Hi, my name is jobel shaw, my account is hardly a month old and it is debited a large amount of money successively which i am unable to track as there are no details available online. I never made those payments, it seems like a breach of my data or someone just picked my details from somewhere. Can you please give me some more details on who made the transactions, so i can track them down?

I never made this payment, i contacted support to raise the concern and also to know if i have any unknown premium or emi and they said they do not have any emi/premium on my account which gets auto debited. I visited the bank and they did not help. The only thing associated i can remember is that i paid for a competitive exam and the rest started after that. Can you please tell me what the above means and why the money is debited?
