I received a call from icici bank regarding card protection scheme. They gave me all information about this particular scheme but never asked to activate it or not. So after two days i checked my passbook and i saw 1899 is deducted from my account. So i don't need this plan or policy kindly refund my money back.

    On 8th june i went to icici rajnagar branch for downgrading my account. At that time they tricked me by taking my sign on icici lombard health insurance policy application, and on 26th june my account got debited for 651inr now they are refunding my money. They did once before in the month of april when i went for opening a fixed deposit. They are looting innocent customer for trusting their money with them. Please take this matter seriously and refund my money.

            I neetu gupta account no[protected] went to icici bank sco 107 sec 7 karnal branch on 27 jun 2018 at 1005 hrs (Approx) to deposit rs 4000 in my saving account. I gave 5 notes of rs 100 and 8 notes of rs 500 instead of 7 (By mistake). When i counted my remaining cash in my purse and realised my mistake. I approched to cashier. She denied to pay back by saying, she is not having any cash in excess. When i approached to branch manager. He also did not give any satisfactory reply. Please refund my money at the earliest.

                I ordered a provogue watch as part of an icici mobile banking offer. I have made the payment on provogue.com website through citrus gateway and i recieved e-mail and text that the payment was successful and my money is with provogue.com website right now. But, for the past few days, my order status is showing up as cancelled. When i tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. Highly pathetic customer service. Icici should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. Another bad experience with icici in the past 2 years.

                    I transferred rs 40000 (Rs 20000 +rs 20000-two transfers) through imps on 27 th june at 11.36 & 37 am from icici a/c to south indian bank a/c.

                    Transaction remark : ref[protected]/

                    The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                    But i got a message that said

                    "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.2, 0000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 27-jun-2018 11:36:03. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                    "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.2, 0000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 21-nov-2016 11:37:25. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                      Sir, i make a payment to nios through icici payment gateway rs. 6010 on 22.06.2018 and again rs. 6010 on 22.06.2018. But the transaction was failed due to network error. Both of times amount deducted from my account but the the amount was not credited on nios.

                      On last date i successfully make this payments again to confirm admission. Till bow i did not get the refund of my previous transactions (2 times).

                      I made this payments through sbi internet banking and i contact to sbi for this issue and they says "as confirmed with merchant, transaction igadufrek6 & igadufsbn9 has been successful and settled. For more details kindly contact your merchant."

                      My two failed transaction id are:

                      Transaction id 1: [protected]igadufrek6
                      Transaction id 2: [protected]igadufsbn9

                      Both are failed please look into this matter and give reply as soon as possible.

                      I also attached screenshot of the sbi internet banking statement.

                          Amount debited from my icici account on 30th june 2018.

                          For your reference
                          Reference id is mmt/imps/[protected]/family/sbin021374.

                          But it was not credited to payer sbi account and not refunded to my account.

                          Again i sent 2000 rupees to same account on same day.
                          This time 2000 rupees credited to the payer account.

                          Please refund 2100 rupees to my account.

                            I today received message and email stating following but i haven't requested for new chip upgrade. Also the pin code shows incorrect of goregaon. I want to urgently know if it has been sent to the correct address. Today being sunday i am not able to find much from the bank. Can you please look into this and act on it.

                            Also if bank is sending upgrade chip cards to its customers then I believe the wordings in the message being received from the bank should be slightly tweaked so that the customers are not worried especially today being Sunday I am helpless.

                                On dated 28.06.18 I have done 3 transactions of Rs.20, 000 each but I have not received amount in 2nd & 3rd transactions (20K+20K) from ATM cash machine and same time I called ICICI Customer care and raised complaint about the incident and till today i have raised 3 complaints but again and again they are closing my complaint and saying that transactions was successfully happened as per ATM crew team. Pls help me to short out the issue.

                                Branch name of ATM is with Doraha-ludhiana ICICI bank branch.

                                  I have closed my earlier bank account which is linked for gas subsidy (kotak mahindra). So need to change my bank account to receive lpg subsidy and reached icici bank kharadi branch, Pune to link my LPG customer id but the bank authorities said they have my aadhar card linked and reach out to HP gas agency.
                                  Hp gas agency people said I need to ask bank and they cannot link it.
                                  Either ways they are just making the customer do rounds around them.
                                  Reached out to ICICI, HP customer care and tried to link online from net banking too nothing works
                                  bank authorities they don't even give a proper response

                                    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                      I, smt karabi matilal, 79 years old, have an sb a/c in icici bank in branch near kpc hospital, jadavpur, kolkata for many years. Few days before i found one suspicious transaction of rs 25000 (I think on 16th may 2018) which was not done by me at all. I have requested my personal banker mr sanku manna to help me in this situation but the bank authority remained silent in this matter. Also in this old age i am not able to rush for the enquiry all days. As a senior cityzen i think i deserve some help in this matter.
                                      Would request consumer court to help me to get my money as i am very helpless now. Pls help me.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        Below are the amount deducted from my account without any information to me. I know this is minimum balance maintain charges (Nmmab) but regarding this icici bankis not communicated me at all. I did not received any sms, email or phone call from icici bank. Directly deducted above amount from my account. If my balance going to average minimum balance bank should notify me so customer can maintain the minimum balance.
                                        22/06/2018 nmmab chg may-18+gst 1, 180.00dr
                                        20/06/2018 penal chg may-18+gst 59.00dr
                                        I am getting many promotional sms email and phone call but bank is not notifying or sending any communication to customer. Look like purposely bank doing purposely to raise the fund from customer. This account i have opened under start up scheme how i can grow business if bank charge like this. This is not expected such reputed bank. I have other bank account and they are inform about
                                        Regarding this request you to reverse these charges asap.
