I have paid train fare of irctc ticket booking of rs 1330 through eazy pay.com website on 8th august 2018 by my syndicate bank rupey card. Transaction was successful with transaction id [protected] but ticket status is showing the failed. Irctc saying that they have not received train fare in their account on 08 august 2018. I want know where my amount has credited. I want reimbursement of the same. Icici bank customer care is not responding. I have been mailing since last week of august 2018 to [protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com but no response. No customer care no eazypay.com. Since their would any way or solution to find where my amount has credit so that bank can reverse but all in the vain. Please help me to slove my matter soon

    I am icici user since more than 6 years and recently while going through my transactions i saw the deduction of some charges by the bank not only once but twice for the same month without informing me about the charges.

    What is this and why am i being charged for this, even once charged is understood why twice for the same month.

      I am mohan karna b, i have an savings bank account in icici bank, branch, secunderabad, on 12.08.2018 i have swiped an amount of rs. 25, 450/- in vaibhav jewelers visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh which was failed and after some time it was credited into my account & after failure of 1st transaction i swiped again this time also amount debited in my account but not credited in vendor / my account also, after that i called to customer care immediately they suggested to draft the mail and given this mail id to send, which is an huge amount so i request you to respond as early as possible in this matter. For your reference i am here with attaching the transaction copies. Feel free to contact about this issue at any time.

      I received a ICICI credit card in November 2017, the card annual fee/member fee charges is 499.

      i have not made a single transaction, but bank has sent me a massage after six months that you outstanding due amount is 5509.
      I had a failed transaction or rupees 620 via Phonepe on April 4th 2022 the transaction was failed but amount was deducted. Phpe confirmed me that the refund is initiated but I have not received the refund yet.

        A sum of 413 is deducted from my account as ECSRTNCHGS. Kindly let me know the reason for that. And also why ICICI is debiting charges like this every year. I need to know why the amount has been deducted. I’m really disappointed having my account in ICICI. Always they are charging for something on customer without any proper description or prior notice of deduction

          I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs. 1799/- from my saving account. Again on 02 aug. 2018 they deducted a sum of rupees 1899/- from my saving account. I don't need this plan actually.

          Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

          There are no DUE's on my savings account neither any loans were my ICIC savings account is linked to auto debit, still there is an ECSRTNCHG. Please let me know for which loan this amount is bounced to.

            Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 14/08/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95'.
            I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
            This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95 is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

My account has been debited by SMAB charges many times (594 rs n 100 rs ) since FEB 2018 months. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong. I contacted customer care & they suggested me to visit nearest branch.This is horrible for me. Request you to look in to this on priority & revert my money. As ICICI have no privileges to deduct my money without any intimation.

                    Hello,

                    On friday 07th august 2018 amount of 4880 rs was deducted from my account at a restaurant against a wrongly generated bill.

                    But as soon as we realized we informed the manager within 10 mins. Hence it was not settled he gave us the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 48 hours the amt will be refunded to my account.

                    On the same day, i contacted the customer care executive of icici bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 7 working days.

                    I waited for 7 working days and found no refund credited into my account

                    I contacted the customer care executive of icici bank on friday that is 10th august 2018 where they took my complaint and asked me to send the void sale receipt image (Which i did) through the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com where the disputes team would check and refund your amount.

                    To resolve this issue the bank is again saying they need 7 to 16 working days more to investigate and see where the amount is stuck.

                    Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

                    on 28th May 2020, I swiped my ICICI debit card on my name Ankush Gajanan Lambe for Rs.50, 000 at SURYA electronics wakad, Pune.
                    The amount was mistakenly withdrawn by merchant and the seller manager void the transaction at same day 28th May 2020 within in 5 minutes .

                    The amount was debited from my account but still not credited to my account after void the transaction.Kindly help us to refund my debited amount.

                    I contacted the customer care executive of icici bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 2 -3 working days.

                    I waited for 8-10 working days and found no refund credited into my account

                    Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

                        I had purchased the above bond in the name of my grand gurmehar kaur u/g kulbinder kaur.in march my daughter had put up the claim for payment of maturity amount and completed all the paper work and other formalities.in april end reminders were sent to 3iinfo tech, the company who is making payment on behalf of icici bank but it was being told every time that the claim is under process.in the meanwhile we had to shift the residence for extensive repair and renovation.in may end my daughter again sent the reminder for payment but it was told that the payment draft was sent but it was returned as undelivered. As required by 3iinfotech alternative address was
                        Given but instead making payment 3iinfotech is avoiding payment deliberately and harassing me and my family with lame excuses and requirements now and then. The case was also referred to customer care icici bank but instead of solving the problem it again told me to contact the investor icici bank ie 3iinfo tech. 3infotech and icici bank. I was told to get the approval of bank concerned to accept he draft. Sr manager pnb immediately sent his approval intimated to customer care that draft will be received and credited to grmehar's account. Now mr yogesh is asking the id and name of bank manager. Bank is dealing having documents value/currency worth crores without bank managers i d and name and it is question of just rs 25000.00 only. We had requested to 3iinfotech and icici bank to transfer the amount through neft but that has also not being done.
                        2 i am veteran from indian defence service and being harassed and our own money is not being paid by bank. Kindly help us out and bank kindly be told to transfer the amount direct to gurmehar kaur bank for which details are already with 3iinfo tech the details of account are gurmehar kaur u/g kulbinder kaur a/c [protected] punjab national bank b r s nagar ludhiana 414012. Ms rashmi, mr yogesh are the dealing persons from 3iinfotech, international infotech park tower no 5 3rd floor railway station complex vashi navi mumbai 400703 email id [protected]@icicibank.com from customer care emails were received from anugu reddy, monikanth and shagufta memon.                         I have taken up the case many times with customer care ICICI bank and Investor ICICI (3iInfo Tech)but so for case has not ben resolved. Since case has already been discussed through correspondence at length as such further action required is to transfer the maturity amount of Rs 25000.00 to Bond holder's Bank account viz Gurmehar Kaur U/G Kulbinder Kaur A/C [protected], Punjab National Bank B R S Nagar Ludhiana.                         Reference my complaint/grievance against ICICI bank and 3iInfo tech regarding maturity payment of Children Growth Bond jointly held with my grand daughter Gurmehar Kaur u/G Kubinder kaur, my daughter. Folio No 0378414. Intimation 3info Tech -Children Growth Bond 022001-CGB Bond holder 0378414 CGB1353B[protected] dated 23 Oct 2017. Certificate No 165 Distinctive No 27692769.

                        2 I am still waiting for any positive information from u or 3i Info Tech or ICICI Bank although I had made a request about 1 month earlier. ie 12 August 2018.
                        3 Since I reported the case to you some major changes have taken place ie Gurmehar Kaur has become major and A/C with Punjab national bank is no more valid and is in the process of being closed. Gurmehar has moved to Australia and now is student of a university there. As such 3i Info Tech/ ICICI Bank may kindly be asked to send the money to her to Australia or it can also be paid to some authorised person on her behalf in India. All necessary information /papers duly signed by her will be sent on hearing from you or ICICI bank or 3iInf Tech. An early positive response is awaited please.                             Am an icici bank customer. Today 10-08-18 ecsrtnchg charged 472 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.

                              Kindly refer to my lpg id : 641711
                              And the transaction no.[protected]

                              I booked a hp gas cylinder on 9 august from myhpgas.in portal through bhim upi (Icici bank), the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
                              The amount of rs. 782.50/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

                              More over i did mot receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
                              Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

                                  Why is it happening? Even there were sufficient balance to deduct monthly sip's. What is you are expecting from customers and was it done due to your software issue or intentionally, if intentionally so is any plan for targetting world richest bank by taking the charges without any reasons. If it was done due to insufficient data you have then how the people believe you (Icici bank), it makes your bank becomes worst bank in india. I am expecting clear explanation from you asap.

                                      Icici has charged inconsistent amount of ecs charges and on checking back with icici main branch (, electronics city, phase 1, near infosys ltd), the deputy manager was clueless and helpless to explain the same with proper reasons.
                                      This is a big concern.. As i have lost the money to the bank and cannot remit it back.
                                      I had an ecs mandate on sip plan as 5 transaction of 5000 per month.
                                      Due to unavoidable circumstances, i was not able to maintain the required balance.
                                      However the bank has charged till today 12 ecs mandate charges, which is 472 rs/- per transaction.
                                      There is no guarantee that further ecs mandate charges will not be applied.
                                      Icici should have charged 10 ecs, for 5 funds for two months, but have charged 12 till today and might continue further.
                                      I need an appropriate reason and the extra charges deducted, to be resolved asap.

                                        Hello sir/madam
                                        This is amitav pattanayak. I am having a saving account with icici bank for more than 5 years. They have deducted rs 697.34 from 1000 which i borrowed from somebody two days back though i am going through financial upheaval myself. They did the same 2 months back too. My point is when i was keeping lakhs or rs in account they were paying peanuts against that but when i am going through financial crisis myself if bank itself consume my balance which i borrowed for sustenance then how could i manage. I don't know their way of calculating minimum balance charge but please look through it if they are following all the guidelines of rbi before charging any saving account.
