Hello sir i have done recharge for my jio no. [protected] through upi from phonepe app with amount 349. Money sent to [protected]@icici successfully but recharge is not done yet so please refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you. And inform me abut it's status and refund process. I am not only person who face the problem but i am a poor boy and amont 349 is most valuable for me please refund my amount.

    I am working for corporate company. Icici bank agent mr. Rajkumar [ [[protected] ]dailed our office landline number and approached me to take the icici coral card with corporate employee benefits. For processing the same, i submitted respective documents and finally received the card but instead of coral card i received platinum card and it is very wrong not fulfilled requested card. Icici bank agents doing very wrong things with customers and playing with customers with wrong commitments.
    During initial call he approach me to give me 1 wallet + 1 icici watch + 1000 rupee voucher as a offer for new customer but not received anything. Please take necessary action against him for such things.

      I tried to withdraw rs 8000/- on 10-2-18 from the icici atm at worli area, but the machine displayed a message "network error" and money deducted from my account and money not received.
      I did not get cash or a transaction receipt slip as well.

        I had made a transaction on 6th of jan 2018 to making the payment of my credit card (Citi bank) using my debit card (Icici bank) however the transaction got failed twice with amount of rs 4700. And i have received a message from phonepe (Application) that they will refund my money within 7 to 9 business days. But the thing changed i have raised number of complaint to phonepe app but no response and then finally i have raised my concerned to consumer court and after 2 days i received a call from phonepe that i need to contact icici bank for charge back and the amount was deducted only once of rs 4700. Then i contacted icici bank and they asked to send some details which i have send thru emails and now it is being 3 weeks i am keep on chasing icici bank for my money but no response from them, everyday second day they are asking to send my details but nobody is talking about my money. Today my frustration level was broke and i call customer services people the response i got was really funny "mam this is not the right department, we are not from backend team you need to contact them for that, however we noted down your query and will response you once we heard back from concerned team". May i ask who is this concerned team and why they taking an era to resolve my query. I made the transaction on 6th jan 2018 and not it is one and half month. Please advise whom should i contact and whose door we should knock now. I need my refund asap and it is not crores and billions, i am middle class woman and i need my rs 4700 back. Please please help me.

          With ref to complaint no. Sr[protected], on 20th and 21st nov withdrawal was done for rs 5.00 and rs.1000 respectively from credit card endind xxx6008, whereas no such transaction happened under my knowledge. The issue was highlightedover mail on 21st nov itself, post which interim credit cashback done for rs. 5.00 and rs.1000. But on 2nd feb again auto debit was done rs.1005.

          Requset to share the complete information for the cash debit reason with :

          1. Which ip address it happened
          2. Under which app and party
          3. Transaction deatils
          4. Soltution for the auto debit / cash reimbursement

              I have using credit card of icici bank from last 2 year but from last 8 months bank charged me most of the interest and duplicate transactions. I already paid entire amount but every month bank charged me unnecessary amount. What should i do?? Most of the mails i have sent but they doesn't want contact with me. I never got any call from bank or officer to resolve my problem.

                    Icici bank has taken around inr 43000 from me to close a personal loan. I asked them to submit terms and condition before disbursement of loan. I sent several messages through sms and whatsapp and asked them to send terms and condition. Mr. Amit mishra of icici bank did not send and disburse the loan with higher interest and pre-closing rate. I never sign the mii which is also not matching with terms and condition. Icici bank deducted money for loan protection insurance which is not mentioned in the mii. Icici bank told me if i close the loan, then i will not get any further loan. I received one more offer of personal loan from icici bank with lesser interest rate after closing the loan. I sent all hard copies through courier to mrs. Chanda and other officer of icici bank two times. I sent several mails more than 10 to all higher officer of icici bank. But they did not take any action and not return my money. I am requesting you to take appropriate action and arrange my money from icici bank, the loan account number is lpcal[protected]. The loan was disbursed on 13th oct, 2017 and i requested to mr. Amit mishra on same to close the loan. He did not share terms and condition after disbursement also. Mr. Amit mishra told me on 13th oct, 2017 that i have to pay only one month emi to close the loan. But he has taken pre-closing amount during closing of loan on 6th november, 2017. I raised first complain on 23rd nov, 2017 ('icicicare=[protected]') to icic bank. Icici bank did not provide any clarification against my query. Icici bank told me to go anywhere and arrange for refund by myself. The person who signed the mii on behalf of icic bank is not known to me and he never meet with me.

                      On 08:43 pm, 9th feb i got an online transaction message of rs 26, 870.05 inr on 08.45 pm, 9th feb i got an atm withdrawl transaction message of rs 22, 866.14 inr deducted from my icici savings bank account. While the whole time atm debit card xxxxxxxx7391 was with me. May i know how's it possible if i had the atm card for whole time? Also i didn't receive any otp too on my registered mobile number. And for internet banking transaction you need internet pin which is known only by me.
                      Could you register a complaint on this asap. Please check and revert back these amount as i have loan emi to be remitted before 10.02.18

                      I'm going to file a fir against this tomorrow in cyber cell along with registering a bank complaint in my corresponding branch.

                        I transacted from citi to icici (0957xxxxxx1461) account on jan 20th. Imps ref no:[protected].

                        Both accounts are mine. Citi has raised this issue with imps-npci and have confirmed on mail that the amount has been settled to icici bank. However, it has not been credited to my account.

                        Also, icici bank executives has been unhelpful. They have not checked with npci or any inter bank transactions. They have not tried finding this amount in any unreconciled reports (Which i am sure banks receive, this problem can not be unprecedented).

                        It has been 20 days but the amount is still not found.

                        They did not even redirect me to customer care of npci.

                        I am extremely disappointed by their service quality and have lost hope on online transactions.

                          My icici bank account got debited with 472 inr on 24/01/2018 and then again with 306 inr on 08/02/2018 against ecsrtnchg.

                          Can you explain why this amount got deducted. And after deduction no message will came. Only after seeing account statement one can come to know that money got deducted.

                            I got a call from icici executive who explained about coral card benefits (Mainly airport lounge access) and delivered the platinum chip card which i don't want to use. This happened 2 years ago and then i had cancelled the card.

                            This year, i had requested for a icici jet rubyx credit card, we discussed the joining fee as there was a scheme going on of 1250 for the first year and then 2500 from the next year and i would get 5000 jp miles on joining along with one domestic base fare ticket... The guy who came at home to collect the documents too confirmed the same and today finally when i receive the card it is a icici jet coral card which has half the benefits.

                            I just dont understand how you could get this wrong. Please give me a valid reason as to why this happened.

                                I was given false promise by the bank representatives that the ROI for my used car is 8.5%. But, I was extremely shocked to find the ROI sanctioned was 14.5%. Now, I'm willing to cancel the loan, but my following questions are not being answered.

                                1. While signing the loan application form, I clearly asked what is the rate of interest and whether it is fixed or diminishing. You answered it as 8.5% and diminishing. Why you gave me false promise?
                                2. You know the loan is for used car, why you didn’t mention that rate of interest while I was signing the application form?
                                3. Why the interest rate was not filled in the form in my presence?
                                4. I clearly told I have account in both ICICI and Axis, why you asked for Axis bank cheque?
                                5. Why the cheque was not filled in my presence?
                                6. Why the copy of cheque was not sent to me as discussed while I signed the application?
                                7. I received a call from an anonymous person mentioning the emi as 13, 900 and I clearly told him the emi seems to be bloated and I expressed my doubt. But, I was told to check in the customer copy.
                                8. I was told this loan would be linked to my ICICI account and you said you would pull my ICICI account details from CIBIL?
                                9. Why the cheque I gave was deposited last week for the amount of 487935 towards ICICIBANKLTDRAOG?
                                10. When I have an ICICI account and when I’m ready to provide a proof, why you guys needlessly asked for another bank account proof?

                                  When i am trying to pay my broadband bill Rs.1488, My payment failed, due to session expired and I tried again and paid my bill.My account got deducted twice.Please check and refund my money back to my icici bank account.

                                    Dear icici team,
                                    There is reduction of inr 413 two times showing charges against the insufficient fund. These was done intentionally since to stop payment of ecs towards my ulip mutual fund as told. I have already provided cheques against the agreed amount by ulip provider.

                                    Request you to credit the said amount in my account.

                                    I recharged my jio number on 08 of Feb 2018. Although the amount of rs 399 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

                                      My demat account has been opened with out my concern and dp charges are levied. I have visited the related icici branch and submitted the application for account closure. But the prorated dp charges are not reversed till date.

                                      Firstly i never asked you for an account and how can you ppl deduct charges?
