15 no. Of bonds of fv 1000/- each but no one able to inform how to redeem the same.
I am continuously in touch with the icici bank staff but they are clueless how to redeem the same. Please help me immediately.
It is really disappointing to be in such a position that they are not aware of their own products.

I am a icici credit card holder. I am using it for almost 1 year and happy with its services. But last month i was shocked to see the late payment fee of 500 rs on my credit card bill instead of on time payment.

imobile asking to create a savings account though I have one..

I am having a problem with imobile android app, i created the 4pin to log into and use the app, the when i try to login to use the service it's showing a "you need to have a savings account to use imobile"... The thing is i have a savings account already registered to my mobile number... Even confirmed it with the bank
... As soon as i press the ok button on the message the screen logsout to the previous 4pin screen... Thus i am unable...

cash output without my knowledge

Exactly 20000 had been added to my credit card and on that day only i took out 6000 from my balance and after 7 days the same amount was deducted from my available balance. (Ie 6000). This is very serious problem and very disheartening... Very dissatisfied by icici... Kindly help me to give back my transaction... personal loan foreclosure

Hi All,

I have received Personal Loan from ICICI of around 5 lacs with preclosure rate of 2%(No additional information). When I tried to preclose it with the funding from another bank(Balance Transfer), bank is saying it will be 5%. icici bank credit card false commitment of sales executive and extra charges

I got a call from sales executive from someone she told me you will get life time free card which is coral credit card. She asked me take card and i took card before 1 year and now icici applied some annual charges and interest against that charges so it became amount 5000 something and now asking me to settle with 1000 rs.
What is this?
If your sales executive doing commitment for lifetime fee then why they charged 500 and...

one assist policy deactivation
