Hi

I was doing recharge through upi on my jio mobile number. I approved the requested money by [protected]@icici of rs 398 at 10:50 am. Transaction was completed to [protected]@upi from my sbi acvount. After that the trasaction from [protected]@icici to mobile company jio could not be completed due to internet problem. The recharge could not happen as a result. I request you to take the matter and refund my amount of rs 398

    I was recharged my jio mobile number in jio app with upi method as498/-(448/-is amount paid 50/-coupon) from my account 448/- deducted to [protected]@icic, but my jio recharge is not successful, jio was saying there is no request from [protected]@icic, but my amount is deducted, recharge is not successful, plz refund my amount to my wallet, plz give response

      Sir/madam

      I had recharged my jio no. At 9:49 pm on 17/01/2018 with inr 349, sent via upi to
      [protected]@icici using phonepe app.
      Transaction id : icic3ccaacaa4694247a5090befae97e548

      The recharge, though, was not done but the amount was debited from my account.

      Jio says that the payment process was initiated but the payment was not made, while phonepe says that the transaction was successful for which i have already given the id no. Above.

      Kindly initiate the process of refund of the same.

      The installment, though, was not received to Bajaj finance but the amount was debited from my account.

      Bajaj finance customer care executive says that the payment process was initiated but the payment was not made, while phonepe says that the transaction was successful for which i have already given the id no. Above.

      So please we request to focus our complaint and solve this as soon as possible

        My name is preetpal singh gill. I have a credit card with icici. The payment due date was 2nd jan. Being year end i was out of station and made my payment upon return on 6th jan. They have added 500 late fee + interest + gst. When requested for a waiver they refused to do so. I have accounts with axis, kotak and citi and all had due date on 2nd jan. Being out of town, i was late on all and requested them to waive them these charges one time since i am a regular payer. Even with icici, i have made all my past payments within the due date. All other banks have acknowledged the reversal of these charges for one time seeing my past record but icici is sitting there to steal customer money and have refused the reversal.

          On 4 jan 2018 i was informed by the icici credit card department that i have a loan offer on my credit card bearing 4375*0007.
          On 6 jan 2018 i placed a request to process my loan for rs. 33000/- and for that i gave them my icici account no. 0060*9806 on being asked to provide. They gave assurance that the process will take 2-3 working days.
          On 8 jan 2018 i received a call from icici lombard that as i have applied for a loan it would be better for me to take a loan protection policy which will insure the loan repayment and will also help process the loan in quick time. I gave them my approval after being assured that it will come into effect only after the loan is processed.
          On 12 jan 2018 my credit card was debited with the policy amount and i was told that the loan would still take 2-3 days more time to get cleared.
          On 18 jan 2018 my funds were still not cleared so i again contacted customer service and i found out that they have even charged my first emi of the loan.
          They tried to fool me giving a lot of reasons but when i didn't let them go they told me that my icici savings account has been debit freezed so they are unable to process the loan.
          The bank gave me reason that my kyc is not done but it is a false statement as i have updated everything only a couple of months ago with all the proofs by visiting their branch and i also have received the text messages from the bank regarding the same.
          I really feel now that it was a ploy from them to trick me into taking a policy and they freezed my account just to give themselves safe cover.

          On 22 Jan ICICI Bank viewed my complaint and released their statement that they regret the inconvenience caused to me and their official would get in touch with me to resolve the issue at the earliest. But now its already 31 Jan and they are still yet to contact me.
          I can't seem to understand why they are showing such reluctance in resolving the issue. Is it because that they are taking this Online Complaint Forum very lightly that they can show such boldness by just turning a Blind eye to my issue.
          If this is the real scenario then the Forum should really stop giving false hopes to Victims and should instead guide them how to approach the Consumer Court and how to raise their grievances by giving proper guidelines.

          The complaint has been updated as RESOLVED but the Complainant is yet to be aware of it.
          ICICI Credit Card Department offers me a Loan. Thus they TRICK me into taking a POLICY.
          When I enquire about the Loan they in collaboration with ICICI Bank DEBIT-FREEZE my Savings account and cites the above reason for being unable to process the Loan.
          When I approach the bank they gave me the reason that I have not completed my KYC but truth is that I did complete my KYC very recently.
          And now finally when I raise the complaint in the Consumer Portal, the ICICI Bank silently removes the DEBIT-FREEZE from my account without informing me just the same way they did when they DEBIT-FREEZED my account.They have not even admitted their mistake.
          This is just the same way as a Pick-pocket steals a wallet and returns it after getting caught and then claim to the world that everything is resolved.

          No action from the Guilty side and yet the issue has been marked as resolved. I can't seem to find the reason why my approval is not needed as necessary for the complaint to be marked as Resolved.

                I asked for a foreclosure letter and confirmation letter for list of documents as i want to shift my home loan to another bank. The service request was given personally at the op road branch vadodara on 4/1. I was told within 5 working days it would come to my communication address. After 15 days customer care says we don’t post it collect it from branch. My old father goes to branch and they say we have not even processed the sr.

                I was told by the bank i am transferring my loan to that icici will harass us before giving the necessary documents.

                What recourse do i have? I am contemplating not paying the emi for this month.

                    There was an amount deduction in my icici bank account - when called the phone banking support team they said the amount was deducted for ecs - for my loan.

                    I have closed my hdfc personal loan - in the month of september but they deducted money in the month of november - 107 rs, deducted rs.800+ amount in january.

                    No proper answer is provided by icici phone banking support desk.

                    Can anyone provide why its happening?

                      My name was priya the worst costumer care people they are only fraude people plz don't share any details with them .they are only cheaters .I want to pay my credit card payment through debit card. so I call costumer and told . So they told me to enter card number as pin I was put but after 3day s they debeted about through paytm and once again I call so he was taken complaint the fradue transtaion . And told refund amount but no refund and ATM card was block . Once and I call to costumer they are telling no complaints was registered and and that costumer ladies she was manager of fraudulent department no no proper response and cut my call . The worst service from icici bank which I was holding past 6years account . .worst service

                        Hi. I cancelled my icici fastag in october 2017 as i sold my vehicle. There was a balance of approximately rs 425 left in the tag. Till date neither has the tag been cancelled not has the refund been provided to my account despite countless follow up calls. Every time i get an assurance that my complaint has been escalated but no action is taken. Kindly help. Thanks

                        According to icici fastag customer care a refund on rs. 701 was issued on 30 march 2018, that fastag was cancelled 6 months after I placed the request to cancel!!!

                        I still don't have the refund in my account and icici fastag customer care is unable to provide any reference number for the transaction

                          I vishal lakhwani would like to discuss about icici bank of kurla west branch my problem is whenever i try to desposit cash in kurla branch of icici bank manager over there always states a statement that out server is not working even the cash deposit machine never works over there we would like to inform you as our account is maintained at icici bank because it's a well known bank to keep customers happy we would request you to please take a action against icici bank kurla branch or you will start loosing customer awaiting your response

                              Hi, i have a salary account in icici bank. They deducted rs.1899 from my account without my knowledge. They deducted it for a policy called as "one assist". But they never informed me or asked me regarding this. They just called me and said that they just need to map my details with them. The person who called me never told or asked me that he is asking all the details for any kind of policy. I need my money back.

                                  15 no. Of bonds of fv 1000/- each but no one able to inform how to redeem the same.
                                  I am continuously in touch with the icici bank staff but they are clueless how to redeem the same. Please help me immediately.

                                    I am a icici credit card holder. I am using it for almost 1 year and happy with its services. But last month i was shocked to see the late payment fee of 500 rs on my credit card bill instead of on time payment.

                                    It might be due to late system update as i got many calls for payment even after the payment was done. So i request the bank to please roll back the late payment fees. My details are given below

                                      I am having a problem with imobile android app, i created the 4pin to log into and use the app, the when i try to login to use the service it's showing a "you need to have a savings account to use imobile"... The thing is i have a savings account already registered to my mobile number... Even confirmed it with the bank
                                      ... As soon as i press the ok button on the message the screen logsout to the previous 4pin screen... Thus i am unable to use the app, and solution?

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am narasinga rao k, i made a wrong transaction for fund transfer from abroad to india. I entered wrong last digit of the account number. When i made this wrong transaction, i contacted the local branch manager of hyderabad which is begumpet branch in hyderabad is my local branch. It was happened 2 years ago and i am still sending followup mails and still didn't get any response from them. I contacted customer care and they are asking me to come to local branch and i mentioned them that i am in abroad since 2 year eventhough they are expecting me to come to the local branch and give a paper compliant to them. After i provide the paper complaint to them then they will start sending post to the wrong person to get the approval. 2 years back when i contacted the bank they told me that they will contact the wrong person and send the money back to the actual account but still no improvement.

                                        Dear sir, i attached the image which i got response from customer.[protected]@icicibank.com only. As well as i sent many mails to the my local branch persons email id's are : dhanya.[protected]@icicibank.com, rajender.[protected]@icicibank.com, chinthakayala.[protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com and i didn't get any reply from them since 2 years. If you want i can attach the mail conversation with them. Do you still want me to send mail again to [protected]@icicibank.com ? Because i am the person who transferred the amount to wrong account and i have the proof for the transaction (i used one of the 3rd party website to transfer amount from abroad to india) but still i didn't get my money back.
