no exchange soiled note

Sir i have withdraw 5000 rs. From icici atm in bhiwadi i found a soiled note of 500, so i reached at icici bank bhiwadi to. Change this note. And i told them to change note and in proof i present atm wirhdraw slip but they didnot give responce and told me that we didnot feed this type of note and dinied totaly to change the nota so i request to you to do needfull .

money deducted from bank but did not receive any recharge on my no.

I have recharged my JIO phone number[protected] with my JIO app on 10/7/2018 through payment gateway upi [protected]@icci transaction id ICI26aa[protected]b7a0e68a42f96b8be7 .

Amount has been debited from my bank account but no recharge has been done to My number.

I request you to see that the recharge is done immediately or return my amount Rs399/

wrong credit card issued and not taking any action now

I raised request for the credit card online where it showed me that I am illegible for lifetime free coral card. The request was raised on 14th May, 2018 and I also received an email regarding the confirmation. After that, there was some technical issue on their website and they asked me to submit the docs. I did the same.

Now the card I received is Platinum card ( which I was using earlier also). And they are denying to issue...

I receive a call from icici office from mumbai and they just tell about their policy and said tell your name to other person who call you and deduct 1800 rupees from my account . I tried to call CUSTOMER CARE and computer said you have reached your daily call limit, what a ### means one call in a day i think i have to switch my account from icici to another....

icici bank charged in name of atmdec chg

Hi,
From my account, there was an deduction of INR 29.50 TWICE without any reason...it was described in the statement as ATMDEC CHG.From Internet i found that this charge was due to ATM's not having enough cash whereas I have enough cash in my account.
.And how come this charge can be levied to me.That's the problem with the ATM right...Please do resolve it....

amount transferred to wrong account

I have added a new payee in ICICI bank (A/c[protected] with below details

BRANCH: KUNKALAMARRU

There is type error in account number (big number). However Payee got confirmed where as right A/c is : [protected]
