Sir i have withdraw 5000 rs. From icici atm in bhiwadi i found a soiled note of 500, so i reached at icici bank bhiwadi to. Change this note. And i told them to change note and in proof i present atm wirhdraw slip but they didnot give responce and told me that we didnot feed this type of note and dinied totaly to change the nota so i request to you to do needfull .

    I have recharged my JIO phone number[protected] with my JIO app on 10/7/2018 through payment gateway upi [protected]@icci transaction id ICI26aa[protected]b7a0e68a42f96b8be7 .

    Amount has been debited from my bank account but no recharge has been done to My number.

    I request you to see that the recharge is done immediately or return my amount Rs399/

      I am Manish Bhatt, having a saving account in your bank at Saket branch, Delhi. My account no. is[protected]. My freind deposited 1200rs. on 11th July 2018 . You have deducted 1&&rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

        I raised request for the credit card online where it showed me that I am illegible for lifetime free coral card. The request was raised on 14th May, 2018 and I also received an email regarding the confirmation. After that, there was some technical issue on their website and they asked me to submit the docs. I did the same.

        Now the card I received is Platinum card ( which I was using earlier also). And they are denying to issue Coral credit card. Tried to contact customer care many a times but they are not taking this matter seriously.

          Dear Sir,
          Iam a ICICI Bank Customer with A/c No:[protected]. This is a salary account. In this a/c put an amount to this account. After putting the amount they deducted a 500 rs to my account for atm card. No problem for that but i didn't got any messages from icici bank. Then i gave a cheque for someone because i dont know about the deduction. Then they also deducted the cheque bouncing charges it is rs 481.. Also i didn't get any messages ... Then i call the customer care and asked about the security about the bank account they told me that you must check the balance through app or atm... Please make a solution for this...

              I receive a call from icici office from mumbai and they just tell about their policy and said tell your name to other person who call you and deduct 1800 rupees from my account . I tried to call CUSTOMER CARE and computer said you have reached your daily call limit, what a ### means one call in a day i think i have to switch my account from icici to another.

                We already paid total outstanding amount of credit card & we cancelled the same but till yet we have received the message that Rs. 2055 amount has been outstanding on June month. Can you explain it when we already paid total outstanding amount of June month before bill issued & cancelled credit card by phone banking officer . So, why credit card department issued bill to us.
                We request you to please reverse this charges in my credit card account & fully closed my credit card at earliest possible.

                Kindly look into do the needful on priority basis.

                On 4th July 2018, I received a message stating that my One assist Plan had been renewed.
                I don't want to renew the the plan. So kindly deactivate the plan at the earliest and refund the amount .

                  From my account, there was an deduction of INR 29.50 TWICE without any reason...it was described in the statement as ATMDEC CHG.From Internet i found that this charge was due to ATM's not having enough cash whereas I have enough cash in my account.
                  .And how come this charge can be levied to me.That's the problem with the ATM right...Please do resolve it.

                    I have added a new payee in ICICI bank (A/c[protected] with below details

                    Bank: ANDHRA Bank

                    BRANCH: KUNKALAMARRU
                    NAME: KATTEMPUDI MAHESH

                    There is type error in account number (big number). However Payee got confirmed where as right A/c is : [protected]

                    My First question is why payee got confirmed

                    I have done transfer for 2000/- on june 28th 2018.

                    While doing fund transfer it should fail, but it succeeded. When you are relying on only account number then why do you need all other details.

                    I have contacted ICICI branch manager, there is service request# SR[protected] raised but So far I have not got my money back.

                    Could you please return my money as soon as possible. If this is not going to happen I will have to proceed with Banking OMBUDSMAN /legal.

                      Hi Team, My Saving Account Number[protected]VASANTHAN) had some deduction from May 2018 for MAB Charges + Service Tax worth of 1803.04 totally.

                      07 May 18 - Rs 502 + GST
                      05 Jun 18 - Rs 501 + GST
                      19 Jun 18 - Rs 525 + GST

                      Yesterday I got a call from ICICI customer care, someone said that there minimum balance of 5000, thats why amount deducted from the account. We are from middle class, If I know that time itself I will draw all my money & close it.I requested you to please refund me my 1803.04 Rupees to my account.

                        I am uday here. My complaint is regarding the 'credit card amount outstanding' in the bill it was showing. i have done the transaction at flipkart and the transaction worth price is 9999 on may 2nd. due to some internet issue the payment gateway is pending and amount debited from my credit card account still i didnt get refund to my credit card. and also there is no proof and no 'transaction id' is generated and i didnt get any mail regarding that amount but the statement it self showing outstanding and they are charging interest on that forcing me to pay. i have every thing proofs and mail proof from flipkart side that they haven't receive the money to flipkart and to vendor. but ICICI bank side debited money and asking me to pay with interest. and i have contacted the icici team many times got escalations but no proper response from their side. So i request you to please resolve my issue regarding credit card outstanding amount. and i got mail proof from flipkart side that they didnt receive amount from ICICI bank to vendor or flipkart and 'find the below attached mail proof from flipkart'. So finally i request you to get back my money to my credit card account including interest charges as soon as possible.

                          For automatic attempts by online parties, my account is debited multiple times in the name of POSDEC Charges. It makes an arguable sense when the POS is a physical one. But for online attempts, which happen without the account holder's notice, how audacious it is to incur charges?

                            I am bank holder of ICICI bank but i have faced some problem from customer care. They not give any solution of queries.
                            I have query, My account balance showing Rs.1361 dated[protected] but when i withdraw from ATM its showing insufficient fund and I call to customer care and they said that lien on your saving account due to Gold loan with amount of Rs.1990/-. I have cleared my gold loan in last year in month of July 2017 and now bank lien on my saving account and and i confirm solution from your customer care executive and he said that contact with branch where gold loan taken.Its not possible for me contact with branch and today Rs.1999/- deduct from my account without any intimation.
                            So request to look into this matter and confirm the same on priority basis.

They are like terrorist who are terrorising people everyday on phone. How do they get our numbers please do something and arrest these goons before they illegally transfer people money into their account and use it for terror activities.

                                I had submitted an online payment to the Director of Sol(DU) on the13 of April 2018. The said amount was 3, 572.46 (three thousand five hundred and seventy two rupees and forty six paisa. The said amount did not reach the Director and I stood a great loss. I had contacted my bank and got all the relevant details and a complaint was registered by my bank(United bank of India, SDArea, New Delhi), after a few days my complaint was rejected as it said my account was debited and had reached the said party. I then contacted the director of SOL( school of open learning) it was investigated by him and no such transfer was shown in their account. My said amount is surely held up on Eazypay's side. I request you to please help me out as it has been 3 months and my money has not been reverted back to me. Thank you

                                  WE have received no telephone no. or address for redemption of two nos of bonds. Kindly Help.No.3862 and 3863. D/o issue 01.07.1999 and d/o maturity 1.1.2018. I would like to get contact details as early as possible since I am suffering monetary losses and amount is urgently required for medical purposes.

                                    My name is Rohit Joshi having account in bank of baroda, My account no is [protected].

                                    On 2.6.18 I erroneously transferred money into ICICI account[protected], instead of[protected]. The transaction amount is Rs 30000/-.

                                    Upon noticing my error I immediately approached Bank of baroda, guntakal Branch, Anantapur Dist. to freeze the amount which I transferred to ICICI and the same is freezed.

                                      This particular bank without any explanations of deduction mentioned in the title, has started deducting money from my account. This seems so uncanny that a customer is not informed about the charges and deducted more than Rs1600. Would request you to take immediate action! I want an immediate refund from the bank of the entire amount deducted and also I have attached the transaction history for reference.

                                        There were two transactions done on my ICICI account and when I called the ICICI customer support they blocked my card. I asked the executive about why these two transactions doesn't need the OTP for that the executive replied we don't send OTP for international transactions. And said there is no one available from Fraud/Dispute department to take the complaint about the dispute and give proper details about this issue. I don't understand how there could be no one to take complaint about this and I have call back next day. Why a customer be at troublesome when your systems are so easy to do fraud transaction. Why a customer be wasting time and energy on these kind of happenings as its bank's responsibility to identify do needful to customers.
