      Gud evening team,

      This is kuncham reddy malleshwar have done the neft of rupees 15, 000/- on 11/04/2018 from sbi to icici bank. Instead of mentioning[protected] i was mentioned[protected]. Money was transferred to wrong account number and this account holder is held with the kairathabad icici bank. We personally visited the branch for complaint but the employes were not responded in a manner.
      They asked me to put a mail to neft. [protected]@icicibank.com.

          I have recharged icici fast tag on march 3 and amount got debited from my account but fasttag was not recharged.. When i called customer care they asked to re-charge again and this amount would be reversed in a week..

          It's been 50 days but not reversed.. Have raised complaint and called customer care multiple time but no luck..

            I have received credit card bill and i found interest for last month amount is rs.2, 213.25/[protected] to[protected]. Actually i lost my phone and i din't know the total amount of due in the last month[protected] to[protected]. So i paid rs. 57, 000/- approx. Remaining amount was rs.443.23/- (Due).

            Even though i paid rs 57000 why have you charged rs 2213 as interest?

              We invest in scici bonds sets of 1250*4=5000 units .Latter scici is takeover by icici bank.
              Now as we appeal to icici bank to release the fund of company whom you do takeover.
              Icici refuse to release the money only reason that we print in newspaper and you not apply that time so we don't able to give your money.
              Being a customer is it genuine that if any company takeover the company and refuse to pay the old company coustemrs money .

                I do not have internet enabled. By mistake incorrect account number was entered by sender when transferring money last year in November 2017. I do not have internet account so cannot provide SR. I have been told by customer.[protected]@icicibank.com to contact branch which we did. It has been 6 months and 100 follow-ups with ICICI bank and still no where retrieving the money. In fact the assistant Branch Manager was quite rude in his response to my phone call. He indirectly he has other important matter to attend rather than helping customer to get more than 50k back.

                    I had an existing personal loan in hdfc. The loan from icici was intended for a balance transfer. The representative was not able to communicate in any language other than telegu. First i was told that the outstanding amount was 4lakh +. On inquiring online i found it was. 3.80 lakh. I was also told that processing fees would be waived off as i have a salary account with icici. The agent then called after 2 days saying that the outstanding in hdfc was 3.88lac. When i asked on what basis he had no answer. After 4 days, i get 8, 100 credited to my account and a dd towards hdfc worth 3.8 lac. Note, there was no verification call received from icici before disbursement. The processing fees were not waived off. Instead the agent said he will give me big bazaar vouchers to compensate. And, the dd was handed over to me on 5th april, when the issue date was 23rd march. Now i do not want the loan. These people are cheaters who disburse the loans without any consent from the customer only to meet their targets.

                      I applied for icici credit card. I submitted all documents to executive officer. I asked them what is the status of my credit card, they said me that there is some kyc problem in my application so they will do re-login. But again no response from there side even icici customer care number is not connecting.

                      Worst service and worst process by icici bank.
                      So i request people please don't go for icici, s any service.

                        I made a transaction through imps of 610/- to sbi once and immediately by mistake i clicked submit again. So money transferred once again 610/- to sbi account but money not credited in sent account second time. First time it credited. Checked my statement and balance it got cut twice 610/- shows cleary. Never faced anywhere this type of problem before either it should credit or return back to same account but money lost in transaction.

                          Hi, i can see a transaction on my bank statement which i further tried to investigate and came to know that it is some sort of my money service which i never subscribed. I didn’t even receive any email or sms prior or after deduction of money.

                              recall of my neft transaction from icici bank

                              I have an account in hdfc bank and we have initiated a neft recall from that branch to icici using neft. [protected]@icici.com. Only auto generated reply alone is occuring from their end without any proper status of the transaction.

                              I would like to have a proper reply from the icici bank since i have already met the beneficiary branch manager, he only told me to follow these process. But now i am stuck in the middle of no where....

                                It just have come to my notice that icici bank had been silenty charging me for transactions on the hpcl petrol pump which is owned and operated by hpcl at sector 82, noida. My debit card shows hp logo on it and it was very clearly told to me that no surcharge at hpcl petrol pump. I also ensure that the swipe m/c is icici bank m/c.

                                Horrible, restrictive trad practice by icici bank, unacceptable. There are court ruling already on this restrictive trade practice. Hope all icici bank customer handling staff is made aware of it and before they start talking irresponsibly.

                                  I am sahul hameed, aged 27 working for mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd, was recently on 22nd march 2018 issued a "ferari" credit card by the icici bank of india and charged a registration fee for the card for rs 590 incl gst. While issuing the card the marketing executive had promised that this will be a life time free card with no renewal charges and no joining fee as my company was a "a" group company. While signing on the form i had noticed the card fees and enquired with the service boy and with the marketing executive but was assured that this was a standard practice but no fees will be charge to you. Then i had not applied for the card, they had got my number from some database which the icici bank must have procurred from somebody. I had said that since i already was having 2 card i was not requiring the card. But, the marketing executive pleaded that since it was a life time free card and with no renewal charges, i finaaly agreed to get the card and i have cancel my old coral credit card. However, to my shock and dismay, i was surprised to find the attached documents with the card asking for the card fees and yesterday i received the bill for the fees on my email for the same. I have requested the company to cancel my card for the same. I hereby ask the consumer rights redressal commitee to compensate me suitably for the distress and mental agony caused to me by the false marketing propoganda by the company and to take strong action against the bank. Also, to suitably compensate me for wasting my precious time inpursuing this case to the tune of rs 100000. Looking forward to eagerly awaiting your help.                                   My Rs. 2000/- was deducted on December 5, 2016 with some title saying Dr Tran For Funding A/c[protected]. I understand that it's too late to register a complaint but I got to know about this fake deduction just now. Attached is the image of the transaction. It's not about Money, it's about the trust that we have on the banks we have accounts in.

                                      Dear sir / Madam,

                                      Presently I am using mobile phone[protected] for receiving OTP etc. while doing on line transactions.
                                      I As I wanted to change the mobile number ( new :[protected], I have visited your customer care office ( Ram Nagar, Coimbatore ) and submitted my application on 08/01/2018. I was told that necessary action will be done in about 2 days and I will be getting the confirmation.
                                      Even after one month, the action did not take place.
                                      I visited the office again during 03/2018, requesting for effecting the changes. I have received intimation in my mobile number[protected] that the request is being effected.
                                      But till date the correction has not been implemented. When I have visited your Coimbatore office again today, I was directed to write to customer care centre for further action. I was also told that the changed mobile number is appearing in the system but not yet activated.
                                      I am unable to understand why so much time is needed to effect the change in mobile number when you have latest updation arrangements.
                                      As such, i would like to request you to look into the matter and do the needful immediately.
