My a/c no is[protected], oi no hyderabad madhapur branch. I had send all my icici documents including debit card and cheque book also along with a closure letter. But it's still open, and now neither can i use it nor do any modifications. Kindly close my account. And help me get back my balance money. The bank is not responding to my mails. And since it's linked with my gas subsidy, the money is getting transferred there. Please help.

    Sir i recharged my number [protected] as on 12/1/2018 as of 399 rupees by my jio payment app option upi, as through pay upi app, as it is not showing in recharge statement in my jio app as rupees debited through upi app as recharged is not successful as it is payment on [protected]@icici through upi app as pay app. Collect pay request paid to india [protected]@icici 349 rupees to my bank account.

      Upi transaction was successful but payment gateway does not made
      Recharge, and my amount is debited from my account.

      Phonepe customer care said that the transaction was successful but jio customer care said the recharge was initiated but they haven't received any amount.

        On 12\01\2018 at 11.03pm i was recharged my jio no.[protected] of RS.399. throught upi payment, amount has been debited from my account. and recharged was declined . but amount not refunded to my account till 18.01.2018.
        pleas do the needful obligation.

          By searching on internet i come to know that it for some my money services which i never request to open, in fact i come to know about this service after i search for this remark on internet.

          Now my complaint is i don't know how to get back this money.

          Icici don't allow me to log this kind of complaint on my bank account.

            Dear sir/madam
            I have account/credit card in icici bank (Kolkata branch) for last 8 years and i reside in guwahati. For my visa work i needed bank statement for last three month with stamp and signature, when i requested the service at howrah branch (Salkia) the bank manger mr sibu ghosh refused the service with very poor behaviour and said that i need to do the same from kolkata branch myself, in the whole episode i am loosing vital time. Also to mentioned that bank even refused to provide me the print of the bank statement.

I have sent letter to 3i infotech for my address change and sending redemption form but still there is no reply. I want to know how i can get my money back.               I received the call from [protected] for ICICI Bank to recover the outstanding amount and using hard words and tourchering me after every week need strict action because the comes from agency not from bank.
              Sir, I recharge my Jio number with 349 transaction has successful but not recharge.please refund my money.

                Dear Authority,

                This is to reference of above mentioned subject that I have been cheated by ICICI bank, without my consent and acknowledgement 'My Money' account was activated with annual subscription amount of 345/- on pretext of free subscription they might have slapped it for one year but i haven't gave them authority to deduct if someone hell after one year they might remember for irrelevant facilities. since 2014 they are duping wrongful charges from my account and also you have fooled many from My Money source, i have searched many complaints regarding the same from consumers throughout India.

                Its very shameful from thier part being a giant top 3 they loot money in this way. I have deactivated the service on immediate effect.

                I haven't bothered to look account statement all these years. so that doesn't mean they loot my hard earn money in this way. i need refund for rs 1380/-

                Even after complaining to senior level I get stupid extensions every time first they told me on 25th of Jan now again I received email from Shailaja Marri stating extension of 3rd Feb.
                I very much know these tactics for harresment. While deducting they didn’t ask once and on same spontaneous second they deduct our money.. while reversing it back they need 10 days.
                Isn’t ICICI running circus to make fool around?
                They don’t even follow simple TAT procedure to give quality service. This bank shouldn’t be termed as top 3 giants..
                I shld transfer all my money n credit card to HDFC

                  Exactly 20000 had been added to my credit card and on that day only i took out 6000 from my balance and after 7 days the same amount was deducted from my available balance. (Ie 6000). This is very serious problem and very disheartening... Very dissatisfied by icici... Kindly help me to give back my transaction... These consequences are sadly giving me one option and that is to stop using icici bank...

                    Hi All,

                    I have received Personal Loan from ICICI of around 5 lacs with preclosure rate of 2%(No additional information). When I tried to preclose it with the funding from another bank(Balance Transfer), bank is saying it will be 5%. Even after providing all proofs/documents where it has clearly stated for 2%, bank is not ready to pre-close on earlier terms. I had tried to escalate it to many different authorities like Senior management helpdesk or Mr. Saurabh Singh. Helpdesk is clearly denying of "customer was not informed about Balance Transfer pre-close charges". And while sending several escalation mails on Mr Saurabh Singh's id, got no response.

                    While this issue is still in escalation and I had already applied for preclosure, bank is deducting my EMI and there are more than 150Rs/day charges after pre close statement is generated. Without any solution to this problem, bank is asking to preclose.

                      But after the balance has been deducted from my account and transaction was unsuccessful.

                      I have tried searching for the number but we can even contact you team through call. I have sent mail to [protected]@icici.com but no reply was there.

                        I got a call from sales executive from someone she told me you will get life time free card which is coral credit card. She asked me take card and i took card before 1 year and now icici applied some annual charges and interest against that charges so it became amount 5000 something and now asking me to settle with 1000 rs.
                        What is this?
                        If your sales executive doing commitment for lifetime fee then why they charged 500 and now asking for interest on annual service fee.

                        Annual service fee is fee applied by you, this is not something like i bought or i withdrawn amount.. How can you apply charges for annual service fee and its interest.

                        At least stick on commitment.. Icici is not small bank, bohot farak padta he..

                          I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                I have around 140 vimal vaatsalya bonds which have matured on 01/01/2018.
                                Certificate number for 1 is -53354. We can send all via post, but we need more information on the process.
                                Issue date - 01/07/1999, redemption date - 01/01/2018.
                                Maturity value: 1000.

                                Redemption process is written but we need guidance on the same as well, like what and how we can encash and also where do we send the same with a written confirmation. Holders need to sign anywhere?

                                  Dear sir/ma'am,

                                  This is regarding an "icici only vimal vaatsalya bond" issued in 01.07.1999 and redemption on 01/01/2018.

                                  These bonds were given in physical form and i can't find any information online as to who and where i need to contact to get my redemption amount of the said bond. Have dropped an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but haven't received any revert from them

                                  Would request you to please let me know as to whom and where to contact for the next course of action to be taken.

                                  Details are -

                                    Hi, my name is jobel shaw, my account is hardly a month old and it is debited a large amount of money successively which i am unable to track as there are no details available online. I never made those payments, it seems like a breach of my data or someone just picked my details from somewhere. Can you please give me some more details on who made the transactions, so i can track them down?

                                    I never made this payment, i contacted support to raise the concern and also to know if i have any unknown premium or emi and they said they do not have any emi/premium on my account which gets auto debited. I visited the bank and they did not help. The only thing associated i can remember is that i paid for a competitive exam and the rest started after that. Can you please tell me what the above means and why the money is debited?

                                    Again there are transaction taking place, very minimal amount Like Rs.3. I have withdrawn all the money from the account except 300 (ATM did not have 100 notes). Please can you let us know who and why the amount is getting deducted?
                                    Please help me too evn my money are getting cut from ipremiumhel.avbl even though i didnt pay any. Help

                                      On 09/01/2018 at 13.43 i had recharged my number [protected] with 459 plan and paid 349 through upi (Upi txn id:[protected] after jio discount and voucher applied. My money was deducted from my oriental bank of commerce account but i did not get any recharge nor my myjio app is showing any recharge history of such. Later on that same day at 17.14 i recharged once again using debit card of other bank. Please look into this matter and refund the money. My contact number: [protected]

                                        I have done transaction from my jio app collect request of rs 548 of jio recharge through bhim app. Then in other hand i have confirmed the pay request on bhim app after that payment is deducted from my linked account of bank of india, but my recharge is not done. I have complained to bhim app. They told me that amount is already send in merchant account. So please contact your merchant. So please do needful for my refund of rs 548, my transaction no. Is[protected] and date is 10-01-18. I am sending you one attachment of that transaction also. Please help me.
