My name is rajesh londhe my friend transfer 2000rs. To my account the account no is[protected]. When i see it debit freeze i am going to nearest branch but they want me to go branch where i was opening the account so i travel 30 km away and going to branch but they also miss guide and ignore it. Also they can check the orignal adhar detail still my account is debit freeze.

    I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on 02/02/2018 for jio no. [protected]. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app when i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs 399 which was my recharge amount. It was indiaideas @icici, when i transferred 399rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any messages from jio care and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount

      Hi,

      Can icici bank explain what are dp charges levied on me? I had two transactions showing this without any prior notice.

      I pay my yearly maintenance charges of my demat account.

      This looks like a fraud.

      Please clarify these hidden charges.

      Also, there is a need to improve your customer services which is at rock bottom at the moment.

        When i was making a recharge of 399 rs .and when i made a payment of 349 rs using my bhimupi on my Jio app...then a request of 349 rs debition came from [protected]@icici on my upi ...i approved that transaction ..and after this amount debited from account but no recharge done till yet ...

        Date and time of transaction-31th Jan 2018 (4;20 pm)
        I need my money back in my respective account as soon as possible ...plzzz help me by refunding my money

          This is regarding a transaction made to [protected]@icici for amount of 349 rupees for jio recharge via phonepe upi app. This merchant here has bad history of defrauding customers time and again. Apart from raising a complaint here i would be raising complaint with banking ombudsman as well. The repeated transaction failures in various utility bills of various customers makes it icici's liability as well and they would also be charged for defrauding people. Attached picture would provide additional details of the transaction if you wish to do anything.

            I am a house wife. I have opened a sb a/c in icici bank. Dhenkanal branch. Thought my account has been opened but till now i have not received my sb book, cheque book or atm card. I only understand odia language. One man called in mob and try to talk with me. I told him clearly that i have not received my banking documents. So nothing is required except banking documents. Still i find some thing arround 1900/= has been deducted from my account. This service is not required. Please deposit the amount in my account. If not i will be compelled to go to court of law.

              I have recharged a jio number on Myjio app through UPi option. It made me to pay 449/- rs to [protected]@icici. When I clicked on yes, the request for payment of rs 449/- rs was received on my phonepay account. So I have accepted the request to pay 449/- rs to [protected]@icici. When I contacted customer cares of jio and phonepay, both said me to contact to [protected]@icici. What should I do now? I have lost my money.

                I just randomly went through my e-statement and saw a deduction of inr 826 dated 25 jan 2018 without any notification sms/email.

                I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                First of all, my demat account is not active and i am not using it.

                Secondly, demat account was free of cost (Though i opted out having the demat account). At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

                        I had made recharge for jio through upi but the money was diverted to one of your upi account instead of recharge.
                        Please refund the money.
                        Also, take against this account as i see they have been active since long.
                        This seriously not done, how can a national bank be so venerable. As a national bank, you should verify you customer well. Also, this fraud has been going on for sometime and there have been multiple reports, why didn't you guys take actions?

                          I have made a transaction of 2 lacs on 29 jan 2018 but as soon as i pressed the submit button for online transaction, icici bank site displayed the session timed out. When i checked back, amount was already debited.

                          I contacted icici customer service and they said that the amount will be credited back in my account within 2 days. After two days, i contact again icici customer service and they gave me a service ticket and asked me to wait for 5 days for resolution. This is not acceptable from bank like icici. Complaint number is sr[protected]. I need an early resolution. I can not wait for 7 days to resolve the issue. I need this amount urgently.

                            They deducted nearly 1100 rs from my account under heading dcardfee jan18-dec18+g36gst. Why was i not informed of any such that thing? Nor they gave any explanation about the same. How can you deduct money from people's account without giving any reason? Also, they keep making deduction without informing about anything. How long will this carry on?

                              I have contacted ebay customer care they said they have not received money yet.

                              I have been notified by bank that amount is credited back to my account. Thank-you for your assistance with this matter.
                              And I thank ICICI Bank Customer Care as well for their response and for having resolved my complaint.
                              I have paid two time transaction ICICI credit card no. 0007 amount of 3161.82 rupees against this Order id[protected] . But second time retry payment 3161.82 then not succesful payment at SHOPCLUES AND not return THE AMOUNT 3161.82 to my credit card no. 0007. I attached the statement
                              date 15/06/2021 time 7.30 pm and 7.31 pm which deducted the amount from my card. I want to look into the matter.

                                  Jio recharge faliured using PhonePe.
                                  Some [protected]@icici have requested through phone pay to send Rs. 399/- by clicking a site given as http://phon.pe/0m4hwxzi to recharge my jio no [protected].
                                  As I clicked on the said site an amount of Rs. 399/- instantly debited from my HDFC Bank a/c. but recharge not done.
                                  When I tried to call phone pe customer care they are asking me to cancel through the said link through which they cheated me. I have tried my best but unable to find any cancellation option.

                                    I transferred rs 25000 through imps on 31st jan at 7.50 am from icici a/c to axis bank a/c.

                                    Transaction remark : mmt/ref[protected]

                                    The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                                    But i got a message that said

                                    "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.25, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 31-jan-2018 21:04:52. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                                      I have recharged my jio number [protected] on 30th january 2018 through upi through my sbi account, but i have not got any recharge on number nor the amount debited is returned. I have contacted my bank about this matter, they are telling transcation from their side is completed so please look into this matter seriously and return the amount debited.                                         This bill amt is per month wrongly deducted from my account.
                                        I have not listed any bill for this deduction & i don;t know really that for what purpose the amt is continuously deducting from my saving account.
                                        It is requested to u that plz reverse my debit amount for this payment & stop further payment from my account directly.
