Myself vivek sodhi is having saving account in icici bank. My customer id is[protected]. On 15.06.2018 i have made a transaction to kanhaiya fashion of rs 949.00 which was debited from my account twice. Kanhaiya fashion has told me that he has received the amount only one time & he has given me cancelled transaction failed copy receipt. Till date i have not received reversal of my amount. I have also called in icici customer care but executive has not registered my complaint.
Kindly look into this matter on priority basis.

I can't get status of my money multiplyer bond-0399-mmb-two which i have been issued by icici limited on 28.04.1999 with bondholder no.5505-190 issued from registered from c-23, g-block, bandra-kurla complex, bandra (East) mumbai. Name of batchholder (S) aniruddh jain i have visit bank than icici diert on custumer care number but no solution. Kindly inform
So that i can encash the same

I was using credit card of icici bank and from last 3months missing the payment due to financial conditions now persons recieved to my house and harras to my mother regarding credit payment and was giving threating of police

And when i went to police and police guy called him for same he disconnected the call every time

Sir, i have get get one assist protection brochure my post indicated that my relationship no is 4448139. I dont requested for this facility. With out my permission your company deducted rs 1399/-from my icici credit card for this product. (Enhansed wa power single plan ref no 74766518141820939370558). Pls cancell this and refund the amount to my account. I also coplaint to icici about this on 19/06/18

I have been using icici since 3 years. Today i try to login my account by using pockets. But i found a balance of 0.9/-. Thereafter i login through my internet banking in the minimum statement i found there is deduction of 264/- in the name of smab and 48/- in the name of tax with out any prior intimation. Why did this happened? My account is salary account i. E., 0 balance account.

I want to complain regarding atmdec chg deduction (₹29.50 x 2 = ₹59.00) from my salaried bank account (Opened in dec 2010/jan2011).

This is the first time i had this issue. As per my salaried bank account facilities i was able to withdraw money from any bank atm without any charges for transactions.

Kindly look into this issue as a matter o[censored]rgency and share further updates please.

Checked with the bank, they stated that the transaction was successful.
Please done the payment otherwise refund my money back

My credit card number ending with 2001 has expired since 03/2014.

In the month of Feb i did not receive my statement and hence missed the payment deadline.The customer care executive told to make the payment and he would revoke the late payment fee.
Based on the call with the executive i made the complete payment barring the late payment fee( i also paid the Service tax on the late payment charges)
Now each moth the bank adds 500 every month.
The late payment fee from Rs 500 has now accumulated to Rs 2422

ICICI bank has issued a new card that i have not received and they keep sending me the statement with the new account number that ends with 8006

I am surprised at the unethical behavior of ICICI bank.How can they issue a new card? Who has received the new card ? Why will a customer pay false charges when he/she has not been using the credit card..On top of it their executive behave very badly with the customers.
No wonder the bank CEO is under the cloud of fraud allegations !!

From my account[protected], there was a deduction of inr 29.50 without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. From the internet, i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. And how come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it or else i'll go to a higher authority

I have never requested for debit card upgrade. Why am i receiving this mail?

There was atm discrepancy while i tried to withdraw 80, 000 on 16 jun 2018 at around 9.41pm from icici bank atm (S1cw4725). The money got deducted from my account but the atm maachine didn't dispense the cash from the machine. I called the customer care right away and they assured me to solve this and complain no. Is (Sr[protected]. Also told me to do transaction again and i did it twice for rs.2000 each time and i recieved that amount.

But suddenly yesterday i got message that we cannot reverse the money as it has been paid so registered the complain again and the complain no is (Sr[protected]. I also visited my branch and they have raised the complaint as well. Also the branch manager told me that the atm cannot withdraw 80, 000 at a single time and that might be the reason you did not receive money. So it should have refunded the same day itself then why is it taking so long?? Why icici is not giving proper customer support?? Due to atm error why am i facing so many difficulties??

Please take it further from here. Also now i am not able to contact customer support from my phone.

I have applied for auto loan, the application number shared by icici representative is [protected]. This is no where matching in their system, when called to customer care phone banking. But the branch is confirming about existence. There is no single email or sms received about progress on my auto loan. But whereas the visited representative is verbally confirming about the approval. I am surprised and worried to see, not a single official communication exists till date. My further process is stuck due to it. And shall call for legal actions if failed due to it

I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I Have Paid RS 51601.80 through my ICICI debit card for My college Fees via IOB Pay on 11th June 2018. The Transaction failed but my Money got debited .
I Have made a complaint on the same day . They are casually saying it will take upto 35 days or even more to refund. When I contacted IOB PAY Customer Care they said they didn't receive the amount and its still with my bank..

I have received call from [protected] many times they have claim that they are from icici bank and my husband supposed to pay the credit card due amount whereas i have mentioned many times that i am premium customer of icici bank and do not carry any credit card or credit from the bank and i am single.. You have got wrong information in-spite they started shouting and started using slang languages and abusing me... I have tried contacting the icici bank to check my relationship with the bank but i have not got any response.. I am surprise to see the behavior of these people who are spoiling the name of such a reputed company and even banks are entertaining them.

I wish to meet this lady once and talk to her abut her manners and etiquette and which class they belongs to.

This is shameless on bank if they entertain and encourage such people to loose their name and clients as i wish to withdraw my eight years of relationship with icici bank
