Please be aware of opening account with icici. 2 years back we submitted the application to close the salary account, and suddenly system started sending text messages for min balance and aadhar card linking. Till time there was no emails, no text messages, nothing...
We clearly explained the problem in writing couple of times, but employees working in icici, just responding the emails with some standard content without reading the emails or understanding the customer's problem and showcasing their foolishness.
Since last 3-4 weeks i am struggling to solve my problem, but they just keep sending email with standard content and wasting my lot of time and patients.
Please please please think 100 times before you open the any type of account with icici.
I would say give a try to sbi bank which looks best in terms of customer service and online banking interfaces.
