I took house loan from icici bank in 2010 of 18, 51, 300. After 5 yrs i received a call from a guy asking for renewal of insurance policy, which i answered i don’t have any.
He said you had of 51, 300 for 5 yrs.
Meanwhile i was trying to transfer loan, where sbi was giving me 15yrs insurance for 14, 500 rs and i informed him. He said sir even we have insurance of 17, 500 for 5 yrs, i said its for 15 yrs, then he was sir we also have 15, 000 for 5 yrs.
So i asked him to send me the insurance copies of expired insurance which i had.
I was shocked to find icici has attached a loan of 51, 300 as insurance loan on my house loan, which meant house loan was of only 18 lakhs and 51, 300 was insurance loans!! Which was no werr mentioned on the loan copy. Also 51, 300 was splitted into something 18.5k as house insurance and 31.5k as personal insurance which i was not aware of as i had never signes any such documents nor i had received any receipts from icici.
When i raised such concern to icici that you have unethically attached this policy without my concern, had i required house insurance i would have bought onky house insurance of 18.5k and that too paid you by cash, card or cheque and not taken aloan for small amount and kept paying interest for 5 yrs.
On that they provider me a document which had a forged signature of mine, which don’t match with my signatures. When found in trouble almsot after a year in 2016 wven aftwr expiry of policy they transferred me 51, 300 in house loan account without my concern.
I raised that this is just the principle where is the interest, after 2 years on 2017 dec end they sent a mail of transferring interest, bit now its been almost 5 months they are not trasnferring amount.
Its been 3 years they have been stretching this issue. Ai have all the call records in which icici employees have agreed that fraud has been created by them, still they are not closing this. I have a letter from icici bank stating insurance is not mandatory, if its not mandatory why they have attached it to my loan without my concern and mentioning in loan document unethically!!!
Sir, i had approached cpgrams but even they are delaying, seems they are supporting icici bank, this is the reason why private banks do such frauds without any fear.
Sir request you to take serious action and investigate all loans to find out all frauds. As there are many cases i found two of my friends found such loans were one was insurance was attached to there policy for some personal loan unknowingly and other was informed by icici bank as insurance is mandatory by the executives and insurance loans have been attached.
Sir strong action required..
Pfa pics where one pic states complaint made in nov 2015, since then this case is pending. One pic states a document where there are two signatures, at place where signatures is required signature is forged which doesnt matches with mine, this document ia provided by icici bank, a puc where icici bank has committed to tranfer interest loss in dec 2017, whic they havent, and a pic where icici employee has sent a mail on 25th april still asking for time.

I have went to take a money on Atm machine in Hyderabad ghatkesar ICICI Atm was closed I went to beside Atm corporation bank .the transaction of amount of 3600 the transaction was failed and my money was debited from my ICICI account please check it once and give a solution..and I have attached an slip produced by an ATM ...
