I did imps txn, it is debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary bank (Pmc bank). I received below message for the same-

Dear customer, imps txn ref [protected] for rs. [protected] is timed out at beneficiary bank on 05-jul-2018 14:04:32. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

Please give me solution as soon as possible.

    I have face a problem i have a icici bank account and there is some unauthorized transaction of inr 1235.25 and the merchant name is showing in this transaction is digital riv

    Transaction date: 04/07/2018

    So many people have faced this fraudulent. Please check in google so many have complaint against this and icici is not responding or investigating! Is this why we are trusting icici with our money? I definitely will make sure i get my money back

      Some icici bank person called me regarding credit card they took all the document, they collected document one week ago. Now im trying to call those people they are not responding after i told my name they are disconnecting call is this way of handle customer they don't have small sense to respond to to call. Disconnecting customer call not a rigt way its show the how bad your bank employee. If its rejected they should send mail back instead of that rejecting call is not way.. I need confirmation regarding this i got call from below number:[protected]

        Dear icici team,

        With due respect i made a payment to nios through icici payment gateway deled 2nd semester examination fees
        Rs 510/-on 3/7/2018 and 2nd year academic session fees rs 6010/- on 4/7/2018. On 5/7/2018 i successfully make this payment again to confirm admission. Till bow i did not get the refund of my previous transactions (2times).

        I made this payment through sbi net banking & please refund the total amount rs 6520/- mentioned below the account furnished.

              I have recharged my jio no, on 3rd july 2018 at 08:52:49 pm through myjio app using upi [protected]@icici, my account is debited and money deducted from my account rs 349. But the recharge is not done and also did not get my money back to my account.
              I have used sbibhim upi app.

              I have used sbi bhim upi app. I have attached the deduction statement from my bank also the debited sms from my bank.

              Response from ICICI Bank :

              If funds transferred from Non ICICI Bank account, you need to take up the issue with that non ICICI Bank from where the funds transfer has been initiated.
              So that, the Non ICICI Bank will raise the concern to ICICI Bank, then our team will be able to provide the resolution on the complaint.

              After receiving response from ICICI, I have mailed and complained to SBI . But Still no response .
              I have received response from ICICI on 9th July, 2018 and then mailed to SBI at that moment, Unfortunately today is 15th July No response from them even NO email communication from SBI .

              I think there should be some automated refund process or policy . As Govt wants more online transaction but the banks are very careless and not at all customer friendly .

              After this type of harassment why people will transfer money through online ??

                I have been icici customer since long time. I am overseas and just observed they charged me 826.00 inr on 29th may, 2018 for demat account!!! I have never activated or used demat account till now.

                There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction on my email or phone. This is absolutely absurd. My account number is:[protected]

                Hoping to receive it back otherwise, i'm closing this account as soon as i reach india.

                Do you even read whole complaint? I'm outside inside India and your officials kept trying to get in touch with me on my Indian number which is not activated. This is STILL has NOT been resolved and I don't understand for what you charged me 826/- when I NEVER applied demat account in my life - as I don't do that sort of stuff EVER.

                Please deposit back money and check who bloody created demat account in your system and investigate why he created it - on what grounds.

                  The amount rs. 359 deducted from my bank account on 16/06/2018, but im not got any recharge to my airtel mobile no or any refund to my bank account, this is very ridiculous and my feeling so frustrated, i was also called to no [protected] icici care, but that representative putted my call on hold and after long time, it was hung by their end. I want my refund asap, its also 20 days passed now. Please find attached screenshot for details of my mobile no and error mesage from my airtel app at time of processing transactions.

                      There has been a fraud/unauthorized transaction from my debt card with details as under
                      A purchase of inr 24, 057.44 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx8362 on 02-july-18. Info: min* myer consum. At the time of transaction i was having my debit card and i have never shared my pin or other details to anyone and for this transaction even i did not receive otp, without otp how transaction happened.
                      I also raised a complain to icici bank and complain number is sr[protected].
                      Please look into this matter and refund my money back.

                          Sir,
                          I have ICICI Bank Credit card number 4375 xxxx xxxx xxxx, I had Wealth Account, My Client ID is[protected], I paid every payment on time, I many times requested to Customer Care of ICICI Bank at their number [protected], That I need Paper Statement at my Home or my Credit Card Bill, They Told me It will Be Enabled, The Matter is I paid near about 32000/- amount of bill a month ago from where the dispute arose.
                          I missed a payment of 1190/- in the month March 2018, and bank leveled late fee penalty and finance charges on this, I called at ICICI Bank's customer care, that it happened first time and you can check my track record, that i paid every payment/bill on time and full bill, I never paid minimum mount just paid full, and this happens when I did not received the statement so this payment missed, but they refused to reverse late payment penalty and finance charges, i told him if i can pay near about 32000/- one month earlier then why i will not pay just 1190/- this month, and why i bear late payment when bank did not sent me statement on time. from here the dispute started, i requested them many times on their customer care phone number, but I think ICICI bank have policy that Grab money of innocent customer who are good at payment track record, never listen them, who pay on time, impose penalty on their statement if one time they miss any payment and I think they intentionally dont send statement on time so that customer missed the payment and they impose heavy penalty and make money and bound customer to pay more.
                          I 5-6 times called their customer support number for reversal of extra charges and told them i am ready to pay full amount. but they denied to reverse the charges . I emailed at their customer care email which is customer.[protected]@icicibank.com on 6 - April 2018, then 10 -April 2018, then 11-April-2018, 13-April 2018, 16 - April 2018, 18-april2018, but they refused to listen and threated me to send my name in CIBIL due to non payment, i told them i am ready to pay and check i always paid on time but why i pay late payment when bank did not send me statement on time. but they refused /listen.
                          then i send registered letter at their Grievance department. whose Indian postal booking receipt i am attaching here and mentioned all the incident and requested for reversal of all late payment and other charges but I never till date received any answer from ICICI bank Greivance deparment, they just mentioned false address, and never response to Customer Grievance, registtery receipt number is RL A RP[protected]IN to Mr Subhendra Tripathy, ICICI Bank, Grievance Cell, Hydraband, but no any response,
                          Then I booked my Grievance/complaint regarding all incident online at their website whose number is 000C5aDCJR25RGQ2:Re Level1Complaint / Credit Card, but till date i never received any response, just a regular email about making payment with every month increasing penalty fee and late payment charges, then i emailed to [protected]@icicibank.com regarding all incident and requested them to reverse all charges but still no response, and in the mean time today i come to know they have permanently blocked my card when i called to their customer care department when i wanted to know that i need contact number of any head of the department so i can tell them, how bank officials neglecting customer's concerns, when customer is good at payment and willing to make payment but bank intentionally wants to Grab my hard earned money by imposing heavy penality fee, when bank intentionally failed to deliver statement on time.

                          Sir, It is requested that just need that and from the day 1 I am requesting bank to reverse my late payment charges, finance charges and i am ready to pay all dues and now one more request just provide me and other customers of the bank statement on time so they can pay on time. and reactivate my blocked card.

                                Kindly solve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible

                                  Iam a saving a/c holder of ICICI Bank. Today amount of Rs.588 was deducted from my account without any prior notice. I don't know why this deduction has done. Need an immediate refund and clear explanation why this was done.                                     I don't have knowledge o[censored]sing this one assist scheme. Kindly deactivate my one assist icici membership as soon as possible for smooth function and also don't debit amt from my account. I have not used this scheme and also not aware of this product. So i request to cancel my membership as early as possible. Do the needful

                                      I would like to register a complaint about the payment of rs 3891.00 against new airtel broadband connection at my residence in greater noida. Please go through the series of events/discussion below:

                                      I made a online payment of rs 3891.00 from my icici bank account[protected] on01/06/2018 for a new airtel broadband connection at my residence f5-1605, panchsheel greens 1, sector 16-b, greater noida west, up-201009.

                                      This amount of rs 3891.00 is 3 months charge including gst on a monthly package of rs 875.00. I informed the airtel employee about this transaction who is handling the connection in my society.

                                      Next day, that employee informed me that they have not received the amount.

                                      I contacted my icici bank and informed them about the same. They provided me the payment id for this transaction which is[protected].

                                      Icici bank asked me to follow up with airtel with this payment id.
                                      I informed the executive about this id and he again said that payment has not been received.

                                      On this, i requested the airtel executive to send me an email from official id about the same so that i can officially lodge a complaint in icici bank. The policy of icici bank says that in case of any failed online transaction where amount has been debited but not credited with merchant, the said amount will automatically get reverted within 7 days. Failing which they can register a complaint.

                                      I received an email from "a_manish. [protected]@airtelworld.com" (The airtel executive with whom i was interacting) send me an email on 09/06/2018 confirming the same that amount has not been received by airtel.

                                      I forwarded the same email to icici bank transaction dispute teamon 09/06/2018 to register a complaint about this, complaint no sr[protected].

                                      After proper investigation, on 11/06/2018, i received a message on my mobile [protected] that icici bank is closing this case because the said amount of rs. 3891.00 has been successfully credited to the merchant on 02/06/2018.

                                      Finally, today i received emails from both icici and airtel. Icici saying that money has already been posted to airtel and airtel saying that they have not received the amount.

                                        . I have pay my dled 2nd year registration fees on 02july/2018 rs. 6060.00 examination fees through my debit card. My account has been debited with rs 6060.00 but the payment status is yet not updated even after 48 hours. I have even waiting for the status to be updated. I don't have a clue what to do next...
                                        Kindly look into the matter.
