I have around 140 vimal vaatsalya bonds which have matured on 01/01/2018.
Certificate number for 1 is -53354. We can send all via post, but we need more information on the process.
Issue date - 01/07/1999, redemption date - 01/01/2018.
Maturity value: 1000.

Redemption process is written but we need guidance on the same as well, like what and how we can encash and also where do we send the same with a written confirmation. Holders need to sign anywhere?

Please let us know soon.

The amount of 50, 000 had been deducted from my account to A/C[protected]. How this happening. It's not a small amount. I want my money back.
I made a recharge 349 on 10.01.2018 through UPI( PhonePay) payment my amount is debited and credited to [protected]@icici still know my recharge is not done and my amount is not credited. please solve my problem

    Dear sir/ma'am,

    This is regarding an "icici only vimal vaatsalya bond" issued in 01.07.1999 and redemption on 01/01/2018.

    These bonds were given in physical form and i can't find any information online as to who and where i need to contact to get my redemption amount of the said bond. Have dropped an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but haven't received any revert from them

    Would request you to please let me know as to whom and where to contact for the next course of action to be taken.

    Details are -

      Hi, my name is jobel shaw, my account is hardly a month old and it is debited a large amount of money successively which i am unable to track as there are no details available online. I never made those payments, it seems like a breach of my data or someone just picked my details from somewhere. Can you please give me some more details on who made the transactions, so i can track them down?

      I never made this payment, i contacted support to raise the concern and also to know if i have any unknown premium or emi and they said they do not have any emi/premium on my account which gets auto debited. I visited the bank and they did not help. The only thing associated i can remember is that i paid for a competitive exam and the rest started after that. Can you please tell me what the above means and why the money is debited?

      Again there are transaction taking place, very minimal amount Like Rs.3. I have withdrawn all the money from the account except 300 (ATM did not have 100 notes). Please can you let us know who and why the amount is getting deducted?
      Please help me too evn my money are getting cut from ipremiumhel.avbl even though i didnt pay any. Help

        On 09/01/2018 at 13.43 i had recharged my number [protected] with 459 plan and paid 349 through upi (Upi txn id:[protected] after jio discount and voucher applied. My money was deducted from my oriental bank of commerce account but i did not get any recharge nor my myjio app is showing any recharge history of such. Later on that same day at 17.14 i recharged once again using debit card of other bank. Please look into this matter and refund the money. My contact number: [protected]

          I have done transaction from my jio app collect request of rs 548 of jio recharge through bhim app. Then in other hand i have confirmed the pay request on bhim app after that payment is deducted from my linked account of bank of india, but my recharge is not done. I have complained to bhim app. They told me that amount is already send in merchant account. So please contact your merchant. So please do needful for my refund of rs 548, my transaction no.             I received a call for Credit card (Coral) from ICICI executive. They told benefits like getting vouchers worth Rs3500/4500 and lifetime free card

            However, when I received card, there were no vouchers. Contacted helpline and they say that give some evidence like email etc
            They also informed that it is free for first year, later it is chargeable.

Amount of rupees 448 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done yet neither the amount was refunded and showing that amount is transferred to acvount of [protected]@icici.

                  Whats wrong with icici? I haven't subscribed for any kind of service, and without my knowledge, bank have debited rs. 354..!? This is to bring to the bank notice that my money plan has been activated without my knowledge, and why would i want to activate such plan when i can take care of my money on my own? Please unsubscribe me from this service and refund my money back. Thanks.

                  I used my debit card for purchasing fuel on petrol pump on 03/01/2018. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named icici bank is charging for going cashless at petrol pump. Icici bank is discouraging customers to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

                      Sir i recharged my number [protected] as on 9/1/2018 as of 349 rupees by my jio payment app option upi, as through pay upi app, as it is not showing in recharge statement in my jio app as rupees debited through upi app as recharged is not successful as it is payment on [protected]@icici through upi app as pay app. Transaction id[protected] debited 349 rupees to jio. Collect pay request paid to india [protected]@icici 349 rupees.

                        I transferred twice rs 25000 through imps on 11th jan 2018 9.04 pm from icici a/c to sbi bank a/c.

                        Transaction remark : mmt/ref[protected]*11037717

                        Again i did transaction since firstb transaction got time out but again same thing happened
                        Transaction remark : mmt/ref[protected]*11037717

                        50, 000 amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                        But i got a message that said

                        "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.25, 000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 11-jan-2018 20:59:53. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                        And for second transaction got the message

                        "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.25, 000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 11-jan-2018 21:04:49. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                          I have multiple icici vimal vaatsalya bonds dated 01.07.1999 having face value of rs 1000/- each, bearing due date of redemption on 01.01.2018.

                          As i have realized from various investor that the mails sent by them to the address printed behind the bond certificate get returned back.

                          The address printed overleaf the bond is as under:
                          Icici infotech services limited, unit: icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds, maratha mandir anex, dr. A r nair road, mumbai central, mumbai-400008

                          Thus i would request you to communicate your mailing and postal address to me in the correspondence details mentiones below so that the problem with the redemption of the bonds may get resolved.

                            I have saving accounts in icici and in pnb. I want to convert my icici account to salaried account. Kindly guide me

                            Actually i opened the saving account in icici two years ago with ten thousand as minimum balance. At that time i am un-employed. The charges of the icici bank are too high. Now my salary comes to my icici account, that's why i want to convert it to salaried account.

                              I have used this sb account for many years and recently i was transferred fund from icici to hdfc for the urgent need and balance became zero. Immediately observed icic disable my online access and i could enable mysel[censored]sing otp with the registered phone. To maintain balance i have transferred money. Until this time everything looks okay. Today i tried using icici atm for withdrawal using icic atm card and observed icic used the cheap trick by disabling card and not permitting withdrawal. I was under the impression i have to go back and re-enable card through the online portal. When i tried enabling or funds transfer to another account, a message pops up saying this transaction for this user disable and contact the nearest branch. This is pathetic from icic and lost faith by their poor gimmicks. Its more pathetic their service request portal does not have an option for this service or a custom entry for my entry. Also, thier customer care number not even connecting after trying many times. Not sure why icici went this bad. Planning to close my relationship with this bank after 13years. Also would like to raise the complaint against icici bank for causing this inconvenience and not maintaining funds in thert atm.

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I have transferred rs. 2 lac on 28th dec 2017 from my india icici bank saving account using imps service to axis bank. This axis bank account is held on my brother name. This is not the first time i did transfer money into this account already we transfer each other. When i notice that amount is not reached next couple of day than i called to bank and they answered, please check money in beneficiary account. Icici bank has sent the money through imps service.

                                    When the amount is not reached into my brother account i raised the complaint through icici bank complaint portal and also sent brother account statement so they can double check and this complaint also closed on 11th jan 2018 with same statement that check beneficiary account.

                                    I'm afraid that 2 lac amount is too much for me and icici bank is responsible to trace where is my money while not reached into beneficiary account.

                                    Please request you to guide me how they revert back my money.
