Dear sir,

I got a call from oneassist insurance company ([protected]) at 3:00 pm on 05/june/2018 to register debit card production,

They are telling my home address and phone number which i provide in icici bank then how can aadhar card number and my privicy information will secure in banks.

The banks are sharing customer private information like mobile number even home address also,

The bank has deducted the amount of Rs 1180 for not maintaining minimum balance without any prior notice.
The bank is not regular in sending sms for debiting any amount from my account.
Here’s the proof.
I haven’t received any sms for any deductions and they continue to deduct money as per their discretion.
I also was not made aware of some penal charges getting deducted.
When i visited their branch...

I receive call from icici bank for one assist plan. He said that this plan deactivate after one year but this plan not deactive after one year. This plan auto activate last 2 to 3 year. This is cheating. I want to deactivate this plan. Please deactivate your one assist plan immidiatly and refund my money another i will complain this fraud to consumor court. I am a student of manipal university. We have been told to open this account for the combo card. Since last one year i am visiting the branch but every time they tell and new issue and delay the process. They opened my account account for 3 times and gave i-kit 2 times. Still combo card not received. Please look into the matter very seriously as soon as possible....

Icici bank credit card department who has wrongly put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (Via email, phone call and hard copy letter). Kindly solve my complaint in as soon as.. Icici bank savings account is my salary account and it is connected for ecs for my personal loan accounts. I request you to please contact icici bank and remove lien on my savings account.....

From my account, there is three times deduction of inr 29.50 (29.5*3 =88.5) without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. Internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. How come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it.

Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 6/04/2017 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]
I have never subscribed to this policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from this additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

I have a savings account in icici bank. It is from rural branch, mundlapadu, 521190. My account is autodebited with 3000 rupees without my knowledge. I didn't withdraw cash and i didn't swipped my card at all but in satement it was showing that nfs cash/wd. It was not done by me. I enquired in my bank and they are saying we don't know about it. I already complainted against this but, still there is no action from the bank side....

We have raised the case on 3rd of may 2018 and today is 30 may 2018. would like to closed the case urgently and i am not gettening any answer .i would like to know who will bayer the interest for last 27 days lokking you urgent reply other wise i will raised the case to rbi & managing director for of the bank the same...

Today i visited at your west patel nagar branch for status of my mother pan card updating in her account which is pending since approx 5 days. No updating given by any one to me. One employee (I think his name is mr. Arnav) says today in front of branch manager that after 5 years you found that pan card not updated and why are you came now. When i suggest that don't speak like that than he says "jaha complaint...

Today i went to deposit 45000 rs money to icici bank account, when i was searching for deposit form, staff told me to deposit through machine, first i have tried to insert money after some time it has shown please collect your cash, there some cash was stuck in some bar some notes were placed in the empty space, i have taken the notes returned empty space and tried to insert that money again but it was showing your transaction was cancelled...

I got message from one assist.. You deducted 1399 from my account i have issues on that card so thats why i still did't generate pin number and activate that card on befor you took 1399 from that account as of now i am going to cancel my card... So kindly refund that amount and cancel that plan asap otherwise iam going to file a case in consumer court. Thanks
