This is to inform the bank officials that i have settled all my credit card dues in the year 2009 for card no. 4477xxxxxxxx3005, and i have been issued a settlement letter for the same, i recently came to know that my cibil report says as the account is cleared, but the bank have created another account by no. 9401xxxxxxxx0000 which says settled, which is effecting my cibil score.     Hello
    I used my debit card for online transaction, while processing it asked me for otp but because of some network issues i was not getting the recent otp generated which resulted in incorrect pin entries.
    I tried it few time and after 3-4 time it blocked my debit card for online transaction and showed me below message:

    "for security reasons your verify by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transaction

      I am shami kumar gupta. My icici bank account no.[protected]. I have been offered 1 lakh personal loan on my current icici bank credit card and have been told that i can repay the amount any time without charge. Now when i am going to repay this loan, customer care executive officer charging extra 3 % plus 5%gst for closing on outstanding amount 92000 rs. Whole i should pay only my outstanding amount. During taking loan no one has told me that i will have to pay extra 3%chages plus 5% on total outstanding amount. I have been not told about all this charges. And i have been compelled to pay if i want to repay my loan which is illogical. My mobile no. [protected].

        Hi team,
        My account is debited with 826 with comments as "dmc/[protected] dp chgs till mar-18" on 26 apr 2018. I never agreed for any transaction related to the same.

        I did not authorize the transaction neither i was intimated on the same. I haven't received any notification of the debit transaction.

        I don't have any account active other than the savings account.
        Please reverse the amount at the earliest.

          As I lost my debit card, I called icici for re issue of debit card, but CustomerCare care executive forcefully sold me coral debit card which is chargeable. I need a normal simple debit card.

              Today dated 26 april 2018, in my icici bank salary account 460.30rs deducted for dp charges in last 10 transaction history. I did not get any intimation for the deduction transaction. How you can deduct without confirmation from me.. Can you please respond with proper explanation or else i will close my salary account immediately. Please do the needful on this.

                  I am not getting how to unblock my card for online trasnaction?

                      I applied for a credit card on 20th march but unfortunately after 1 month i'm still not getting my card.                       Suddenly ICICI Bank started charging this undue and un-agreed amount (called DP Charges), from Sep, Oct 2017, without any prior information.

                      This is a very serious issue and the Bank shows sign of corruption.

                        Icici bank and flipkart apple week offer from jan 09, 2018 to jan 15, 2018 (Both days inclusive)

                        As per the offer if a person purchase an iphone 7 on emi and paid minimum rs.32000 using icici credit card then a customer would be eligible for a cashback of rs.5000 which gets credited max. By 15th apr'18.

                        I purchased an iphone 7 on exchange offer and finally made a payment of 33733 using emi option. As per the terms and conditions i met all the criteria :-
                        1. Min. 32000 should be made via icici credit card and
                        2. Purchase must be on emi.

                        After waiting till 15th april, i called up icici customer care for not receiving a cashback of rs.5000. They raised my complaint & provided me service request no. Sr[protected]. On the next day, i was asked to provide the transaction slip of flipkart. Logically icici should check internally as they can access my statements and transaction history and secondly they can easily approach flipkart. However, i provided maximum information to icici (Including 3 months statements, offer page of icici website and an invoice of flipkart).

                        Despite of meeting all the criteria and providing all the information i have been told that "your transaction was not eligible for a cashback". When i asked them a reason and i was surprised to see their reply that "we are disappointed to note that we are unable to match your expectations. If you wish, you may escalate the issue further to our grievance redressal cell by following the steps given
                        Below:

                        Go to www.icicibank.com — feedback you will find an option""compliments/complaints"" — click on complaints — click on step 3 — fill the form to submit the grevience or to [protected]@icicibank.com

                        This is a kind of responses icici bank representatives are giving and now anybody can imagine how good they would be in handling customer grievance.

                        My main concern is not about my cashback only but other customers cashback as well. I remember about my purchase and that is why i'm chasing icici for my cashback but lot of customers do not even remember about the cashback whose cashback profit would ultimately go into icici bank.

                        Kindly look into it on priority and provide cashback to all eligible customers including me.

                        I have already written a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com and received a very rubbish reply that "we are not able to match your expectations. If you wish, you may escalate the issue further to our Grievance Redressal Cell. I then escalated this case to next level at [protected]@icicibank.com but received no reply yet. Nobody is taking it serious and I will make sure that I will sue against you in consumer court and ask for compensation for mentally disturbing me and for spoiling my time.
                        I recharged my jio number on 21st April 2018 .Although the amount of rs 498 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

                        Kindly return the amount asap.
                        I have purchased mobile from flipkart. I paid by pay now option on 19th the amount was 10169..from flipkart it comes failed. But still now I did not recover the amount.pls refund my amount quickly

                          My account got deducted by 413rs. Two times against ecsrtnchg. I am paying for lic policy. That policy ecs got adjusted from my account with just a fraction of minutes when balance was insufficient. This is my first time where this has happened. Bank should consider me as i am paying the same ecs regularly for a long time now.
                          I want my amount refunded. This is seriously not acceptable as a customer.
                          Total money that is deducted = 826rs.

                            Sir I have done recharge on 21 April, 2018 on my jio no.[protected] via Bhim Upi on my jio app of ₹(448-50)=398. The money was deducted and taken by "[protected]@icici " but no recharge was there shown and no msg was received of recharge done.
                            Jio customer care also responded in negative as they said that we have no money received so we cannot take action.

                                I have recently opened an account with ICICI. However I am facing the issue of not receiving OTP for any transaction or OTP for any other service. I called up the bank helpline number and they told me that they are sending the OTP it must be a network problem .It cannot be a network problem since I receive all other messages on the same number.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am deepjyoti barman. 190.47 + 635.53 amount has been deducted from my icici account on two occasions. I have never been informed about the same.
                                  Neither any message or any email.
                                  Luckily i went throough my bank statements for any incidents like this and i saw these deductions.

                                  I dont even see any demat account linked to my icici account.
                                  Please refund my hard earned money.

                                    Cell [protected], my friend vivek shrivastava had sent 50000 amount to me through neft, but he put name as devendra goyal in that neft form, after that it has been leined for the same amount. But now i am having credit balance in my account.
                                    I don't know the amount has gone, it has neither gone vivek shrivastava account, nor in my account, i visited the jaipur...

                                    On 21april 2018, i send money to a builder through imps from my icici bank account. Unfortunately transaction failed. I call to icici bank customer care. They said it will solve in 2days and you will get your money back. But still i didn't get my money back. Customer care saying that you have to wait today end of the day when ever i'm calling same answer.
                                    Actually icici bank using my money. So i'm going to give a complaint against icici bank in consumer court.
