I applied for icici credit card. I submitted all documents to executive officer. I asked them what is the status of my credit card, they said me that there is some kyc problem in my application so they will do re-login. But again no response from there side even icici customer care number is not connecting.

Worst service and worst process by icici bank.
So i request people please don't go for icici, s any service.

    I made a transaction through imps of 610/- to sbi once and immediately by mistake i clicked submit again. So money transferred once again 610/- to sbi account but money not credited in sent account second time. First time it credited. Checked my statement and balance it got cut twice 610/- shows cleary. Never faced anywhere this type of problem before either it should credit or return back to same account but money lost in transaction.

      Hi, i can see a transaction on my bank statement which i further tried to investigate and came to know that it is some sort of my money service which i never subscribed. I didn’t even receive any email or sms prior or after deduction of money.

      Why i am being changed for this mm without my permission? Why didn’t i get notified?

      Please stop this mm service and initiate refund with an apology before i take any further actions using a costumers rights.

        My name is surbhi khurana (Surbhi chawla prior to marriage). I worked in icici bank from july 17 2006 to june 10 2008 as an officer. My employee number was 146549. I am applying for a pr to canada.
        For this purpose i need an experience letter with detailed responsibilities on the icici company letter head.

        I have been following up with alumni and settlement teams of icici back for the last 2-3 months but not getting a response. I need the letter asap.

        Need help in resolving this issue.

          recall of my neft transaction from icici bank

          I have an account in hdfc bank and we have initiated a neft recall from that branch to icici using neft. [protected]@icici.com. Only auto generated reply alone is occuring from their end without any proper status of the transaction.

          I would like to have a proper reply from the icici bank since i have already met the beneficiary branch manager, he only told me to follow these process. But now i am stuck in the middle of no where....

          On the date 16/4/018 fraud transaction did my anyone. I haven't got any otp messages i loss total amount 10010 rupees. Bank not giving any response to me.

          Dear customer, inr 4, 000.00 was spent using debit card of account xx4308 on 16-apr-18. Info: iin*i-debit*pay. The available balance is inr 7, 399.34.

            It just have come to my notice that icici bank had been silenty charging me for transactions on the hpcl petrol pump which is owned and operated by hpcl at sector 82, noida. My debit card shows hp logo on it and it was very clearly told to me that no surcharge at hpcl petrol pump. I also ensure that the swipe m/c is icici bank m/c.

            Horrible, restrictive trad practice by icici bank, unacceptable. There are court ruling already on this restrictive trade practice. Hope all icici bank customer handling staff is made aware of it and before they start talking irresponsibly.

              I am sahul hameed, aged 27 working for mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd, was recently on 22nd march 2018 issued a "ferari" credit card by the icici bank of india and charged a registration fee for the card for rs 590 incl gst. While issuing the card the marketing executive had promised that this will be a life time free card with no renewal charges and no joining fee as my company was a "a" group company. While signing on the form i had noticed the card fees and enquired with the service boy and with the marketing executive but was assured that this was a standard practice but no fees will be charge to you. Then i had not applied for the card, they had got my number from some database which the icici bank must have procurred from somebody. I had said that since i already was having 2 card i was not requiring the card. But, the marketing executive pleaded that since it was a life time free card and with no renewal charges, i finaaly agreed to get the card and i have cancel my old coral credit card. However, to my shock and dismay, i was surprised to find the attached documents with the card asking for the card fees and yesterday i received the bill for the fees on my email for the same. I have requested the company to cancel my card for the same. I hereby ask the consumer rights redressal commitee to compensate me suitably for the distress and mental agony caused to me by the false marketing propoganda by the company and to take strong action against the bank. Also, to suitably compensate me for wasting my precious time inpursuing this case to the tune of rs 100000. Looking forward to eagerly awaiting your help.               My Rs. 2000/- was deducted on December 5, 2016 with some title saying Dr Tran For Funding A/c[protected]. I understand that it's too late to register a complaint but I got to know about this fake deduction just now. Attached is the image of the transaction.                   Presently I am using mobile phone[protected] for receiving OTP etc. while doing on line transactions.
                  I As I wanted to change the mobile number ( new :[protected], I have visited your customer care office ( Ram Nagar, Coimbatore ) and submitted my application on 08/01/2018. I was told that necessary action will be done in about 2 days and I will be getting the confirmation.
                  Even after one month, the action did not take place.
                  I visited the office again during 03/2018, requesting for effecting the changes. I have received intimation in my mobile number[protected] that the request is being effected.
                  But till date the correction has not been implemented. When I have visited your Coimbatore office again today, I was directed to write to customer care centre for further action. I was also told that the changed mobile number is appearing in the system but not yet activated.
                  I am unable to understand why so much time is needed to effect the change in mobile number when you have latest updation arrangements.
                  As such, i would like to request you to look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

                    I did a recharge to my jio number [protected] today (16/04/2018) through BHIM app. Amount 349 deducted from my account but my plan is not activated. When I contacted jio they said that they were not received the amount . In BHIM its showing as "APPROVED" and the amount was credited to [protected]@icici account. If Indiaideas received my cash then why don't they activate my plan on jio ? Please help me regarding this concern otherwise I will have to complain in consumer forum.

                        Whenever i try to make an online purchase/transaction. I get the following message:

                        "for security reasons your verified by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at verified by visa merchants.

                        To unblock your card/login, please contact icici bank customer care.

                        To complete this purchase using another form of payment, click 'continue'"

                        Ive tried calling icici bank, they tell me that they've launched the complain and the matter should eget resolved in an hour or so. After 3 days the issue still stands!!

                        Kindly guide as to how i can get my icici credit card unblocked for online transactions.

                          Below is the letter sent to icici bank which is self explanatory.

                          Dear sir/madam

                          I write this letter to convey my regret with regards to handling my home loan closer from your esteem bank. I have home loan and top up home loan in your bank (Lbmum[protected] & lbmum[protected] respectively). Meanwhile i took personal loan from your bank which loan account number is lpnmu[protected] wherein i have been requested if my home can be attached with this. I said it is ok and i have no objection because i am sure at any case i will repay both the loans. Right now i sold my flat and paid all the dues and principles of both home loans, it was made on 8th march 2018. During that time no representative from your bank informed that i will not get the home loan documents, they said i will get home documents by 12 working days (Sr[protected] &[protected]. After 10 days i get a call from your representative that there is a block due to personal loan emi due. So i spoke to personal loan dept and paid the due and requested them to release noc. They did from their end, after that i again went to vashi branch and raised sr to get my home documents and i asked to check there is no block now. They have checked and said it is all clear and sr has been raised accordingly on 5th april 2018 and they informed that i will get home documents within a week (Sr no[protected] &[protected]

                          On 12th april 2018 when i again went to vashi branch to check the status they said the personal loan account is blocked and linked so they cannot release documents. I was shocked even after checking so many representatives why i am being misguided by the bank. The buyer is behind me asking for home loan document and it is almost more than a month i have been misled by you bank representative. Had they told me in advance that i have to make a request to delink the personal loan i would have taken initiative one month before.

                          Now i have kind request for you to resolve this matter to delink the personal loan from home loan account. Off course i will never default any of my loan because it will cause serious issue with my cibil and future business with any banks. So please delink the personal loan account and if required you may link my iciciprudential policy (No.[protected] which has 4l rupees..

                          I request your immediate action in this because the buyer is putting pressure on me to return his amount

                            I had made 2 transactions about the same time, but have same problem.

                            Both of the transactions amount has not been received back in my account.

                            It's been more than 14 hours.

                              I recharged my jio number [protected] in myjio app through vpn address. Payment is being sent and transaction is successful.
                              Money rs.349 is deducted from account but recharge is not done. Kk kindly refund my amount.
                              I am attaching a screenshot of payment successful message. Please solve the issue and refund my money.
                              Paytm is the app i used for upi transaction and i contacted their customer care regarding the same issue.
                              They asked me to contact the merchant indianideas. Icici. So i am writing this complaint. Look through me and solve the issue and please refund soon.

                                  I received a call from icici bank and they gave information about one assist plan after that they activated this plan and deducted rs1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.
