    Icici bank started debiting rs30 every month without intimation about the reason for this transaction. When i enquired about it, they mentioned that it was for my money application which i had never subscribed to. The customer service representatives and very uncooperative and unprofessional. Even after my intimation and complaint. They have still kept on deducting the amount from my account. I want the entire refund with interest. And also i would request the authorities to levi penalty charges for this unprofessional behavior

      With utter frustration i am writing that i was issued a loan and my
      Salary credits on 5th evening of each month provided its a working
      Weekend, it doesn't credits if its a public holiday. Very carelessly
      The bank tries its emi deductions from salary without considering
      These facts. I have a fractured hand due to a recent accident and on
      Top of it i am receiving texts to clear my emi as they have tried
      Deductions on 5th may afternoon and it has failed. I feel very
      Irritated due to the way the bank is torturing and harassing me to pay
      Fines i had informed bank by writing a mail too to shift the date but
      They didn't and it was promised through customer care also as for
      Previous month also similar issue had arrived and they made me pay
      Fine and i did it, now my health conditions aren't allowing me to roam
      Around the bank and they send their employees to my home just for 1 month emi and they are also calling me and my parents repeatedly i insist
      To take strict action against the managers who have decided these date
      Of deductions without asking me and putting me in problems repeatedly
      And i am not willing to pay any fine as its not my mistake and i would
      Also like a refund for making me pay extra fine for one more month.
      These kind of carelessness and fraud can't be expected and i also want to make sure that people around me never take any loans from icici for such
      Sort of issues i am facing, please take relevant action against them
      Immediately.

        I have credit card of your bank, and due to some reason i am not able to pay amount. People from your credit card department is threatening me, my daughter in law, my son entering inside my house, and sending personal message on my number.

        [protected], pradeep, he is threatening me from your department. Now i am going to the police station and to my lawyer to lodge a complaint against your people under section 506 for harassment.

        You cannot threat people like this, and now i will teach you people a good lesson. I am not paying a single penny, and lodging all proofs of threat.

          I had 6 nos Vimal Vaatsalya Bonds of face value of Rs.1000 each, ( issue date:01.07.1999 & Redemption Date 01.01.2018), those are sent for reedemtion at address of 3i Infotech provided by ICICI customar care with all necessary supporting documents. After 2 weeks I have received only Rs. 4980. It is not clear to me even no information to ICICI customer care also that what is the current valuation of each bond. After holding for such a long time ( from 1999 to 2018) the return is questionable ! So please clarify me the current valuation of each bond.

            ICICI bank has tied up with Provogue and is pushing old inventory of bags and watches to the ICICI customers at so-called discounted prices with only cost incurred being the shipping charges. The shipping charges are actually a means to dupe bank customers as it comes to a few hundred rupees and no one would buy this stock at half of that price. Provogue also has a return policy mentioned on its portal which says the customer can return its items within 14 days of receipt but the catch is you cannot contact them.

            I ordered and paid for a weekender bag from Provogue on 7th May 2018 which was delivered within 2 days. The bag is garbage and smelly and has no real value. I tried calling Provogue customer care number for return, but the number is not reachable and is suspended. I mailed at [protected]@provogue.com but there has been no response. So clearly Provogue does not have any decent market share and is now cheating ICICI bank customers to run their business. It is very concerning that it is happening in this day and age when we have so many options. ICICI bank is equally responsible that they are providing such deals to their customers.

            ICICI has refunded my money but they have not ended their association with Provogue. Provogue helpline is still not operational so ICICI needs to save their customers from a cheat operator but banning Provogue.

              I have booked a flight ticket on 29th april by paytm application. The money got deducted from bank but havent recieved by airlines and hence ticket had to be purchased from airport for higher rate. It has been more than 14 days and yet money havent been credited back. Paytm says contact bank. Bank said to contact upi. Upi customer care proved their part.in the transaction successful image it shows merchant recieved as [protected]@paytm. Please help me resolve this issue as paytm, sbi, upi, airlines all have turned me down.

                Without my consent and my permission icici bank is deducting money out of my account for demat services which i never approved or applied for.
                They deducted 826rs without my consent.
                I would like my money refunded and also would like an explanation and the leadership which allows this barbaric decisions! How can a person open something by my name without my consent?

                  I have been calling icici bank to enable my internet banking, every time i call them, i am informed its been enabled and i can log back again in another ten minutes.
                  This time i called on 15/05/2018 at 9:15 am to enable my internet banking and i tried after seven hours and its still disabled.
                  This has happened multiple times, so at last i have to post here to seek resolution.

                      I never provided my business email id for the credit card application instead my gmail id, but the company formed a business email id using my name and sending all the statements on that, please forward statements to my gmail id registered in icici saving account, or instruct me how to update it, there's no way to update that in the netbanking panel.

                            I have a credit card and salary account with icici. Due to some financial difficulties i was unable to make pymts to my card ac. Last month as soon as my salary got credited, my min pymt of rs. 10, 940 was automatically deducted from my salary account. I th out it would be at least updated in my credit card, since that was the exact amount due. Its been 20 days now and my credit card it still not updated with that money and it is also missing from my debit card/ savings account. Icici bank robbed me of 10, 940 rupees. Return my money back icici bank. Fraudsters you all are.

                              Hi,
                              There has been a debit of rs 413 in my icici account (Ecsrtnchgs080518_sr[protected]] with the mentioned remarks.. My account was linked to zestmoney emi payment, and the emi date of may month was may 8, 2018 and i deposited rs4000 on the same day at 10.45am approx but i got the message of ecs returned at around 9am and they deducted rs413 from my bank account. Earlier i got the message of all the emi's deduction in the afternoon or evening. I am requesting you please refund my money if i have deposited the money on the same day then why the bank has deducted the amount, they should give me a day time and if there is no balance in my account on 08/05/2018 then they have rights to deduct the money.
                              Request to kindly look into, and do the needful to get the debit reversed.

                              Still i have not received any call from ICICI bank regarding my complaint and also did not get the refund yet. Please reply me as soon as possible.
                              In my salary a/c rs. 26 has been debited.
                              But don't know why?
                              Please Tell me why this happed?

                                I got a call from ICICI bank staff for the membership of the one assist.i was ignoring the call but they called me for so many times.when I received the call the staff who was speaking was so rude.. As I was not well and admitted in hospital they forced me to take the membership forcefully and didn't tell me about the membership fees... So this is not at all done...firstof all I want to cancel my membership and I want my money refunded... Or I will complain to the consumer services about this matter...

                                  I've closed my iWish account on Sunday that amounts to Rs.40000 but i received only Rs.15000 on Monday. Please look onto thr matter as soon as possible, it's very urgent. I'm unable to contact customer care. Very poor customer service by icici bank. Didn't expect this. I've visited the branch office but they didn't helped saying for iWish related queries plz call customer care.
