Respected sir i am ashwin kumar my pli policy number is[protected] and i want to tell you that i have pay my premium rs 2428 (Including tax) of march month on 5-march-2018 through icici inetrnet banking and my balance of rs 2428 deducted from my icici account number[protected] which has transaction id or[protected] this amount of rs 2428not update on postal pli portal. And this amount of rs 2428 not return in my account till date. So please update this amount of rs 2428 on pli portal. I have taken two wheeler loan for Hero Honda Hunk (GJ06 CQ 2202) from ICICI Bank. I have completed the loan. Now I want NOC against the loan.

Please help me out to get the NOC from ICICI Bank.
I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

    I am an icici customer for the last 2 years and i moved to canada. My online banking is locked therefore, i cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the otp number, my india mobile number is updated in icici and no longer exists. I need to update my canada mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing otp. Please somebody help me to get my canada phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it update

      Hi professional,

      I will make a money transfer 50k (5th april 2018) through phone pe app. My icici bank will charged 289rs for it with out any intimation.

      2) today (6th april 2018) i will send money 10k through neft to icici account. It will charged 50rs as tax.

      3) last 3 years on words i will deposit amount in my account through cash machine, manual deposit or transfer through any bank they will charged rs 154 for it. I will rise a complaint in bank multiple time but till am not got any update for this deduction. Please check my query and kindly resolve asap.

      I had done a transaction at 9:45 on Saturday, 31st March in Phoenix Market City Lower Parel using HDFC Debit Card, however the money got deducted from the bank but cash did not receive. Value was 5, 000. Have been trying to reach out to HDFC & ICICI Bank Customer Care numbers but there has been no response.
      My Account got debited with 176 as ECSRTNCHG, ane 2nd stime 413, 31 as GST And 31 as CST.why this is happening????? What is actually ECSRTNCHG ??? Why it deducting from account.Please mail to me on [protected]@gmail.com

        Dear madam,
        I am anjaliben jayeshbhai from surat, gujarat state. I am a tribal farmer, and also a house wife. I request and plead your high office to save me and my family from the extreme harassment inflicted upon me and my family, committed in general by your icici bank ltd senior corporate management officers at bank head office, icici bank ltd central team, and in particular by regional debt manager, mr. Prakash mudaliar and senior bank officer, mr bhaveesh desai, from icici bank ltd regional office at surat, state gujarat.

        Madam, i and my old aged senior citizen, mother in law are being threatened and tortured by the recovery goonda's of icici bank and montu sarkar, who claims to be head of icici bank, for recovery of loan accounts which were closed in the year 2009. Now, after 9 years, some recovery goondas who claimed to be from icici bank entered my premises in the afternoon at 12pm on feb 9, 2018. I was alone at my home along with my aged mother in law who is a senior citizen. We both women were terrorized and threatened with dire consequences if i do not pay them the desired amount. We were threatened that they will keep on visiting at odd hours and at all times and that the head of icici bank, montu sarkar has authorised them to somehow extort the money from us. Soon after, i received a call from[protected], someone, claiming to be montu sarkar, icici head, who claimed that he will take the money by hook or crook. He asked me to sell my agriculture land at valsad district and pay him the money. My land is mentioned as tribal land 73/a/a. They were forcing me to sign on some legal papers which i refused. The bank recovery goonda's are threatening me that they will not hesitate to resort to physically assault my family publicly. I informed him to send me a letter from his office with the statement of account, and all that, whatever he wanted to speak to me on phone. He outright refused and used filthy abusive, below the belt language and threatened me that if i want safety for my family, i must give him the money demanded by him. Before this incident of feb 09, 2018, a week before, on 2nd feb 2018, three so called recovery goonda's had visited my residence and created a ruckus and vandalism. They made me talk to some head of icici bank recovery head mumbai office, who also had then abused me and threatened me with dire consequences if we don't pay the money demanded by them. The visiting recovery goonda abused me with castiest remarks and was outraging my modesty and that of my aged mother in law. All the filthy words mentioning and demeaning my tribal caste and community were used to humiliate me and my mother in law. We were humiliated by worst castiest remarks that the banks should not lend money to people from caste such as sweepers and aadivasi's. The words mentioned herein above were spoken in the gujarati language such as, dheda, dubla añè aadivasi's. So called banking officers of icici bank and its recovery goonda's were humiliating me and my family.

        On registering my complaint at your office through email, few days after, regional debt manager, mr. Prakash mudaliar and senior bank officer, mr bhaveesh desai had met me. I was informed by them that there was an outstanding of some loan account of the year of march 2009. I informed them that the said loan accounts were closed itself in the year 2009 by the icici bank ltd.in the year 2009, i and my family were informed and assured that since all the loan accounts were closed, hence no amount would be demanded and the bank regional office and debt manager at surat were informed accordingly. Ever since, from 2009 till february 02, 2018, for full nine years, no one from icici bank ever visited my residence or have ever contacted me or have ever demanded any sort of outstanding loan amount.
        I requested mr prakash mudaliar and mr bhaveesh desai to show me the documents for which they were sending goondas to my residence. I was informed by these two officials and i was shocked to notice that icici bank and its officials had prepared bogus forged documents showing that i and my family had credited some amount in my loan accounts from my savings bank account in the year 2014 and in another account in the year 2015. Since the year 2009, i and my family have never used nor have done any sort of transaction in any such accounts of icici bank. All my accounts were dormant from the year 2009. As per to the reserve bank of india, no dormant account is made operative without kyc. I wanted to know, how my dormant accounts were made operative without following kyc norms. I was shocked to notice, the way icici bank had forged bogus documents to show that a dormant account since last many years was activated just to prove and show that i and my family had deposited the amount in the savings bank account and that i and my family had deposited some amount in the loan account transferred from my savings bank account. I demanded to know, how much amount was credited in the loan account, both the officers, mr. Prakash mudaliar and mr bhaveesh desai pleaded ignorance and they didnt have the answer. It seems icici bank and its management is above the law of the land and above the constitution of india. The modus operandi of the senior banking officials proves that icici bank and its senior management do hoot care for the law of the land and just to somehow terrorize and threaten customers to somehow pressurize them to part with their money.
        Bogus and forged documents are being created by the icici bank and its officers to somehow coerce and involve me and my family into acknowledging the debt. The said documents were shown to me.in the documents which were shown to me, there were letters which claimed that i am my family had requested the icici bank, for prepayment of the so called bank loan account. Highly scandalous and scary!!! I requested these two officials to show me the letter which they claimed that i and my family had sent to icici bank requesting them for prepayment for so called bank loan accounts. They could not furnish. I requested to show me the counter foil of the branch where the bank claims that certain amount was credited in my loan account in 2014. I wanted to know who had deposited and who had signed in the cash deposit foil slip. Again over here, both the officers could not furnish. It seems there are many more people and banking officials who are involved in forging and producing of such bogus and forged documents. I don’t understand, why would i and my family, send letters to icici bank ltd, requesting for pre payment of the loan accounts, already when my loan accounts were closed nine years back in the year 2009.

        It seems that the icici bank ltd senior management and icici bank ltd central team along with the icici bank ltd regional office at surat and many more are involved in creation of such bogus and forged documents to somehow threaten poor tribal farmers and its family. Senior management of icici bank ltd cannot escape the liability for creation of bogus and forged documents since these two officers, mr prakash mudaliar and senior bank officer, mr bhaveesh desai are salaried employees of the bank. The icici bank senior level management is vicariously liable for such acts of its on roll salaried employees. The corporate management office of icic bank ltd is directly vicariously liable for all criminal actions of producing and creating bogus and forged documents.
        Madam, i and my family, being from a downtrodden tribal farmer’s family, have been constantly writing to you and have earlier brought this to your notice in february 2018. Every time i write to you, i receive vague replies from your office and your senior management officer’s refuses to acknowledge the criminal act committed by your bank central team and your authorized banking officers of your icici regional head office located at surat. It is highly obnoxious and unexpected to notice such apathy from your high office. The entire complaint of criminal act has been brushed aside conveniently to save your officers from legal obligation for the act and omissions committed by your bank and its officers. Being a woman yourself, i thought you will acknowledge my complaint which is of a serious nature against a woman, and that you shall take necessary action against the criminal intimation of your banking officials. Inspite of writing to you and bringing the facts to your kind information, you conveniently choose to brush aside my complaint. I am under severe depression due to the humiliation and mental torture caused by icici bank head, its banking official and its recovery goonda's. I am being terrorised and fear for the lives of my family. The icici bank head and its recovery goonda's should be held responsible for any uncertain harm to me or my family members.

        I wish to put on record,
        I have been writing about the torture by icici bank, to the icici bank managing director through emails and to various government departments including to the office of banking ombudsman, reserve bank of india.
        The icici bank head and its banking officials are constantly harassing me and my family, threatening me for recovery of loan amount whose loan account was closed nine years back in 2009. Icici bank and its officers are threatening me that they will somehow acquire my family ancestor’s inherited agricultural land, by creating and producing forged and bogus documents to prove acknowledgement of debt. Nor i or any of my family members have ever taken, any loan by mortgaging our property and have never ever mortgaged our ancestors inherited agriculture farming land. Senior level management of icici bank are terrorising me and my family by all their means and actions. Being farmer, i and my family belong to a humble tribal family and hence vulnerable to this torture. Senior corporate management of icici bank is vicariously liable for my plight and should be held responsible in case for any untoward incident indulging in my death.

          Since past 3 days I have been calling ICICI Bank Customer care and requesting for financial yearly statement. Obviously this will help me in computing my IT Returns.

          Every time I call they say that it’s done and I will receive it in my email within 15 – 20 minutes. I have placed 3 requests so far and not a single time I have received anything in my email. There’s nothing even in Spam folder.

          They have a technical glitch which they are just not accepting and forwarding to the concerned IT department. They are just re-processing my request again and again and giving me fake assurance that it will be received in 15 minutes. 72 hours are gone guys and I still have not received a single statement yet.

            I had a demat account in icici bank on 2009, when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative. After a year i had closed the account with the help of customer service. But when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dp chgs till mar-18' — inr 826.

            1. Firstly, the account was supposed to be closed by 2010 itself.

            2. The manager from demat service is informing me that the savings account is linked with demat account which was not able to see in my internet banking. I have taken the screen shot.

            3. They have been debiting the charges for next 7 years without my notice, eventhough none of the information is updated - no current mobile number. No current email address. But the amount has been directly debit from the savings account without any notice (No matter what, the bank doesn’t even check the person holding the account is alive, but they directly debit the charges from saving account)

            This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

            I would like to take this proceed legally to sort of such kind of fraud done by icici bank.

            I haven't told them to renewal the one assist scheme and it was already expired on 17th Jan 2018. That time I have clearly told them to don't renew the scheme. But today on 3 April 2018 Rs.1899 has deducted from my account without any intimation, why?

                My FOOD card is not still credited even though I have completed my KYC as asked by ICICI bank.Please help me. I have followed all steps as shared by bank in the SMS.
                I get usually credit amt in food card withing first two days of month.This time I got message as I have to complete my KYC and I have done as asked.Still no credit has been done.

                    Hello team,
                    I am prince adaikkala raj salary account holder in icici have applied for personal loan on march 11th through an agent called me from your bank after that have received calls daily and every representative used to collect my data and each of them submitted the application. Also, i have informed difficulties i have in applying for the loan all the representatives told me they will help me out and approve the loan even the person who came to collect the document, i told to the representatives that am so worried to submit the documents as i have chances to get rejected but they convinced me with false information and false promises and made me to submit the documents, for your information i have voice recorder of each representatives who spoke to me. Now my loan application has been rejected by bank for the reasons why i was worried to apply, here it's not my fault that thy made me to submit the application form by keep calling me in online, also no one provided the correct information they just want me to submit the form at the end now am suffering because of your representatives wrong promises this is really unfair, if i didn't recieve any action or response from your side i would even ready to close my account and file complaint against the firm.

                      I had pruchased a money multiper bond in 1999 issue price 5000 amd redemption price 50000 on 2017 but recently when i visited the local icici branch in versova mumbai. The representative told me i will receive only 42000 as the market value is low but in the contract it has been mentioned that the redemption value is 50000. So please look into this matter and take a quick action

                        I have a savings account which is my salary account for the past 18 years and my account is blocked without intimation or reason. I cannot do any transaction and the phone banking is not available on weekends. This is totally unprofessional.

                        I have not missed any payments and all of a sudden i am not able to any shopping on weekends. This service is totally unsatisfactory.

                            I applied for personel loan for 3 lac rupees in icici through my loan care & the executive name was rajat sikerwal, mobile no [protected]. The rate of interest has discussed as 14.49% & processing charges as 2 %, but with out informing to me, they changed it as 14.99%, processing charges as 2.5 % & amount was disbursed. The total amount i was received rs. 2, 87, 952 only. I ask the my loan care executive, icici bank for the charge break up for 12, 048 rs, they didn't responded, even not picking my calls. I urge the people to don't trust them any more, because they will do anything for the money.

                              Hello sir/madam,

                              I am holding an icici bank account for the past 14 years. Suddenly they have blocked my icici account from 5th april and all my scheduled transactions were failed. This is totally an unprofessional way of handling the bank account and treating the so called privilige customers.

                              Infact i have been to their branch on 26th march 2018 and there were no intimation or communication from the branch about the account details. Looks like they just randomly decided to block the account.

                              Please let me know is there any way i can make the icici responsible for the monetary loss that i have been due to failed transactions and activate my account. Thanks.

                                I created a new savings account with ICICI bank. After few days i got to know that they activated a one assist plan on my account. They debited Inr 3399 from my account in two transactions one is of Inr 1500 and another of Inr 1899 without my permission. I want full refund because i havnt made any transaction even though i was not informed about this plan. This comes under fraudlent act.

                                Last year June ICICI and oneassist had activated on one assist plan on my account and deducted 1899 Rs from my account
                                I had raised a complaint last year itself to terminate my plan, since it was initiated without my approval and i have got a partial refund of 500 Rs last year. This year also Rs 1899 was deducted from account without any intimation
                                Please terminate my plans with immediate effect and refund the entire amount ASAP. Let me know, if you need any further clarifications, I will be available in mobile number mentioned in the signature.

                                  I have a/c[protected] with ICICI bank i have transferred rs.10, 000/- using imps on 3 Apr 2018 to Bank of Baroda bank. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to beneficiary account. I got message that it timed out transaction status will be updated by beneficiary bank with 3 working days but still amount not refunded not credited to the beneficiary bank please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    Was enquiring about converting my Credit card balance to EMIs. The ICICI employee, Selva, did the conversion to EMIs without my approval. According to the attached letter my EMIs start on the 10th of April (in 3 days) and this letter also threatens legal action if not paid. I have recorded the calls from Mr. Selva and yesterday's interaction as well would be glad to share them.

                                      I am Pardeep Kumar 826/- rupees has been deducted from my bank account stating as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-18) DP Charges on 27/3/18.

                                      I have never activated & used my Demat Account till now.

                                      At the time of Account opening i got a kit containing demat card, i insisted not to give this Demat card but he said this is a part of kit sir & free of cost.

                                      There was no prior notice. This is completely unethical way of making money to balance there profit margin.
