I had opened a salary account 11 days before in icici mani majra branch, chandigarh. They dint provide me any debit card or cheque book and told me that i will receive the same in 3 days but till now i havent got it. My salary has been credited in that account but i cant use it and their officers are also not receiving my call. Nobody takes responsibility and i don't even have anyone's contact number except one or two. There facebook team, twitter team and customer care has also not taken any action #icicibank

    My name is chirag vaghela, i'm holding demat account in icici bank.

    Just like everybody, i was also notified to link my aadhar card. My aadhar card is 'chirag vaghela' & bank account name is 'chirag kiranbhai vaghela'.

    When i gave my document to them they refused to link. So, i withdrew my money from the account and told them to close the account. After a month or so i got message that account has been linked with aadhar.

    Hence, i credited 2000 rs. On 28 april, 2018 and and i was levied posdec charges 44 times!! This number could have been higher if there were still some money left. I just don't know where it came from? When i called customer care even they didn't know what charges were these!

    This is completely unfair. Icici bank i need explanation for this!

    I got sms from bank amount deducted 1399 for One assit plan .I didnt activate any plan so please cancel the plan and refund immediately.i dont want this plan more please cancel the stupid plans immediately and refund my full amount without any deduction

        My account no is[protected]. While paying the bills there comes a massage saying we can provide otp as we do not have your number. I went to your bank. They told me that the number already there in the system. To be on safer side that no was removed and re entered. This was without any results. I wrote a letter to your executive in format downloaded. Even then matter remains the same. So now this is in third stage. You are requested to set the things right. Meanwhile let me tell you that i do get sms on my mobile about the account transection.

              I was given an icici bank credit card, and for card a cpp was initiated for which bill was charged against that card. Before opening the envelope containing the card, i lost the credit card. Icici bank is not cancelling the card, has charged bill against the card and has possibly informed cibil about bill payment defaulting. (I have received an email saying that they would). Without any fault of my own, i am facing this treatment by the bank. I have called the customer care several times and dropped them numerous emails asking to do the same. I even visited the branch in infosys campus pune hinjanwadi phase 2, but they denied helping me by saying that credit card is handled by someone else and branch cannot help me in this matter.
              After being harassed by bank, i paid the credit card due bill, even though i had never used the services. Still, they are not cancelling the card. This is causing me extensive stress and i am being mentally harassed by icici bank emails. Also, brining this issue to cibil by icic bank can cause issues in my future loan applications (Through no fault of my own) and could hamper my future.

              I need the bank to cancel the credit card, provide with the refund of amount which i have paid as bill payment and clear my name from defaulter list in cibil (If they have done it)

                fraudulent transactions was done from debit card

                I would like to inform you that two fraudulent transactions was done from my icici saving bank account (01xxxx5682) on 1st march 18 at time 21:43 hrs.

                I was really shocked when i got sms from bank for successful transactions because somebody used my card without my knowledge and withdrawal amount of inr 10000/- twice from my account. On the same day/ time, i was in my office (Yatra online pvt ltd) gurgaon...

                I am an account holder of icici bank for about 4 years. I was not using my icici account from last 7 months as i have shifted to new city and my icici register number is also lost. Last night i checked my estatment where i saw smab charges are applied with sgst and cgst for three months.
                1st month rs 511+ rs 45.99 sgst+rs 45.99 cgst
                2nd month rs 521+rs 46.89sgst + 46.89cgst
                3rd month rs 504 +rs 45.36sgst +rs 45.36 cgst

                        I got a personal loan approved on phone call without signing any documents and agreement. The money transferred to my account and bt cheque sent to my residence. I surprised to see the things happened. Then i talked to customer care, they gave me address and phone no mr. Shantanu,
                        Who is rm in my personal loan. I met with mr. Shantanu, he told me that a fine of rs 3550/- will charged for closing of loan. Then i handed over following documents to him on 4th april 2018.
                        1. Bt cheques of hdfc bank-2nos
                        2. Bt cheque of axis bank
                        3. Cheque of disbursed amount
                        5. Cheque of cancellation charge of rs 3550/-
                        After that it is 1month passed away i talked and complained in customer care so many times but loan not cancelled so far. Emi due date
                        Was 5th may 2018.
                        Please help me in cancellation of loan.

                            I was placing an order over swiggy on[protected]. At the time of payment, i wanted to pay through paytm for which i synced my paytm with swiggy. Unfortunately, my paytm balance was low, so i thought to add the balance in paytm through swiggy's portal with switching to paytm app separately. When i entered my card details, amount was deducted from the bank but didn't get added in the paytm (Neither swiggy).
                            I raised the concern, but the amount hasn't been rolled back as yet..

                              Dear team,
                              I took house loan from icici bank in 2010 of 18, 51, 300. After 5 yrs i received a call from a guy asking for renewal of insurance policy, which i answered i don’t have any.
                              He said you had of 51, 300 for 5 yrs.
                              Meanwhile i was trying to transfer loan, where sbi was giving me 15yrs insurance for 14, 500 rs and i informed him. He said sir even we have insurance of 17, 500 for 5 yrs, i said its for 15 yrs, then he was sir we also have 15, 000 for 5 yrs.
                              So i asked him to send me the insurance copies of expired insurance which i had.
                              I was shocked to find icici has attached a loan of 51, 300 as insurance loan on my house loan, which meant house loan was of only 18 lakhs and 51, 300 was insurance loans!! Which was no werr mentioned on the loan copy. Also 51, 300 was splitted into something 18.5k as house insurance and 31.5k as personal insurance which i was not aware of as i had never signes any such documents nor i had received any receipts from icici.
                              When i raised such concern to icici that you have unethically attached this policy without my concern, had i required house insurance i would have bought onky house insurance of 18.5k and that too paid you by cash, card or cheque and not taken aloan for small amount and kept paying interest for 5 yrs.
                              On that they provider me a document which had a forged signature of mine, which don’t match with my signatures. When found in trouble almsot after a year in 2016 wven aftwr expiry of policy they transferred me 51, 300 in house loan account without my concern.
                              I raised that this is just the principle where is the interest, after 2 years on 2017 dec end they sent a mail of transferring interest, bit now its been almost 5 months they are not trasnferring amount.

                              Its been 3 years they have been stretching this issue. Ai have all the call records in which icici employees have agreed that fraud has been created by them, still they are not closing this. I have a letter from icici bank stating insurance is not mandatory, if its not mandatory why they have attached it to my loan without my concern and mentioning in loan document unethically!!!

                              Sir, i had approached cpgrams but even they are delaying, seems they are supporting icici bank, this is the reason why private banks do such frauds without any fear.

                              Sir request you to take serious action and investigate all loans to find out all frauds. As there are many cases i found two of my friends found such loans were one was insurance was attached to there policy for some personal loan unknowingly and other was informed by icici bank as insurance is mandatory by the executives and insurance loans have been attached.
                              Sir strong action required..

                              Pfa pics where one pic states complaint made in nov 2015, since then this case is pending. One pic states a document where there are two signatures, at place where signatures is required signature is forged which doesnt matches with mine, this document ia provided by icici bank, a puc where icici bank has committed to tranfer interest loss in dec 2017, whic they havent, and a pic where icici employee has sent a mail on 25th april still asking for time.

                              I tried withdraw amount from atm it shown successfull but i din recieve cash and got a message telling that account has been debited the amount ...what do I do now
                              I don't what is it and if it is for demat account I never used it till now I need justice here
                              My account is deducted with amount 588 INR mentioning reason DCardfee6593APR18-MAR19+GST.
                              My account was debited by 619.5RS as DP charges till MAR 2018, as it was not intimate by be and these are hidden charges by bank didn't know why they are making customers to fools, even i did not gent any withdrawal message to my phone no, this is not at all acceptable please credit back my amount.

                                I have been charged 390.49 against transaction remarks ecsrtnchgs050318_sr[protected]gst

                                Can't make out any feasible possibility which lead to such a deduction...

                                Need a complete understanding of this kind of charges.

                                Want to get rid of any strings attached to my bank account which have attracted such charges.

                                Without any prior notice these charges are being deducted from my account.

                                I am using this channel as there is no proper channel provided in internet banking for registering the ECS related Complaints

                                  I took a loan for 5 lakhs from icici 3 years back. Now i approached bank to foreclose my loan. But they have levied a foreclosure charge of 5.9%. Why it is necessary since i have paid almost 36emis and still u want to levy some penalty charges. Also my account is a previlige account. But nothing is there when it comes to customer offers. I have talked with branch manager - adyar but no positive response. He says principal amount should be above 10l for waiver. But there is nothing i have seen like that from ur websites. If i claim the waiver within a short span it is acceptable to give off. But bank has already recovered almost all of it's interests. After doing all these it levies penalty for foreclosing is not acceptable. It is so bad than a local intesrest lender. What these banks are doing in this country. When i inquire about the same in hdfc, they say once 12 emis are paid foreclosure charges arenot applicable but why icici has a different policy. Finally my request is i want to get this penalty waived off.

                                    ​your agent, has misbehaved with us, including our family members,
                                    ​in spite of we being polite and giving the necessary information.

                                    When we asked about his id card,
                                    He refused to show the same,
                                    And started yelling at us, in-front of women family members.​

                                    As per rbi/sc and all the judgments w. R. T recover agents and recovery,
                                    It is prohibited and punishable under law, the following :

                                    - misbehaviour
                                    - not showing the id card
                                    - yelling at family members
                                    - misbehaving with women members of the family
                                    - using ugly words, and

                                    Your worst behavior, attitude etc displayed ​today​ in my house,

                                    - rowdyism
                                    - goondaism
                                    - chest thumping like a gorilla
                                    - using vulgar language in my house and in-front of my family members
                                    - abusing family members
                                    - loud talking inside my house, without permission
                                    - yelling at family members
                                    - yelling at my daughter
                                    - intruding into my house without permission
                                    - and many more banned acts of yours and your fellows,

                                    Many many judgments of sc, rbi rules and banking code of conduct,
                                    Strictly prohibit intimidation and threatening acts by banking employees and agents.

                                    Many many times these kind of acts have been committed by people like you from
                                    ​icici bank​. I found it is not new to ​icici​, going by the info available in the public domain.

                                    All your actions have been brought disrespect to me and my family members
                                    And also resulted in heavy loss to my reputation and image.
                                    Your acts have resulted in my family members aghast with
                                    Your acts and yelling.

                                    In short, i can certainly say that, you and your fellows, created,
                                    War like situation in my house.

                                    All my neighbors and passers-by have witnessed and evidenced the same.

                                    In my view, you are unfit to be a banking employee, going by the sheer
                                    Violence and ruckus of sort you created in my house.

                                    Actions like this by a bank employee have brought disrepute to the nation as a whole,
                                    Banking sector specifically and in particular to ​icici​.

                                    These kind of acts by a bank employee, reinforces the public mood and sentiment against the banking system, which is in recent news

                                    ​i hereby request to resist these kind of strong arm tactics ​by your agents,
                                    Which is against law.

                                    Next time, i will be constrained, to take police action,
                                    With statements from my family members.

                                      One day i checked my bank transaction and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till mar-18' — inr 826' for dmat account with icici. I never activated that account and neither did login to that account. I called icici customer care. They asked me to go-to nearest icici bank to close dmat account and for refund. But when i go there they told me that they can not refund my money. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]
