I have demat and on line trading account in your br. No in[protected] a/c [protected]. I have purchase mutual fund of three companies from money honey finance services ltd in demat form. However it is not seen in my demat account. Now i want to redeemed the said mutual funds and sent to concerned co. But it is regretted by said co. As it is in demat form and has to sell through demat a/c above information is already inform to your br manager shivshankar m gupta phone no [protected]. However he does not help me. Since i need a money you are requested to please help me

    I have carry 2 personal loan there two EMI due because my father in law dead and my father also dead so i have calling ur tool free no there some body teach me going to Kolkata collection office there are 31 chowranghee road Kolkata 700016
    I am talk to mr debashish bhowmik he inform me due to my emi due i am not with draw my salary he inform me there are linn or what ever create my account so we cant withraw the salary
    But iam seing his desk top the linn or what ever create by mr Debasish bhowmik .i am saying him to release this problem i am paying all dues within 12th feb but he cant help me.
    I am calling a call centre in 150 times but nobody answer or call me

      please cancel my credit card. this statement interest and payment fees not agree this for too high. you are fooling me.. please cancel my credit card..

      last month statement extra amount decuded
      i am paid Rs.1904 for last month due. but server mistake not reflect to my card but ICICI deduct huge amount charged. My due Rs. 1904 but you deduct more than Rs 1000 this for very huge so please refund my amount otherwise i am surrender my credit card.

      Please solve my problems at the earliest

        I am recharging by using net bankig at 27 Jan its failed at BILLDESK phase and debit that much amount from my account again like that on 30 Jan also that much amount debited from my account .But no any recharge I get .then I contact to care they say for waiting but still I don't get any amount of refund.Such a ### and fraud doing by icic bank .So kindly help me for getting my refund

            Hi,
            I have taken a home loan (LBTNE[protected]) from ICICI bank (approval date in Dec 2014 first disbursement in Feb 2015). later in Jun 2015, PM awaas yojana was launched. Earlier mira road branch told that we cannot avail benefit for one year due to recently revised interest rates. Now it's been more than 3 months we are going to the bank every now and then still they are not giving us the benefit. Mira road branch is saying it is only for new applications. And they are not giving this in writing. This is the second complaint we are doing for mira road branch in past one year. Kindly look into this.

              I have sent neft to icici bank preet vihar delhi on 22012018 for rs 50000 where the account number was mentioned as[protected] instead of[protected] s smitha to whom i wanted to send i have aleady lodged complaint with consumer forum vide no 1846230 which is not seen in tracking system yet please guide me in this regard so that i can have a track of. I have remitted the money from my kotak bank aundh pune i have informed them also about this.

              It has been 20 days since the date of transaction but till none of the icici team have responded. Sir I would like to know the status of my complaint nod 1846230 & 1851031.
              Sir I have made a recharge of 399 with my jio app through upi(phone pe) [protected]@ybl to [protected]@ICICI.Amount has been deducted from account but recharge has not been done .now jio says there hasn't been any type of transaction done by [protected]@ICICI. So kindly refund my amout.

                I have booked a irctc ticket with my idbi bank account through your payment gateway, but this tickek was cancelled as my plan changed, but refund amount didnt received in my account where as irctc shows that refund inititated on 22/1/2018,. Pls solve the issue..

                  Icici bank in 2017 ripped me off 289 rs for decline charges now in 2018 again charged me 90 rs as decline charges completely fraudulent bank icici never bank with them, why should i be charged when my card gets declined, say for example your card gets declined 100 times corrupt icici earns 2900 rs will be reporting the matter to rbi and other regulatory bodies

                    I have applied for 60000 personal loan through my net banking (Online) and received an email from icici confirming that your loan has been approved with below roi, emi, service charges and tenure. But still icici executive came to my office and take my signature on many of icici forms and confirmed that everything will remain same as offered you on email. On the date of disbursal of loan amount i got call from a girl from icici that she told me different emi and roi amount. I told her complete story and forwarded her that email which i got from icici as she requested me. I clearly asked her on telephone and on email as well that my loan should be disbursed as per earlier offer only. But she hasn't reply me neither called me. Same date in evening 8 pm i got amount in my account but less amount. Next day i got her revert on email that loan has been disbursed as per your consent. Many times i escalated the issue with nodal officers, shared all emails with them which has been communicated before loan disbursal but, they are saying that loan has been disbursed as per mitc. Its completely cheating case and even their nodal officers not taking any action. Still i don't know by which calculation they disbursed me loan amount. As a customer its my basic rights to know that what i am going to buy, but icici not bother to reply me after more than 30 days. They have deducted inr 2583 from total amount while they told me that only 1239 rupees will deducted for service charges. I am completely surprised to see their behavior like this. Last time when i escalate the issue with nodal officer they confirmed on email that your case will be sorted out before 9th jan but still not happened from their end and they have deducted emi from my saving account. Please help me here to refund my remaining balance and ask them to levied correct emi as offered earlier. Loan application number is pl[protected] and complain number is sr[protected]

                    Today we got below reply from ICICI and now they are talking about disclaimer which mentioned on bank forms. My concerns and questions are still unanswered and now they try to escape.

                    On receipt of your complaint, we have verified with the status and inform you that, the communication received by you is the confirmation mail from bank’s end after his online application.

                    The loan details which are there in the mail are subject to change which is there mentioned in the disclaimer.

                    Disclaimer: “Please note that this is provisional approval only and should not be construed as loan sanction”.

                    The bank always take confirmation for final approved loan terms with signed agreement before disbursement.

                    My questions is below,

                    In that case, Should bank not inform to customer about changes over email or telephone? If changes have been done as per customer consent please share me communicated email or audio clip of telephonic conversations. I have proof of written email where I denied disbursing the amount when I came to know about changes. You please share me proof where Bank has informed me and I have given my consent.

                    At the time when I signed on documents it was completely blank and never told by your executive about any changes.

                    I am still waiting to get the break up disbursal amount.

                      My credit card is showing blocked status ending with 9004, from last one year and i am not using any other credit card still i get credit card statement every month. I called customer care numerous times but no response.
                      I am receiving calls from icici pressurizing me to pay the amount which is not used by me.
                      Also the card they refer to has never been held by me. I have no credit card. No response to mails also from icici representatives.

                        I applied for personal loan and was suppose to give confirmation for loan disbursement but yet your rm vikas kumar thakur without my consent and persmission, disbursed and credited the loan into my account. When i asked to cancel, he is giving me vague answers.
                        I had last word with you executive on saturday wherein i specifically told to wait till monday for my confirmation. I also got a message from icici asking me to confirm today at 2.31 pm which i didnt replied but still its got disbursed. Kindly cancel it at the earliest else i will not return any money.

                            I paid by vodafone postpaid bill through icic mobile app, its shows the payment was done successfully and the amount of rs 235 got deducted form my account, but still the bill is pending, i checked with vodafone guys they say the haven't received the payment

                            I made two payments on the same day, the first ([protected]) was done success, but second ([protected]) was not, i don't know what happen. Every time i make the payment and everything seem to work fine, this was the first time i faced this kind of issue.

                            Kinldy look into the issue and try to solve it soon.

                              Hi,
                              From my account, there was an deduction of inr 29.50 without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. And how come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it.

                                I remitted 399/- to jio from my upi towards 3months' data (399) for my sim no [protected] on 24th January2018

                                The payment was successful and my bank statement carries a legend as below.

                                Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX6063 is debited for Rs.399.00 on 24-01-18 and credited to a/c no. XXXXXXXX4639 (UPI Ref no[protected].

                                This charging was valid for 3 months. Yesterday i was told by jio that they have not received any payment from me.

                                Please check at your end and refund the same to my vpa.

                                  Sir i recharged my number [protected] as on 28/01/2018 as of 349 rupees by my jio payment app option upi, as through pay upi app, as it is not showing in recharge statement in my jio app as rupees debited through upi app as recharged is not successful as it is payment on [protected]@icici through upi app as pay app. Utr no.[protected] debited 349 rupees to reliance.

As a customer its my basic rights to know that what I am going to buy, but ICICI not bother to reply me after more than 30 days.They have deducted INR 2583 from total amount while they told me that only 1239 rupees will deducted for service charges. I am completely surprised to see their behavior like this. Last time when I escalate the issue with Nodal officer they confirmed on email that your case will be sorted out before 9th Jan but still not happened from their end and they have deducted EMI from my saving account. Please help me here to refund my remaining balance and ask them to levied correct EMI as offered earlier. Loan Application number is PL[protected] and Complain number is SR[protected]

                                    Iam from hyderabad i have got a pre-qualified personal loan offer from icici bank as iam holding my savings account with them, offer was for 4 lacs and the tenure was for 60months
                                    When i turned up to them they said that is only promotional offer not for every customer, i need to submit all the documents if order to process the loan
                                    I just kept quite,
                                    After that i received a sms on jan15th 2018 regarding pre approved personal loan offer with just less kyc documents if i need to avail that offer give a mis call on +[protected] which i checked it is icici personal loan number
                                    Next day i received a call from +[protected] it was a confirmation call from the loan team explaining me rate of interest, emi details, processing fees when i said i agree, she said executive will come down to door step for a photo, and pan card xerox no body turned up till today, when i written a mail to the senior management team a humble lady given me reply that offer is not form you, because i have already raised this question regarding why i cannot avail the loan few days back with customer care, she said after going to inside criteria, and our personal loan team, we are not ready to dispatch or process the loan as of now i need to wait another 6 months if any offer is there we will get back to you,,

                                    My dear madam, where ur team went when i received an sms, where they went when i received call confirmation,
                                    I can clearly see for repeated emails which i sent to ur department u just removed the offer from my app, and funniest part is offer is valid till 28th feb 2018, recently when i spoken with customer care people they are saying offer is expired? Today is (29th jan 2018) will the offer will expire before 30th days of actual expiry date, or this is also a new rule taken out by the personal loan team...

                                    Senior management desk, head personal loan department,
                                    I attached the call details to them, including the true caller identity what it is showing to whom the number belongs, i just get same copy paste email from new lady head of management team,

                                    After the set of complaints and total disappointed i was searching for help
                                    Again i received a call from local number saying loan is read to dispatch i said what i have gone through, she said sorry for inconvenience iam sending executive, for whom iam still searching not able to find where is he roaming

                                    This also i repeated in the email, they send me ur query is closed what does it mean, let the customer die, or let him search his own answer, even the problem is arise from the banks end..

                                    If some one can help me out regarding this, iam ready to listen and do what i can necessary steps from my end,
                                    If this is my fate i need to go through all these since iam a customer of icici nothing much i can say..
                                    I will fight till my end...

                                    If made two payments of Jio recharge of RS 349.00 on[protected] as per the attached screenshot. But Jio-Complaint replied to my complaint that they have not received any information or payment. Can I get my money back? I find from the internet that there are many complaints for this from others too.

                                      I have recharged my jio number with 349 from my axis upi to [protected]@icici.. Money deducted from my account but not get my recharge done.. When i contacted jio care.. They said recharge is not done as per their records....
                                      Please look into this issue... I contacted the bank after the money deduction they also not given any response.. Pls solve my problem

                                      I pay Rs. 398 through upi for my Jio mobile Recharge amount was deducted from my bank account to [protected]@icici but Recharge was not done till now please refund the said amount or Recharge my no. [protected]

                                      I provided all my details to icici employee Dilip Suthar. He told me in 7days, you will get response whether my application accepted or not.. Its almost 25 days, now even he is not picking up my call. I think icici appointing irresponsible employees.
                                      I just want my documents back if icici not providing me credit card.

                                        Harassment by icici bank recovery agents leading to death, need compensation, please read the notice carefully as bcos of the bank recovery agency there has been a death and i have been under acute depression.

                                        The bank had my local phone number but still they chose to constantly call my friends and colleagues, so henceforth please go to my ex colleagues.

                                        Rbi rules and laws doesnt say to hire goondas and trouble old people, icici should pay for what has happened to me and my mother.

                                        I am approaching the high court and lok adalat. I have already filed agianst all your agents, specialially to revathi as she had called me and my mother a # and told me sell myself to get money to pay icici bank

                                        I have been charged 472 rupees charge thrice from my account on 18th Dec without any notice or message even after the transaction was done.
