        I had made recharge for jio through upi but the money was diverted to one of your upi account instead of recharge.
        Please refund the money.
        Also, take against this account as i see they have been active since long.
        This seriously not done, how can a national bank be so venerable. As a national bank, you should verify you customer well. Also, this fraud has been going on for sometime and there have been multiple reports, why didn't you guys take actions?

          I have made a transaction of 2 lacs on 29 jan 2018 but as soon as i pressed the submit button for online transaction, icici bank site displayed the session timed out. When i checked back, amount was already debited.

          I contacted icici customer service and they said that the amount will be credited back in my account within 2 days. After two days, i contact again icici customer service and they gave me a service ticket and asked me to wait for 5 days for resolution. This is not acceptable from bank like icici. Complaint number is sr[protected]. I need an early resolution. I can not wait for 7 days to resolve the issue. I need this amount urgently.

            They deducted nearly 1100 rs from my account under heading dcardfee jan18-dec18+g36gst. Why was i not informed of any such that thing? Nor they gave any explanation about the same. How can you deduct money from people's account without giving any reason? Also, they keep making deduction without informing about anything. How long will this carry on?

              I have contacted ebay customer care they said they have not received money yet.
              So this indiaideas took away my money.

              I have been notified by bank that amount is credited back to my account. Thank-you for your assistance with this matter.
              And I thank ICICI Bank Customer Care as well for their response and for having resolved my complaint.
              I have paid two time transaction ICICI credit card no. 0007 amount of 3161.82 rupees against this Order id[protected] . But second time retry payment 3161.82 then not succesful payment at SHOPCLUES AND not return THE AMOUNT 3161.82 to my credit card no. 0007. I attached the statement
              date 15/06/2021 time 7.30 pm and 7.31 pm which deducted the amount from my card. I want to look into the matter.

                  Jio recharge faliured using PhonePe.
                  Some [protected]@icici have requested through phone pay to send Rs. 399/- by clicking a site given as http://phon.pe/0m4hwxzi to recharge my jio no [protected].
                  As I clicked on the said site an amount of Rs. 399/- instantly debited from my HDFC Bank a/c. but recharge not done.
                  When I tried to call phone pe customer care they are asking me to cancel through the said link through which they cheated me. I have tried my best but unable to find any cancellation option.

                    I transferred rs 25000 through imps on 31st jan at 7.50 am from icici a/c to axis bank a/c.

                    Transaction remark : mmt/ref[protected]

                    The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                    But i got a message that said

                    "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.25, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 31-jan-2018 21:04:52. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                      I have recharged my jio number [protected] on 30th january 2018 through upi through my sbi account, but i have not got any recharge on number nor the amount debited is returned. I have contacted my bank about this matter, they are telling transcation from their side is completed so please look into this matter seriously and return the amount debited.                           How do i unblock my debit card for online transactions from my registered mobile number?
                          My online transactions got blocked with a text saying - dear customer, due to security reasons, your icici bank debit card is blocked from 3d secure online trxn on 2901. For dtls, pl call customer care.
                          I was my mistake of having entered the ipin twice even after asking for an otp.
                          So when i call up the customer care numbers, after having entered the 16 digit debit card number, the recorded message repeatedly says that i only unblock the card from my registered mobile number, even though i'm the same number. I do not enough time to visit the nearest branch. Kindly let me know how do i resolve.

                                  I had opened nps account with icici bank in july 2017. I had submitted the nps form with icici bank on october 2017. I have saving account with icici bank. I am not able to make any contribution in nps as my nps account was deactivated.. I had contacted icici branch pimple saudagar 3 times. But till now even no one was able to answer me how can i activate my account and contribute in my nps account.

                                    Jio upi payment successful but recharge not done i have recharge 449 on 30/01/2018 via my jio apps ([protected]). I have used upi as payment mode. The payment was succesful to [protected]@icic for 449 rupes but no recharge was not done. When i tried to call jio customur care they are telling it has been declined, but my bank is saying that it has been successfully paid to the upi adrees.
                                    Please help on this.

                                      I have an account with icici bank for last 4 years and now i would like to change my registered mobile number from indian number to international number as i am in europe now.

                                      Please advice what can i do, as i am not able to do any online transactions because of the otp issue.

                                      I have been trying somehow to get it fixed from a very long time and now i have an urgency and need to get it sorted at the earliest.

                                        I informed this to the jio customer care they said that your recharge is not successful you should inform this to id which is requested money from your upi by sending request
                                        Please solve and reverse money as quick as possible
