I have been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 11 jan 2018 with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected]new policy. From my icici bank account

I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

Utter crap of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.
Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

    Hi, on 24th jan around 5am i had to withdrawal 500rs. I accidentally used my credit card which looks same to my debit card and i have same pin for both.
    I called icici for the same. First guy said he's from different dpt and hung up on me, second executive reset my call and which brought me to initial menu, third guy did not know much about and hung up one me forth lady (Shreedevi) argued, she was belligerent and hung on me. I have 5lac personal loan on my cc and according to the icici i have to settle down my all dues otherwise i would have to pay interest for next 5 years. How would i settle my personal loan? Icici customer service so far is horrible

      I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on[protected]. It was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app wnen i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs.399 which was my recharge amount. It was [protected]@icici, when i transfered 399 rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any recharge massage from jio care and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount immediately to my account.

      Hi Team, I had made recharge of Rs. 349 for my jio no. When i was recharging i had made payment through upi instead of debit card. My amount was deducted but service was not delivered. When I asked paytm they said money has been sent back. It is showing money has baan transfered to [protected]@icici
      Upi refrence id is[protected] . Please have a look and resolve this issue. The recharge was made in 11th of july.

        I own a credit card of icici bank since last 5 years. Last month (December 2017)i got an email from ICICI bank stating that my card is eligible for some festive emi offer to which i have to message EMIFESTIVE from my number on the specified number in the email. I showed my interest for the offer and messaged 3 -4 times. I even placed a call on the ICICI customer care number. They assured me that the concerned persons will call me.

        On 5th of jan 2018, I received a call from ICICI executive who confirmed me about the conversion of 3 transactions amounting to around Rs. 60000 into emi and told me about how much extra will be paid. She told me that conversion will take around 3 days. On asking about how much payment to be made on my credit card as my due date was approaching. she told me that as the total amount converted to emi is much higher than the total amount due on card i do not need to make any payment.

        On 7 th jan 2018(Due date to make payment of credit card) I called icici executive who told me that the emi has not yet been converted and she is escalating the issue and advised me to make MAD payment to avoid charges levied by bank. I immediately complied and made the MAD payment.

        Further after repeated calls i was reassured again and again that i dont need to worry and emi processing will be done.

        After few days on one call i was told that 2 transactions cannot be converted to emi as they are 45 days old.

        On receiving the successive statement i was shocked that i have been charged with interest charges Rs. 1896+ Rs. 341 as GST on interest. I again called them and the executive told me that she had again escalated the issue regarding EMI conversion and she will request for waiving of interest charges.

        Further 1 more transaction was converted to emi.

        Meanwhile i also emailed for level 1 complaint centre.

        I received a reply that as the payment was overdue due to non conversion of emi 3% charges have been levied and " as a one-time service gesture" they reverted rs 795 charged as interest.

        I dont know where is my fault that i need to pay charges.
        It is just due to sheer negligence of bank that i have to pay charges.

        Is it my duty to call them repeatedly to know the status of conversion of EMI but bank executives always gave me one reply that you need not to worry we are looking into the issue.

        They are just doing fraud by making the customer wait and then charging them exorbitant interest.

          My icici account number is[protected] and i have been charged rs 588 in the name of dcardfee. I never heard of it, nor it has been deducted earlier.
          Is this some kind of a new strategy icici bank has come up with, to loot people of their hard-earned money?
          Please provide the details of this deduction with a valid explanation as to how do you hold the right to deduct money from the account holder's account like this.

              I would like to report a serious fraudulent transaction from my savings account[protected]. Iam holding account in icici bank. I had recieved an sms saying that an amount of 3000/- was spent using debit card of account*3847 on 17-01-18, same message i got again &again total i lost 9000/-request to pls take this into serious consideration and help me refund back.
              I never disclosed the details of debit card to any body. But how thief can acess to details? How the transactions were done with out my involvement i. E with out any authentication.
              Hence iam not at all responsible because of your weaker security system and negligence iam suffering today by roaming around banks and police station.
              So i need immediate resolution from your end to stop this activity happening further..

                  I applied for the home loan through online. I also got calls from the icici bank.. They said ready your documents our excutive will collect from you... Firstly they said..in your documents.. Your 3 months salary slips‚6 months bank transaction statement, adhar card, pan card, 3passport size photo, loan processing fees through cheque.
                  Again after 5 days they call and said no we require 5 month salary slips and 1year bank transaction statement and adhar card pan card and processing fee through cheque and 3 passport size photo... They send me msg our excutive mr arnab will collect documents. I ready with all these documents.. Now mr arnab said on phn no we require atr also..
                  So they did not said first..
                  I want only 10 lakh but they said mam as your net salary is rs11500 (Eleven thousand five hundred) we can sanction only 8lakh... I said ok.. But now they disappoint with this...

                    I have been trying to update my adhaar number in my icici bank accounts since nov 2017, each time a service request is created and it remains in open status. I called the customer service center and they raised another service request which is also in open status.
                    I visited the branch with all the documents and they also opened another service request which is in open status.
                    No one is able to give an answer about what is holding up the process.

                          Dear concern, my credit card is overdue for which i have been paying the minimum payment for quite sometime. Yes i do agree there was delay in payments and the amount was less aon a few occasions.
                          This representative of your who says his name shashikant calls me regularly and speaks very rudely, arrogantly and does not listen. I have earlier requested to change the representative and i was assured that he will not call or he will speak in sober way. But it started again.

                                I did one imps transaction in month of november which got failed. I raised the request afterwards and they closed it saying the amount has already been credited to beneficiary account. I again called them and said it hasn't been credited. They said ok send an email to customer care and attach other bank's statement or passbook copy. I did the same and they raised one more request saying we are working on this. Now just that request also got closed with same message.
                                I am really frustrated with service of icici bank. I am not sure what shall i do.

                                This issue hasn't been resolved yet. So pathetic service from ICICI. The amount involvement is high i.e. 18000 and still you aren't taking any action.

                                  On dated[protected] around 12.00 pm I got a call from ICICI bank with () number. First of all, I thought that was regarding my Credit card but when they are talking about my Credit card I was surprised they have my all details like Credit card number, Credit card CVV number, my date of birth, mother name etc. After a 5 minutes talk they have made payment of 1.00 INR (One Rupee) by using my Credit card and asking me to share OTP that time I realize those guys are fake. Immediately I have disconnected call, but couple of seconds I got another massage that they have made a payment again with 9999.00 INR (Nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine Rupees) this time I was surprise before I take any action they have made payment around 20999.00 INR (Twenty thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Rupees) it was deducted from my Credit card account.

                                  Within 10 minutes they spend my money around 20999.00 INR (Twenty thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Rupees) to “VIN8Shopping mart.com Lucknow” then I realizes I was sucked by professional Hackers who is cheating a people by calling through bank

                                  Action taken: -

                                  Frist I went to Police Station near by me and explain everything and they advised me to go near by ICICI Bank and block your Credit Card immediately, as per instruction I run to ICICI bank nearby our office and request to block my Credit Card.

                                  Credit Card Fraud Issue :

                                  Dear Friends,

                                  Recently, I have faced one Credit Card Fraud. So, I am sharing the same with you for your knowledge and take proper precaution while using Credit Card.

                                  On[protected] around 12.00 noon, I got a call from ICICI bank from mobile no. [protected]. At First, I thought that it was regarding my outstanding, etc. of my Credit card but when they talk about my all details like my Credit card number, Credit card CVV number, my date of birth, mother name etc. I surprised & suspected some fraud. After around 5 minutes talk, they have made payment of Re.1.00 INR (One Rupee) by using my Credit card and asking me to share OTP that time I realize those guys are fake. So, I didn’t share OTP and immediately disconnected call. Within couple of seconds I got another massage that they have made a payment of Rs.9999/- (Rupees Nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine Only). Before I take any action they have made another payment of Rs.20999/- (Rupees Twenty thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) from my same Credit Card.

                                  Within 10 minutes they spend my money around 20999.00 INR (Twenty thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Rupees) to “VIN8Shopping mart.com Lucknow” then I realizes I was cheated by professional Hackers who cheat people by calling through bank.

                                  Action taken: -

                                  Frist I went to nearby Police Station and explained everything. They advised me to go to nearby ICICI Bank Branch and block my Credit Card. immediately, as per instruction I went to nearby ICICI bank and requested to block my Credit Card.

                                  Result :

                                  All financial clearance and Credit Card had been blocked by bank. Thus, by immediate & proper action, I could save my hard earned money.

                                    Has applied for fastag dated december 13 through online. Has paid 601 rs

                                    It is mentioned in receipt that i'll be receiving fastag within 20 days.

                                    As mentioned, blue dart courier has called me that my fast tag is reached their office but one of the line in the address is missing. Blue dart executive asked me to contact bank and ask them to send a mail to blue dart team with in a week to dispatch my fast tag as their policy. I've filed a compliant on the same to icici fastag team

                                    Has made a compliant with following reference number as follows

                                    Cmp[protected] - in progress
                                    Cmp[protected] - customer care executive has closed with summary as customer disconnected the call. I've disconnected with thanks message to the customer care executive. But my issue was not been responded properly. I was asked to share the information on tag applied date and compliant date. I can provide the approximate tag application date as december 14 or so. Am not sure about the date applied on that particular point of time. She asked me about exact date so that she can check my status. But thing is when i log into my account later with my cust id, i can fetch all the information assuming my application date around dec14, but not the icici bank customer care executive. This date i mentioned to her during the call (It is dec 13 in actual). But she responded with information is not sufficient enough to track.

                                    Apart from above complaints, has made many calls to them which has not recorded in the web portal. These unregistered compliant calls are taken lot of time

                                    With all the issues happened, i'm not interested to get fastag from icici bank. So please help me to close my fastag account from icici bank. If possible they can refund the amount deducted

                                      I transferred a amount to my husband account (Iob). Amount debited in my account not yet credited to my husband account. I raised a complaint in ur site. No response still now. Transaction id:[protected]. Pls do needful as soon as possible. Its urgent. Please help me and refund my money as soon as possible. It's really disappointing that no one is supporting us.

                                        Hi sir/madam,

                                        I am a icici bank customer. Today 17-01-18 ecsrtnchg charged 350 rupees... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount or else im going to close my account and will find any other bank. Thank you
