swipe machine

Dear icici team,

Inspite of repeated reminders/complaints regarding the swipe machine (Not functioning and replacement), there have been no progress.

Today suddenly my ca got debited with inr 17700 without my consent and without any prior or any intimation.

The person mr. Shekar (Icici bank employee) responded that you can stop using this machine and we will be initiating refund of previously...

I was transferring money of rs 2296 for paying property tax by online to vapi municipality on 28.06.18 at about 9.20 am through the citrus easy pay payment gateway. It finally resulted in an error like transaction declined. But the money is debited from my hdfc account and when i talk to the vapi municipality they say they have not received the payment.
Not sure what to do and not able to understand where my money is!!!

I want icici to take this as top priority to track down the payment and refund as i had done another transaction and paid it

    amount debited from my a/c but not credited to the beneficiary

    I have transferred the amount of rs. 54000 to other a/c through fund transfer and the amount was debited from my a/c but not credited in the beneficiary a/c. The transfer was from icici to hdfc.
    This was done through icici mobile app and it showed transaction failure. No message or mail was received from the icici bank regarding the transaction. But when...

    Hi, i tried recharging my tata sky account through upi payment on 28 jun 2018. The amount was deducted from my account and it showed successful transaction on upi app as well. The recharge money, however, was not received by tatasky. I tried contacting the people at tatasky but they have no record of the transaction. Upon searching the internet, i found out that a lot of payments have failed similarly, is [protected]@icici a fraudulent company. Kindly look into this issue and refund my money at the earliest.

      On 11/06/[protected]/- amount has been made neft transfer to my icici a/c but the person who transferred has done name mistake but correct a/c number so amount has been credited to me later on icici bank has marked lien to my account and saying that they need a email from sender bank but sender bank says that transaction is cleared from their end the problem is from icici bank so they has to iniate the problem to solve this i have been asking past from 11days icici bank is not at all helping me out from this problem so kindly consider this issue as a complaint against icici bank and do the needful my contact no is [protected]

        It has been over an year now that I have been following up / chasing ICICI for adjusting double payment made to Swiss Tours by mistake. Every time when we write and speak with Customer Care Officers, we are told that we are reversing the amount but in the subsequent month it again shows as outstanding.

        We were told to visit ICICI Jhandewalan office in New Delhi where we went but then were told that this can only be solved through mail with Customer Care. If ICICI can harass one of their old Wealth Customers then may this is the way they treat their customers. Absolutely shocking.

        This is to inform that I will not chase ICICI Bank any more and would file my case to Customer Forum

        Look forward to ICICI settling the case in next 7 days maximum and adjust the amount in my statement

          I made a transaction of 1000 rs dt:11/06/18 through me internet banking transaction id was SB498800 later i realise that i did a wrong transaction which was wrong bank account no than i went to nearest branch gama 1 jagat farm greater noida two or three times but still my problem is same as before i didnt get my refund of 1000 rs sir usually when account no and account holder name do not match than transfer should not initiate but still it was done and i didnt get my refund till now so kindly try from your hand as soon as possible.

            I recently applied for home loan and sales manager agreed to provide waiver on admin charges but during the disbursement they took the complete 6000 rs. Shivam is the person form Mysore KD Road who has given wrong commitment. Also they have not provided information about all the charges initially, They only told about processing charges. I strongly dont recommend ICICI home loan to my colleagues

                  I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and i get this mail today.
                  "your (New policy) new policy of cpp/oneassist for (Privilege single-rs.2799) wa privilege single rs. 1899 has been regd vide sr[protected] on 29-jun-18. It will be completed within 1 working days".
                  I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have been in touch with icici bank for my dispute since last three months but i am not satisfied with the comments from the officers. Please refer below description of event.
                    On 31st march 2018 i have used agarwal and packers service for shifting my house hold from surat to mahesana (Ref. No.: cggnsrt097569), i was paying this bill through their website agarwal packers and movers. Total amount was 27500/-
                    During first trial it was shown “transaction failed” (Screen shot attached herewith). Hence, i tried for second time.
                    During second trial it was successful. But there was two times debit from my credit card.
                    I contacted icici bank phone banking officer and registered my complain (Sr[protected]. After two months i got reply that merchant has denied the payment, but when i checked with vendor he confirmed that payment was received twice but due to chargeback their payment is on hold and once bank with reverse chargeback he will give me refund.
                    All the correspondence are attached herewith for your reference.
                    Again i contacted bank officer but now they are not responding to my queries.
                    Please resolve the matter at the earliest
                    I wish i will get refund for rs 27500/- at the soonest

                    What is the status of my complaint?
                    I write mail so many time but issue is not resolve two file attached for reference but icici bank always mark my complaint as resolve.
                    Just now I got a fraud call from [protected] asking me to provide ATM number. I knew that they are fraud people calling me as non of the banks are functional on Sunday that too before 10 morning. I provided the wrong card number and when he got to know he started using abusive languages and then I also back fired with him.
                    Hi, My self Ashish Ranshevare. Icici bank deduct my amount directly from my accouNt without prior notice. It's says like dp chrgs till dec 2017. I don't know what's the meaning of that. I need my balance asap. Neither I fill complaint against icici bank about the same.

                        I am the a/c holder of icici bank from 3 years,
                        Now they have charged 177 under this category dcardfee4299may18-apr19+gst
                        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                        They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                        Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                        There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Please take an action.

                        I tried to contribute an amount of Rs. 3000 on Bharat Ke Veer website but the transaction failed. I had inserted the final OTP and submitted after which I got an SMS from ICICI Bank that the amount has been deducted, but the webpage showed transaction failed.

                        Please help to resolve this issue.
                        I had taken loan for purchasing my car through ICICI BANK in 2005. My loan repayment is already over. I need to remove the bank hypothication from my car RC book. So i need NOC & Form 35 from bank. Pls arrange for the same.

                                I am ina garg. 688.33 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till may-18) dp charges on 26/06/2018. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                                  I am sambit. Rs.826/- has been deducted from my account as "dp chgs till m may-18" without notifying me.

                                  Last year, when icici bank executives called me and asked me to open this demat account, they told that there is no annual charges for this account. Even though i said i don't want this account, they opened it and now deducting the amount.

                                  This is a clear fraud from bank side.

                                  I request you (Icici bank), kindly refund my amount, when i have never asked for opening this account, you opened it and now deducting from my bank account.

                                    Hi, 826/- has been deducted from my account[protected] on 26th june 2018 and this seems to be for the demat account service which i never preferred and not selected it when you offered.

                                    I can see similar requests all across the internet, unless this is another one of organised banking scams i request you to immediately look into this and refund the money as soon as possible.
