Request you to unblock my debit card. I have forgot my ATM PIN.

Tried calling customer care number of times but didn;t get any response.

I As I wanted to change the mobile number ( new :[protected], I have visited your customer care office ( Ram Nagar, Coimbatore ) and submitted my application on 08/01/2018. I was told that necessary action will be done in about 2 days...

I did a recharge to my jio number [protected] today (16/04/2018) through BHIM app. Amount 349 deducted from my account but my plan is not activated. When I contacted jio they said that they were not received the amount . In BHIM its showing as "APPROVED" and the amount was credited to [protected]@icici account. If Indiaideas received my cash then why don't they activate my plan on jio ? Please help me regarding this concern otherwise I will...

Am a icici bank customer. Dated. 11-04-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees i don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you...

Whenever i try to make an online purchase/transaction. I get the following message:

"for security reasons your verified by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at verified by visa merchants.

The said amount is deducted from my bank account but not credited in the beneficiary account.
I had made 2 transactions about the same time, but have same problem.

Both of the transactions amount has not been received back in my account.

It's been more than 14 hours.br...

I recharged my jio number [protected] in myjio app through vpn address. Payment is being sent and transaction is successful.
Money rs.349 is deducted from account but recharge is not done. Kk kindly refund my amount.

Paytm is the app i used for upi transaction and i contacted their customer care regarding the same...

I am a privilege customer of icici bank, nayapalli branch bhubaneswar have invested more than one crore rupees. I requested bm mr sk nayak to issue solvency certificate for my business. Bm refused to issue. I was i'll treated. Request for necessary enquiry and action against bm

I received a call from icici bank and they gave information about one assist plan after that they activated this plan and deducted rs1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

Payment of electricity bill to jvvnl jaipur, for ₹ 2246, was made through upi on 12.04.2018, it was a successful transaction & the amt was transferred to the a/c of [protected]@icici bank account. But the transaction is still showing unpaid on jvvnl website.. Kindly tell me the status of my payment to jvvnl, jaipur. Last date for the payment of electricity bill payment is 17.04.2018....

Yesterday I my self deposit Rs.60000 in Rajnagar Ghaziabad branch.that was deposit from my side in this month, but you deducted Rs.300+29.70(SGST)+29.7(CGSt)

I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions then i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till feb-18' — inr 826'. When i have opened this account, icici representative told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount....

My icici bank salary account in jayanagar bangalore is under debit freeze from april 5 2018.

I have submitted the required kyc document to jayanagar 3rd block bangalore branch.

How many days should i wait for the freeze to be removed?

You have done the freeze without informing me which is illegal.

I have a icici tax saving bond 022002-tsb - four nos. And 012003-tsb - six bonds which was purchased as tax saving, it is already matured but till to date i have not received maturity amount. I have original bonds with me.

I am in the verge of my retirement from service and on scrutiny the bonds are not redeemed. I am in the financial crunch due to may of family commitments.

We are getting frequently advertisement calls from icici bank. We have informed politely multiple time not to call and still we are getting. Today around 12 noon also we have received a call and asked the agent to connect to their manager. After 5 min they cut the call without connecting. We had received the latest call today from[protected]. Please help us to stop these irrelevant calls....

I was in communication with the bank's home loan team from 18th january for home loan for myself and for my nephew mohnish parab for 2 nos 3bhk flats for rs. 2 cr each.
