Iam from hyderabad i have got a pre-qualified personal loan offer from icici bank as iam holding my savings account with them, offer was for 4 lacs and the tenure was for 60months
When i turned up to them they said that is only promotional offer not for every customer, i need to submit all the documents if order to process the loan
I just kept quite,
After that i received a sms on jan15th 2018 regarding pre approved personal loan offer with just less kyc documents if i need to avail that offer give a mis call on +[protected] which i checked it is icici personal loan number
Next day i received a call from +[protected] it was a confirmation call from the loan team explaining me rate of interest, emi details, processing fees when i said i agree, she said executive will come down to door step for a photo, and pan card xerox no body turned up till today, when i written a mail to the senior management team a humble lady given me reply that offer is not form you, because i have already raised this question regarding why i cannot avail the loan few days back with customer care, she said after going to inside criteria, and our personal loan team, we are not ready to dispatch or process the loan as of now i need to wait another 6 months if any offer is there we will get back to you,,
My dear madam, where ur team went when i received an sms, where they went when i received call confirmation,
I can clearly see for repeated emails which i sent to ur department u just removed the offer from my app, and funniest part is offer is valid till 28th feb 2018, recently when i spoken with customer care people they are saying offer is expired? Today is (29th jan 2018) will the offer will expire before 30th days of actual expiry date, or this is also a new rule taken out by the personal loan team...
When iam trying to talk with bank officials they said try to write emails

Senior management desk, head personal loan department,
I attached the call details to them, including the true caller identity what it is showing to whom the number belongs, i just get same copy paste email from new lady head of management team,
After the set of complaints and total disappointed i was searching for help
Again i received a call from local number saying loan is read to dispatch i said what i have gone through, she said sorry for inconvenience iam sending executive, for whom iam still searching not able to find where is he roaming
This also i repeated in the email, they send me ur query is closed what does it mean, let the customer die, or let him search his own answer, even the problem is arise from the banks end..
If some one can help me out regarding this, iam ready to listen and do what i can necessary steps from my end,
If this is my fate i need to go through all these since iam a customer of icici nothing much i can say..
I will fight till my end...
