How do i unblock my debit card for online transactions from my registered mobile number?
My online transactions got blocked with a text saying - dear customer, due to security reasons, your icici bank debit card is blocked from 3d secure online trxn on 2901. For dtls, pl call customer care.
I was my mistake of having entered the ipin twice even after asking for an otp.
So when i call up the customer care numbers, after having entered the 16 digit debit card number, the recorded message repeatedly says that i only unblock the card from my registered mobile number, even though i'm the same number. I do not enough time to visit the nearest branch. Kindly let me know how do i resolve.

I am recharge today 398 jio recharge. Money has been deducted but recharge not done. Please solved my problem. Please send my deducted money. I am recharge 2 time money will be deducted my account but recharge not be done.

    I have taken housing rs 6 lacs loan from icici bank, which is paid and closed in may 2017.
    When i have visited to bank branch to collect my doccuments, i was surprise to know that, bank has missplace my documnts,
    After that i am chessing bank people, but they are not giving me any proper answer since last 8 month.
    Now pls suggest me, what to do next

    Today I recharged my jio no through UPI [protected]@icici with bhim app, bank balance is deducted but recharge is not done yet.
    I have the above bonds redeemable on 1.1.2018. Certificate number is 11911. I have visited ICICI bank branch also but they do not have any clue. I wish to know how to redeem.

          I had opened nps account with icici bank in july 2017. I had submitted the nps form with icici bank on october 2017. I have saving account with icici bank. I am not able to make any contribution in nps as my nps account was deactivated.. I had contacted icici branch pimple saudagar 3 times. But till now even no one was able to answer me how can i activate my account and contribute in my nps account.

          Also when i tried to transfer my account to corporate plan, i got messages that my photo and signature not updated (Hard copy was already submitted). My pran no. Is:[protected]

          Last month, I visited the ICICI pimple saudagar branch bank 3 times. And requested them to please look into my nps account, why my photo and signature not updated yet?. But still haven't got any response. Also I have taken mail id from them and drop mail to specific icici person.
          It's very urgent for me to show it in this financial year.

            Jio upi payment successful but recharge not done i have recharge 449 on 30/01/2018 via my jio apps ([protected]). I have used upi as payment mode. The payment was succesful to [protected]@icic for 449 rupes but no recharge was not done. When i tried to call jio customur care they are telling it has been declined, but my bank is saying that it has been successfully paid to the upi adrees.

              I have an account with icici bank for last 4 years and now i would like to change my registered mobile number from indian number to international number as i am in europe now.

              Please advice what can i do, as i am not able to do any online transactions because of the otp issue.

              I have been trying somehow to get it fixed from a very long time and now i have an urgency and need to get it sorted at the earliest.

                    Hi my name is b p anand singh i am having my salary account in icici bank a/c:[protected]. I have icici credit card xxxxx0005 with 30000 limit. Now including interest it is 37000/- since last 3 months i was not able to pay even a minimum about due of my credit card bill so icici credit card collection department has marked a lien of rs.11230 on my salary account. I requested them a lot even i sent a request mail for removal of lien from my salary account to zonal officers also but it was of no use. No one helping me. Even i promised them that on or before due date ie before 12th feb 2018 i will pay the minimum of rs.11230 or total outstanding of rs.37000. But no one accepted my requesy & they have marked a lien on my salary account.

                    Sir its my humble request to you that please help me to remove lien from my salary account.

                      I just want to ask one thing to icici bank ltd. That is their any private meetings between you and finance officials of govt. Or our prime minister, regarding this type of surcharges?. If so then i am okay boss, but i would be more happy if you list out some more hidden surcharges or charges for public awareness.
                      Look dear india is a country where all are great peoples and with helping nature. And in this regards if you are doing help by the surcharges, then its okay.

                            I have done a jio recharge of rs.399 valid for three months and paid it via upi [protected]@icici on 25th january, 2018 at 9:12 pm using phone pe app. As i have read this upi is a fraud and my number was also not recharged.
                            I have called jio care and they haven`t received the recharge amount.

                                They replayed for my e mail yesterday and told yesterday itself it will be disbursed.

                                      I ve an account in icici bank in the name of priya bajaj. The account is more than ten year old. After marriage sir name changed priya arora adhar card name is also priya arora. So bank refused to update my adhar no in priya bajaj account due to sir name change. I don't have passport and marriage certificate. Per in govt bank and post office my adhar card accepted easily without any disturbance. Plz provide solution

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I'm using icici bank pletinum credit card from last 06 months. I made all the payments with out any issues.

                                        But today is my payment due date i.e. 30 Jan 18 and total bill was ₹ 18614.26/-. Which have already paid on ₹ 7686.26 on 27 Jan and left over amount ₹ 10928 today. when i saw the current statement, they charged penalty under auto debit return fee and [protected]@18% of ₹ 450+81.
                                        When I complaint to customer care executive they said It is wrongly deducted but refund can' t done as there is no such policy.
                                        This time I feel cheated despite timely deposit my bills.
                                        Please intervene in this matter and get my hard earned money refunded.
