placed a prepaid order for inr 9999 with shop9x.com on 29th july through phonepe from my sbi account. (Utr no[protected] to [protected]@icici. And then cancel the order on 2nd agust. When i canceling my order they told me that within 48hrs my refund will credit to my account. But after 48 hrs the amount wasnt credited, then i try to contact their via mail, toll free number, website but i cant contact them. I think im cheated by them. Sir please helm me to solve this issue urgently. Sir please help me to findout them and get back my money.

                              Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 5/08/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c XX0462
                              I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                              I am Rahul Rakholiya 331.79 Rupees has been deducted from my account as([protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-18) DP changes on 31/07/2018.

                              I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                                  Please note and i want to know the reason or revert my cash anw-chrgs deducted back xxxxxxx6420 a/c

                                  My wife a/c was deposited rs 3500/- on 30 july 2018. From other service by some one else. Where as icici bank deducted rs 150 plus 27 (Gst)=177 as service charge in my account for first cash deposit. Why it is so is not understood. This is some type of cheating i thing

                                    Dear sir
                                    On 7 july i was trying for icici policy on the website and rs2247 has been wrongly debited, even after one month the amount has not been reversed though icici pr has agreed to certify that amount has been recieved by them.
                                    Request to kinndly credit the amount. I am raising. A issue on debit when policy has not been given.

                                    I do got call the next day from icici pru that you have wrongly done the transanction and it was demo one. I mailed the icici pru for cancallation of my policy but they have been very unlistening to my problem. Even i have got call for photo uload after 2-3 days and 2-3 times but even after informing them i do not got my problem resolved.
                                    I am sure with this issue raising my problem will be resolved and maount will be credited in my card.

                                    Afer some time i got to connect with my account and what i am seeing thy have started to cut down from my bank account as smab charges without tellng me.

                                    very much disappointed with the such behaviour by such named companies.

                                      I have applied a credit card under the below application no
                                      Dear customer, your icici bank credit card application [protected]is under process. The final status will be communicated to you within 15 days.
                                      After few days i recieved a message that my application got rejected as below message:

                                      Dear customer, we are unable to approve your credit card application [protected]. Please re-apply after 6 months from the date of your current application.

                                      Two days back i recieved a message that my card have been approved and today i got a message:

                                      Dear customer, you will receive your new icici bank credit card xx600x shortly. On receipt of card, you may change the pin at icici bank atm, imobile, net banking or phone banking. The pin for the card is *. Never share it with anyone. For security reasons, please note your pin & delete this message.

                                      I am confused about this, i think someone doing a fraud application on my name

                                      Please take action and block whatever card is approved on my name

                                        Executive of icici bank came in my and taken two time complete documents before 6 month from than till now i got aprox 50 call for verification
                                        I told them to cancel my credit card request so many time because of so many calls still they could not verified my details its ridiculous i didnt went for credit card they forcefully told me to create that and now it become a headache for me even executive of icici came to me for verification and so many calls as well still its under process i still not interested at all in this bank credit card at all because of this unexpected process even my account is in same bank than its took so many different clauses different executive used to call me they ask me adders parents name and other details and again same as usual kindly my credit card request cancel from your side because of you i never went to other bank who were offering me great deal so kindly cancel my request because you are not able to do it
