I transfered 2100 rupees to sbi account on 30th june 2018.
Amount debited from my icici account on 30th june 2018.

For your reference
Reference id is mmt/imps/[protected]/family/sbin021374.

But it was not credited to payer sbi account and not refunded to my account.

Again i sent 2000 rupees to same account on same day.
This time 2000 rupees credited to the payer account.

Please refund 2100 rupees to my account.

    I today received message and email stating following but i haven't requested for new chip upgrade. Also the pin code shows incorrect of goregaon. I want to urgently know if it has been sent to the correct address. Today being sunday i am not able to find much from the bank. Can you please look into this and act on it.

    Also if bank is sending upgrade chip cards to its customers then I believe the wordings in the message being received from the bank should be slightly tweaked so that the customers are not worried especially today being Sunday I am helpless.

      Dear icici, how can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 826/- has been deducted from my account (Icici direct account - [protected]) towards dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may-18. At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

      Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

      Need action on priority.

        On dated 28.06.18 I have done 3 transactions of Rs.20, 000 each but I have not received amount in 2nd & 3rd transactions (20K+20K) from ATM cash machine and same time I called ICICI Customer care and raised complaint about the incident and till today i have raised 3 complaints but again and again they are closing my complaint and saying that transactions was successfully happened as per ATM crew team. Pls help me to short out the issue.

        Branch name of ATM is with Doraha-ludhiana ICICI bank branch.

          I have closed my earlier bank account which is linked for gas subsidy (kotak mahindra). So need to change my bank account to receive lpg subsidy and reached icici bank kharadi branch, Pune to link my LPG customer id but the bank authorities said they have my aadhar card linked and reach out to HP gas agency.
          Hp gas agency people said I need to ask bank and they cannot link it.
          Either ways they are just making the customer do rounds around them.
          Reached out to ICICI, HP customer care and tried to link online from net banking too nothing works
          bank authorities they don't even give a proper response

            I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

            Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court. Thanks!

              I, smt karabi matilal, 79 years old, have an sb a/c in icici bank in branch near kpc hospital, jadavpur, kolkata for many years. Few days before i found one suspicious transaction of rs 25000 (I think on 16th may 2018) which was not done by me at all. I have requested my personal banker mr sanku manna to help me in this situation but the bank authority remained silent in this matter. Also in this old age i am not able to rush for the enquiry all days. As a senior cityzen i think i deserve some help in this matter.
              Would request consumer court to help me to get my money as i am very helpless now. Pls help me.

                Dear sir/madam,
                Below are the amount deducted from my account without any information to me. I know this is minimum balance maintain charges (Nmmab) but regarding this icici bankis not communicated me at all. I did not received any sms, email or phone call from icici bank. Directly deducted above amount from my account. If my balance going to average minimum balance bank should notify me so customer can maintain the minimum balance.

                20/06/2018 penal chg may-18+gst 59.00dr
                I am getting many promotional sms email and phone call but bank is not notifying or sending any communication to customer. Look like purposely bank doing purposely to raise the fund from customer. This account i have opened under start up scheme how i can grow business if bank charge like this. This is not expected such reputed bank. I have other bank account and they are inform about

                  I was transferring money of rs 2296 for paying property tax by online to vapi municipality on 28.06.18 at about 9.20 am through the citrus easy pay payment gateway. It finally resulted in an error like transaction declined. But the money is debited from my hdfc account and when i talk to the vapi municipality they say they have not received the payment.
                  Not sure what to do and not able to understand where my money is!!!

                  I want icici to take this as top priority to track down the payment and refund as i had done another transaction and paid it

                    I have transferred the amount of rs. 54000 to other a/c through fund transfer and the amount was debited from my a/c but not credited in the beneficiary a/c. The transfer was from icici to hdfc.
                    This was done through icici mobile app and it showed transaction failure. No message or mail was received from the icici bank regarding the transaction. But when i checked my a/c statement it showed 54005.9 dr. And when i checked the beneficiary account it didn't receive the amount.

                    I request the bank to refund me the entire amount of rs. 54000 asap.

                      Hi, i tried recharging my tata sky account through upi payment on 28 jun 2018. The amount was deducted from my account and it showed successful transaction on upi app as well. The recharge money, however, was not received by tatasky. I tried contacting the people at tatasky but they have no record of the transaction. Upon searching the internet, i found out that a lot of payments have failed similarly, is [protected]@icici a fraudulent company. Kindly look into this issue and refund my money at the earliest.

                          It has been over an year now that I have been following up / chasing ICICI for adjusting double payment made to Swiss Tours by mistake. Every time when we write and speak with Customer Care Officers, we are told that we are reversing the amount but in the subsequent month it again shows as outstanding.

                          We were told to visit ICICI Jhandewalan office in New Delhi where we went but then were told that this can only be solved through mail with Customer Care. If ICICI can harass one of their old Wealth Customers then may this is the way they treat their customers. Absolutely shocking.

                          This is to inform that I will not chase ICICI Bank any more and would file my case to Customer Forum

                          Look forward to ICICI settling the case in next 7 days maximum and adjust the amount in my statement

                              I recently applied for home loan and sales manager agreed to provide waiver on admin charges but during the disbursement they took the complete 6000 rs. Shivam is the person form Mysore KD Road who has given wrong commitment. Also they have not provided information about all the charges initially, They only told about processing charges. I strongly dont recommend ICICI home loan to my colleagues

                                    I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and i get this mail today.
                                    "your (New policy) new policy of cpp/oneassist for (Privilege single-rs.2799) wa privilege single rs. 1899 has been regd vide sr[protected] on 29-jun-18. It will be completed within 1 working days".
                                    I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have been in touch with icici bank for my dispute since last three months but i am not satisfied with the comments from the officers. Please refer below description of event.
                                      On 31st march 2018 i have used agarwal and packers service for shifting my house hold from surat to mahesana (Ref. No.: cggnsrt097569), i was paying this bill through their website agarwal packers and movers. Total amount was 27500/-
                                      During first trial it was shown “transaction failed” (Screen shot attached herewith). Hence, i tried for second time.
                                      During second trial it was successful. But there was two times debit from my credit card.
                                      I contacted icici bank phone banking officer and registered my complain (Sr[protected]. After two months i got reply that merchant has denied the payment, but when i checked with vendor he confirmed that payment was received twice but due to chargeback their payment is on hold and once bank with reverse chargeback he will give me refund.
                                      All the correspondence are attached herewith for your reference.
                                      Again i contacted bank officer but now they are not responding to my queries.
                                      Please resolve the matter at the earliest
                                      I wish i will get refund for rs 27500/- at the soonest

                                      What is the status of my complaint?
                                      I write mail so many time but issue is not resolve two file attached for reference but icici bank always mark my complaint as resolve.
                                      Just now I got a fraud call from [protected] asking me to provide ATM number. I knew that they are fraud people calling me as non of the banks are functional on Sunday that too before 10 morning. I provided the wrong card number and when he got to know he started using abusive languages and then I also back fired with him.
                                      Hi, My self Ashish Ranshevare. Icici bank deduct my amount directly from my accouNt without prior notice. It's says like dp chrgs till dec 2017. I don't know what's the meaning of that. I need my balance asap. Neither I fill complaint against icici bank about the same.
