I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on[protected]. It was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app wnen i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs.399 which was my recharge amount. It was [protected]@icici, when i transfered 399 rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any recharge massage from jio care and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount immediately to my account.

    My account no[protected] has been automatically deducted account balance, I have not withdraw any amount, this is second time I am facing this problem, last time also bank employee add some policy in my account and after complaints he has withdraw scheme,
    Again and again if this type things happen from bank, I will close my account and also withdraw all account of my family, this bank branch also not supported for any inquires,

        Hello,
        on 7nth july 2018 at 11.40am i sent 349 Rs to [protected]@icici through my upi for recharging my jio sim -[protected].But i didn't get any plan.
        i did this process by my jio app and again payment was done through bhim app from my upi id.
        because of not activating plan i couldn't make call now by my mobile.
        plz resolve this problem as soon as.OR
        take the action to refund my money.

          Dear Sir/Ma'm,

          I would like to inform you that I had done the Payment at NIOS Deled (Secretary NIOS New Delhi) for Enrollment number-[protected] on 04/07/2018
          Amount-Rs 6010 (Transaction ID-[protected]) but it showed transaction error but the amount was debited from my Account.
          Due to this I again did payment on 06/07/2018 of same Rs 6010 Transaction ID-[protected]) for the same enrollment Number.This is showing on the NIOS portal as it was successful & the amount was deducted from my Account.
          Both the payments was made through my SBI Net Banking.
          So, Please refund my Rs 6010 which showed error for Transaction ID-[protected] as soon as possible

            Today I have received email from ICICI saying, "if my payback account is inactive for 24 months, then they will charge me a penalty".

            First, they created payback account without asking me. Provided payback reward points. But I'm do have other important work, so did not get time to look into it.

            How can ICICI charge for payback account if it is inactive? I take this as a threat to forcefully use their service for shopping. This I think not right.

              Cyber fraud of Rs. 76000/- has been done on my ICICI bank account the details are as follows, on 07/05/2018 in the morning I receive a call from phone number i.e [protected] saying that my Aadhar card is not linked with Airtel i.e [protected] so u have to reply the receive message on 121 customer care of Airtel, I have send the message to 121 Airtel customer care after some time my mobile network has gone. In the afternoon I have called the same number and told him that still my mobile is not having network so he reply me that it will take 24hrs to activate. On 08/05/2018 I was not having any mobile network service on my phone from Airtel . On 09/05/2018 when I visited the Airtel gallery in Kalyan they told me it was fraud call and my number was activated in other sim card and the fraud Sim card use no. is[protected] which was activated on 07/05/2018. immediately I have terminated the service of that number and taken a new sim card from the Kalyan Airtel Gallery, when I checked all by banking account I found my ICICI bank account was not working then I visited the ICICI bank ATM, their I found my card is blocked and I was not able to do any kind of transaction, immediately I have call the ICICI bank customer care their I found my Rs.76000/- has been withdrawal on 08/05/2018 through 2 mode of transaction one of Rs. 55000/- and second Rs. 21000/- by using internet banking and using the OTP from my Airtel number which has been hacked on 07/05/2018.
              ON 15/5/2018 ICICI bank has deposited Rs. 76000/- in my account but it was just a leger balance i cannot withdraw that amount, then ICICI bank took 1 month time to investigate the entire process and on 14/06/2018 they withdraw the Rs. 76000/- from my account and said it was a legal transition.
              But as per the RBI guideline any fraud transition happen and we inform the bank with 3 days time the bank is liable for the fraud transition
              Need you help to solve the fraud happen to me.

                  Sir i have withdraw 5000 rs. From icici atm in bhiwadi i found a soiled note of 500, so i reached at icici bank bhiwadi to. Change this note. And i told them to change note and in proof i present atm wirhdraw slip but they didnot give responce and told me that we didnot feed this type of note and dinied totaly to change the nota so i request to you to do needfull .

                    Amount has been debited from my bank account but no recharge has been done to My number.

                      I am Manish Bhatt, having a saving account in your bank at Saket branch, Delhi. My account no. is[protected]. My freind deposited 1200rs. on 11th July 2018 . You have deducted 1&&rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

                        I raised request for the credit card online where it showed me that I am illegible for lifetime free coral card. The request was raised on 14th May, 2018 and I also received an email regarding the confirmation. After that, there was some technical issue on their website and they asked me to submit the docs. I did the same.

                        Now the card I received is Platinum card ( which I was using earlier also). And they are denying to issue Coral credit card. Tried to contact customer care many a times but they are not taking this matter seriously.

                          Iam a ICICI Bank Customer with A/c No:[protected]. This is a salary account. In this a/c put an amount to this account. After putting the amount they deducted a 500 rs to my account for atm card. No problem for that but i didn't got any messages from icici bank. Then i gave a cheque for someone because i dont know about the deduction. Then they also deducted the cheque bouncing charges it is rs 481.. Also i didn't get any messages ... Then i call the customer care and asked about the security about the bank account they told me that you must check the balance through app or atm... Please make a solution for this...

                              I receive a call from icici office from mumbai and they just tell about their policy and said tell your name to other person who call you and deduct 1800 rupees from my account . I tried to call CUSTOMER CARE and computer said you have reached your daily call limit, what a ### means one call in a day i think i have to switch my account from icici to another.

                                We already paid total outstanding amount of credit card & we cancelled the same but till yet we have received the message that Rs. 2055 amount has been outstanding on June month. Can you explain it when we already paid total outstanding amount of June month before bill issued & cancelled credit card by phone banking officer . So, why credit card department issued bill to us.
                                We request you to please reverse this charges in my credit card account & fully closed my credit card at earliest possible.

                                  From my account, there was an deduction of INR 29.50 TWICE without any reason...it was described in the statement as ATMDEC CHG.From Internet i found that this charge was due to ATM's not having enough cash whereas I have enough cash in my account.
                                  .And how come this charge can be levied to me.That's the problem with the ATM right...Please do resolve it.

                                    There is type error in account number (big number). However Payee got confirmed where as right A/c is : [protected]

                                    My First question is why payee got confirmed

                                    I have done transfer for 2000/- on june 28th 2018.

                                    While doing fund transfer it should fail, but it succeeded. When you are relying on only account number then why do you need all other details.

                                    I have contacted ICICI branch manager, there is service request# SR[protected] raised but So far I have not got my money back.

                                    Could you please return my money as soon as possible. If this is not going to happen I will have to proceed with Banking OMBUDSMAN /legal.

                                      Hi Team, My Saving Account Number[protected]VASANTHAN) had some deduction from May 2018 for MAB Charges + Service Tax worth of 1803.04 totally.

                                      07 May 18 - Rs 502 + GST
                                      05 Jun 18 - Rs 501 + GST
                                      19 Jun 18 - Rs 525 + GST

                                      Yesterday I got a call from ICICI customer care, someone said that there minimum balance of 5000, thats why amount deducted from the account. We are from middle class, If I know that time itself I will draw all my money & close it.I requested you to please refund me my 1803.04 Rupees to my account.

                                        Hi sir,
                                        I am uday here. My complaint is regarding the 'credit card amount outstanding' in the bill it was showing. i have done the transaction at flipkart and the transaction worth price is 9999 on may 2nd. due to some internet issue the payment gateway is pending and amount debited from my credit card account still i didnt get refund to my credit card. and also there is no proof and no 'transaction id' is generated and i didnt get any mail regarding that amount but the statement it self showing outstanding and they are charging interest on that forcing me to pay. i have every thing proofs and mail proof from flipkart side that they haven't receive the money to flipkart and to vendor. but ICICI bank side debited money and asking me to pay with interest. and i have contacted the icici team many times got escalations but no proper response from their side. So i request you to please resolve my issue regarding credit card outstanding amount. and i got mail proof from flipkart side that they didnt receive amount from ICICI bank to vendor or flipkart and 'find the below attached mail proof from flipkart'. So finally i request you to get back my money to my credit card account including interest charges as soon as possible.
